Hi all,

Below, are a few bits I have either taken to recent shows, or recently purchased that may be a nice addition to a show display. I also have 10-15 of the Airfix puzzles. A few of these are in frames that can stand up. The larger 400, 500 and 1000pc puzzles are in 'clip' frames without any vertical support. I have taken these to shows and we have used them as bases for models to go on. Personally I think they are a bit to 'busy' to have models on, however, if anyone has an idea of how to support them vertically, they would make a great item to have on the table, with the added bonus that we could hide our coffee or other liquid refreshment behind  .

Anyway, my 'official' Airfix bits

I'm aware this is not Airfix, but might be nice with the other vans.

This is the wash bag, which I actually use as a pencil case.

Hi Mark

Plate holders similar to the one below should work. It is made of plastic coated metal, similar to metal coat hangers. Mrs ColinM says they are increasingly difficult to find these days, perhaps they could be fabricated from a coat hanger? This one is about 6 inches in height.

Hi Colin,

Thanks for that. I think a charity shop tour is now on the cards.

Mark.
