It is definitely red, it is also very big

This kit is more toy than kit, quite crudely done in part. The engine is just a box.

Hopefully the lights will still work when it is finally put together. There aren't many more parts to assemble, next job is to paint the body shell and all the bits that fix to it.

It is going to need some shelf space though...

Apologies, it is third in the queue for the paint shop. First in the queue is an Airfix 1/48 PR16 Mosquito that needs to be delivered to Upottery in October. This kit deserves an award for the worst fitting kit ever produced, more on that elsewhere, second is a 1/24 Harrier GR3 which I must finish for Telford. I made the classic mistake of starting a couple of other kits to give respite from the problems but I haven't finished those either!

The Mosquito and Harrier will be delivered on time, then everything else will follow.
