I displayed here last year on my own, using some of Gerrys kits and mine, this year we are able to put on a bigger display. It takes place in the recently restored nissen huts. Upottery my be know to some of you as the airfield where the Band of brothers took off from. There are encampments and military vehicles etc, it was a very nice weekend. Here are some pictures I took last year

 Even Winston like them!

Even the council turned up and were as busy as ever!

Glen 1 and a half walls of tables Gerry 2 and half walls of tables, will take plenty of pictures will post them hopefully sunday night if not on monday It looks a very good display. Wallace is in the car ready for a grand day out on a table with just Airfix kits. We have flashing lights and things that go round and round. Hopefully there will by no casualties. From just being there this afternoon setting up many encampments were being set up, there is talk of around 50-60 military vehicles expected. Glen

Right before I put any pictures of what in our humble opinion Gerry and myself thought it was a well and interesting display by the 2 of us, that received many favourable comments from everybody there. The Saturday show clashed with Yeovilton Airshow but there was a reasonable turnout, Sunday was a washout but it worked in our favour because we had quite a few visitors at the indoor part of the show the nisson huts where we were displaying. I think a few comments are warranted from this photo, so I will start and the rest of you can follow
DONT TELL THEM YOUR NAME GERRY

I must say a a rather good display considering it was just 2 of us Gerry and myself, It was steady on Saturday but Sunday was a wash out but we were inside displaying in the nissen huts so we ha a constant stream of visitors over both days. I managed to by 1/12 Bengal Lancer original release for £15 still sealed and my best bargain was a wheel from a german half track from the Bastogne Museum display guys who were selling artifacts that was given to me for free, the scale 1/1. Let start the of picture show with the vac form master Jedi himself
