The forum software doesn't know when BST starts so to get the time shown correctly after the clocks change in Spring you need to click on Preferences then Board Settings then put a tick in the 'Daylight Savings Time is in effect' box.
When the clocks go back in the Autumn you will need to remove the tick.

Its that time of year again folks, time to put that tick in 'Daylight Savings Time is in effect' box, as above.

I have wound up the zetaboards clock in the preferences so we should all be globally on daylight saving time.
If it's worked then hurrah, if not, do as Colin commands
