So, for Christine and Aisha, I will book 16,17, 18, 19 October ? And I will ask the hotel to provide about 10 - 20 rooms for the participant to start booking them , start from next week until some days before the conference (I'll make it sure with the hotel on Thursday). Any suggestions? |

dear all, I have visited 3 hotels close by UMN 1. Atria Hotel ( 5 stars) : 838.000 / night . The promotion ; stay 2 night pay 1 night has been sold out for long stay (more than 2 weeks). 2. Ibis Hotel ( 3 stars ) : 638.000/night neet, but they are willing to give corporate price, 500/night nett incl. breakfast for 2 persons ( the price 350.000 showing on the sign board in front of the hotel is not included breakfast for two persons). The hotel will provide shuttle from hotel to UMN dan from UMN back to hotel ( the cost will be informed later) 3. Fame hotel ( 2 stars ) : 438.000/night, and for the corporate price , 375.000/night nett, there are 50 rooms with single queen sized bed are available , there are no more room with twin bed ,since has been booked by BMW community that has the same event on that day. There is a question from Gayla about the hotel. I think we should decide which hotel that we want to book. |

I believe Fame or Ibis are the most convenient as it is a closer walk to the conference. IBIS seems the best choice price and food wise. Edited by Darin M. Bicknell, Sep 11 2015, 02:22 PM.

Christine will need room for the nights of 15, 16, 17, 18 th She leave morning of the 19th. Aisha is bringing others with her and so needs 2 rooms but will pay for one of them herself. Do not know yet what date they will arrive but they will leave on the afternoon of the 18th as they will stay in a house near my school.( if everything goes as planned). When she has booked the tickets I will let you know the date. |

Yes Darin, I have met ms. ms. Sumico Zhuo , she is the sales manager of Ibis Hotel. She has agree to block 15 rooms to be booked by conference participant with IDR 500.000 / room/night incl. breakfast for two persons. The participant has to mention from Montessori to get that special price . I also has booked the room for : -Christine Harrison for the night of 15,16,17,and 18. - Aisha for the night of 16 and 17 - Maya for the night of 16 and 17 - Andreas Erwin for the night of 16 and 17 This is the contact number ms. Sumico Zhuo to the hotel number +62 819 7410 866 or to her number +62 812 9622 9954. This number can be given to the participant who will stay in the hotel. I'm sorry for the late response. I am waiting for the confirmation and reservation letter from Ibis but until today I haven't got it. Tomorrow I will contact her again. And for the reservation they will need 50% payment by the way I have inform Gayle about the hotel. Thank you. |
