Dear all If I'm not mistaken , as we spoke at the last meeting that for the venue's PIC , it has to be someone live near UMN. If it is okay. I will ask my friend from Plam Trees to help. |

Yes it will be good if someone at Palms can help with the venue. I can support some being so close UMN if needed for helping move things or getting things organized. Have them register and then I can make them the moderator here as well. |

No Darin. I have ask my friend from other school near UMN but they want to be focus on the conference. I suggest that we hire UMN college studentto deal with the venue, but still we need someone from the board to be a coordinator or to supervise them. I am thinking , all the arrangement is really important , we need to make sure everything will run very well. All of us are busy doing the committee works and giving breakout. I'm really concern how we are going to coordinate and make sure everything runs well on the DAY . I think it has to be some to do the coordination for the registration, usher, venue, snack, lunch , and breakout rooms help by UMN Colledge students and some of the staff from some of our school. What do you think? |
