![]() Death is a serious manner, and is in no way to be considered a light thing here in the world of After The End. The official rules of death are simple. Without a revival spell of some kind to be used in battle or some wished up extremely rare magic charm to return a character from beyond death, death is pretty much permanent. However, fret not if you lose a character in such a way. As said before, they are ways to recover them, and getting killed isn't nearly as easy as one could think. Always keep track of HP. You never know when that final blow will occur once you are knocked down... Relevant stat: Vitality Vitality- This acts as the health stat, determining how many hits you can take. The overall HP of your character is Vitality doubled, so if 'Jerry the Merchant' had 15 Vitality, he'd have 30 HP going into a fight. If HP hits zero, the player is knocked out. If hit twice after being knocked out, the player is killed. Other plays in a party can prevent players from 'killing blows' by taking the hit themselves or using items/spells to heal the downed character. Edited by Nikos, Aug 17 2017, 05:09 PM.
