Fallen warriors who disobey the normal code of honor among knightly folk, the dark knight isn’t innately evil- However, they follow a path of shadow which allows them to manipulate otherwordly powers and the darkness itself, exchanging strength and knowledge for the loss of their own humanity. Using a common assortment of weaponry, usually enchanted by shadow mages, they walk all parts of the land looking for either redemption or further ways of corruption.

Tiers and their stat bonuses / reductions

  • [Heir] +2 VIT, -1 SPD.
  • [Reaper] +2 VIT, +1 STR, -1 SPD
  • [Envoy of Chaos] +2 VIT, +2 STR, -2 SPD.


Dark Knight Abilities (Heir)

  • [Shadow Grab] - Active Ability. Takes 1 Action. Brings an enemy forward with a great hand of shadow unearthed from the underworld, dragging them closer and inflicting the Stun status condition. [3 Round Cooldown]
  • [Sacrificial Power] - Passive Ability. Can spend any amount of HP per attack (Can even spend to 0 HP, knocking yourself out) to increase the overall damage of the attack. For every 2 HP, the damage is increased by 1.


Dark Knight Abilities (Reaper)

  • [Rising Dark] - Active Ability. Takes 1 Action. Spinning into the air, you bring your weapon onto the the enemy enhanced by shadow magic by smashing them on your way down. Does damage equal to 0.5x of your VIT, then healing HP equal to the amount of damage done [3 Round Cooldown]
  • [Unmoving Bulwark] - Active Ability. Takes 2 Actions. Decreases damage taken by half, but any damage you do is decreased by half. Lasts 2 rounds. [5 Round Cooldown]


Dark Knight Abilities (Envoy of Chaos)

  • [Luna] - Active Ability. Takes All Actions. A deadly swing which saps all life force from the user, dropping them down to 1 HP no matter where they were previously, however it does damage equal to 2.5x their VIT. [6 Round Cooldown]
  • [The Ride Majestic] - Passive Ability. You have become so consumed by the shadows that they are at your beckoning, allowing tendrils to block some damage for you in the name of their master. Abilities now only do half damage to you for the first attack of a round that targets you.
