Potions are a niche way to either deal damage or keep mana and health topped off, usually advisable to have when traveling alone to deal with injuries given by monsters or otherwise.

As an Alchemist, you can create these potions. Potion creations rules go as follow:

-Follow the current Creation tier you have and etc.
-The potions you make must be listed in an update, as well as what they are meant to be (Healing, Damage, Status, or Mana Regen potions.)
-Follow the Tier rules. For example, if you choose as an Alchemist to make 3 Common Health potions, then they will all be potions that Heal 4 HP. If you make 2 Common Damage Potions (flavor them as you like) then they will all be potions that do about 3 Damage.
-Alchemist potions are generally better than what is bought in NPC stores, later in the game. You can profit very easily off being an alchemist who sells their works for stronger characters.
-Status potions don't innately do damage but instead inflict a Status condition of your choosing.
-Potion Sickness is a thing. After you use a Potion on yourself (such as a MP Regen or HP potion) you cannot use another potion on yourself for 1 Round.
