Hey

Ive got everything setup correctly by the looks but when I turn on the powerhead there's no noticable effect on the water. The impeller does oscillate and has a quiet humming noise. And there aren't any obstructions to the uplift or the powerhead. But it seems like nothing's happing. Maybe there's another part I need to install before I can get the filter working or something.

Could someone give us a hand here?
Thanks Guys

I don't have any experience with these myself but i just did a search and there are plenty of sites which will probably help. Just do a search on Ar-620t
Hope that helps and post some pics when you get it up and going
Cheers

Thanks, yeah I did some research and Ive found I'm supposed to ignore the instructions and fill the water above the powerhead. Now its working like a charm.

Thanks for the help, I'll try and get some photos together eventually

Once they're running, they'll uplift quite well if the water level is lowered... but you then run the risk if the power gets cut the pump will run dry when it comes back on...
