As far as I can find out, the stuff your talking about is a chemical solvent that essentaily melts the stuff together.

Is that the same stuff or have I found the wrong thing :dntknw

What about those 200litre plastic drums?

Im thinking of using http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/s...ead.php?t=15733 that as the overflow to the sump (barrel)

inside the barrel would be like a typical white bucket with all filter wool and sponges with holes at the bottom of the bucket, the barrel itself will be filled with a ton of bio balls. Pump and heaters on the bottom of barrel, pump with a water tube going stright back up to the tank.

Why the barrel you say? because i dont have any tools really and never worked with pvc/glass etc. So i wouldnt do much cutting besides a saw to cut pvc pipes for the overflow. Also the stand of the tank proberly wont hold much weight on the bottom shelf, so putting a standard tank on the bottom isnt a good idea.

Anyone see any flaws besides the ugly look of the big barrel. I can image a 5000litre/hr push of water going over a ton of bio balls in a barrel. B) :yahoo :drool
