Your welcome fishR , still trying to snap a photo of them together.
The photo with Hornbag (my Plec) is to show the size of my Whip, a bit fuzzy but gives an idea on the size.

Very funny Wendz, Still LOL :hysterical :hysterical
Would you like to post the next photo for 'caption of the month;?

Was there anything you may suspect with the water change

Adelaide water!!! time of year as well. I should of been more vigalent and tested the tank for any changes. Habbit I supose, we shouldnt presume, I took for granted that the tank has never given me any issuse before, so all will be okay.

When I come in tomorrow i will be looking for a test kit. A kit that can be used to find all nasties.
Not a nice feeling when you put so much TLC into your fry and then make a stupid error at the cost of those fry.

All about learning, and being vigelant, never presume! One of my golden rules and I let it slip.

Still, I have alot of nice looking whips growing and turning out stunning.

The SERA Freshwater Master Test kit includes chlorine, gh/kh, as well as all the usual... iron and phosphate too, from memory... sounds like a good kit...

Sorry about your fry Mars. I have often wondered about the chlorine level in the water. I found the stats on the SA water website but it only gives maxima, minima and average over a 5 year period. The maxima is scary. I think a chlorine test kit would be a good idea to calculate how much dechlorinator to add.

The great thing now is that when my whips egg up again i will be able to note down the water conditions. :thumb :yes
