Yep I have 5 little snakes swimming around in quarantine right now. They are much more active than I expected so far. The cool thing is they are hanging out in the front corner of the tank not at the back behind plants like I expected. I will try and get a picture tomorrow but they are fast little buggers.

Sorry still no photos. They are quite active and unless they stop near the glass there is zero chance of getting a sharp picture. They just move too fast to focus.

Dylan, hope you don't mind, but I pulled your shot into photoshop to see if I could concentrate the focus in a little - using a couple of my favourite tricks I got the following:

That's adding a little sharpness just on the loaches, using a high pass filter mask to only sharpen the areas of contrast, then erasing all but the loaches from the mask, plus a soft gaussian blur to everything BUT the loaches, so that the rocks soften a little... best seen with both versions in the same window in photoshop, so you can flick between the pair, it almost appears that you focus in and out on the rocks and fish as you change images... hmmmm - this might help show the difference:

Thanks Stuart. I need some lessons to do that kind of editing. I can only really change colour balances a little and brighness and contrast.
