PersonaText merge with PersonaEditor (ex PersonaFont). New GitHub Download Link PersonaText work only with PTP (Persona Text Project). Also may import BMD. Use PersonaEditor for export/import PTP. ![]() MSG1-file's map Edited by Meloman19, Oct 16 2017, 02:58 PM.

Big update. See Git-Hub. Main changes: * CPU and memory usage is significantly optimized * Added a feature of saving to PM1 and (experimentally) BF formats. * Now you can add your custom "Background" Small changes: * Added support "Drag'n'Drop" files to program's window. * Added "Open with..." for all files types (include Project files). |

Hey, I've been trying this new version out, but the buttons to "Save as" and "Save as MGS1" or saving in general, don't bring up any prompts; in other words, I'm not sure how to save files. Could you explain the steps you need to take to save your text in a .PM1 format? |

Open file. Edit. Press "Save as.." button. A new file appears next to the source file. Likely main problem may be is permission (to save). Try run as administrator or open files not from the system disk. Edited by Meloman19, Jul 10 2017, 10:44 AM.

I have a problem here, I have already edited the source files, when I go to Set Char, I put letters like "ã" or "é", I edit the text, but when I save, those letters are <CHAR> instead of "ã" or "é" when I open the file again become Japanese letters. |

Program use two FONT: OLD - default is original FONT0, NEW - Font that you set. When you edit text and save it. Program use NEW font for parse your strings. When you open your new file. Program use OLD font for parse. If you want only save your text - use "save project". "File -> Save Project" |

Thanks, worked, and a last question: Can i change the size of the text box? like the questions box, some text in my language won't fit in the question box, like "this is the girl dorm?" at the beginning of game. Thanks again! |

Probably possible. But not in a text file. MSG format contains only text and some text commands. You can resize glyph in font (decrease horizontally). For example, our font.
