Noob here, what program should I use to view the wave samples? |

I use wavepad myself, if I zoom in all the way it'll show the sample number where the marker is. I think Audacity might do it too, I'm not sure |

Audacity is fine. It has the feature to change the time format into sample and I already test it and it work really well. |

I personally use BrawlBox. lot simpler to set the points than audacity or any music editor for that matter :p |
