What is it?
A multipurpose editor for ATLUS formats.
Persona modding made easy, edit multiple formats from within archives.
No need for hacky extraction methods!

What can it do?
As of the latest build, the following formats are supported:
  • TMX
  • SPR
  • BVP
  • PAC/PAK/BIN
  • SE
  • ARC
  • RMD

You can now also import and export RMD model data!
Right click a Clump and choose Export or Replace! You can import the model into 3DSmax for skinning. When you're done, be sure to export as FBX with the following settings:

Why all tools in this forum like Amicitia or CriPackedFileMaker always show notification "The application was unable to start correctly 0xc000007b" in my laptop?

I'm not seeing any of the files .cvm, .irx, & .dat.
Is there any step I'm missing?

Right now this program only supports:
TMX
SPR
BVP
PAC/BIN
ARC
RMD

You'll need to extract the files from the CVMs first. Here's a guide on how:

I found out the issue.
You need to find the folder that the textures that are in.
For Persona 3 it's just called data.
For Persona 4 it starts with c. I forgot what it was called.
Also I found another issue that is caused when I open anything related to textures that relates to 3D models.
Anyway to fix this?

That's a problem with the program needing a higher version of OpenGL than your graphics card supports. A current workaround is to use RMDEditor to extract the "textures" tree and then use this to edit it:

It's about time I forked a version of Amicitia without the RMD viewer though, since a lot of people still seem to be using Intel graphics cards.

How do I use the tools that require a command line?
It only disappears after I hit anything.

You'll have to open the command prompt first and then drag the EXE onto the window. Usually it closes if there was some kind of error, this way you'll be able to see the error that comes up

I'm trying to do that to a BVP, why isn't that working?
In fact every single one that there is not working. Some even after I put in the command, can't even work anymore!
