Persona 4 Golden Save Editor by Fennec-Kun.
Disclaimer: Does not work with the PS2 version of Persona 4. Backup your saves before using! We are in no way responsible for loss of data.
Special thanks to: TGE, ShrineFox, and Pan-Chan

What it does
By opening a data0XX.bin file dumped from a P4G save using the vita save manager homebrew application
you can modify the following values however you'd like.

  • Any party member's level
  • Any party member's Persona (and it's level, stats and EXP)
  • The skill list of any Persona you have (or unlocked in the compendium)
  • Yu Narukami's yen, courage, knowledge, expression, understanding and diligence
  • Yu Narukami's name
  • Your current party member configuration in-dungeon (you can use characters you have not yet unlocked)
  • What items you have + how many of that item you have
  • What weapons/armor/accessory/costume you have equipped for each character
  • What day it is when you load the save
  • What day the game will change to after ending the current day in the new save
  • Social Link progress for each character
  • Time of day

Fennec-kun can't dedicate much time on it anymore so if there's a fix to be made or a new feature you would like it to have you are free to fork the repository and request a merge on GitHub.

Version 1.6
Added the fish.
Recognises more social links.

Version 1.5
Fixed social link listing bugs.

Version 1.4
Fixed inventory bugs.

Version 1.3
Fixed number of persona slots.
Fixed Hisano's arcana label.
Added a 'Books' category to the inventory editor.
Minor bug fixes.

Version 1.2
Added level to total experience button as a response to the problem of the player's level being reverted after leveling up.
Have fun!

Important: In order to play your edited save, you must have first Created a save in the slot you've dumped.
For instance, if you don't already have a save at slot 12, saving your new .bin file from data0001 to data0012 will not work.

No I'm sorry that's my bad I thought I already had the net framework required for it,but please bear with me as I have another problem, you see I have tried modifying a save from a maidump version of p4g but when I try to load it it says load failed, can you please give me a solution, thanks again

Are you sure the save was decrypted? What method did you use to extract the save? As far as I know the saves for dumped games should be the same, but I'll admit I don't know if they're encrypted or not or how they're stored.

I used the one that says to switch the eboot.bin of the game with the one of vitashell it seemed to work for other people

Yeah, I know for a fact that works with regular cartridges and PSN installs, but I haven't tried it with dumps.

https://github.com/d3m3vilurr/vita-savemgr/releases/tag/0.8.0
Try this though, it's a VPK homebrew that automatically gets and decrypts the save.
They end up in ux0:data/savegames/

I believe I saw one of my maidump titles in there when I tried it

At the moment this is our only finished save editor (aside from Persona 5, sort of) but Fennec is also working on one for Nocturne

Hello, does any one know how to edit social links? like what to put on the second box? I don't want to increase the level, just the progress, for example how much progress do you need to level up?
