Please see this video (this is my process): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWQgk1ilN48
Basically when I compress font with the edited table, and then decompress that exact font, the table is not changed at all.
In-game glyph width is not changed too. So I have to make the edit in hex editor?

My files used in the video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B82qhrQFHEqUdDNuSkxfbzFSazQ/view?usp=sharing

Very Very Strange...

You can edit with Hex.

Thank you so much!!
I tried changing to another pc and it worked like a charm. Totally dunno what caused it in my pc tho.

Edit: It worked and the cut table changed after I decompressed that font. But it still didn't change in personaText. I'm trying to test if it worked on the game.

Sorry, but I didn't understand the question.
The Font is just picture. You can add-in any letters that you want. Use Photoshop.

You seem to have the same problem as Reishiki.
I can confirm that It works for me though.
I don't have any problems editing the cut table(Reishiki sent me his cut table and I compressed it and it worked for him).
Maybe it's hardware specific? Try another pc/laptop?

See post Reishiki. Also does not save the width table.
Try run as administrator.
If it doesn't work, then send me the source files.

Hardware problem may be only one: with Endiannes. But I considering it in code. Also all modern processors use little-endian (x86 and x86-64).

That's why I'm surprised.

Updated. Add logging.

"PersonaFont.exe [param1] [param2:opt]"
param1: "decom" - Decompress; "com" - Compress.
param2: "-l" - Logging to file "PersonaFont.log".

Also Width Table save to XML.
