Inherited their ludus from their father, who bore no sons. As neither are married, and their father wanting to keep the family business in the hands of family; pleaded with the Senate and Consul of Rome. The Consul knowing that the ladies will eventually produce sons of their own, worked with the Senate to allow them when they became of age to inherit their father's lands and ludus.

(The players understands traditional Roman history would not allow such and they would have been married off and their husbands taken control)
