The night was dark with a heavy fog as Ian walked the streets towards his favorite nightly hangout. The nearby church had been abandoned for many years, and he always found solace within the halls of the Romanesque structure. As he approached the church, he checked to make sure no one had taken note of the young man's activities, the last thing he needed was someone to call the feds on him. Seeing nothing he turned towards the door and slowly pushed the heavy oak door open. As he entered the stone building he took a deep breath of the musty structure. The dust and rotting wood gave him comfort in knowing that death was in even the most holy of places. He walked up to the alter and pulled off his backpack. He placed it on the alter gently as he reached inside and grabbed a small tablet that he kept safe in the empty bag. He powered it on and the screen lit up, forcing him to squint at the harsh light emitting from the electrical device.

Ian let the machine do all of its quick diagnostics scans before connecting it to the hotspot on his phone. As soon as the tablet alerted him of the wifi signal it had a message present in the inbox. He clicked on it and up came a note, another bounty. It included a name, Jeremiah Stonewall, a picture of a middle aged man, with short brown hair that was starting to turn grey on the sides, brown eyes, and a pair of glasses. There was a second picture with this man without his glasses, as a cautionary. It also had last known coordinates, frequented places, home address, and hobbies. From the list of information, this would be a quick one.
All of the information made a smile creep onto Ian's face, this was a lot of info, which meant someone close wanted this man dead, and would pay a lot for it. Ian reached into his backback and pulled out his leather gloves and put them on, as well as pulling out his holtered firearm from the bag. He quickly strapped the holster onto his left thigh, forcing his jeans to hug a tad tighter to his leg, not that he minded; the weight was a constant reminder of his profession. He powered off the tablet, but not before screen shotting the pictures of the man's face.

He slung the bag over his shoulder and walked towards the door. "What a fun night this would be." Ian thought to himself as he heaved the large door open again. As he walked out he was met with an unfamiliar bright light. He covered his eyes until he could adjust. When the sting left, he lowered his hand. He observed his surroundings and saw not the sleepy town he was used to, but what seemed like the outskirts of a large city.
Ian breathed in disbelief. "Where am I?"

So Haru was lost that was a given but he was not going to give up on finding his way home, back to his home Garage island.
But this place was much different than that of any of the places he had been to previously. As Haru wondered the streets at night trying to keep calm and collected as he would think of a way to get back. Those thoughts were interrupted by the sound of thunder as a heavy rain started to pour outside where he was. "Well this is just great!" Haru complained as he rushed around to find someplace dry.
As he ran through the rain Haru then noticed an old abandoned church.

"Shelter!" Haru said as he smiled and ran in the church and dried himself off and the decaforce sword he had on his back.

Haru used his black jacket as a makeshift towel to dry off his hair and his sword so it wouldn't rust.

"Man this place is deserted i wonder where everyone could be?" Haru said as he placed his jacket on one of the nearby chairs to dry after sheathing his sword.

As Ian stood in disbelief of the new surroundings he heard a crack of lighting. God dammit. Ian took a small step back to keep his backpack inside of the church, to prevent his electronics to become fried. As he stood there angrily at the rain gods he heard someone shout from the other side of the church. Alerted, Ian went down into a crouch and slowly reentered the church. Sticking to the walls of the church, Ian maneuvered around, not wanting to be caught by an unknown person. After getting about half way around he finally sees the figure, not that it was hard to. He was drying off with a jacket, presumed his own, and a giant sword. Shit.

Thinking of a plan that was sure-fire, not going to get him stabbed, Ian called out "Hello giant swordsman. Well, swordsman with a disproportionately large sword, that could, in certain context, be classified as compensating for something, but I shan't go into that. I am about to stand up. When you see a well above average looking black figure stand up, please do not cause harm unto him, for he means no harm unto you. He just has expensive electronic equipment he'd rather not get wet in the storm. Thank you." Ian chuckled at his sense of humor.

After a second he stopped because he had the sudden realization that this could very well end poorly. He gritted his teeth and stood up slowly raising his right hand in a peaceful manner that should read Please don't kill me.

Haru could hear the raindrops trickle onto the church roof which was relaxing to say the least as he wondered what to do to pass the time here in the church. There was an old piano with a lot of dust near it and a few sheets of paper on it which Haru guessed to be music sheets.
Haru never had time to try to learn an instrument and here was a good chance to at least try it out.

Haru sat down on the bench like chair as he cleaned off the webbing and dust as best he could then placed the music sheets onto the piano to read.
Haru started to play a few notes and it seemed that the piano had aged well and was good shape despite the dust.

He then heard a voice basically in fright as he saw a boy about his age or older inch his way closer to Haru as he spoke in the 3rd person about himself.

Haru put on a bright smile and waved at the boy. "Hello! The name is Haru Glory what's yours?" Haru continued to try to learn the piano with only a few of the music sheets still intact.
The one song he had been currently playing reminded him of his home of Garage Island. After finishing the song he felt a sense of accomplishment that he learned a bit about something new during his time here in the church.

The storm was picking up but it wasn't anything too harmful yet.

Haru looked over at the boy again and smiled "No need to fear me. I am always here to protect people even those i hardly know!"

The good humored hitman was struck with awe as the swordsman willing gave up his name. Haru, interesting name. Ian rolled the name over his tongue, as if tasting the texture to the name. He decided he would return the favor, "The name's Ian, Ian Kemp, but most contacts call me ICK." As Ian stood up he watched as the swordsman sat down on a bench and turned to play the church's piano. The kids started belting out a tune and the ability of the newbie surprised him. He seemed to know his way around an piano fairly well. Thinking on it made Ian think of his childhood and his experience with a piano. He sucked, but he had masted a few songs.

Dwelling on such a nostalgic topic made Ian look around the dusty ol' place. All of the old decorations had been tarnished and worn to a dull rounded edge. All of the incredible detail was aged and faded to mush, in an incredible state of disrepair it made Ian wonder how the building even came to be his home. He wasn't religious in the least bit, but he always found it calming to be in a holy place, from church's to temples to sanctuaries; just always seemed to follow him a round.

Being zapped out of his thought bubble with a crack of lightning Ian was listening to the music again. It seemed to fit the mood well. The rich sound of the piano complimented the pitter patter of the rain on the roof well. Ian made note to tell Haru of that, "You're very good at the piano, Haru." Ian walked over and sat next to the swordsman. The sarcastic murderer cracked his knuckles and fished into his right side pants pocket before pulling out a grey and crimson die and dropping it on the piano, next to the music.

20. Nice.

Ian wiggled his fingers trying to remember how to play, "It's been a few years, but lets see here." he started to play a more dramatic and thunderous piece to match the worsening storm. The contrast made the exposed arm hair on his forearm stand on end and it sent goose-bumps down Ian's spine. He gave a small squeak in surprise as a pleasant smirk crossed the merk's lips.
