Well, as you may know...you might have a question in your head that states, "I wanted to play this character but he/she is already dead. What should I do?" To answer that, it IS possible to use a deceased character. Just pretend that the "rose" from the dead, okay? For the anime Naruto, we won't be accepting any more made up characters from the Uchiha Clan...and I better not see anymore siblings of Neji and Hinata since they already have other siblings.
