It's finally time that I made this thread of explaining how long can pending applications last in the Character Registrations. What I mean by "Pending Application(s)" is either a certain application needs of being re-edited if there's in need of changes (by means of being critiqued by an Admin/Mod)...or you're still working on it but you just posted it with a note that you aren't finished.

Well, there's a news flash for you all people who have a "Pending Application", you only have a MONTH to finish it. Yeah, that's right. I'm giving you a month to finish your application based on when you last edited it...not when you posted it (that depends since some people just post the whole thing without any edits). Why? Because I'm get sick and tired of applications being ignored and left there for God knows how long it takes for an individual to finish an application. You don't have to make it fancy...really. You're only giving yourself extra loads of work and making it difficult for yourself. It really doesn't take a month to finish an application anyways.

When an Admin/Mod critiques your application, you make changes AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (ASAP)...before your month expires that is. If you don't, well, say good-bye to your account and application. That means we assume that you ABANDONED your account.

But if you don't want your account anymore, then TELL US. Don't make us guess that either you want it or you don't want it. We're not psychic for crying out loud! I don't want to get blamed for something that's not my problem. That means that if I delete your account and application without you telling me that you don't want it deleted, well then, it's your fault because you didn't say anything to me about it and/or you didn't edit it in about a month. Don't go blaming me because I already said it right here. You made the application and it's your job to change it, not mines. I only do critiques here.

It's okay to post applications too by posting it while you keep on working (make sure you have a note). But please, don't take like a LONG time doing it (like more than four weeks) since you're only delaying the inevitable. Don't get lazy...besides, you brought this upon yourself anyways for making a character.

If you put "Don't Delete" in your application, then I'll give you TWO months to edit it. I'm not a fortune-teller that knows what's going to happen...I can't just "read" your movements of when you're actually going to finish your application.

So this is the re-cap of what I'm trying to say:
  1. Pending Applications must be finished before one month expires (based on when you last edited it).
  2. If you don't finish and your month expires, your account & application would be deleted.
  3. If you don't want your application to get deleted YET, then put "Don't Delete"somewhere in your application. Put it in a quote or something at the top or bottom of your application to make it noticeable.
If you post an application, you have the responsibility to finish it. And if you did finish, then more power to you. But if there's a critique, it's YOUR job to make changes. Not my job, not my problem...it's YOURS. You got that? Okay, just drill my words of "wisdom" down into your slow-working brains and stop delaying.
