Brothers and Sisters, My wife and I need your prayers. My wife's grandmother just died on Thursday and she flew down to Arkansas for today's funeral and will be coming back home Wednesday. Please pray that the Lord would give her strength to deal with this tragedy and keep her safe on her flight home. I just got out of a court mediation a few hours ago and it was a very difficult time for me. I have been feeling ill since this morning and did not sleep well, and it usually takes me a day or three to recover from these argumentative, verbally abusive sessions. I have been trying to get custody of my children - my ex-wife is not in church any longer and is living with a boyfriend. The children would be better off with me and better off in a loving, Christian home. Unfortunately I had to defend our religious beliefs in court on top of everything else. The fact that we don't attend a church building or have a large membership in our home is leading my ex-wife to claim that I am a cult leader running a "Church of Chad." I am physically and emotionally drained and need your prayers, especially since my wife cannot be here for a few more days. Thank you all so much. |

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to help carry this heaviness to our faithful father in heaven. ..... The circumstances of severe human contention can change rapidly because they are so often sponsored by accusations from "high places", involving adversaries that are now fully subject to dominion of Jesus. Please let the grace of God be sufficient for any raw, human (below) level strife that may be acted out during these kind of matters. At the end of the day, your former wife will still be your children's mother. dave |

Chad, Please know you and your wife will be in our prayers!! I am so sorry to hear of her grandmother's passing. We understand the court process so much and my heart goes out to you! I know how stressful it can be and can only imagine what you are going through. Feel free to call us if you need to talk. |
