Fall has recently set in, the weather unsure of what it wishes to be. Some days continue to be hot and dry while others see storm clouds and rainfall.
Savish have begun working on a fortification at the northern edge of Myath forest, seeking to build it as a forward camp in anticipation of an attack on Stone Haven.

Note that these here aren't the only races that a player can apply as, almost any race will be accepted, such as orcs, fairies, minotaurs or even succubus. Just realize that they aren't a core population on the continent.
Humans: Before the war against the savish, the humans were broken up into multiple kingdoms based out of their capital cities scattered all over Asova. It wasn't until war with the savish was on their doorstep, did they ally with one another and other races to achieve a common goal. Though backed into a corner, they are resilient in their ways. There are those that still seek prosperity during the rough times, taking to the seas as pirates or to the alleys as thieves and brigands. Now their main city is shared with dwarves, inside a mountain and is a secret to most the world.
Elves: A majestic people that is believed to have once ruled everything North of Mount Yovari with expansive kingdoms that ranged all along the North-Western coast. A people of the wood and pointed ears, they harbored all different kinds of elves and their cultures. The land led by their King and Queen, chosen by gods themselves, who ruled from the city of Durmista and it's surrounding woods. The strength of the elves was second to none and were able to control when it was used, more a people of peace than of war. Their archers, as deadly accurate as any would rather raise their bows for the hunt than for a battle.
With the civilization on it's pinnacle, a prophet appeared and foretold the ruin of the elvish kingdom. His words fell upon deaf ears and was exiled to an island off the coast. Not a month later, a plague coursed through the elvish lands. Devastating it's populace and it's livelihood. The King and Queen were both felled by the disease and their kingdom crumbled until only the city of Durmista remained. Most of the history of the elves was lost due to the outbreak of disease and remains concealed inside of ancient ruins, wasted, debilitated and lost from a thousand passing years.
Dwarves: A race that takes it's delight in it's history of it's ancestors. Some of the greatest forgers and blacksmiths were of Dwarven blood. A race of people that can be as hard headed as stone they often work with, it is found that some of the dwarven clans can be rather nomadic. Seeking to travel and camp out in Asova landscape than to live in a single place. Other clans have built underground fortresses and live out there, the dwarves do not answer to a single head of royalty but rather to the heads of their clans that oversee the comings and goings of those underneath them. The leaders of the clans often congregate in what is called a Grounds Meeting, to discuss matters and quell any brooding clans leaders.
War also has it's own place in dwarvish history, clans at war is never uncommon and when the humans and elves appeared at a Grounds Meet asking for them to fight under the same banner against a common foe, only half were willing to join. Understanding the trouble that they all faced and going at it alone was foolish. The other half that turned away from the alliance, either entered seclusion to hide from the savish armies and most of those that fought alone as a single clan were obliterated though very few still remain.
Savish: A race with the gift or maybe the curse of demonic blood, each savish akin to a certain element of the world. It is unsure when they first appeared on the lands of Asova or even how they got there but they forced their way into history nearly three hundred years ago when they began as nothing more than rogue tribes in the southern most regions of Asova. Raiding traders and travelers alike, for a while it seemed as though they were no more than a mere threat to wanderers. Armed forces that sought to eradicate the savish tribes were never heard from again, no trace of them. It was much to the delight of those around them that the savish seemed to war amongst each other rather than the rest of the world. However this would not last forever.
It came quickly and was an action that only few foresaw. The savish tribes united and attacked surrounding settlements with tenacity. They laid waste to any unfortunate enough to make their home in the South, in only a short two years the savish had taken most of the South as their own. Rising up from the leathers and linens of barbaric tribes to the gold and armor of a nation. Though a war-loving people, the savish seemed to detain themselves after creating their own civilization, almost into a lull. They eventually started trade with the rest of Asova, though a foreigner was always uneasy entering the savish capital of Savir. It wasn't until two civil wars passed and the family of Atsiel took the crown that the war machine began to turn once again.
Dragons: An ancient race that has lived in Asova for longer than even the elves. The antagonist of many a tavern tale and the nightmare of every villager. Even the savish fear the large winged creatures with their breath that kills. Despite the name their fear brings, it's safe to say that dragons rarely attack anything. Most of them dwell within Dragon Heights and the surrounding mountains that box the peak of Dragon Heights in by the coast. The Heights are a place of wonder to most, where thieves dream that a hoard of gold and treasure lays guarded by the multitude of dragons living amongst the mountain tops. The fear of dragons on the coast steer most ships away, even heavily armed pirates do not wish to see their ship sunk and their own treasures plundered by winged nightmares.
Even with the isolation and safety the Heights give the dragons, this does not keep some dragons from leaving their home in search of other caverns or going rampant in order to find their own riches from nobles or feast on cattle. Though outside of the conflict of war, the dragons have not turned a blind eye to their feuds. A large bronze dragon leads the brood curious to the ways of man. Watching and waiting, to see how the war may engulf them as well. Wondering if one day his own kin will join the battle, but to whose aid?
