After a long trip flying over many countries, the plane finally arrived in Turkducken, land on the tarmac, and arrive in front of an airport stairs, the Vice Doge is the first getting out of the airplane. Watching all this surface, she take conscience of the importance of her diplomatic mission and for why she was there Vice Doge for Affairs Sabrina Reyote to the audience waiting for her - Greetings, my name is Reyote, Sabrina, Vice Doge for Affairs of the Merchant Republic of Vinitsia. I am here in order to establish the first contacts betweens our Nations, in hope for future develop ties and peace. Reaching out to shake the Vice-Doge's hand he said "Greetings ma'am and welcome to Turkducken. It is an honor to receive you in my country." OOC: Yes I tend to do that :p

I am really glad to be there, and to meet your Excellence, we do not really know this part of the world, that is why I am happy to discover such place, and your culture. My goal is to negotiate the official establishment of diplomatic relations between our Nations, followed by the opening of embassies in both countries, and the beginning of our first economical exchanges. The ride to the palace was short as the major airport was nearby... Upon reaching the palace, and clearing the armed gates, the President and his guest entered the foyer. "Now where do we begin?"

He pointed to the wall displaying the proud banner of his country, this is our flag. "What it means I do not know, however the people like it and therefore it is ours. We live in relative obscurity from the world and have had very little contact with the outside. Non-humans are common here, and generally speaking we see ourselves not as races or species, but as a collective people. I was elected this year, after the peaceful overthrow of the previous dictator, our military is depleted and even compared to the jet you arrived here on it seems that we are simply behind to the rest of the world." He walked from the room and returned with a bottle of wine and a glass, he poured himself some and took a swig. He apologetically waved his hand at the Vice-Doge, "I apologize if this seems rude, it is around one in the afternoon and it is customary to drink at least some wine during the day." he pours himself another glass, "I also happen to be incredibly thirsty at this moment, and consider myself a connoisseur of fine wine." He places the glass down on a side table, "Customs are widely scattered in my country, but we generally agree with a few things. At some point in our history we decided that the homeless are never really homeless, in Turkducken we consider every man or woman apart of our larger family and it is widely considered to be good luck when a hitchhiker arrives at your doorstep. We also have no central language, a barrier we will soon have to overcome if we want to progress as a society. We tend to live with our close family, or those we consider to be our closest family. This is why the capitol," he waved his hand around the room, to signify the entire city they resided in, "is the largest city in Patience. People just haven't moved and we've only grown out and around the coastline. Another thing is that we care deeply for our home and the environment, while this may not hold up when we compare ourselves to the rest of the world, we have some of the clearest waters and greenest pastures. The air is clean and we strive to keep it that way." After talking for a prolonged period of time, he coughed and poured himself another glass, "Unfortunately most of my people are either substance farmers or meager seamen, while we try to provide for ourselves as best as we can, it has become harder in these recent years to find quality food for all of our people." He took a drink from the glass, and begun again. "As for our ambitions we are a simple people, to trade and make friendships and be citizens of the world. Hopefully the world can teach us what we fail to accomplish and we can teach the world what we can accomplish. With a keen interest in science and fraternity we hope to be strong friends, but realistically we would make poor allies." he finished and smiled at the Vice-Doge. She was quite impress by the new living standards while the President explain her the war before Vice Doge for Affairs Sabrina Reyote - Your Excellence, I think I might love your country ! Food and wine is also an important thing for our Nation, and we heavily support environment followed by tourism. If I knew, I would have brought a box of wine... But it is never too late, I'll ask the coming ambassador to. In order to clarify, we aren't looking for military partners, as we estimate violence as only a tool for barbarians, that is why our Army is so small, just in order to defend what we need. What we want, are economical partners, that would appreciate to trade with us, for the next century at least. Concerning your war, we understand, war can bring a Nation decades behind the world unfortunately... Be sure if you need to relance the trust of investment, we would be glad to support it. As for trade it surely depends on what we can offer, and what you can deliver for a fair exchange. Wine is the most obvious export that we make in Artisan goods, along with various textiles, we lack most motorized vehicles both by choice and by a lack of production. What we do have is reserved for government uses and the military."

Concerning your lack of motorized vehicules, there is potentially Nessa that could be implanted in your Nation, as their primary industry is free CO2 and pollution cars. That is why, your Excellence, a Trade Treaty, allowing us to deeply Trade, easily, would be beneficial I think. Well, here we have a draft, which is the base of all of our negotiations, and we would be glad if you have amendments about it, if you accept the idea of a Trade Treaty your Excellence.
