POSTED BY UNITED MORELAND Aye, although I don't think we necessarily need structured ideas, we should be looking for setting up a community where anyone starts things with otherrs reacting to that and also starting there own. At the moment I think the issue is we're relying on certain people starting things and if their not around (Such as the Old Blood RP) things just shut down |

POSTED BY SS I fully agree and this isn't truly only for ideas, it is for Roleplay in general and how to make how Roleplay is conducted in Audax more efficient. I'll change some of the choices of words I used earlier to focus on those elements as well. |

POSTED BY SS So lets kick this off. One of the biggest issues Audax faces is that when someone creates a open, regional role play someone else wants to create their own. This brings the focus off of that first regional roleplay and places it onto another. This usually leads to the first dying quickly and the latter slowly dying from our infamous inactivity. Malson and United Moreland, what do you think could fix this? I feel restrictions should be made on regional role plays or at least suggested course of actions. |

The Union and Vandinium are in a localized conflict, and the justification behind it is so muddled that it is hard to tell (to an outsider) who is in the wrong. Meanwhile, UM attempted this with the Umbeta RP, but due to the extremely low death toll and lack of communication (as well as the beginning of winter around that time) that RP kind of died down. What we really need is a boogeyman for an RP, and a good one, or at the very least a motivation to get people involved. I have created two (potential) 'boogeymen', and others have greated their own, so I'm going to compile a list of potential motivators or villains for an RP. These are: -Jory Hellhorn (Hawkwick Centered) - The answer to the age-old question: What if Bernie Sanders had a gun? A remnant from the earlier civil war, he will not stop until he 'frees' Hawkwick from the Union's grasp. -Vokun (Internationally Centered with Hawkwickan Origin) - An international PMC and Supercorporation ready to go off of the rails. See ATLAS from COD:AW for an example of how this can work. -The Umbeta (Moreland Centered) - Minority Terrorists out of Moreland who seem to have a penchant for explosives. -Vandinium (North Centered) - Invaded by the Altic Union for 'massacring' an airport, in reality caused false flag. Looks like a boogeyman to the world, but isn't. -Altic Union (North Centered) - A seemingly benevolent replacement for HARM and Heimar that has something much shadier underneath. A king with delusions who wants power more and more every day, and a held up vendetta against Vandinium. Since I have been given all of Wahland's chars and nations, I can finally utilize this nation to it's full extent. -Potentially others? Although we it doesn't have to happen everytime, I think we need one of these 'boogeyman', 'every nation works together against one thing' type of RPs right now. It lets everyone get involved and keeps the spotlight on all of the nations simultaneously, preventing any overshadowing from happening. |

POSTED BY MALSON We need to tell people reading recruitment telegrams that this is a rp region, and not mean't for actually playing NS. Also, whenever someone applies for residence in Audax with a map claim, I will tell them to make sure that you are always active on the forums and NS, and whenever they need to go on vacation, they can go to settings and hit vacation mode. Here is an idea for RP numbers, if there is 1 major RP, like a war, fair, or sports event, there can only be 1 major RP at a time. This region is mean't for rping, and most people ignore the fact that this is an rp group and just sit there doing nothing, I usually frown upon, since Neraklos ceased to exist, keep his claim so when he comes back he can still have his claim. I just want this region to be back to it's regular state, a normal size rp region where most claims are filled, and there can be a post on a RP every 1 or 2 days... |

POSTED AGAIN BY SS I highly agree with this Hawkwick. One of Audax's greatest roleplay was the Blackwatch roleplay, which were some neat boogiemen. POSTED BY VLASKOVIC Aye, I am working on the map.
