Key Keeper Posts: 401 Group: Regional Founder Member #1 Joined: Jan 21, 2016 Nation: Sad-States	Agreement on Cooperation and Kinship Between The Versutian Federation and Audaxia Agreement on Cooperation and Kinship between The Versutian Federation and The Audaxian Republic We, the peoples of Audaxia and The Versutian Federation believe that it is in the best interests of our regions that we strive for the ultimate goal of cooperation and kinship by pursuing relations for the present and future days to come.      Article I - Legitimacy of Regional Governments           1.1.     Both parties shall view both regional governments as the legitimate leadership of each regions based upon its laws, constitutions and decisions as legitimate. Any other government or political party that comes to power to overthrow its former defined leaders shall not be viewed as legitimate.           1.2.     Both parties agree that that each region shall handle its citizens, laws, and decisions on its own without the need of intervention unless stated otherwise.      Article II - Non-Aggression Pact           2.1.     The regions of The Versutian Federation and Audaxia agree that neither party will attack either home region, nor take part in any military or diplomatic party in efforts of overthrowing the defined, legitimate regional government.           2.2.     The parties will refrain from conspiring, either directly or through a third party, to destabilize or overthrow the legitimate government of either party.      Article III - Mutual Defense Agreement           3.1.     Both parties agree to aid in defending the security of the other party’s region and its legitimate regional government.      Article IV - Future Relations           4.1.     Both parties shall push for better relations, interegional events, and the goodwill of all Versutians and Audaxians.           4.2.     Both parties shall maintain open embassies (in-game) with one another with both parties being listed as one of the top four embassies.           4.3.     Both parties shall maintain open embassies (off-site) with one another.           4.4.     This agreement shall be stored and pinned in a publicly accessible area of the community forums of both parties.      Article V - Termination of The Agreement           5.1.     If either party wish to terminate this agreement, they must do it within a eight days notice. After the notice, all terms binding both parties shall be made void.           5.2.     Both parties agree to attempt to seek a diplomatic summit before acting on a termination of this agreement. No edits will be made to the proposal at this point due to it being in the voting stage. If passed in both Audaxia and The Versutian Federation, there will be one final edit unless legally edited through law on the proposal. This edit is only to change the text at the bottom stating, "Proposal Version 1.5" to "Pact Version 1.6".

The Versutian Federation must pass it as well for the pact to become official. We will find out about the outcome of the Versutian vote within 1-4 hours.

Key Keeper Posts: 401 Group: Regional Founder Member #1 Joined: Jan 21, 2016 Nation: Sad-States	The proposal has been passed both in the Versutian Federation and Audaxia. Within the VF the vote was 7-0 and in Audaxia was 4-1. The combined vote between our regions is 11-1 which is a 91.6% agreement between our regions who voted upon the proposal.
