I do 30 minutes to an hour of cardio then do a part of my body muscle wise. I don't really workout for mass I just think it is fun. At first its gay as hell, but then it kind of becomes routine, and enjoyable because you could feel yourself improving :D

Monday - /Cardio/Chest, Tricep and biceps
Tuesday - Just Stretching and cardio
Wednesday - cardio/Full Leg Day/Abs
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Shoulders and Cardio
Saturday - Cardio
Sunday - Rest

My schedule. And yes, once you get used to it and see yourself improving, it's really hard to stop.

Monday - Cardio/Chest/Tris/Bic/Back/Abs (2 hours)
Tuesday - Intense Cardio/Abs/Shoulders
Wednesday - Legs/Abs/Cardio
Thursday - Stretch/Foamroll/Swim
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Intense Cardio
Sunday - Rest

I go for runs. 3miles, 4miles, sometimes 6miles. Id type all that in kilometers but you are dumb and wont understand :D + do pushups, situps.

Good run is just awesome, I used to hate it but after my little army service, I like it
