Hi guys, I would just like some suggestions from the RPG players as to what Sub-headings you would like in this area. I was thinking to have an 'In Character' sub for any of that particular type of chatter between characters. This can be used to compare notes and theories regarding the game plots, and any other dicussions or questions you have for each other 'in-character'. For example, lets say that Jack would like a magic scroll crafted, he could 'contact' the Nyss'ette and enquire whether she would take the time and energy to create it for him. They could negotiate price and payment terms, contracts or deals, quantities, casting level, etc. These sort of things are readily discussed at the table, but with us only playing once a month or so, it could be useful to do some of the 'off-time' stuff online. As such I would be contactable as 'The DM' and any purchasing and crafting can be negotiated. With you talking to a shopkeeper, furrier, etc. This is my initial suggestion, please add any you can think of so that we can put them up before the game begins in ernest and we have to move and pin stuff. Other possibles: Fluff (Concurrent storyline) Characters (seperate spots for you to 'blog' your characters journal/story as you see it) BTW, that's another option if you feel like it, a Blog page for the game, like Buccaneer Bass uses, with each player as a member, so that we can create our own storyline pages and so on... Bring it on!

perhaps for "in character" posts we could do a Morrow and a Tharmar sub post i.e the morrow one would be all about unity and asking RPGers questions about items like Gelf said while tharmar the selfish sub post would be about trickery, dangerous deals and who knows wot on anyone else |

I think an off topic and in character forum would be good, maybe even subsections for each character, disgussions of buying items. Also good, maybe not nessicaily all seperate forums. Maybe pin several of the topics instead? like all the different characters? |

Might I suggest a "Story so far" topic, with threads for each session? This way, people can see what is going on, and it may get some others interested for later games. |

Okay, where're we going with this one, sorry I missed this part of the post so I kinda got a bit behind.  I wouldn't mind something along these lines, I will be posting the DM stuff in the 'Immoren Newes' topic, with News articles and small story bits. But if we want to, then we can each post our take; as players; on the development and blah. Like crowing over an Ogryn kill or a cool spell used, etc. It may be difficult to keep the distinction between 'in-character' and other stuff tho'. But we can try it out, just say the word and it'll be done guys...altho' then we've all got to put in our part after each session or it'll just whiffle out slowly. |

well....a thread would be a good idea. Just if me and Matt's side project comes to fruition. Then we'll have something more of an interactive and audio orrientated way of doing it. Since we're looking at putting together a podcast. Which will probably be Warmachine centric, as well as feature RPG segments like recaps and such? Edited by shadowdragon, Aug 3 2008, 08:55 AM.

Oooooooh okay sorry. Well We're looking at recording a BWG podcast. Which will probably feature a recap of the RPG segment. But otherwise yeah, a recaping topic on the forum wouldnt be a bad idea either. |
