OK, so I'm going to suggest that we keep better track of which languages we speak. Can I ask all characters to put a reply here with the languages you can speak. For example, I can speak in Molgur-Og, Aeric and a smattering of Khardic. I'm also going to suggest a way to specify this in forum topics; Cygnaran is plain text All forms of Molgur are surrounded by [ ] Khardic, and any other Khadoran languages are surrounded with < > Aeric is surrounded with { } I intend to use this format in any future posts when I'm in character. If you don't want to use them, that's fine, but just let us know what language you're talking in, because, as you can see, I can't speak Cygnaran  With any luck, this will help us communicate better, or not, as the case may be. |

Khadoran-written and spoken (this will be my post language for Rossaria topic) Cygnaran-written and spoken (I will speak using this during friendly chat as you all seem to know it however W are difficult to pronounce so V's will substitute Khurzic-spoken (more for any khard I meet who I don't want you understanding the conforsation) Ord-spoken the only ting that gets me with this is no fonts on these posts ese i would use my coressponding writen language |

Ack!! They made the ultimate error!! Sorry, Qb and Cam, just kidding, but it's actually spelt (and said) 'Cygnaran'. It doesn't have an 'i' in it. Meh, sorry again. Heh, and it seems Wingdings isn't installed on the server. Just as well, really, I wouldn't want the place to become full of incomprehensible symbols, and I doubt anyone else would either.

Hmm, I coulda sworn it was Molgur-Trul that Jack knew. That's the dialect used by the trolls, isn't it? I'm assuming it's Molgur and Cygnaran for Bendeck, although he may suprise us yet (And I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for you, you blasted barbarian! - Sorry, Scooby-Doo spoof over, now) |
