Hello :) I'm a frequent poster on a number of forums, such as Warseer, Bolter and Chainsword and others... In recent times I've had messages from other members of these forums who have got in touch when they've seen that I'm based in Suffolk, to ask about where I play at. I normally tell them about BWG.

But getting these messages made me think about possibly there's a need for a place where gamers can find a club or venue to play at in our county, so to that end I've set up a new forum: Suffolk Wargaming

I also see a purpose of this new forum as giving opportunities for clubs and gamers across the county to get togoether and plan events such as tournaments.

To that end, I've been speaking with a few people about the possibility of a 40k tournament for Suffolk gamers and/or gaming clubs.

So who on here would like to see such an event take place? Would you prefer such an event to be based on Teams from gaming clubs (e.g. a BWG team), or individual players?

Thanks for looking, and for any feedback/ideas B)

I reckon it would be a good idea. We'll meet some new faces, maybe get more people coming to the club. Oh, and get some battling done too.

Great idea, EtM
