Please enter the following information: - Your forum user name and/or your full name - Your First Choice of army - Your Second Choice of army - Any additional information for your army, e.g. it includes a BFG Fleet, or the name of the Regiment/Warlord/Commander - Also, if you have a choice, which team you’d prefer to join (only applicable for Space Marine, Imperial Guard, Ork, or Dark Eldar players) Thank you!
