Please include the work order and any updates.

Directions for how to handle situations:

EDL - open and close
EDO - unplug and replug
"Won't wring it out" - too much soap was used!

Repairman came with some info!

He reminded us that if clothes are ever stuck in the washer, to PUSH the door then pull again for the door top open.

An EDL error just means open the door and shut it firmly (don't slam, but don't baby it). The "door locked" light will come on shortly after the door closes, and you're good to go at that point.

The signs were on the washer because two are being replaced (yay!) and the other ones had signs explaining the door shutting process.

Also, to help wit the smell, KEEP WASHER DOORS OPEN. This allowed excess water to evaporate.

I tried to service request Washer 13 again and it is not giving me the correct location. It says the washer is located somewhere else and we really need to find a way to service request this or get a new washer!

I put a sign on it saying DO NOT USE

Submitted a service request for Washer 13 and 11. An ID is not required so I just wrote the washer numbers in the comments section.

Also, Kayla Corozzo's money has been eaten, but I didn't want any of her information on the service request form. How does she get her money back? (it was quarters, not BuckID)

A service request for washer 11 has been submitted. There is now a list of all the washer codes in the Google drive for future service requests :)

A service request was submitted for washer 12 because the coin slot is jammed with a nickle but is still usable with buck ID.

A service request was submitted for washers 9 and 13 because their spin cycles are not working.

A service request was sent in for washer 9 because a resident paid for the wash cycle and it did not work. The service request number is 5116503. I also called 2-HELP for washer 10 because a resident washed her clothes and the door would not open... Her clothes are currently locked in the washer. Some one should be by soon to get the clothes out of washer 10.

A man came in today to look at our washers. He said that nothing is wrong with washer #9, but the EDL code may have come up during that resident's wash cycle. He said to tell residents to open up the door and then shut and start it again from the machine and the cycle should then continue.

He also cleared water out of washer #14, as some bobby pins had clogged it up.
