Just a random question, I don't know the answer. If you managed to get ColdCast on iTunes, wouldn't you be sued or summat for playing all that music? I listen to StarsHollowCast (for all you Gilmore Girls fans out there) and they're always mentioning that you're not allowed to play some songs on your podcasts, but I'm not sure what the deal is. confused I just don't want you guys to get sued.

It's a metal song (or at least that's how I heard it the first time) but Justine sent me just the instrumental part and that's what we've decided as a theme song. As for the copyright problem, that was one of my biggest concerns in making this podcast and it's still a huge concern of mine but because it's not mainstream and it's not on iTunes I hope that it's not a problem. I mean, technically because we're not on iTunes, we're not a "podcast". I sincerely hope that we don't get sued but because we're so small, I don't think that would be a problem. And thank you for your compliment about my voice. As weird as that sounds to me right now. It's very sweet. HOWEVER, if anyone knows for certain that it's a copyright infringement and will result in problem, could you let me know so that I can take it down? Thanks.
