Past, Present & Future March 10, 2008 The Bradley Center in Milwaukee will be rocking with three solid hours of action as Raw airs a special “WrestleMania Rewind Night” extravaganza. Superstars from Raw, SmackDown and ECW will battle in rematches from past WrestleMania spectaculars, giving competitors the chance to rewrite – or relive – history. During this special Raw event, Floyd “Money” Mayweather and Big Show will meet in an official WrestleMania weigh-in for their titanic matchup in Orlando, Fla. Will sparks fly as The Greatest Fighter in the World will once again be in the same ring with the gargantuan former World Champion before their one-on-one contest at WrestleMania XXIV? John Cena made the matches last week on Raw, and got an RKO for his efforts. Now, as seen exclusively first on WWE Mobile on AT&T, Raw GM William Regal tapped Orton to be in charge in next week's Triple Threat Takeover on Raw. What will the WWE Champion have in store for his two WrestleMania opponents? Shawn Michaels told Ric Flair he didn’t want to be the man to end the legendary 35-year career of the Nature Boy. Will HBK reconsider and recommit to facing his friend on sports-entertainment’s grandest stage? Last week, Finlay ended all the speculation about Hornswoggle and Mr. McMahon, telling the world he was behind the ruse that portrayed the leprechaun as the billionaire’s bastard son and admitting that he was the real father. JBL then challenged the Belfast Brawler to a match at WrestleMania, as he further tortured Hornswoggle in his hospital bed. Bet on the Irish coming out ready to fight next Monday if Finlay crosses paths with the self-made millionaire. What other surprises will be in store? Tune in live this Monday at a special time – 8/7 CT – on USA Network for three action-packed hours of “WrestleMania Rewind Night” on Raw. |

If Randy Orton is in charge, I think we're gonna see Big Show vs. Cena (a rematch of WM 20), so that Cena will be softened up even more going into WM 24. Probably HBK vs. HHH or Y2J. Kennedy, Edge, and Orton vs. Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, and CM Punk. There are tons of possibilities, but Kennedy was only in one WM, and that's the MITB from last year, so that's the combination I see since Finlay is a face now, but was a heel then and King Booker is in TNA. |

^I don't think Orton would put himself in any type of match. Not much point. |

I guess that would be true, maybe HHH is gonna be in charge or no one, since there will be two more episodes til WM, Regal or Vinnie Mac will be in charge of match making. BTW, I will be going to GB for wrestling in about 15 minutes. (WWE Raw arena show starts at 3pm. I'll be back with pics and details tomorrow morning, going gambling after the show.) |

Sounds like a blockbuster raw and i hope we get good WMania rematches and not bad ones. We could also get surprise returns. Randy Orton is in charge. As he is in charge he will be involved in many matches. How i'd book the raw show. HHH vs Batista Special Guest Referee Randy Orton HHH finally gets a win over Batista, Umaga interferes. Jericho vs Michaels I want Jericho to win but HBK would win this. Randy Orton vs The Rock Orton is in charge he comes out and says he is facing The Rock(WM20) Knowing that Rock won't be there, Orton tells ref to declare him as the winner. Crowd boos, and Mick Foley shows up. Either have Foley vs Orton or have Foley protest Orton's win over the great one. Orton is furious and he says he has a surprise for Foley. Orton's former tag team partner EDGE. He makes this a hardcore match. Edge vs Foley Hardcore Match Edge wins Career Threatening Match: Flair vs Undertaker. Ok since Orton is in charge he is not facing Taker. He makes Flair face Taker. Flair wins by dq, Edge interferes and spears Flair. HBK shows up but accidently hits Taker. Edge escapes and starts laughing. Orton announces that there will be a tag match for next week Undertaker & Edge vs Flair & HBK. That is the main event for next week. Cena vs Big Show Big Show wins, Orton interferes. Hulk Hogan vs Vince McMahon- confrontation It won't happen but it would be funny if Hornswoggle returns next week. Vince is about to hit him and Hogans music hits. Hogan comes for the save. Ok not a match but at least Hogan coming out to beat up Vince would be great. William Regal vs The Returning RVD Won't happen but i would love to see Punk beating Chavo this week for the title. We get RVD/Punk at WMania. Jeff Hardy vs CM Punk(WM23) Jeff Hardy wins. After the match, Shelton, CCC & Kennedy interfere and attack Jeff. Matt Hardy who returned on Smackdown this week shows up to save Jeff. 6 Man Tag booked for Smackdown: CM Punk & The Hardys vs Kennedy, Shelton & Carlito. Now that would be an awesome show. This could be one of the greatest raw shows ever if they booked this. I wanted to see HHH vs Taker but that won't happen. It could be HHH/Cena but i don't think they will go for another dq finish next week. There will be a womens match on the show so what WMania rewind match. Hmmm how about Melina vs Ashley. Ashley's last match in the wwe.
He should face The Rock. Rock of course doesn't show up. Foley comes out and protests. Orton calls out his former partner Edge and we get Edge/Foley. |

Hey all, I'm back, I'll give you a run down of the matches: Super Crazy beat Charlie Haas, it was a nice fast paced match, highlighted by Charlie changing into a mask and changing his whole outfit, then Super Crazy beating him with a picture perfect Moonsault. Rhodes and Holly beat Cade and Murdoch, good paced tag team title match, Cody pinned Murdoch after a DDT. Murdoch and Cade had arguments with fans in the first row, Murdoch even threatened to go over the guard rail. Nice pop for Holly. Paul Birchall beat Val Venis, nice match, Birchall worked over Venis' shoulder and arm for a while, Val had a comeback here and there, even leading to a Money Shot attempt, but Birchall moved out of the way and hit the curb stomp for the win. Mr. Kennedy beat Santino Marella, very good atmosphere for the match, Santino came out first insulting the people and Brett Favre for crying during his press conference. Kennedy came out to say that there are three things people from Green Bay like, watching Packers football, drinking beer, and kicking ass. He said football season is over, he's not going to drink until after the show, so that leaves one option. Kennedy won with the Mic Check after a pretty even match. Beth Phoenix beat Mickie James, nothing that you haven't really seen on Monday Nights, Mickie was very athletic, Beth overpowered like usual, finishing the match with the fisherman's suplex. Degeneration X beat Snitsky and Umaga, this whole segment was hilarious, first of all, HBK and HHH had a competition over who's side of the arena was the loudest, our side won. Then HHH asked if anyone had a toothbrush or mouth wash for Snitsky. When it finally came time to lock up, the funniest thing happened, HBK tried to roll Snitsky up in a sunset flip and pulled his shorts all the way down, you could see his ass for what must have been 2 minutes straight, HHH asked if anyone had any hand sanitizer, which an old lady in the first row gave him, he gave it to HBK who put it all over his body, then gave it to Umaga who did the same thing, I laughed so hard I cried. The rest of the match was pretty standard, though, HHH won with the Pedigree on Snitsky after HBK hit him with SCM. Randy Orton defeated Y2J in a streetfight, some weapons were used, a chair, a table, a cookie sheet, an extension cord, Jericho took Orton into the crowd on the other side of the arena from where I was sitting, Orton finally won with an RKO after a good 15 minutes of action. Then he tried hitting Jericho with the chair again, but Jericho saw it coming and reversed it into a code breaker on the chair. Good way to end the night. Overall it was a good show, Kennedy played face really well, though it was mostly because he was the hometown guy, but I could see him becoming a face down the road based on tonight's performance. There were some people that were noticeably absent, Cena, Jeff Hardy, Hornswaggle, and JBL among them, but the show was so good, they weren't all that missed. |

Yea sounds like a decent house show TARVDF. Top that off with hopefully a great Raw tonight and a great Wrestlemania at the end of the month and March should be excellent in WWE land. |

ok i read a spoiler about one wmania rewind tag match tonight and i am very disappointed. Now what is the point in this. Sure it is old school but none of the wrestlers are active wrestlers in the wwe.  It does nothing to further a storyline in that match and it will be a horrible match. One of the (HUMBLE) wrestlers in that match can't even walk properly. |

I loved Nitros 3 hour format. The first hour you would get tons of lucha/ Malenko.. than the 2nd and 3rd hours had the NWO and DDP|(fuck yes, DDP rules) so it was all good. |

Of course Raw will lack DDP. I was just saying 3 hour Nitros were good for about a year than they got really bad. |
