Dolph Ziggler vs. Goldust, San Fransisco (March 14th) They get 10 minutes, and it is two of the best in the company, so it delivers. Everything you'd want out of this match happens. Ziggler takes a ton of insane bumps to start out, and then starts to control Goldust with his crisp offense. Ziggler also breaks out a lot of great heel shit, like raking his bootlaces across Goldust's face. Goldust has a ridiculously hot comeback and they have a killer finishing run. The fan shooting this is close enough that you get to actually hear Goldust's punches, which is fantastic. Some really good false finishes since you can buy either man winning ,and Goldust hits the Final Cut for the win. ***1/4 The Undertaker/Edge/Rey Mysterio vs. CM Punk/Luke Gallows/Chris Jericho w/ Serena, San Fransisco (March 14th) As long as Edge isn't in, this is glorious. Jericho brings his A-game against Rey, but this is mostly Punk's work here. He and Rey are magic together and this being California and the crowd being highly Mexican, they're SUPER fucking hot for everything he's involved in. Taker was amazing on the apron, and grabbed a bottle of water and poured it all over his head and ran up and down the apron, jumping up and down for the tag. Epic hot tag too. The faces won, and it was a perfect house show main event. *** |

WWE Champion: Batista, Since 2/21/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Chris Jericho, Since 2/21/2010 WWE U.S. Champion: The Miz, Since 10/5/2009 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE Intercontinental Champion: Drew McIntyre, Since 12/13/2009 WWE Unified Tag Team Champions: The Big Show/The Miz, Since 2/8/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: Maryse, Since 2/22/2010 WWE Women's Champion: Michelle McCool, Since 2/26/2010 WWE Raw - WRESTLEMANIA REWIND NIGHT March 15th, 2010 San Diego, CA TONIGHT: Vince/Bret contract signing, Jericho/Shawn, Cena/Show, and Orton/H in Rewind Matches Guest host Steve Austin comes out and is fucking awesome. He demands beer and gets them. He talks about awesome Mania matches he's been in, especially Mania 13. He talks about Vince/Bret and says he's here to oversee the contract signing to make sure it's on the up and up. Match #1: John Cena vs. The Big Show This was an alright 4 minutes or so, but not much. Batista comes out for a distraction and Show wins with the KO Punch. *3/4 Evan Bourne comes out for a match, but Sheamus attacks and lays him out. He says when he watched WWE as a younger man, he was fascinated by a man who sold out everyone to get to the top and did everything possible to stay at the top, and it was Triple H. He says like Triple H overcame Shawn Michaels, the Rock, Austin, and the Undertaker to become the top wrestler of his generation (AHAHAHAHA WOW, REALLY?), he's going to overcome Triple H. He says H cost him the opportunity to go into his first WrestleMania as the main event, so he's going to talk Triple H's throne. In the back, Shawn talks to Austin. He asks if he thinks he can beat The Undertaker. He says he can, but he won't, and the Streak goes to 18-0. Shawn says he's proved people wrong before and he'll do it again, because The Streak ends. Chris Jericho then comes in and says he's the World Champion, not Shawn, and he can't wait to embarrass Shawn one more time before his career is over. Shawn says he's going to destroy Chris as a message tonight, and he leaves. Jericho says maybe Shawn can take the night off, and they can have some Steveweisers. Jericho buddies up and they laugh but Austin suddenly srs-faces Jericho and says to get out. Match #2: Maryse vs. Kelly Kelly Maryse wins in like a minute. 1/2* after the contest, Maryse kicked Kelly to the floor and assaulted her at ringside; moments later, Eve and Gail Kim made the save with WWE Women's Champion Michelle McCool and Layla then attacking Gail and Eve; McCool eventually knocked Eve out with a kick to the head before holding up her title belt and leaving the ring; Vickie Guerrero then appeared at the entrance way and celebrated with McCool, Layla, and Maryse Awesome Taker/Shawn hype video. Match #3: Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho Not good, but that's hardly shocking. They do some mailed in stuff and Jericho bails to lose by count out. *3/4 Edge comes out and rolls Jericho back in and he hits the Spear. Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Ted DiBiase is announced for Mania. In the back, Josh interviews Orton. He says he takes Triple H seriously, but he does not take Cody or Ted seriously, as they're nothing without him and have never had to exist in the WWE without his help. This is hardly a way to build up the match or the young kids. Match #4: Triple H vs. Randy Orton Fun fact, this is not any better as a face/face match! They do their stuff that they've done to death since 2005 and Priceless runs out to attack H after he hits the Pedigree. ** They attack Orton too, and H gets back in to save Orton. Sheamus then comes from the crowd and hits H with the Brogue Kick. Cody pulls Orton out, and he hits the Cross Rhodes on the floor. I really want to see H/Orton vs. Sheamus/Priceless next week now. Which is actually a thing that happens, so good for them for logical booking. HOF 2010: GORGEOUS GEORGE! Match #5: Batista vs. Kofi Kingston Good 3 minutes. Kofi takes some great bumps here as this is all about Batista being an absolute fucking killer. He wins with the Batista Bomb. ** NEXT WEEK: PETE ROSE GUEST HOSTS! Really fucking great Bret/Vince contract signing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-wmscG3b4o |

WWE Champion: Batista, Since 2/21/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Chris Jericho, Since 2/21/2010 WWE U.S. Champion: The Miz, Since 10/5/2009 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE Intercontinental Champion: Drew McIntyre, Since 12/13/2009 WWE Unified Tag Team Champions: The Big Show/The Miz, Since 2/8/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: Maryse, Since 2/22/2010 WWE Women's Champion: Michelle McCool, Since 2/26/2010 WWE NXT March 16th, 2010 Los Angeles, CA In the back, Striker says that the first round of NXT voting would happen next week. Match #1: CM Punk/Darren Young w/ SES vs. Matt Hardy/Justin Gabriel I like that the tag matches on NXT have mostly been extensions of the Pros' issues. Goes without saying that Punk was the best one in this. Matt was the only one who outright sucked. Young was solid but not amazing. Gabriel did his generic high flying well and worked good with Punk. Punk hits Matt with the GTS behind the ref's back and Young covers to win. **1/4 Gallows gets in and lays out Gabriel too. Young celebrates with them, but then Gallows hits him with the 12th Step and the SES leaves him in the ring. Match #2: Daniel Bryan vs. The Great Khali w/ Runjin Singh Bryan again looked great, even in a 3 minute squash of him. His brief offense was awesome and he took killer bumps. Khali hit a brain chop out of the air when Bryan jumped off the top for the win. ** Post-match, The Big Show comes out and Chokeslams Bryan before leaving. RAW REBOUND! The video on David Otunga airs again. Match #3: Heath Slater vs. Michael Tarver They only get 2 minutes, so it's not much. Slater wins with a roll up. *1/4 Tarver beats down Slater post-match and hits an awesome T-Bone Suplex. In the back, Regal tries to give Skip advice, but he keeps accidentally interrupting him, so he just walks away. Match #4: Wade Barrett vs. Skip Sheffield YEP YEP YEP WUT IT DO. They get 4 minutes, and it is not bad. I'm not calling it good since it was pretty average, but there were some good points. NXT is a strange group of talent. There's Daniel Bryan, one of the best in the world. Then there's a group of guys like Wade, Skip, Young, Tarver, Slater, and Gabriel. They're all good at some stuff but not complete as wrestlers, so their matches are filled with good and bad parts. Then there's David Otunga, who just flat out fucking sucks. Wade wins with the Wasteland. *3/4 |

Christian/Yoshi Tatsu/Mark Henry vs. William Regal/Jack Swagger/Zack Ryder, Superstars (March 18th) This got 10-11 minutes, so it delivered. Really kind of a memorial match to ECW on SciFi. Yoshi really shined as face in peril and Regal was amazing on offense, so they really were the core of this, but everyone else delivered. MOK and Swagger did well enough to remind people that they were actually good on ECW before they got dragged into the black hole of the Raw midcard. Christian had his usual good hot tag, and they had a big frantic finishing run before Christian got Zack with the Killswitch for the win. *** |

WWE Champion: Batista, Since 2/21/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Chris Jericho, Since 2/21/2010 WWE U.S. Champion: The Miz, Since 10/5/2009 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE Intercontinental Champion: Drew McIntyre, Since 12/13/2009 WWE Unified Tag Team Champions: The Big Show/The Miz, Since 2/8/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: Maryse, Since 2/22/2010 WWE Women's Champion: Michelle McCool, Since 2/26/2010 WWE Smackdown March 19th, 2010 Los Angeles, CA Rey Mysterio comes out to open the show, and says last week CM Punk crossed a line. He accepts his challenge for WrestleMania and wants it in a Street Fight, so he can teach CM Punk a lesson. The Straight Edge Society comes out onto the stage and Punk says he'll keep a distance since it's obvious Rey is still upset at being exposed as a coward last week. Rey calls Punk a monster, but Punk says if he comes up here, he won't get what he wants at WrestleMania. Punk says last week, he saw that Rey has a ton of potential if he could learn to accept straight edge and be the hero his family needs. He says if Punk can beat Luke Gallows tonight, he can have a Street Fight, but if Rey loses to Luke, then their match at Mania would have the stipulation that Rey would join the SES if he lost. Rey accepted and said he'll beat Gallows like he did two weeks ago, and then prayed that God would have mercy on Punk's soul. This feud is amazing. Match #1: Dolph Ziggler/Jack Swagger vs. MVP/Matt Hardy I'm glad MVP and Matt are cool now! This was an acceptable 6 minutes, but if time travel existed and MVP and Matt came from 2007-8, this would have been so much better. Matt dogged it again and MVP is super stale. Ziggler and Swagger both looked good though and had a good control seg. Matt knocked Swagger to the floor, and then Ziggler hit MVP with the Peace Zig for the win. ** Ziggler gets a ladder post-match, and he climbs up and unhooks the briefcase and poses with it. Recap of the Jericho/Edge angle last week. The awesome Taker/Shawn hype video airs again. In the back, Drew is summoned to Teddy's office. T'Lo says he might be technically undefeated, which is impressive, since he's seen him lose twice. So he's got a match for him tonight with him facing another man who's undefeated, but at WrestleMania. SO TONIGHT, HE'LL GO ONE ON ONE WIT DA UNDERTAKAH! Match #2: Beth Phoenix/Tiffany vs. LayCool Fun 3 minutes. LayCool's control seg was good stuff and Beth had a good hot tag. She beats McCool with the Glam Slam. *1/2 Vickie comes out and books herself vs. Beth Phoenix next week. The Cutting Edge is up now, and his guest is Chris Jericho, who came out with Wade Barrett. Edge says they've exchanged attacks in the last week, but at WrestleMania, this would end with a Spear. Jericho says he's simplifying things far too much, and they both know Edge isn't 100% and he would target that injured tendon to beat him at WrestleMania and to put him out of wrestling for good. Edge says that might be true, and then again, it might not be, and Jericho won't know for sure until Mania. Edge then attacks Jericho and Wade, but it turns into a 2 on 1. Edge managed to lowbridge Jericho out to the floor, and he hits Wade with the Spear. Match #3: John Morrison/R-Truth vs. The Hart Dynasty w/ Natalya Only 2 minutes as a squash for the faces, but it was good for that. Truth beats Kidd with the Lie Detector. *1/2 Match #4: Rey Mysterio vs. Luke Gallows w/ SES Good, but not great like their match from two weeks ago, since this is only 5 minutes or so. Gallows looks really awesome again though. Rey makes an awesome comeback, but when Punk distracts the ref, Serena trips him up when he tries a springboard. He fells on his face and Gallows gets the pin to win. **1/2 They celebrate and Rey attacks Luke. He beats on him in unbelievable fashion since Gallows dwarfs him. Punk and Serena leave. RAW REBOUND! Match #5: The Undertaker vs. Drew McIntyre This is a 2 minute squash for Taker. *3/4 Taker gets up to the stage and like last year, Shawn Michaels tries to ambush him with a Superkick, but Taker ducks it now! He lifts him for the Tombstone, but Shawn gets out and hits the Superkick and yells at Taker that he's done. |

WWE Champion: Batista, Since 2/21/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Chris Jericho, Since 2/21/2010 WWE U.S. Champion: The Miz, Since 10/5/2009 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE Intercontinental Champion: Drew McIntyre, Since 12/13/2009 WWE Unified Tag Team Champions: The Big Show/The Miz, Since 2/8/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: Maryse, Since 2/22/2010 WWE Women's Champion: Michelle McCool, Since 2/26/2010 WWE Raw March 22nd, 2010 San Jose, CA TONIGHT: H/Orton vs. Sheamus/Priceless Shawn Michaels came out to open the show and says he's got a feeling in the pit of his stomach right now. It's the same feeling he got before he threw Marty through the Barber Shop window and the same feeling he had in March 1996 on the way to WrestleMania XII, and it's the feeling that he is capable of ANYTHING. He says while some things might point to his career being over, he still has a lot more left to do, and in addition to all his accolades, he'd soon be known as the man who ended The Streak. A video then interrupted him, showing Shawn's career to this point ending with Taker beating him at Mania 25, and said Shawn's career was over. Shawn was upset and called The Undertaker out right now. Instead, guest host Pete Rose came out! He said he wishes Shawn the best of luck at WrestleMania, and as a tune up for him, he's booking him in a No DQ match tonight against Kane, and he wanted Shawn to get revenge for him! Clips of Batista/Cena at SummerSlam 2008 air. TONIGHT: Batista/Cena face-off Match #1: John Morrison vs. The Miz The tag partners are there. Good stuff for the 5 minutes it lasted. Morrison wins with Starship Pain. **1/4 Show tries to get in post-match, but Morrison knocks him off with a baseball slide and Morrison and Truth leave. In the back, H and Orton have the "I hate you, but we're partners tonight" talk. Match #2: Kofi Kingston vs. Vladimir Kozlov [MITB Qualifying Match] Only 2 minutes, not a lot going on here. Shame Vlad didn't win. Trouble in Paradise ends it. *3/4 Before the match, Cody and Ted get on the mic. Cody says it's been 18 months of verbal tirades, temper tantrums, and physical assaults on them and their families for barely any reason. Cody says they were good before they met Orton and they would have been stars regardless, because they were propping Orton up, not the other way around. Ted says as long as Orton loses, they'll both be happy. Match #3: Triple H/Randy Orton vs. Sheamus/Priceless Good 5 minutes. The heels did their basic heel stuff well enough and the numbers game was emphasized. Orton tried the rope hang DDT on Rhodes, but he wasn't legal, and Sheamus hit Orton with the Brogue Kick for the win. **1/4 Triple H ran off Sheamus post-match. RAW REBOUND! included an in-ring promo by Hart regarding his upcoming WrestleMania match with Vince McMahon, in which he referenced the 'Bret screwed Bret' line and said everyone would be chanting 'Bret beat Vince' the following week and that all the Harts were heading to Phoenix; Hart then said Vince had driven half his family out of the WWE while the Harts would be witness to him beating up Vince; Hart then listed his WrestleMania matches against his brother Owen, Roddy Piper, Steve Austin, Michaels, and Yokozuna and said WrestleMania 26 would be the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be; moments later, McMahon appeared at the entrance stage and said, one way or another, Hart was screwed Match #4: Shawn Michaels vs. Kane [No DQ] Hey, this still isn't a good match! They had Shawn trying to do submissions too, leading to his awful looking Ankle Lock and Crossface. Once again, the stip is there solely for one spot and they never work to it otherwise. The lights go out, and Taker is in the ring and Chokeslams Shawn. The lights go out ,and he is then gone. Kane covers, but Shawn kicks out. He then wins with a Superkick. *3/4 Shoot to an amazing sign: "I AM ENJOYING THIS" RAW REBOUND AGAIN! In the back, Pete Rose walks back into his office, BUT RED LIGHT AND SHIT! KANE IS THERE AND PULLS HIM IN! PETE YELLS "NOT AGAIN!" WWE Divas Champion Maryse, WWE Women's Champion Michelle McCool, & Layla (w/ Vickie Guerrero & Alicia Fox) defeated Beth Phoenix, Gail Kim, & Eve (w/ Mickie James & Kelly Kelly) at the 47-second mark when McCool pinned Kim with a reversal into the Faith Breaker It is time for the face off between Batista and Cena. Batista again has a lot of security and says to say hello to the bad guy, and he's not losing this title ever and mocks Cena's horrible catchphrases. He says he's here to win titles and make money and when he looks at the crowd, he doesn't see fans or people, he sees money, money, money, dollar signs. SOME OF YOU, A LOT OF DOLLAR SIGNS, BECAUSE HE SEES A LOT OF FAT PEOPLE THAT HE KNOWS PAID FOR TWO SEATS, SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH! AMAZING! He says they hate him for his honesty, but they all pay to see him because he's great and special, and he appreciates their money. He says Cena will disappoint them all once again. He then calls Cena down to the ring since people want their false hope, and he comes out. Cena says he already let people down by losing the title to Batista, and he's sorry. "YOU CAN'T WRESTLE!" chants happen, because I guess seeing these two together convinced the crowd it was early 2005 again. Cena asks Batista who he thinks he is, looking and acting ridiculous like this, thinking he's better than everyone else. He says if Batista thinks he's the Animal, who gets paid to take people out, he's proof that he's not very good at his job. Batista says he's left Cena laying for the last month, and Cena says if he was that good, he wouldn't be here behind a wall of security and he wouldn't be standing here at all. Batista throws off his glasses and Cena laughs now. He says he had him shook, but looking at his eyes, he can see fear. He sees Dave Batista, and Dave Batista can be beat. Dave Batista WILL be beat, and he's taking back his title. Cena says if Batista isn't going to make a move, he's done talking. Batista yells not to turn his back on him, and that he can't beat him and he knows it. He yells that he's a corporate creation, that he's nothing, and that he was a paper champion AND THEY FIGHT! CENA GETS IN OFFENSE! Security holds Cena back and Batista hits him, BUT CENA THROWS BATISTA OUT! They hold Cena back in the ring, but he throws them all out too as Batista storms off. Awesome seg. |

Slabriel makes a pretty solid babyface team, despite Slater being really hateworthy. Barrett accidentally kicks Skip in the face, and Slater rolls up Skip for the win. ** A video airs about Daniel Bryan again. FIVE TIMES IN MY LEFT KNEE Video on Darren Young. Hype videos air for the Shawn/Taker, Cena/Batista, and Vince/Bret matches at Mania. Match #2: Daniel Bryan/Michael Tarver vs. Darren Young/David Otunga Again, Bryan carries this. Most importantly, Tarver's awesome RUN-NXT shirt debuts. Daniel carries Otunga through matwork and makes him look like he's actually been well trained but is simply green. Young and Tarver both have spots of good stuff. Bryan and Tarver have a good brief control seg, and then Tarver is isolated. This leads to an awesome hot tag from Bryan. Horribly, Otunga beats Bryan clean because...because I don't know. Fuck this company. **1/2 |

CM Punk w/ SES vs. JTG, Superstars (March 25th) Only three and a half minutes, but Punk was really fantastic in this. Awesome offense and bumping for JTG's brief comeback. Then he wins with the GTS. ** Rey Mysterio vs. Tyson Kidd w/ The Hart Dynasty, Superstars (March 25th) This was as good as one might expect. Surprisingly good matwork to open it up before they did some awesome spots and shit. Kidd had a solid control segment, and Rey made his big comeback. They have a shockingly long and good finishing run for Kidd to show off, before Rey hits the 619 and the Penguin Splash to win. **3/4 |

Awesome opening video. Match #1: The Big Show/The Miz [c] vs. John Morrison/R-Truth [WWE Unified Tag Team Championship] It is really a shame that this only got 3 minutes. It was a fucking great 3 minutes and it really seemed like they had a lot to offer in a 5-10 minute match. Great Big Show moments and the faces' high flying stuff all looked crisp and good. Show got a blind tag from the apron and when Morrison tried the Flying Chuck on Miz, he hit the KO Punch from the apron, and got in to cover for the win. **1/4 Video on WrestleMania week in Phoenix. Match #2: Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Ted DiBiase Unfortunately, Ted gets to keep IT'S A NEW DAY. This is a perfectly fine 9 minute three way match. Basic stuff executed well. They played well on the handicap idea, before Cody and Ted broke down fighting amongst themselves. Ted wasn't much, but Cody brought a lot to this both on offense and in bumping. Their fighting allows for the big Orton comeback. He decides not to do an RKO, but instead, he punts Cody. Ted really was the one who deserved the punt, but he gets the RKO and pins Ted to win. **3/4 POST-MATCH, IT RETURNS! ![]() FIVE TIMES IN MY LEFT KNEE In the back, the heel divas cut a promo and Vickie says this event will be known as her first WrestleMania match. She brings on Jillian Hall to sing "Simply The Best". The divas all leave, and Santino comes in. He says anything is possible when you bite into a Slim Jim, and he bites one. She turns into Mae Young and kisses him. He shoves her off and takes another bite, and now Mean Gene is in the dress. He bites it again and it's Melina and they walk off to go make the fuck. Match #3: Christian vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Evan Bourne vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Matt Hardy vs. MVP vs. Jack Swagger vs. Kane vs. Shelton Benjamin [MONEY IN THE BANK] Awesome stuff: -Drew trying to be a sneaky piece of shit -So everyone kills him -Kane Chokeslams Bourne to people on the floor -Christian monkey flips Kofi into a ladder -ZIG ZAG OFF THE LADDER! -Ziggler takes an insane face first bump off the ladder -Kofi botches a ton, since he sucks now apparently -Bourne hits the Flying Double Knees into the ladder Swagger is holding -Christian and Matt make double ladder platforms on the top rope and ladder rungs -BOURNE HOPS UP THE SIDE OF THE LADDER TO GET UP TO THE TOP! FUCK YEAH! -Air Bourne off the ladder platform -BOURNE GOES FOR IT, BUT MATT STOPS IT -FUCK MATT HARDY -Bourne takes an insane hip toss off the ladder -Ziggler stops Kane's climb with the Sleeper on the ladder -Kofi tries FUCKING LADDER STILTS -It coming down to Christian and Matt fighting on the ladder seems fitting -Swagger swings the briefcase into Christian's face -SWAGGER GETS THE BRIEFCASE WTF Just a collection of spots and probably the weakest one yet, but still enough awesome stuff to make it an enjoyable spotfest. *** Highlights of the HOF. Fink introduces the HOF Class of 2010. Hype video for H/Sheamus. Match #4: Triple H vs. Sheamus Good, not quite great. Logically, this should tell a story of Sheamus looking good in defeat, but they really just do a normal match and neither one of them gains much from it. He has some really nice strikes at points, and he works the back. H's selling wasn't really existing in this though. Striker dropping the IT IS NOT THE SIZE OF THE FIGHTER, BUT THE SIZE OF THE FIGHT HE WILL BRING line about Triple H was really weird. Made me want to see Sheamus/Low Ki. They have a finishing run, and H wins with the Pedigree. **1/2 Hype video for Punk/Rey. Match #5: CM Punk w/ SES vs. Rey Mysterio [If Rey Loses, He Joins SES] Frustratingly great for what it was. This was only six and a half minutes. I assume this was the biggest victim of Bret/Vince inexplicably getting 11 minutes, as that should have been 5 minutes max and if this got 11 minutes, it would be an all time Mania classic, I think. Which makes sense considering that with what they had, they delivered HUGE with an incredible sprint. Both men took some great bumps. They got going with an awesome finishing run, and then Rey just sort of won with the 619 and Penguin Splash. **3/4 Hype video for Bret/Vince. Before the match, Vince brings out all the Harts and makes Bruce Hart the guest referee. He says that not only did he screw Bret, but now the entire Hart family would screw Bret. Bret says he knew about this the entire time, and Vince was right, and there really is nothing sweeter than a double cross, and this is the night that Bret screwed Vince! Bret hugs Bruce now and Vince is all alone. Match #6: Bret Hart vs. Vince McMahon [No Holds Barred - Special Guest Referee: Bruce Hart] This went 11 minutes. Totally unnecessary. 5 minutes would have been a little match even. All this needed to be was a little Vince offense, Bret's 5 moves of doom comeback, and then the Sharpshooter. That happened, but it was painfully slow with a ton of filler. Bret eventually wins with the Sharpshooter. 1/2* Bret celebrates with the Harts. If this was a plan by Vince to taint Bret's legacy by bringing him back for one more match and making it fucking horrible and near show-killingly dull to make sure sure the last image of Bret was in a complete disaster of a segment, that's one of his best evil plans ever. WRESTLEMANIA 27: APRIL 3RD, 2011! ATLANTA! Hype video for Jericho/Edge. Match 7: Chris Jericho [c] vs. Edge [World Heavyweight Championship] This was worlds better than expected, but that seems like a product of low expectations more than them actually being great. Took about half the match to really get going and had a dull Jericho control seg before the finishing run really picked up the pace. Some fantastic reversals and counters of big stuff. Jericho went after the injured leg and that was the best part of this. The ref got bumped and Jericho hit Edge with the title belt and hit the Codebreaker to win. **3/4 Jericho tried to keep attacking the leg, but Edge fought back now. They went to the floor and Edge put Jericho on the announce table. He got on the Spanish table and ran to Jericho AND SPEARED HIM OFF THE TABLE AND THROUGH THE TIMEKEEPER'S WALL! FUCK YEAH THAT RULED! Clips air of Yoshi winning the battle royal. Match #8: Vickie Guerrero/LayCool/Maryse/Alicia Fox vs. Beth Phoenix/Mickie James/Eve/Kelly Kelly/Gail Kim This was a fine 3 minute piss break divas match. The action was generally good and Vickie's Frog Splash was fantastic. She did the full Eddie tribute beforehand and then Cole fucking ruins it by yelling HOG SPLASH. Anyways, she beat K2 with it. *1/4 Hype video for Cena/Batista. Match #9: Batista [c] vs. John Cena [WWE Championship] Fantastic Clash of the Titans type match, even moreso than their first match. They have even more of a spark with Batista working heel. He's been on and off at points during the heel run, but this is the first time it feels like he's approaching 2004 levels of work. There is a difference, since in 2004, Batista wasn't just an angry powerhouse, he was stiff as fuck and really brutal. Of course, since Cena values his own life and probably won't end up killing his family as a result of head injuries, Batista doesn't get THAT intense with him. He does have some really nasty kicks to the face in this though. Batista was bumping like a freak for a guy his size too. Batista gets a NASTY DDT to counter the FU. Cena does a killer job selling it and Batista works the neck. AWESOME finishing run. Really big kickouts and stuff. Cena wins with the STFU. This is awesome, but not without minor flaws. A few obvious spot callings are caught, and Batista has some questionable punches, but this is like 90% awesome. ***1/2 Cena poses with the faggots in WE HATE CENA shirts. EXTREME RULES: APRIL 25TH! Hype for the main event. Match #10: The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels [STREAK VS. CAREER] I liked this more than I did in 2010. I appreciated that they did something completely different than last year, but truth is, it just wasn't as good. That being said, it was still great. Shawn worked the knee for a chunk of this. Taker's selling was really fantastic. Taker hesitating before trying his dive allowing Shawn to slid in and chop block the knee was an amazing callback spot. Unfortunately, the leg work led to some horrible looking Shawn holds. This is segue into a huge flaw here. Taker hits a Tombstone on the floor 10 minutes into a 25 minute match, and Shawn lasting as long as he did after that was completely beyond the realm of believability. Although one last gigantic ridiculous no-sell job by Shawn in his final match is sort of a callback spot, so maybe that was intentional. They then moved into a big finishing run. Unlike Shawn though, Taker kept selling the leg from the first half of this match all the way to the end, because he is an actual all time great. Some really good counters and spots. Taker has an amazing look on his face when Shawn kicks out of the Tombstone. Last year in the same situation, he was shocked, but now he's fucking pissed that it happened again. Taker almost doesn't want to do it and he says to just stay down. Shawn gives him the cutthroat sign and slaps him SO TAKER HITS THE JUMPING TOMBSTONE TO END HIS CAREER! ***1/4 Taker shakes Shawn's hand once he finally gets up and hugs him. Shawn gets the big farewell. He is gone. |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 3/28/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Chris Jericho, Since 2/21/2010 WWE U.S. Champion: The Miz, Since 10/5/2009 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE Intercontinental Champion: Drew McIntyre, Since 12/13/2009 WWE Unified Tag Team Champions: The Big Show/The Miz, Since 2/8/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: Maryse, Since 2/22/2010 WWE Women's Champion: Michelle McCool, Since 2/26/2010 WWE Raw March 29th, 2010 Phoenix, AZ TONIGHT: Shawn's farewell Batista comes out to open the show and says last night was a fluke but he's not going to throw a fit about it and give anybody the satisfaction. He says nobody will even remember WrestleMania once he gets his rightful rematch and says it doesn't matter what happened at WrestleMania because John Cena can't beat him. Cena then comes out and says he clearly did beat Batista. He says if Batista is the face of the company like he wants to be, then the face of the company looked ridiculous last night when he tapped out. Cena challenges him to take his rematch tonight, but Batista said no and left. Jack Swagger came from the crowd though, and he attacked Cena with the MITB briefcase! He called a referee down, but Cena fought back and got him for the STFU, but Swagger rolled out with the briefcase and bailed before the ref could ring the bell. Clips air of the Rockers debut in June 1988. prior to the match, Ted Dibiase Sr., Pat Patterson, IRS, Nick Bockwinkel, and Arn Anderson came out to the ring, followed by Roddy Piper, Sgt. Slaughter, Tony Garea, and Ricky Steamboat; Jerry Lawler then joined Piper's group at ringside, followed by the introduction of Clark Duke & Rob Corddry from 'Hot Tub Time Machine;' Duke & Corddry then said WWE World Champion John Cena & a partner of his choosing would face Batista & Jack Swagger later in the show and said the following match would be a legends lumberjack match, since they go back to 1986 in their movi Match #1: Christian vs. Ted DiBiase [Lumberjack Match] This was 3 minutes and not great. Christian looked good, but it was a lumberjack match and short. The lumberjacks start fighting each other and Christian hits the Killswitch to win. *1/2 Ted Sr. tries to help up Ted Jr. post-match, but he shoves him and walks off. Clips air of Shawn turning on Marty. Recap of WrestleMania festivities. featured a backstage segment with guest hosts Rob Corddry and Clark Duke in which they talked about ditching John Cusak and Craig Robinson; moments later, Santino walked in like Cusak in 'Say Anything;' the two then joined Brie & Nikki Bella, Rosa Mendes, and Tiffany in a hot tub Triple H comes out to the stage and talks about his friendship with Shawn. He said there was something he always wanted to say to Shawn that he'd say later, BUT SHEAMUS JUMPED HIM WITH A PIPE! FUCK YEAH SHEAMUS! It will take me longer to write this sentence and the actual match title than the match itself takes, so fuck it: Beth Phoenix, Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, Eve, & Gail Kim defeated WWE Women's Champion Michelle McCool, WWE Divas Champion Maryse, Vickie Guerrero, Alicia Fox, & Layla at the 20-second mark when Eve pinned Maryse with a roll up; after the bout, Phoenix's team chased Vickie out of the ring before successfully fighting off the rest of her team Clips air of the Ladder Match at Mania 10. Clips air of the Ironman Match at Mania 12. Bret Hart comes out and gets on the mic. He talks about Shawn's career and says he's had one of the greatest careers ever. He talks about last night and says he knows the people who couldn't be there like Owen, Bulldog, Stu, and Helen would be proud. He reveals his t-shirt under his jacket with he and Owen on it. He thanked everyone and Miz and show came out. Miz called Bret a thief for stealing their TV time over the last few months. Miz says he's 17 wins away from beating Taker's streak. And now he's 16 years away! Miz calls Bret overrated and The Hart Dynasty comes out to save and the three of them clear the ring. Bret challenges them to face the Hart Dynasty right now. Show refuses, but Miz accepts. Match #3: The Big Show/The Miz vs. The Hart Dynasty w/ Natalya & Bret Hart Good 5 minutes. The Dynasty shows a lot in their debut as babyfaces. Miz and Show look real good in control and Kidd took a great beating. DH Smith had a surprisingly good hot tag. The Dynasty looked convincing coming near the win, and Miz and Show ended up taking a walk and losing by count out. **1/2 Clips air of DX shenanigans. In the hot tub, the Bellas bail and MOK and Swoggle get in the tub. The main event is set and Cena's partner is....Randy Orton. I guess they made up? Match #4: John Cena/Randy Orton vs. Batista/Jack Swagger Solid match. Nothing amazing, but good individual performances from Cena and Swagger. Orton is there solely for the hot tag and Batista isn't in much. Orton beats Swagger with the RKO. **1/2 The closing seg is Shawn coming out and thanking everyone. BAAAAAAAAAAAAAW SHAWN'S GONE I'M GONNA MISS HIM SO MUCH OH SHAWN False. I do not miss him. No, but really, I think I should discuss his career. I'm more comfortable saying he's had one of the greatest careers ever than saying he's one of the greatest wrestlers ever. Because he's had an amazing career. Mania main events, inoovation, big epic performances. But greatest wrestler ever? Come on. Especially when they say "greatest in-ring performer ever". Bullshit. The Rockers were an awesome team, but he struggled at points from 92-94 to be a great heel. 95-97, I will give anyone that. Shawn was amazing at that time. Still though, flawed as a top babyface, as his selling wasn't that great. I like selling. I like it a lot. Most of my all time favorites are classically great sellers, and I think that's a large reason I don't like Shawn. That being said, during his peak, he told stories and did enough awesome stuff for me to overlook that. Sort of a Rey Mysterio/Amazing Red/Briscoes type effect. Anyways, he comes back in 2002, and the flaws are there more. More no-selling than before but mixed in with some truly horrible strikes and punches and an inability to bump as well and do as much crazy stuff. So the flaws become MUCH more noticeable. On top of that, he gets booked as near indestructible at points despite clearly being carried by other people and booked as the best in-ring performer despite not even being good anymore by 2005. Credit where it is due. He turns it on a few times a year near the end, not counting 2006. Street fight vs. Edge in 2005, vs. Cena in 2007 (although that was mostly Cena's work), the Jericho feud, the Flair retirement match, etc. Mr. WrestleMania? I disagree completely. Most of the amazing performances don't hold up AT ALL after the moment is over, and I think Shawn should get a great chunk of the blame for the idea of a WWE Big Epic Match. Not as much as Kurt Angle, but still. The idea of WWE telling people something's going to be great before it even happens is bullshit. Shawn isn't an all time in-ring great. Wouldn't even be in my top 25. Three great years and after that, he turns it on once or twice a year and coasts on his reputation. The Undertaker is Mr. WrestleMania. The Streak defines WrestleMania, and for the most part, the big classics that Taker is in actually hold up. Moving on. WWE improves for the better with less old people who can't cut it anymore hogging time. |

Daniel Bryan 2. Wade Barrett 3. Justin Gabriel 4. Heath Slater 5. David Otunga 6. Skip Sheffield 7. Michael Tarver 8. Darren Young Young says nothing of note and Danielson says he might not have the best record or look like a superstar or have a famous wife to get him on this show, but he's clearly the best wrestler here. FUCK YEAH. This is absolutely the point when he should have started to get wins. Otunga says he has the It Factor that nobody else has and talking to Daniel is like eating mashed potatoes. Bryan says he has crappy jeans and sunglasses, and that's not charisma. He says at the next Pros Vote, and the last one is eliminated. He says whoever wins the NXT competition will also get a title shot of their choice on PPV! He announces that they have a battle royal later on, and the winner guest hosts Raw next week. The Pros are supposed to have a tag match, but Jericho says he's injured and makes MWAY take his place. Match #1: Christian/William Regal/The Miz/Carlito vs. CM Punk/Wade Barrett/R-Truth/Matt Hardy w/ SES & Chris Jericho Good atomicos incrediblas type match with mismatched teams. Jericho is a fantastic commentator here, and at this point, he is a better commentator than a wrestler. I'd love for him to replace Booker. The people you'd want to deliver delivered and the people who suck like Matt and Carlito didn't. Wade and Miz were somewhere in between. Punk was the best part of this, treating Matt and Truth with total disdain and choosing Wade as the least horrible alternative to work with. This is also the first time Cole yells "DANIEL BRYAN IS A NERD!", so there's that. Not enough of Punk, Regal, and Christian to truly make this great. Jericho trips up Christian and Wade beats him with the Wasteland. **1/2 Shawn Michaels career video. Match #2: Rookies Battle Royal This is Bryan, 6 inexperienced guys, and one awful guy in unorganized chaos for 10 minutes, so it really wasn't much. Otunga got the win, which sucked, but makes sense from a character perspective. *1/2 |

William Regal vs. Yoshi Tatsu, Superstars (April 1st) They get 5 minutes, so it is awesome. Brutal Regal strikes and Yoshi is a fine fiery babyface. They began with some quality matwork too, before Regal began laying in epic forearms. Awesome strike exchanges on Yoshi's comeback, and he wins with the Roundhouse Kick. **3/4 The Hart Dynasty w/ Natalya vs. The Dudebusters, Superstars (April 1st) They got 8 minutes and put on a quality tag. The Dynasty controlled on the mat and it was actually good. The Dudebusters isolated Kidd and had some solid offense. DH has a good and brief hot tag before tagging Kidd back in for the Springboard Hart Attack and the Sharpshooter to win. **1/2 |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 3/28/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Chris Jericho, Since 2/21/2010 WWE U.S. Champion: The Miz, Since 10/5/2009 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE Intercontinental Champion: Drew McIntyre, Since 12/13/2009 WWE Unified Tag Team Champions: The Big Show/The Miz, Since 2/8/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: Maryse, Since 2/22/2010 WWE Women's Champion: Michelle McCool, Since 2/26/2010 WWE Smackdown April 2nd, 2010 Las Vegas, NV Chris Jericho comes out to brag about still being World Heavyweight Champion, and says what Edge did after the match was uncalled for just because he couldn't get the job done. Edge comes out and says he was robbed at WrestleMania, and he wants a rematch. Jericho says he lost and he goes to the back of the line, so Edge attacks him. He beats on the ribs, and hits the Edgacution and then the Spear. He leaves, but Jack Swagger runs out and hits him with the briefcase. He gets in the ring and calls for a referee as he is now cashing in. Match #1: Chris Jericho [c] vs. Jack Swagger [World Heavyweight Championship] Swagger wins with the Doctor Bomb. CHECK ONE TWO AW YEAH Swagger is suddenly super srs, as the impact of the Powerbomb clearly forced some of Jericho's essence into him, getting rid of all the smiling and making him wear suits from now on. In the back, Tony Atlas congratulates Jack Swagger. Shelton Benjamin is there and Swagger says he's the new Gold Standard. Match #2: John Morrison/R-Truth vs. Cryme Tyme This is 45 seconds and a win for JoMo and Truth. 3/4* Post-match, Shad turns on JTG and lays him out. No thanks. In the back, Shad says Cryme Tyme is over and this is his time. Drew vs. Matt Hardy was set up, but Drew jumped Matt before the bell and beat the shit out of him in awesome format. Shawn's farewell video airs again. In the back, LayCool and Vickie talk about Mania. Swagger comes in and is looking for T'Lo. Vickie says she can help him, and he wants a championship address later on. She says he can have all the time he wants. He goes to leave but he stops and turns around to kiss her on the cheek, and he leaves. She says he's going to make a great champion and LayCool applauds. Foreshadowing? Match #3: Dolph Ziggler vs. The Great Khali w/ Runjin Singh Only 2 minutes, but Dolph ruled. He takes huge bumps, AND DOLPH WINS WITH THE SLEEPER HOLD! FUCK YEAH! I AM PERFECTION! *3/4 The Straight Edge Society came out and Punk said he deserves everyone's respect. He said Las Vegas needs saving more than any other city on Earth, since you can buy a drink and a smoke everywhere and anywhere and at any time. He said he knows Rey Mysterio can be saved and belongs with them, and he challenges Rey to a rematch against him, and says he'll put his hair on the line if Rey can beat him. He's willing to sacrifice that to get Rey to make the pledge. ONE NATION UNDER PUNK, INTEGRITY AND SOBRIETY FOR ALL! Match #4: Beth Phoenix/Tiffany vs. LayCool w/ Vickie Guerrero Good 3 minutes again. Beth wins with the Glam Slam. *3/4 In the back, Jericho goes to T'Lo's office and demands he reverses the decision. T'Lo says if he wants a rematch tonight, he can have it, but that's all he's willing to do. Jericho says he's hurt, so T'Lo says he's got nothing for him then. Jericho says Swagger will not get away with this. Kane comes out and says he wants a challenge since he's bored, so he calls out all the NXT rookies to fight him in one match. Match #5: Kane vs. NXT [Elimination Match] Barrett and Slater were the only two who actually got eliminated. This ranged from good, when Bryan was in, to mediocre for the others, and horrible for Otunga. The remaining six then all attacked Kane at once and they got DQ'd. Lame. ** They laid him out and Gabriel hit the 450 Splash. They left, but Kane then sat up and chased them to the back. featured an in-ring promo by Swagger in which he read a prepared statement regarding his title win earlier in the show, the fans being witness to it, his amateur background, and winning Money in the Bank at WrestleMania; Swagger then said the fans now had a replacement for Michaels as the greatest wrestler on the planet; moments later, Jericho interrupted and told Swagger to give him back the belt, then saying he would take it back when he healed up; Edge then appeared and said Swagger should face him to prove what kind of champion he really was, then noting Swagger would only have the belt because of what Edge did to Jericho; eventually, Long came out to the entrance stage and said Jericho would face Edge the following week to determine who challenges Swagger; following Long's announcement, Jericho dropped Edge with the Codebreaker, with Swagger then sliding back into the ring and dropping Jericho and then Edge with the gutwrench powerbomb |

Match #1: Daniel Bryan vs. Darren Young Only 2 minutes, sadly. Bryan looked great again and then fucking lost. Young wins with a roll up. Horrible. Cole tries to pronounce vegan as veejan. *3/4 Match #2: Justin Gabriel vs. Michael Tarver Another 2 minute match, since they killed half the show on that fucking competition. Gabriel wins with the 450 Splash. *1/2 In the back, Otunga says he ranked #5 because the Pros are threatened by him. Match #3: Wade Barrett vs. David Otunga Somehow this is the one that gets 4 minutes. They meshed horribly, due to it being heel/heel and Otunga being a huge abortion again. Otunga throws some of the worst strikes ever, clearly feeling that someone needs to step up in Shawn's absence. Wade wins with the Wasteland. 3/4* Match #4: Kane vs. Heath Slater This sucked. Kane seemed like he was dogging it, and Slater had a bad night. Most of his offense looked pretty sloppy and bad. Kane wins with the Chokeslam. *1/2 |

Evan Bourne/Yoshi Tatsu vs. Zack Ryder/Chavo Guerrero, Superstars (April 8th) Awesome 8 minute spotfest. The faces do a bunch of awesome and fancy stuff and the heels are quality bases and have a quality control seg on Yoshi. Really everything you'd want from this. Bourne has his epic hot tag and they have a good finishing run before he hits Ryder with the Air Bourne to win. *** |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 3/28/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Jack Swagger, Since 4/2/2010 WWE U.S. Champion: The Miz, Since 10/5/2009 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE Intercontinental Champion: Drew McIntyre, Since 12/13/2009 WWE Unified Tag Team Champions: The Big Show/The Miz, Since 2/8/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: Maryse, Since 2/22/2010 WWE Women's Champion: Michelle McCool, Since 2/26/2010 WWE Smackdown April 9th, 2010 Chicago, IL TONIGHT: Jericho vs. Edge in a #1 Contenders Match Jack Swagger comes out to open the show and says now that he's the World Heavyweight Champion, he is the man. He says with Shawn Michaels no longer in the WWE, he is now the best natural athlete here. Yeah, Shawn failing to even jump properly on his Flying Forearm over the last few years was real athletic. He says nobody can stop his momentum, so John Morrison comes out. He says he has the title, but he's done nothing to prove he's worthy of it, and he lost to Randy Orton on Raw. Swagger says he'd be bitter too if he had to be in The Miz's shadow and Morrison says at least he doesn't have a speech impediment, and they agree to a match. Match #1: Jack Swagger vs. John Morrison Good not great. Swagger works the midsection. It's good, but Morrison doesn't feel like he needs to sell. They do some stuff and Swagger wins with the Doctor Bomb. **1/2 In the back, Jericho talks to MWAY about how they've both been robbed. Wade should be ranked #1, and he should still be champion. Swagger walks over with the belt and says he's pulling for Jericho, and he'd be stupid not to cash in last week. Jericho says he's still champion and he tries to take the title belt back, but Swagger leaves. included an in-ring promo by Shad Gaspard in which he discussed attacking JTG the previous week, then saying the crowd should be more like him and stand up for what they want in life; moments later, JTG ran out, with Shad sliding out to the floor; as JTG joined him on the floor, Shad immediately kicked him in the face and laid him out Match #2: Drew McIntyre vs. Matt Hardy Matt looks like shit, but Drew is good again. He has some awesome boots and has a quality control segment on the neck. They fight on the floor and Drew pulls up the apron cover and throws Matt into the metal side of the ring, He rolls him back in and wins with the Future Shock. ** The Straight Edge Society comes out with Darren Young, and Punk gets on the mic. He preaches the power of straight edge again and turns to Young. He says he can see the longing and lonliness in his eyes, and talks about how he's been disgraced by being last in the NXT rankings. He says he can save him and he could turn his life around by joining the Straight Edge Society and cutting his hair, because all is not lost. Young agrees to it and sits down. Punk says his hair represents the crooked path he's been on. He'll take his weaknesses and all he asks is for him to accept him as his savior and for him to accept straight edge into his heart. He can't do the pledge though and says no. They attack him and hold him on the chair. Punk tries to shave him anyways and Rey Mysterio runs out to save. He grabs the razor and tries to cut Punk's hair, but the SES bails. Rey then accepts Punk's challenge for Extreme Rules. Match #3: The Hart Dynasty w/ Natalya vs. The Dudebusters Really enjoyable 3 minute match to showcase the Dynasty. Smith makes Barreta tap with the Sharpshooter. ** In the back, Josh asks Ziggler about the Sleeper, so he puts Josh in it until he passes out. RAW REBOUND! Match #4: Edge vs. Chris Jericho [#1 Contender's Match] They get longer than at Mania and don't perform to the level they did then, so this is not great. Or really even good. The middle of this really really drags. Finishing run is the saving grace of this. They ended up fighting into the crowd and they both got counted out, so it's a draw. ** They brawl back to the ring and Edge hits the Spear. |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 3/28/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Jack Swagger, Since 4/2/2010 WWE U.S. Champion: The Miz, Since 10/5/2009 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE Intercontinental Champion: Drew McIntyre, Since 12/13/2009 WWE Unified Tag Team Champions: The Big Show/The Miz, Since 2/8/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: Maryse, Since 2/22/2010 WWE Women's Champion: Michelle McCool, Since 2/26/2010 WWE Raw April 12th, 2010 London, England Guest host David Hasselhoff comes out with an amazing entrance and is fucking awesome. He books Swagger/Orton at Extreme Rules for the World Title. Match #2: Maryse [c] vs. Eve [WWE Divas Championship] Only 2 minutes and full of nothing interesting or exceptional. Eve wins the belt with a roll up. Awful. 1/4* The Big Show and The Miz come out and they talk about how they're the best tag team ever. People boo, so Miz asks who could possibly be better. Bret Hart then comes out, and for some reason is still on Raw. He says The Hart Foundation and the British Bulldogs were easily better. Miz says Hoff isn't the only delusional 90s icon here tonight. The Hart Dynasty then came out. Smith is a total abortion on the mic despite improvement in the ring. He challenges Miz to a match with a tag title shot on the line. Miz agrees under the stipulation that if he beats Smith, then Bret Hart has to come on Raw next week and declare them the greatest tag team of all time. Match #2: The Miz vs. DH Smith Show, Kidd, and Nattie are at ringside. This is pretty much whatever. Too short to be much and they didn't mesh well at all. Show gets a punch to DH's gut and Miz hits the Skull Crushing Finale to win. *3/4 Recap of Otunga's Raw last week. In the back, Batista talks to Otunga and Otunga sucks up to him. Batista makes him get him a cup of coffee to put him in his place. Otunga thinks he's joking, but then goes to get it. Fuck yeah Batista. Hoff then says he invited Otunga to Raw this week so he could wrestle Cena. THE DRAFT: TWO WEEKS Match #3: Evan Bourne vs. Carlito They randomly had a 4 minute spotfest, and it was good. Total Bourne carryjob as he made all of Carlito's stuff look like actual good offense and then all his stuff looked great. Bourne wins with Air Bourne. ** Match #4: John Cena vs. David Otunga Otunga was completely exposed here, even more than usual. Horrible bumping, his offense was absoulutely hideous. Looked barely trained at all. Batista came out to watch and Cena won with the STFU in 3 minutes. 3/4* Cena calls Batista to the ring, but he yells that he says when and leaves. prior to the bout, Sheamus said he would face Triple H in a streetfight at Extreme Rules; moments later, Kingston interrupted and said he wanted payback after what Sheamus did to him the previous week and David Hasselhoff gave him the match Match #5: Sheamus vs. Kofi Kingston Acceptable 5 minutes, but nothing special. Sheamus was clearly better than Kofi, especially in regards to striking. They went to the floor and Sheamus hits Kofi with a monitor from the announce table for the DQ. ** He hits him with the Brogue Kick post-match. In the back, Kozlov is mad about not being booked. Carlito is also mad about being Carlito. He says the cast of MacGruber is hosting next week, and whatever they have planned probably doesn't involve them. Kozlov then says if he doesn't get what he wants, he will destroy MacGruber. Match #6: The Bella Twins vs. Gail Kim/Kelly Kelly vs. Rosa Mendes/Jillian Hall [Baywatch Match] This is what it is. Fap Match #7: Randy Orton vs. Batista These two are both natural heels. This tends to happen when you learn the craft from two guys in H and Flair who are natural heels, and then you never really learn how to be a great babyface since H is a lame one and Flair isn't so much a babyface since he's just wrestling like a heel but to face pops. I don't know why I even wrote that. Filling up space I guess. Cole and Lawler now paint Orton as the face in the Evolution split. GOD FUCKING DAMNIT. This was average. Orton hits the RKO, but then Swagger runs out to cause a DQ. **1/4 Cena runs out to attack Batista too and puts him in the STFU to end the show. |
