WWE Champion: Randy Orton, Since 9/19/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Kane, Since 7/18/2010 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE U.S. Champion: Daniel Bryan, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 8/6/2010 WWE Tag Team Champions: Cody Rhodes/Drew McIntyre, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: LayCool, Since 9/19/2010 ![]() WWE Bragging Rights 2010 October 24th, 2010 Minneapolis, MN Match #1: Daniel Bryan vs. Dolph Ziggler w/ Vickie Guerrero Fuck, this was great. CLEARLY MOTN. One of those matches like HHH/Rock at SummerSlam 98, Benoit/Jericho in 2000, Punk/Morrison, etc. where they're going out there and putting on the most amazing match possible as a way of saying they deserve to be the next top guys. Amazing matwork early on, and Ziggler looks to be Danielson's best partner for matwork since the Danielson/Claudio/Dave Taylor vs. Quack/Saint/Skayde match. Some really nice subtle storytelling where Ziggler keeps baiting Danielson into riskier moves to force a mistake, but he can't hang strike for strike with Danielson, so that's how he comes back. Awesome finishing run of stuff, and they still saved a lot for their TV rematches. Dolph loses his temper and it allows Danielson to put on the LeBell Lock to win. ***3/4 In the back, Miz and A-Ri watch and Miz says he taught Bryan everything he knows, so they're up 1-0 because of his leadership. Sheamus comes in and says he won't listen to him. Miz says he's team captain not him, and CM Punk comes in. He says Miz is barely Captain Crunch, and he lost on Smackdown. They argue until Santino says he's here and he wants Sun Chips, since everyone is talking about orders. Cody and Drew come out, and they brag about having no competition on either show after beating everyone. Anon GM rings in and says a team from Raw will challenge them right now. Wade Barrett then comes out and introduces Nexus' team, John Cena and David Otunga! Match #2: Cody Rhodes/Drew McIntyre [c] vs. John Cena/David Otunga [WWE Tag Team Championships] Better than I remember. Cody and Drew's offense all looks great and both men vs. Cena is very good. Their control seg on him ruled. Cena fights Drew off and throws him out and puts Cody in the STFU to...to win? What the fuck? Awful. **1/2 Cena hits Otunga with the FU post-match and leaves with both belts. Knucklehead ad. Match #3: Goldust vs. Ted DiBiase Aksana and Maryse are there. Somewhat disappointing, but I blame that all on Ted, as he was really really off here. Maryse regains the Million Dollar Title on the floor, distracting Goldust, and Ted wins with Dream Street. **1/4 Aksana regains the belt post-match. She tries to seduce Ted who falls for it, and then Goldust hits him with the Final Cut and leaves with the belt. On the way out, McCool asks the city of Minneapolis to tell Brett Favre to stop texting them. AMAZING! Match #4: Layla [c] w/ Michelle McCool vs. Natalya Neidhart [WWE Divas Championship] Really fun for 5 minutes. Layla's bumping ruled and Nattie breaks out the awesome strength spot of a Stalling Suplex while doing squats. McCool gets Nattie with a Yakuza Kick from the floor and Layla covers to win. ** SURVIVOR SERIES: 11/21! During this promo, Wade semi-infamously says this is all part of a bigger picture and they prove once and for all that you're either Nexus or you're against us. LOLWWE. Hype video for the Buried Alive match. Match #5: Kane [c] w/ Paul Bearer vs. The Undertaker [World Heavyweight Championship - Buried Alive Match] Really not good at all. Love the booking of this feud, love Taker, and most of the time, I like Kane, but this just kinda sucked. A few nice sequences, but it still had no business going 17 minutes. This is the longest match of the show so far. They get to the burial site and Taker has it won, BUT NEXUS ATTACKS TAKER AND THEY BURY HIM AND KANE WINS! ** I can't wait to see where this goes! In the back, Orton cuts a promo. R. K. O. Match #6: The Miz/CM Punk/Sheamus/John Morrison/R-Truth/Ezekiel Jackson/Santino Marella vs. The Big Show/Edge/Rey Mysterio/Alberto Del Rio/Jack Swagger/Tyler Reks [Elimination Match] Reks works the first 3 minutes, so that's awful. He eliminates Santino with the Burning Hammer. THEN ZEKE GETS IN! YEAH! Him vs. Show is fun. Rey is generally on his game here. Sheamus eliminates Kofi with the High Cross to even it up. Punk vs. Rey is great again. Best match up in this. ADR and Rey have tension AND ADR THROWS REY ARM-FIRST INTO THE BARRICADE! BAH GAWD! Rey is injured and helped to the back, which seems like a little much for only the barricade. Good booking there. Punk is a good situational face in peril. Morrison gets rid of Swagger with Starship Pain. Sheamus then gets Reks with the Brogue Kick. GOOD, FUCK YOU. Show and Sheamus brawl to a double count out. Miz celebrates like a motherfucker, despite not having gotten in at all yet. Edge actually does well for himself as a face in the next run and gets rid of Truth with the Spear. He soon gets rid of Morrison with one too. ADR tags himself in when Punk beats down Edge bad, but Punk backslides him to eliminate ADR too. EDGE IS ALL ALONE, AND ADR GOES TO ATTACK PUNK WHEN HE'S DOWN, BUT LOOKS AT EDGE HURT IN THE CORNER AND SHRUGS AND LEAVES! AWESOME! REY RUNS OUT AND THROWS ADR INTO THE RAILING AND GETS ON THE APRON! Good control seg on Edge by Miz, Punk, and Zeke. Rey has a great hot tag vs. Punk. I have mixed feelings on his selling. On one hand, he sells it like I would want after minimal arm work. It's not a huge deal, but it does bother him. And honestly, I can buy that it doesn't hurt that much after just being thrown into the railing once about 20 minutes ago. On the other hand, it was made into a big enough deal to result in him being forced out of the match. I'm leaning towards it being okay, but I can see why people have issues with it. Rey eliminated Punk with the 619 and a Slingshot Splash. Rey/Zeke is good. Rey hits the 619 and a botched Penguin Splash where he slips off the top. The ref stops his count before 3, but he done goofed, as Zeke just sort of leaves after that, so it's supposed to be 3. Awesome Miz/Rey run before Edge gets in and he immediately gets the Spear to win. Apart from the weird booking of Rey, this was really good both in the ring and booking wise. *** WAY MORE IMPORTANTLY, SMACKDOWN WINS AGAIN! YEAH, FUCK YOU NON-2004 RAW! SMACKDOWN IS THE BEST NON-ECW BRAND! Hype video for Orton/Wade. Match #5: Randy Orton [c] vs. Wade Barrett w/ John Cena [WWE Championship - If Wade Doesn't Win, Cena Is Fired] These two don't have any chemistry together. It's been shown in 2010 that Orton is having a really rough time adjusting to being a babyface and that Wade is still a work in progress in the ring, and when combined, they mesh horribly. Dreadfully boring apart from finishing runs, which are slightly above average. Really dragged for about 12 of the 14:30 that this lasted. Ref bump, and the rest of Nexus comes out to interfere. Cena clears them out as the ref gets up though and tells Wade he would have lost there. Orton comes back, but Cena gets in, and he hits Wade with the FU, so Wade wins by DQ and Cena keeps his job while not giving Nexus the belt. ** Cena hands the belt to Orton, but Orton hits him with the RKO. He then hits one on Wade. |

WWE Champion: Randy Orton, Since 9/19/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Kane, Since 7/18/2010 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE U.S. Champion: Daniel Bryan, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 8/6/2010 WWE Tag Team Champions: John Cena/David Otunga, Since 10/24/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: LayCool, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Raw October 25th, 2010 Green Bay, WI Nexus comes out to open the show, and they replay their attack on The Undertaker last night and Barrett says it was all part of the plan, and they don't need to explain it. He says Cena does need to explain himself though and Cena says Wade was about to get beat, so he interfered to make sure Wade won. They argue incoherently, and Anon GM rings in. He says Orton vs. Barrett for the WWE Title will happen again at Survivor Series and the special referee would be chosen later on. He says it would be Orton vs. any Nexus member, and then either Orton or Barrett would pick the referee. Barrett picks Cena. Otunga says Cena should be fired after attacking him last night, and Wade says he doesn't care. But they can't exist as a team, so he wants Cena/Otunga vs. Slater/Gabriel for the tag titles right now. Match #1: John Cena/David Otunga [c] vs. Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater [WWE Tag Team Championship] This is a whole lot of nothing. About 90 seconds in, Wade gets on the mic from ringside. He says someone has to lie down for the good of the Nexus, and he forces Otunga to do it. He is mad, but lies down and yeah, Slater and Gabriel win the belts. 45/poop Wade celebrates with them, and Cena walks out on it. CM PUNK COMES OUT TO DO COMMENTARY! YES! Match #2: Daniel Bryan vs. Dolph Ziggler w/ Vickie Guerrero & Kaitlyn They only get 8 minutes or so, but it's still clearly MOTN. Punk is incredible on commentary, talking about how Bryan learned way more from Regal than Shawn and forcing Lawler to call moves. No control seg, but some incredible back and forth. Learned spots to play off the match from the night before and some new stuff too. Punk also shits on the fucking Packers. Danielson counters the Sleeper into the LeBell Lock. Vickie puts his foot under the bottom rope, but the ref doesn't see it, and Zig taps. *** Danielson celebrates and Punk applauds. Shame Punk got injured, preventing whatever this was leading to. included a backstage segment with Keith, Brie & Nikki Bella, and Santino Marella in which Marella said he was a big fan of Keith and sang his own country song; moments later, Sheamus walked in, called Marella a disgrace, said he let down the Raw team at Bragging Rights, and challenged him to a match; Marella accepted, with Sheamus then grabbing him by the shirt and telling him he better show up In the back, Barrett yells at Cena about how he's allowing him to be employed now, and Cena says he's been trying to hold onto something he loves, but he can't do this anymore, and he can't hand over a championship like he did tonight, and quitting beats working for him. He goes to leave, and Wade says he might have a solution. He says if he beats Orton tonight, he'll make him an offer he can't refuse. Match #3: LayCool vs. Melina/Gail Kim This is all of 65 seconds long before Michelle wins with the Yakuza Kick. 1/4* prior to the bout, Miz cut an in-ring promo in which he noted he lasted the longest on Team Raw at Bragging Rights and he was on the cover of the Smackdown vs. Raw 2011 video game, which is released the next day; Miz then said the Raw team should have been comprised of seven of himself instead of him and six losers; Miz then challenged Rey Mysterio Jr. to face him; moments later, Eve walked out to the ring, ranted on Miz, and called him a frog faced loser; Riley then stepped in and said the rest of the Raw team was heading toward unemployment and Miz could beat anyone on the team; moments later, Truth appeared to answer the challenge; Michael Cole then received an e-mail from the Raw GM which made the match official Match #4: The Miz vs. R-Truth A-Ri and Eve are both ringside. These two still absolutely suck against each other. No chemistry, lots of mediocre stuff not done cleanly, etc. Miz wins clean with the Skull Crushing Finale. *3/4 Match #5: Sheamus vs. Santino Marella This is pretty much a Sheamus squash for 90 seconds, until John Morrison comes out. He pulls Santino out of the way of a Corner Yakuza, and Sheamus crotches himself up top. Santino covers, and shockingly wins. *1/4 Morrison pulls him out and they celebrate up the ramp to the back. STAND UP FOR WWE. WE PUT SMILES ON PEOPLE'S FACES. Egh. In the back, Otunga asks why Wade humiliated him. Wade says he's sorry he feels that way and Otunga says it was a nice way to take the focus on his failure last night, and he might tell people why they really attacked Taker. PLEASE, SHARE. Wade says that's interesting, and he brings in the two newest Nexus members, Husky and Joe. Otunga then backs off. Match #6: Randy Orton vs. John Cena w/ Wade Barrett These two have had some of the best main event matches in WWE history at SummerSlam 2007, Breaking Point, and Bragging Rights 2009. But this absolutely does not work as a face/face match. They have some nice exchanges and moments in this, but it's just not there in this incarnation. Wade pulls Cena out to the floor and clotheslines him, so Cena wins by DQ in revenge for last night. **1/2 Orton goes after Wade and brings him in, but the rest of Nexus runs out, and they gang up on Orton. Cena runs back in and clears Nexus off. Wade gets on the mic and says his choice for the referee at Survivor Series is John Cena! Cena is not happy and Wade says if he doesn't leave Survivor Series with the WWE Title, then John Cena is fired! However, if he wins the WWE Title, Cena is free from Nexus forever. BAH GAWD! |

WWE Champion: Randy Orton, Since 9/19/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Kane, Since 7/18/2010 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE U.S. Champion: Daniel Bryan, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 8/6/2010 WWE Tag Team Champions: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater, Since 10/25/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: LayCool, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Smackdown October 29th, 2010 Milwaukee, WI Kane and Paul Bearer come out to open the show, and there's a funeral set up going on in the ring. Kane says his brother will never again return after being buried alive at Bragging Rights. Kane asks for everyone to bow their heads in a moment of silence for The Undertaker, BUT ALBERTO DEL RIO COMES OUT! HOLY SHIT, LEGITIMATE SHOCKER! He says the only tragedy here is him never having had a World Title match and the only funeral he wants is one for Kane's title reign. Kane yells at him, AND DEL RIO KNOCKS THE URN OUT OF BEARER'S HANDS! STEP UP ENZUIGURI ON KANE! If they ever intend to turn him, they could do it in a way like this, because I legitimately popped for that, and I'm a guy who really is ambivalent about ADR. Rey then runs out to attack ADR. Rey then hits Paul with the 619, and Edge runs out to Spear Kane. NO FUCK. GODDAMNIT. In the back, ADR tells T'Lo that he wants a title shot tonight, but instead, he books Edge vs. Rey vs. ADR in a #1 Contender's Match. Match #1: Daniel Bryan vs. Dolph Ziggler w/ Vickie Guerrero IT DELIVERS A THIRD TIME! No matwork now, since Ziggler is pissed off. Really aggressive and amazing control seg. Awesome finishing run too with a ton of new stuff. Ziggler breaks out Scott Lost's insane Suicide Suplex. The worst finish of the three though. The ref is bumped and Dolph hits the Peace Zig. The ref gets up and Vickie yells at him. Zig is distracted and Danielson hits a Roundhouse Kick to win. *** Knucklehead. Fuck you. Match #2: Jack Swagger vs. Kaval Another 4 minutes where Kaval carries the match before losing. Awful. Ankle Lock ends it. ** STAND UP FOR WWE. FUCK THIS. prior to the bout, Long and Hornswoggle, dressed as a cowboy, itroduced the Bellas, dressed as Batman and Robin, Fox, dressed as Cleopatra, Kelly, dressed as Little Bo Peep, Mendes, dressed as a leprechaun, Melina, dressed as Spider Woman, McCool, as Lady Gaga, and Layla, as Beyonce, for a costume contest; moments later, LayCool announced themselves as the winner, with Long then saying it would instead be a tag team match Match #3: LayCool/Alicia Fox/Rosa Mendes vs. Kelly Kelly/Melina/The Bella Twins This actually gets some time, but LayCool are really the only ones who are any good here, and they're hardly in. Kelly beats Rosa. 1/2* In the back, Edge and Rey have the friends but everyone is fair game talk. Before the match, Cody and Drew say they will soon regain the titles, and they are now known as The Dashing Ones. Hilarious that this is their last match as a regular unit. Match #4: Cody Rhodes/Drew McIntyre vs. The Big Show/Kofi Kingston Cody and Drew were pretty great here. Huge bumping and selling for the faces, and awesome looking offense. Great control segment, and Kofi whipping his hair into Cody's eyes to get a break was really inventive. Show got the hot tag and cleaned house as usual. He beats Cody with the Chokeslam. ![]() **3/4 In the back, Drew and Cody argue and they say the Dashing Ones are over. Match #5: Edge vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio [#1 Contender's Match] Good stuff. Would be much better without Edge, but hey. Rey was once again awesome, since the structure of this didn't make him sell and just let him do awesome spots and take huge bumps, which he still rules at. Edge is understandably protecting himself, but in a match where Rey and ADR are taking huge bumps and shit, it really comes across as lame and not fun to watch. Some real cool spots in this. ADR has Rey in an Electric Chair, but then Edge Spears ADR for the win. **3/4 |

WWE Champion: Randy Orton, Since 9/19/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Kane, Since 7/18/2010 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE U.S. Champion: Daniel Bryan, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 8/6/2010 WWE Tag Team Champions: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater, Since 10/25/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: LayCool, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Raw November 1st, 2010 Long Island, NY eatured an opening in-ring promo by WWE World Champion Randy Orton in which he called out John Cena and said he could accept losing the title but not because of a crooked referee at Survivor Series; moments later, Cena came out, discussed the fact he would be fired if Orton retained at Survivor Series and he would be out of Nexus if Wade Barrett won, and said he didn't know what he would do in the match; Orton replied by saying Cena would be the biggest phoney in the WWE if he cost him the title and that 'Hustle, Loyalty, Respect' would have no meaning; after Cena insulted Barrett, Barrett, David Otunga, Husky Harris, Michael McGillicutty, WWE Tag Team Champions Justin Gabriel & Heath Slater appeared at the entrance stage, with Barrett saying Cena could say what he wanted but he would still raise Barrett's hand at the pay-per-view; Cena replied by saying he would beat the hell out of Barrett, regardless of the outcome; Orton then said he would beat on Barrett at Survivor Series and then called him out; Michael Cole then received an e-mail from the Raw GM which stated Barrett and a partner of his choice would face Orton and a partner of his choice, with Cena as the referee Match #1: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater vs. The Hart Dynasty Good 3 minutes here. They work well together, but not amazingly or anything. Kidd accidentally dives onto Smith when Slater moves. Back inside, Kidd gets hit with the 450 Splash and Nexus wins. ** Post-match, Smith yells at Kidd. In the back, Cena is sad. Truth comes up and questions what he'll do at Survivor Series. Cena says he doesn't know and Truth says they're friends and he wants to know. Cena walks away. Sheamus comes out for his rematch with Santino, and he gets on the mic. He says he beat himself last week, and he will destroy Santino tonight. Santino comes out and says last night he went trick or treating as Sheamus, but everyone thought he was a ghost. He says he can't wrestle because of how much candy he ate, but he picks Kozlov as his replacement. Match #2: Sheamus vs. Vladimir Kozlov Fun 1:45 before Sheamus wins with the Brogue Kick. *1/2 Sheamus goes after Santino and stalks him up the ramp as Santino tries to give him cash and says he'll write a check. He gets him up for the High Cross, but Morrison comes out and pulls Santino down. Sheamus turns around and Morrison knocks Sheamus down with a shitty Roundhouse Kick and he and Santino leave. In the back, Truth talks to Orton and says Cena is going to screw him at Survivor Series. Truth is a horrible friend. Orton isn't shocked and says he and Cena don't get along, but he wants to see how he treats his friends, so Truth is his partner tonight. featured a backstage segment with Mark Henry and Pee Wee Herman, talking to each other on cell phones while standing to each other; moments later, Henry said he wanted Pee Wee as his tag team partner, since Evan Bourne was injured; moments later, Pee Wee brought in Brie & Nikki Bella, Eve, and Melina came in with Twister to cheer up Henry; moments later, Pee Wee turned to the camera to promote his stage production and then brought in Lita Match #3: Ezekiel Jackson vs. Zack Ryder Really awesome one minute squash. Zeke wins with DOMINATION. *1/4 featured an in-ring segment in which Pee Wee addressed the fans and told them the secret word was 'ring,' then telling them to scream whenever someone said it; moments later, Mike Mizanin & Alex Riley interrupted, with Miz saying Riley was a fan but Miz never was, instead prefering He-Man; after Pee Wee told Miz to marry He-Man, Miz repeatedly said 'ring' with the crowd then screaming; Pee Wee then used his catch phrases on both men before saying he had his cousin backstage that would wipe the mat with them; moments later, Big Show came out wearing a costume matching Pee Wee's; Show then quickly sent Miz & Riley to the floor; Cole then received an e-mail from the Raw GM which stated Miz would face Show; Pee Wee & Show then danced together to 'Tequila;' Match #4: The Big Show vs. The Miz w/ Alex Riley This was what it was. Miz's strength is in his offense for the most part, which is why most of his great matches are with him controlling large chunks against great sellers (Mizorrison tags vs Punk, vs. Matt in 2007, vs. Danielson, vs. Cena on Raw in 2009), but this has him doing a lot of selling and bumping, which is probably his weakest area. Miz hits Show with the briefcase twice for the DQ. *3/4 Show is actually laid out, and Miz leaves. STAND UP FOR WWE. Now it's celebrities saying positive things. In the back, Cena and Wade talk and Wade makes Cena clean and sweep his locker room tonight after the main event, and when he's done there, he can scrub his back. Wade leaves and Otunga comes on. He says he'll be Wade's partner tonight, and he'll win tonight and make Cena raise his hand, because he has the most talent. Match #4: Daniel Bryan vs. Ted DiBiase w/ Maryse Good 4 minute carryjob by Bryan. Awesome bumping and selling and offense. It's remarkable how Danielson's come in and within a year, is clearly the best all around wrestler (although Punk being out now helps). Pretty rare for someone to come in and just immediately be the best. Wouldn't be shocked if Hero or Claudio pull it off in 2012, but at this point, the only one I can think of is Benoit in 2000. Maybe when I get to 1989, it'll be Mr. Perfect. ANYWAYS, yeah. Danielson carries Ted and then wins with the LeBell Lock. **1/4 Before the match, LayCool say Natalya can have one more title shot if she wins tonight. Match #5: Natalya vs. Michelle McCool w/ Layla Good match for the 2-3 minute that they got. Michelle accidentally kicks Layla on the apron at the end, and Natalya rolls up Michelle to win another title shot. *3/4 AMAZING BULLSHIT SEG: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5JsJh3_-6mM Match #6: Randy Orton/R-Truth vs. Wade Barrett/David Otunga [Special Referee: John Cena] Obviously not a great match or really even a good one. However, it's Orton, R-Truth, Barrett, and in 2010, so that's hardly shocking. Orton sneaks in an RKO to Otunga behind Cena's back when Truth is legal, and Cena counts the fall on Otunga. *3/4 Wade leaves up the ramp as Cena is on the floor and Orton stands in the ring. SYMBOLISM~ |

Amazing music, amazing gimmick, amazing entrance, gives off this incredible vibe or aura while carrying himself like a huge deal, but for whatever reason, he's not quite great in the ring. Not so much laziness like Ramon had, but just feels like he's one step away from becoming truly great. Can't put my finger on it. Anyways, he's still better than 2010 Edge. ADR works the arm, Edge no-sells. Edge is setting up the Spear, but then Nexus, minus Wade and Cena, hops the railing and attacks both men. **1/4 They beat them down and Otunga says Nexus is taking over Smackdown too. Big Show, Rey, and Kane all come out to run them off, along with Edge, and T'Lo comes out and books Nexus vs. Edge/Kane/Rey/ADR/Show in the main event. Match #2: Dolph Ziggler vs. JTG Fine 2 minute showcase for Dolph. He wins with the Sleeper. *3/4 Kaitlyn comes out to congratulate him. Vickie also comes out to do that, and they get in a fight. featured a backstage segment with Hornswoggle and Teddy Long, with Vickie Guerrero then coming in calling Kaitlyn a hussie and saying she wanted revenge; moments later, Long said Vickie would face Kaitlyn later in the show In the back, Nexus attacks Rey and they hurt his arm. In the back, Josh interviews Nexus. Otunga says Wade left for the UK early to visit some friends, but they're here to show that Nexus is about more than Barrett and John Cena. He says they attacked Rey because they can, and now it's 5 on 4. Match #3: MVP vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Drew McIntyre [IC Title #1 Contender's Match] Cody and Drew are both awesome here. Great offense, huge bumps, etc. MVP doesn't do a lot, but he's a warm body for the other two. MVP then wins with a Yakuza Kick on Drew. Horrible. **1/2 Match #4: Vickie Guerrero vs. Kaitlyn This was absolutely HORRIBLE. Vickie wins with a pin with her feet on the ropes. IF YOU'RE NOT CHEATING, YOU'RE NOT TRYING! 45/poop Vickie then yells that Dolph is her man. STAND UP FOR WWE In the back, Kaval and MVP are talking, and Nexus jumps them too, presumably so neither takes Rey's place. Match #5: Tyler Reks vs. Chris Masters Masters carries this idiot for 3 minutes before having to put him over, along with his awful Burning Hammer. ** Kofi Kingston comes out to replace Rey in the main event. Match #6: Edge/Kane/The Big Show/Alberto Del Rio/Kofi Kingston vs. David Otunga/Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater/Husky Harris/Michael McGillicutty Better than it should be, considering who is involved. Maybe didn't need 15 minutes, but they at least gave them a chance at a great match with the length of this. ADR walks out on this early on when Edge accidentally hits him. Kofi and Gabriel and Husky all especially shined on offense. Edge has a shitty hot tag. Kane gets in and he Chokeslams Show. He tries one on Edge, but he Spears Kane and then and beats Otunga with the second Spear ahahahahaha. **1/2 |

He thanks the crowd for welcoming back the most successful man to ever come out of here, and then addresses Otunga for pulling what he pulled last Friday night, and says if he ever thinks about pulling a stunt like that again, he had better win. He then yells at Cena for costing them the match last week and goes over the SurSer stips. Cena says either way, he's going to destroy Nexus one by one after Survivor Series. Wade tells him to announce him as the next champion again, but Randy Orton comes out. He says he doesn't trust Cena or care about him, and all he cares about is keeping the WWE Title. Wade says Orton has nobody backing him, while he has Nexus. Anon GM then rings in and bans Nexus from ringside at Survivor Series. He then books a 10 man tag tonight with Nexus vs. Orton and four others of the GM's choosing, with Cena again as the referee. Match #1: Eve/The Bella Twins vs. Maryse/Alicia Fox/Tamina Nothing match. The faces win. 1/4* In the back, Wade tells Otunga that he won't be in the main event tonight with the rest of them, but he will face John Cena instead, and Wade tells him to prove whether or not he really is the most talented member of the Nexus. Match #2: The Usos vs. The Hart Dynasty w/ Natalya Only 3 minutes and the Usos still pretty much blow. The Harts had some fun stuff, but it's too short for them to really show off against shitty opponents. The Usos win clean with a Splash off the top to DH Smith. *3/4 In the back, Orton is interviewed and says he has no idea who his partners are, and he needs to worry about Nexus and Cena tonight. Miz comes on and says he's going to be on Orton's team tonight, so his team is already awesome. Match #3: John Cena vs. David Otunga This was whatever. Cena responding to "YOU CAN'T WRESTLE" chants by doing a headlock takedown and a dropkick and shrugging at the crowd was amazing. The fucking man. Not really a good match though. Cena wins with STFU. *1/2 In the back, Barrett is waiting for Otunga. He says he's been losing a lot lately and says he's fighting Edge on SD this Friday, and if he loses, he's out of Nexus. SANTINO'S TEA TIME: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdNMPYn3CpE Match #4: Sheamus vs. Santino Marella Santino tries to leave, but Anon GM says he must compete or be suspended. Santino then gets a low blow to lose by DQ. *1/4 Santino tries to flee, but Sheamus catches him. He hits the Brogue Kick. He beats on him a lot, but John Morrison runs out, and he fights Sheamus and Sheamus bails after the Flying Chuck. WrestleMania hype video. Cena is watching in the back and Wade says if he gets fired at Survivor Series, he won't see WrestleMania 27. STAND UP FOR WWE. This time it's 2nd and 3rd gen guys talking. NEXT WEEK: OLD SCHOOL RAW! YES! Match #5: Randy Orton/The Miz/Daniel Bryan/R-Truth/Mark Henry vs. Wade Barrett/Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater/Husky Harris/Michael McGillicutty [Special Referee: John Cena] Way better than the SD 10 man due to the much better face team. Miz actually performs well on the mat early on vs. Joe, which is insane, and Danielson is Danielson. Otunga comes out halfway through. MOK had some fun power spots too, as does Husky, and they have an awesome FAT VS FAT collision. Bryan was a great face in peril. Orton had an actual good hot tag at the end and it broke down. BUT BEHIND CENA'S BACK, MIZ HITS ORTON WITH THE BRIEFCASE AND HITS THE SKULL CRUSHING FINALE! Wade covers to win. **3/4 |

Drew McIntyre vs. Kaval, Superstars (November 11th) They get 11 minutes instead of 4 now, and they have another great match. Not the all out insane bombfest that their September match was, but this was a different match entirely. More methodical with some great Drew control work again. He works the midsection now, and again uses the ring as a weapon beautifully, especially with a Suplex on the apron. Kaval had a great comeback with good selling. Turned into a fantastic slugfest and Kaval broke out the Tidal Krush. AWESOME sequence on the apron. Drew tries the Future Shock near the post on the apron, but Kaval jumps down to the floor. Drew turns, AND KAVAL RUNS UP THE STEPS TO HIT THE LIGER KICK! Drew avoids the Warrior's Way and hits a knee to the gut and the Future Shock to win. *** Kaval vs. Drew McIntyre, Cologne, Germany (November 12th) Good fancam match, but it suffers from being essentially a lesser version of the previous. Drew is a huge dick about Ki being short, so Ki kicks out his legs and does the same taunt. They do a lot of the same stuff as the last match, but then with Drew working the midsection with whole new stuff. Shows a ton of stuff as a dick heel that he never really got to do on TV. Kaval's comeback rules and they have a sweet finishing run. Drew wins with the Future Shock. **3/4 |

WWE Champion: Randy Orton, Since 9/19/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Kane, Since 7/18/2010 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE U.S. Champion: Daniel Bryan, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 8/6/2010 WWE Tag Team Champions: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater, Since 10/25/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: LayCool, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Smackdown November 12th, 2010 Manchester, England featured an opening in-ring promo by Edge in which he said he would walk into WrestleMania as the World Heavyweight Champion and said he had a plan to win the title from Kane at Survivor Series; moments later, Edge cut a promo on facing David Otunga later in the show and said Otunga would soon be in the unemployment line; Otunga, Husky Harris, Michael McGillicutty, WWE Tag Team Champions Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel then came out and surrounded the ring until Vickie Guerrero interrupted, saying Teddy Long was detained by customs and she was in charge of the show; Vickie then said Otunga would lose his match if any members of Nexus stepped into the ring; Vickie then said Nexus could remain ringside but would be joined by the entire Smackdown roster; Vickie told the two to get in the ring and shake hands before their lumberjack match later in the show, telling Edge to either shake Otunga's hand or he would be replaced in the Survivor Series title match; the two shook hands, with Edge then hitting a spear sending Otunga from the apron onto the other members of Nexus on the floor Match #1: Alberto Del Rio vs. Kofi Kingston Not great or anything, due to Kofi's arm selling being absolutely fucking terrible, but it was good. ADR's offense looked fine, and yeah. Kofi managed to at least be crisp on offense even if he didn't want to sell. ADR wins with the Jujigatame. **1/2 Rey decides to come out and hit the 619 on ADR. In the back, Otunga gives Nexus a speech about how if he fails, they all fail, and about how he needs them behind him tonight. Match #2: Natalya vs. Layla Fun 3 minutes. Nattie wins with the Sharpshooter. *3/4 At Survivor Series, it's Natalya vs. both members of LayCool for the belt. In the back, Kane says he's going to make Edge go away just like he did to The Undertaker. Match #3: Edge vs. David Otunga [Lumberjack Match] Hey, this sure was fucking terrible. Lumberjack matches continue to be worthless, and neither Edge or Otunga is good at normal singles matches in 2010. Kane interferes and Chokeslams Edge, and then Otunga pins him for the win and he keeps his spot in the Nexus. *1/4 Match #4: Dolph Ziggler [c] vs. MVP [WWE Intercontinental Championship] Good not great. MVP again drags it down, and Ziggler wins with the Peace Zig. **1/4 STAND UP FOR WWE. Post-match, Kane can't find Paul, but finds the urn on the floor. SON OF A BITCH Cody Rhodes comes out and gives mouthwash and toothbrushes to ringside fans. Amazing. Kane cannot find Paul. Match #5: Kane vs. The Big Show This was a Show/Kane that wasn't 5 minutes of matwork, so it sucked. No, this was actually their least offensive match together that I can recall. Edge comes out with Bearer tied to a wheelchair, and Kane is distracted, so Show wins with the Chokeslam. ** |

WWE Champion: Randy Orton, Since 9/19/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Kane, Since 7/18/2010 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE U.S. Champion: Daniel Bryan, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 8/6/2010 WWE Tag Team Champions: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater, Since 10/25/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: LayCool, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Raw - OLD SCHOOL November 15th, 2010 Hershey, PA The show begins with the 1980s WWF intro. AND THEN THE ORIGINAL RAW MUSIC! IT IS THE BEST! AND THE 1996-7 RAW SET WITH THE HUGE R-A-W LETTERS! KING HAS HIS OLD KING SUIT ON! COLE HAS A VINCE-STYLE SUIT ON! MEAN GENE COMES OUT TO THE INTERVIEW PLATFORM, AND HE BRINGS OUT BOB ORTON JR. FOR AN INTERVIEW! He has his cast on and Bob says his son isn't here yet, and maybe he didn't know that the show started an hour early tonight. Gene asks him about Survivor Series and Bob says Randy has always done his own thing and been able to get what he wants and he doesn't care about Cena's career on the line, and if his career ends, that's fantastic. FUCK YEAH BOB! HEEL FAMILY FOR LIFE! Wade Barrett then comes out to the platform and says he will be the next WWE Champion, which Bob was never able to do, and he owes NOTHING to the old school because he made his own way into the WWE. The Miz and Alex Riley then come out, and Miz says he's the reason Nexus won last week, and it doesn't matter who wins the WWE Championship at Survivor Series, because once he cashes this in, HE'S the next WWE Champion. Maybe it's at Survivor Series, but maybe it's tonight, and Wade never gets a title shot at him! John Cena comes on the tron and says he has to save his job, so he challenges Miz to a match tonight, and Miz accepts. MARK HENRY COMES OUT TO "SEXUAL CHOCOLATE" IN THE SEXUAL CHOCOLATE GEAR! Match #1: Dolph Ziggler w/ Vickie Guerrero vs. Mark Henry ZIGGLER DOES AN INSET PROMO SAYING HE WON'T BE SCREWED ON RAW AGAIN! Great 4 minutes. MOK has amazing power stuff, and Dolph bumps huge. Mark kicks out of the Peace Zig, but then Ziggler puts on the Sleeper and Mark passes out, so Dolph wins. **1/4 TONY ATLAS AHUH HUH HUH HUH HUH: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KS7QM9Pp8Wg Match #2: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater vs. The Hart Dynasty Good 3 minutes, but probably their worst match together. Not that it means much since they never got over 4 minutes. Some nice spots, but then when Smith goes for a tag, Kidd kicks him in the face, and he walks out on him. Gabriel then hits the 450 Splash for the win. *3/4 In the back, Gene interviews Randy Orton about SurSer. He says there's one way to make sure Cena doesn't screw him at Survivor Series, and that's to punt him in the head tonight. Finkel introduces THE BROOKLYN BRAWLER! He shits on the crowd and issues an open challenge, and Zeke accepts. Match #3: Ezekiel Jackson vs. The Brooklyn Brawler w/ Harvey Whippleman Another good one minute Zeke squash. * In the back, Nexus talks. Wade says Otunga will fight Truth tonight, but then Anon GM rings in. FUCK YOU, THIS IS OLD SCHOOL RAW! LEAVE! He says it's Barrett vs. Truth, and then Otunga has another match. Cena and Miz come out for the match, but Miz gets on the mic. He says that since this was never sanctioned by the GM, he's allowed to make a substitution, and he puts in A-Ri. He says if Cena wants to face him, he'll have to wait until WrestleMania, when he's the WWE Champion. BECAUSE HE'S THE MIZ, AND HE'S AWESOME! Match #4: John Cena vs. Alex Riley w/ The Miz Wasn't much for 3 minutes. Cena decides to be a dick and use snapmares and shit to embarrass A-Ri and he gets the STFU for the win. *3/4 Randy Orton comes out now, and he and Cena fight, but they get pulled apart. Anon GM comes on and says they will both be on Piper's Pit later tonight! SHEIK AND NIKOLAI SING THE RUSSIAN NATIONAL ANTHEM! BUT SANTINO AND KOZLOV COME OUT! KOZLOV SINGS IT WITH THEM! I LOVE EVERYTHING! Santino stops them because it's awful, and then brings out Slick to sing "Jive soul Bro". Sheik then goes insane and it is amazing. Match #5: Santino Marella/Vladimir Kozlov vs. The Usos w/ Tamina & Jimmy Snuka [#1 Contender's Match] This is horrible for 2 minutes. Santino wins with the Cobra. 3/4* Sheamus then runs out and he hits Kozlov with the Brogue Kick! He goes after Santino, but John Morrison runs out to save, and he again runs him off. He challenges Sheamus to stop being a bully and to face him right here, but Sheamus walks away. Match #6: Kofi Kingston vs. David Otunga This was not good at all. Botchy, short, sloppy, etc. This goes 5 minutes, so this is the longest match so far. Horrible. Trouble in Paradise ends it. *1/4 Post-match, George Steele runs out and starts eating one of the turnbuckles, before leaving. In the back, Morrison talks to Arn and Jerry. They compliment him and Morrison says he's tired of Sheamus being a bully, AND SHEAMUS BROGUE KICK HIM OUT OF NOWHERE! DAH! He says he accepts his challenge for Survivor Series. INCREDIBLE SEGMENT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzGF19Qco0Q "I raised some weird kids" Match #7: Wade Barrett vs. R-Truth w/ Eve This was at least better than Otunga/Kofi. Inoffensive and not overly sloppy, but nothing really impressive going on. Much more boring than outright bad. Wade wins clean with the Wasteland. *3/4 INSTEAD OF RICARDO, TITO SANTANA INTRODUCES ADR! OLE! AND CHAVO CLASSIC DRIVES OUT ALBERTO DEL RIO! Match #8: Alberto Del Rio vs. Sgt. Slaughter The squash of Sarge once again makes a promising young heel look great. Sarge bumps well, and ADR wins with the Jujigatame. *1/2 He keeps it on and then MVP runs out to save. By the entrance, Gene interviews Mae Young with the Bella Twins. They show a Mae highlight video and LayCool comes out. REAL TALK! Is this old school or Jurassic Park? They say she could be Betty White's grandma and Mae says she wants a match with these sluts! AMAZING! She wants it No DQ too and they call for Falls Count Anywhere too. Match #9: LayCool vs. Mae Young [No DQ] The face divas come out and attack them, and Mae covers to win. FLAWLESS YOUR GUEST COMMENTATOR FOR THE NEXT MATCH, JR! YES! Cole is livid. Match #10: Daniel Bryan vs. Jack Swagger This gets like 8 minutes and delivers! JR immediately comes out, ignored Cole, and makes this match incredible with his calls. Swagger actually uses his size to his advantage for once, due to Danielson being smaller. Danielson takes huge bumps, sells awesomely, makes a fiery comeback, etc. Great finishing run as usual, and Danielson again wins with that Roundhouse Kick. *** Ted DiBiase comes out to attack Danielson, and he hits the Dream Street. Cole yells at JR to leave, so JR beats him up with his hat like a dog. PIPERS PIT WITH CENA AND ORTON: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmOjXDOXIeM |

Slaughter Monday during Raw; moments later, MVP interrupted to say guys like Del Rio were a dime a dozen and those like Tito Santana, Slaughter, Iron Sheik, Ricky Steamboat, Dusty Rhodes, and Roddy Piper were the ones that paved the road for Del Rio; Del Rio replied by saying MVP thought so highly of the legends because he would never be one of them, while Del Rio already was one; MVP then challenged Del Rio to a match but Del Rio said he was already facing Rey Mysterio Jr., then introduced Drew McIntyre to face MVP instead The SurSer match is announced as ADR/Cody/Drew/Swagger/Reks vs. Rey/Big Show/Kofi/MVP/Masters Match #1: MVP vs. Drew McIntyre MVP's best match in a long long time. Drew was again awesome here. Amazing arm work using the apron and steps and post, and MVP's selling is actually really great. MVP came back with his own arm work, and Drew's selling was also great. MVP wins with the Drive-By. **3/4 In the back, Edge talks to the kidnapped Paul Bearer and runs him around backstage. Horrible. In the back, Kane demands T'Lo tell him where Edge and Paul Bearer are, and T'Lo doesn't know. Match #2: Jack Swagger vs. Chris Masters Good Masters carryjob for 3 minutes, before Swagger wins with the Ankle Lock. ** In the back, Edge throws dodgeballs at Paul Bearer. Match #3: Dolph Ziggler w/ Vickie Guerrero vs. Kaval This is basically a 90 second match as an angle to set up another match, but they still work really well together. Lots of crisp Kaval stuff and big bumps from both guys, and Kaval wins with a cradle! *3/4 Kaval gets on the mic and says he's using that NXT Season 2 title shot at Survivor Series for the IC Title! included a backstage segment with Edge and Bearer; featured a backstage segment in which Kane ranted to Rosa Mendes about Edge holding Bearer hostage; included a backstage segment with Edge, along with a spread of breadsticks, pizza, brownies, and hot wings, in which he shoved the food in Bearer's ear, dumped it in his lap, or smushed it on his head Match #4: Cody Rhodes vs. Kofi Kingston They get 7 minutes, so it's pretty good. Kofi is again not at his best, so it's not quite great. Good finishing run, and Cody wins with the Cross Rhodes. **1/2 Match #5: LayCool vs. Natalya/Kelly Kelly Good for 4 minutes. Nattie vs. McCool was awesome again. Layla rolls up Natalya to win. *1/4 In the back, Kane breaks down and throws shit as he cries. Understandable, SINCE HIS FUCKING DAD IS KIDNAPPED. Match #6: The Big Show vs. Tyler Reks Mediocre one minute squash and Show wins with the Chokeslam. 3/4* In the back, ADR says Rey is not a survivor, so he will lose tonight and at Survivor Series, and he will give the universe an authentic hero. Hype video for Orton/Wade. featured a backstage segment with Edge and Bearer in which Bearer cried out to Kane, with Kane then shown walking down the hallway and into the parking area as Bearer was in the back seat of Edge's vehicle; as Kane looked around for Edge, Edge jumped off the top of the vehicle, assaulted Kane, and then sped off with Bearer still in the vehicle Match #7: Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio This goes about a minute before both teams get involved for a no contest. 3/4* T'Lo comes out and makes it a battle royal Match #8: 10 Man Battle Royal This was whatever. Drew, Cody, Rey, and ADR have some good bumps, but for whatever reason, Swagger, Reks, and Show are what the camera focuses on. Show doesn't do nearly enough cool big man stuff. Show and Rey survive and Rey lowbridges Swagger out to win. That sort of just ends it, so I guess it was a tag team battle royal. *3/4 |

WWE Champion: Randy Orton, Since 9/19/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Kane, Since 7/18/2010 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE U.S. Champion: Daniel Bryan, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 8/6/2010 WWE Tag Team Champions: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater, Since 10/25/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: LayCool, Since 9/19/2010 ![]() WWE Survivor Series 2010 November 21st, 2010 Miami, FL Match #1: Daniel Bryan [c] vs. Ted DiBiase w/ Maryse [WWE U.S. Championship] Another Danielson carryjob. I don't want to be too much of a hipster bitch, but I've been watching Danielson since 2004. I've seen him carry a lot of shitty, average, or inexperienced guys. Tyler Black, ANX, The American Wolves, Delirious, Romero, Albright, Sabin, Lynn, etc. A lot of them at least brought SOMETHING to the match or let Danielson bring something great out of them for one mach. Ted is just above rare space with Kenny King, Rhett Titus, Brent Albright, and Eddie Edwards, where they really contributed nothing to the match. He was at least crisp and did things well in a generic sense, but this was really all Danielson. Some awesome bumps, fiery comebacks, etc. Danielson is absolutely the best finishing run guy in WWE and it's largely because they let him get more than like 2 minutes for a finishing run. Danielson counters a schoolboy into the LeBell Lock to win. *** Daniel celebrates, but Miz and A-Ri attack Bryan on the ramp with the briefcase. Miz and A-Ri then come out to the ring and Miz gets on the mic. He says the Miami Heat are much like Nexus, they're hated by millions, but completely mediocre, and as a citizen of CLEVELAND, OHIO, HE IS SO HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO SAY THAT! AHAHAHA YES! He says LeBron James is a traitor, but he's a failure too when to comes to winning big games, just like Wade Barrett, but at least Barrett isn't a sidekick, like LeBron is to Dwayne Wade. He says he's getting tired of carrying this briefcase around, and soon enough, he will be the WWE Champion. BECAUSE HE'S THE MIZ, AND HE'S AWESOME! Best Miz promo in some time and easily his best [INSERT LOCAL SPORTS TEAM] SUCKS promo, since he actually had a reason to be a dick to Miami. Match #2: Sheamus vs. John Morrison Their worst match of this late 2010 series, but still shows promises of what they would do together. Crowd was pretty shitty for this, but it wasn't exactly the most exciting thing in the world during the middle. Good finishing run, with some really cool and crisp stuff, and Morrison wins with this 2nd rate Jimmy Rave style Basement Knee. Which is less of an insult to him than a compliment to Rave. **3/4 Knucklehead promo. In the back, Truth tries to talk to Cena, but Cena asks why he keeps getting involved when this is none of his business at all. Truth says he might have a solution and he might go out there and do something to Orton "by accident", and Cena would then get to keep his job. Cena pretends to like it and says he won't be able to live with himself if he doesn't keep his promise to call it down the middle. Match #3: Dolph Ziggler [c] w/ Vickie Guerrero vs. Kaval [WWE Intercontinental Championship] Kaval isn't that over, which is what happens when someone loses for about 3 months straight before being randomly put in a title match. No shit. They do have a great match though. Slow start, but once Kaval took a big bump and Ziggler took over, it was great. Kaval has an awesome comeback and they have some really really cool spots. Dolph turns around too early when whipped into the corner, and as a result, the Tidal Krush turns into this INSANE knee to the face. He was clearly knocked loopy so it was a little off in the finishing run. He gets a roll up with the tights to win. **3/4 In the back, Swagger, Drew, Cody, and Reks argue about who is team leader. ADR says this is boring, and they're here to destroy Rey and his little friends and he wants to see kids crying tonight at their idols being hurt. And if they do that, he buys them all dinner. And by the way, their captain is Alberto Del Rio! Match #4: Rey Mysterio/The Big Show/Kofi Kingston/MVP/Chris Masters vs. Alberto Del Rio/Cody Rhodes/Drew McIntyre/Jack Swagger/Tyler Reks [Elimination Match] There should be lot of good stuff in this, between Rey, Masters, ADR, Cody, and Drew. Rey/Cody is an awesome start. MVP sucks, but is out first after 5 minutes when ADR and Drew do the Rude/Warrior spot on him. Masters is then out soon after with the Jujigatame. Some more stuff happens. ADR is not legal, but is KO'd by the KO Punch and taken to the back, so he's out. Cody gets in and is also beat with the KO Punch. SON OF A BITCH. They're refusing to let Drew do anything in this, and ADR and Cody are gone. So awful. Reks and Swagger and Kofi work the next 5 minutes, so that's painfully dull. Kofi rolls up Reks to eliminate him. Swagger then puts Kofi in the Ankle Lock to eliminate him. Swagger/Rey is good for the next two minutes. Rey hits the 619 and then hits the Penguin Splash to eliminate him. Drew finally gets in, but is quickly beat with the Chokeslam by Big Show. The way this was laid out felt pretty goddamn spiteful from WWE, like they were punishing viewers for wanting a Survivor Series elimination match. **1/2 In the back, Randy Orton cuts a Randy Orton promo. Match #5: LayCool [c] vs. Natalya [WWE Divas Championship] This was enjoyable for the 3 minutes it actually got. This is PPV, they should have gotten more time, since they're all actually good. Nattie beats Layla with the Sharpshooter for the win. *3/4 Michelle and Layla attack Nattie post-match, BUT BETH PHOENIX RETURNS FOR THE SAVE! She hits Layla with the Glam Slam, and celebrates with Natalya. Hype video for Kane/Edge. Match #6: Kane [c] vs. Edge [World Heavyweight Championship] Edge wheels out an empty wheelchair. This, like literally every other time they've had matches, sucked. Sucked even more than usual, since it's 2010 Edge. Nothing exciting or engaging from either man in terms of offense, bumping, selling, fire, etc. It's fucking Kane vs. Edge. Edge gets the Spear, but rolls on his back. He puts an arm on Kane, but Kane also puts an arm on him, so it is a double pin. *3/4 They keep fighting post-match, and Edge puts Kane on the wheelchair and wheels him through the barricade. In the back, Wade talks to Cena and says this is the building where the Nexus debuted, and since then, he's lost almost everything, and there's no need for him to throw away his career tonight, the last thing that he has left. Cena says he knows exactly what he's doing tonight. Match #7: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater [c] w/ Nexus vs. Santino Marella/Vladimir Kozlov [WWE Tag Team Championship] This sure as fuck happened. They absolutely did some moves to each other, and four men took part in a tag team professional wrestling contest. Slater wins with his shitty 2nd rate Peace Zig. *1/2 They all beat on them until Anon GM tells them all to leave, since they're banned from ringside in the main event. Hype video for the main event of John Cena as a referee for some match. Match #10: Randy Orton [c] vs. Wade Barrett [WWE Championship - Special Referee: John Cena - FREE OR FIRED] I'll give them this, this was their least painful to watch match together. Still really not interesting at all, in terms of their in-ring actions. No real great selling or bumping or offense or exchanges. Just two average guys having a below average match. Cena as referee was unbiased, but Orton was paranoid about it. Wade shoved Cena, so he returned the favor, and Orton hit the RKO. Cena counts three, and Orton retains as Striker yells "CENA'S FREEEEEEEEEEEEE!". Awesome job, idiot. ** Nexus comes out and Orton and Cena fight them off. Cena hands Orton the title and hugs him. Orton leaves and Cena gets a big ovation and yeah, he's fired. What a shame, I'm going to miss him! |

BUT NEVERMIND THAT SHIT, CM PUNK COMES OUT TO JOIN THE ANNOUNCE TEAM! Match #1: Sheamus vs. R-Truth w/ Eve [KOTR Qualifying Match] Man, WWE kinda sucks at this point. They never give quality time to shit that deserves it, but THIS fucking gets 8 minutes. Punk calls Sheamus as the winner. Sheamus has good offense and works the arm but Truth don't sell shit. Sheamus wins with the High Cross. **1/4 In the back, security refuses to let in LayCool, since they're no longer on Raw, due to lack of title. featured a backstage segment with Santino Marella & Vladimir Kozlov in which they discussed their loss at Survivor Series, with Santino depressed until he found Tamina, who sang to him before kissing him on the lips Miz is supposed to be in the next KOTR match, but A-Ri comes out. He says Miz has suffered an anxiety attack in the back and cannot compete, so he will be taking his place. Match #2: Ezekiel Jackson vs. Alex Riley [KOTR Qualifying Match] The best part of this is Punk referring to him as DU-rIley. Acceptable Zeke squash and he wins with the Uranage. * In the back, Cena says goodbye to the midcard. Even then, Eve was checking him out. John Cena comes out and does his goodbye. Nothing really extraordinary since this is not an actual retirement or anything, but the usual stuff. Thanks the fans, living a dream, etc. He calls out Billy Kidman by name by saying he probably hates him for going too long. Cena walks to the back and through the back. Everyone applauds, and he shakes Orton's hand last. Wade Barrett then walks on behind Cena as Cena leaves and signals that he can't see him. Match #3: Daniel Bryan vs. Ted DiBiase w/ Maryse This time Danielson only takes 2 minutes to win, and he does so with the LeBell Lock. Brie Bella runs out to be in his corner to offset Maryse mid-way through and Punk says she's a 4 at best. *3/4 Brie celebrates with Danielson, and Nikki runs out to celebrate too. Match #4: Natalya vs. Alicia Fox This is only about 2 minutes and Nattie wins with the Sharpshooter. 1/2* Match #5: John Morrison vs. Tyson Kidd [KOTR Qualifying Match] Good 2-3 minute spotfest. Morrison wins with the Starship Pain. *3/4 QUALIFYING MATCHES ON SMOCKDAWN: Kofi/Swagger, Rey/Cody, ADR/Show, and MVP/Drew Randy Orton comes out for the main event, BUT NEXUS ATTACKS HIM ON THE RAMP! They hurt his knee badly, but referees come out and they make them leave. Anon GM comes on and says the title match was up in the air, but if it did happen, Nexus is once again banned from ringside. Back from break, and Orton has been taken to the back. Wade Barrett comes out and says he has a scheduled WWE Title match right now, and if Randy Orton cannot make it to the ring by the count of 10, he should win the WWE Title by forfeit. The referee begins the count, but Randy Orton limps to the ring and the bell is rung. Match #6: Randy Orton [c] vs. Wade Barrett [WWE Championship] Only about 4 minutes, but possibly their best match together due to Orton's selling, which actually rules, and them actually having a focus. Also, 4 minutes doesn't give enough time for them to run out of shit to do. Wade hits the Wasteland, BUT JOHN CENA HOPS THE RAILING AND HE PULLS THE REF OUT! FU ON WADE! NEXUS RUNS OUT AND CHASES CENA OFF THROUGH THE CROWD! Back in, Orton hits Wade with the RKO to win. **1/4 BUT NOW THE MIZ COMES OUT, AND HE CASHES IT IN! HOLY SHIT YES! Match #7: Randy Orton [c] vs. The Miz [WWE Championship] The longest non-RVD cash-in match at nearly 3 minutes, but it works. Orton's selling is again amazing, and Miz targets the knee really well, since limbwork is the best part of his game. Orton gets some stuff, but Miz kicks the knee to distract him. ![]() ONE... TWO... WWE Champion: The Miz, Since 11/22/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Kane, Since 7/18/2010 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE U.S. Champion: Daniel Bryan, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 8/6/2010 WWE Tag Team Champions: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater, Since 10/25/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: Natalya, Since 11/21/2010 WWE Smackdown November 26th, 2010 Jacksonville, FL featured an opening in-ring promo by World Heavyweight Champion Kane in which he spoke of Edge abducting Paul Bearer two weeks ago and facing Edge at Survivor Series; Kane then said he was willing to not press charges against Edge if he would only bring back Bearer, then promising not to destroy Edge; moments later, Kane said his outer character was not him and that he was a warm, caring human being that only wants to be with his family for the holidays; Edge then came out with an empty wheelchair and told Kane to ask him politely for Bearer, then correcting him when Kane didn't say 'please;' the fans then chanted 'On your knees' at Kane before Edge returned backstage with the wheelchair, citing Kane wasn't sincere enough Match #1: Kofi Kingston vs. Jack Swagger [KOTR Qualifying Match] This got 15 minutes of legitimate show time. Not 15 including commercials. Like 18 including commercials. What the fuck? Why this match? These two are terrible against each other? God fucking fucking cunt sore damnit. This really blew too. No real focus early on, bland matwork, shitty Kofi strikes, etc. Swagger then sort of worked the midsection, but Kofi doesn't sell any part of it. Kofi wins with the Trouble in Paradise. *3/4 featured a backstage segment with Kane and Teddy Long in which Kane apologized for intimidating Long the previous week and wrecking his office, then asking Long to do what's right in helping reunite Kane and Bearer; Edge then appeared on a TV screen, said he - like Long - didn't have a father, and was then shown with Bearer tied up; after Edge told Kane where they were in the arena, Bearer said the fans and Edge didn't deserve fathers and even if they had one, they'd still be bastards In the back, Josh interviews ADR and says he has Big Show tonight. ADR says he learned a lesson at SurSer, and that's not to ever share the spotlight with those inferior to him. He says he will be the King of the Ring, because it his destiny. Match #2: The Big Show vs. Alberto Del Rio [KOTR Qualifying Match] This was not much. Better than Kofi/Swag though, so there's that. Show KO Punches FUCKING RICARDO on the floor, and ADR slips in at 9 to win by count out! Awesome finish. ** Edge and Paul Bearer, still tied up in his wheelchair, were shown mid-way up the arena with Edge saying he wanted Kane to come out so they could have a conversation; moments later, Kane appeared at the entrance stage and threatened Edge, with Edge noting he could shove Bearer down the stairs; Kane eventually offered Edge a title rematch, which Edge accepting before saying he was taking Bearer to the hot dog stand; Kane went through the crowd but found only an empty wheelchair once he walked through the other side of the curtain Match #3: Drew McIntyre vs. MVP [KOTR Qualifying Match] Another awesome Drew performance, working on the arm. A whole new arsenal of armwork type stuff, compared to last week. Not as good though, as a whole, due to them getting less time. Drew goes back to the arm to cut off MVP's comeback and he hits the Future Shock for the win. **1/2 featured a bakstage segment in which Swagger blamed the Swagger Soaring Eagle for his loss; moments later, Hornswoggle, dressed as a Native American, was shown with Rosa Mendes bringing him an overcooked turkey to eat; Hornswoggle then took his fork and knife as though he was going to go after the eagle instead, then pulling out a bow and arrow and - off camera - shooting the eagle with it Match #4: Kelly Kelly vs. Layla w/ Michelle McCool This is about a minute before Layla is beat wit ha roll up. 1/4* Michelle and Layla attack her post-match, but Beth Phoenix runs out to save. RAW REBOUND! ADR comes out to do commentary on the next match. Match #5: Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes [KOTR Qualifying Match] This only got 5 minutes. What the fuck? This should get 15 minutes. Anyways, they do what they can with the time. ADR distracts Rey and then later on, gets in a low blow. Cody then hits Cross Rhodes for the upset win. **1/2 ADR beats down on Rey post-match. included a backstage segment with Kane and Long in which Kane blamed Long for Edge's actions; Edge then appeared on Long's TV from the parking lot and said he wanted to give Bearer back to Kane before there was an accident; Edge then asked for Kane to come out; when Kane did, Edge ran down a the wheelchair and drove off, Bearer still tied up in the back seat |

WWE Champion: The Miz, Since 11/22/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Kane, Since 7/18/2010 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE U.S. Champion: Daniel Bryan, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 8/6/2010 WWE Tag Team Champions: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater, Since 10/25/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: Natalya, Since 11/21/2010 WWE Raw - KING OF THE RING November 29th, 2010 Philadelphia, PA Alex Riley comes out and he says there will be a celebration party for The Miz tonight. Punk spends all of this shitting on Riley for the DUI. Match #1: Daniel Bryan vs. Alberto Del Rio [Quarterfinals] Awesome Danielson performance again. Not so much a carryjob as him bringing the best out of ADR. Great matwork, bumping, etc. He injures his arm on the Tope Suicida, and then his selling is marvelous. ADR goes for his hurt arm, and he wins with the Jujigatame. *** OTHER QF MATCHES: Morrison/Cody, Zeke/Drew, Sheamus/Kofi R-Truth comes out and challenges any Nexus member to face him right now. McGillicutty walks, BUT THE FEET ATTACK! He is FU'd on the floor by THE FEET. Who taught Raven the FU? Match #2: John Morrison vs. Cody Rhodes [Quarterfinals] This was good for the three minutes it got. That's okay, only a 3 hour show. Morrison wins with the Flying Chuck and then the Jimmy Rave Knee.** Match #3: Ezekiel Jackson vs. Drew McIntyre [Quarterfinals] This only got 2:40, but it had some fun moments. Big strikes from both guys, and then they fought to the back for a bullshit cop out double count out. Although it adds to the booking of the tournament, overall. ** Both men are eliminated and the winner of Sheamus/Kofi now goes right to the finals, against the winner of ADR/Morrison. In the back, the Bellas check on Bryan and flirt with him. RAW REBOUND. At commentary, Lawler shits on Cole and says Orton is hurt tonight. NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEW WWE CHAMPION THE MIZ COMES OUT! YEAH! IN A RIDICULOUS PLAID SUIT! He says he had a big party planned, but he had A-Ri cancel it, because the image of him with the title and the image of that little girl being mad are both worth hundreds of parties. He calls out former WWE Champions like Cena, JBL, and Triple H for saying he would never make it, and he says he did what he said he would do, he accomplished his dream and they couldn't stop him. THE MIZ IS WWE CHAMPION! YEAH! He then shits on Orton for being injured and says this title alone makes him better than all the greats who couldn't win the title like Piper, Perfect, Rude, Steamboat, etc. Lawler gets on the mic and says as a man who has his name on that list, he congratulates him, but he beat a guy who was beaten up by 7 men. It makes him clever, and it makes him an opportunist, but it doesn't make him awesome. Miz calls him a bitter old man and Cole says Lawler is old and retired and he needs to let Miz have the floor and he needs to stop hogging the spotlight. Lawler says if Miz was a great champion, he'd fight a fresh man in a title match. Cole says Miz might do it to him, and Lawler says he'd love that, and he's been here 17+ years and hasn't gotten a title shot. Miz says no, so Lawler calls him a coward. Anon GM rings in and says as a preview of TLC, Miz will defend against Lawler tonight, in a TLC MATCH! 2 WEEKS: THE SLAMMY AWARDS! Match #4: Sheamus vs. Kofi Kingston [Quarterfinals] Not much since it was only 3-4 minutes, but it was better than Kofi/Swagger. Some good stuff, and Sheamus wins with the Brogue Kick. **1/4 Match #5: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater vs. Mark Henry/Yoshi Tatsu Fun 90 seconds. John Cena comes out through the crowd and gets a ticket to sit front row. Slater is distracted, and MOK hits the World's Strongest Slam for the win. *1/2 Cena hops the railing then and he hits Slater with the FU through the announce table, and runs off into the crowd when the Nexus runs after him. AND HE SPILLS PUNK'S DIET SODA! OH SHIT! In the back, Wade talks to Otunga, Husky, and Gabriel and says he's had enough of this and he's going to call Cena out later. In the back, Arn wishes Lawler luck, as one of the other greatest wrestlers to never win the belt. Match #6: John Morrison vs. Alberto Del Rio [Semi-Finals] This also only gets 3 minutes. Horrible. They don't work as well as Morrison and Cody do, so this isn't as good. Rey comes out and blows the horn in ADR's car to distract him, and Morrison wins with the Flying Chuck again. *3/4 included an in-ring promo by Barrett in which he said he himself was the only one that could get Cena his job back, and all Cena's efforts are to goad Barrett into letting Cena be reinstated just so he could get revenge; Barrett said Cena would never work in WWE again and his plan wasn't working because he's already used the element of surprise and had nothing else; moments later, Cena appeared on the big screen and said he made another promise before he got fired and that was to take out all the members of Nexus; Cena, noting security wasn't going to do what Nexus or Barrett said, replied to Barrett by saying "Surely you can't be serious," as a nod to the late Leslie Neilson; Gabriel, Harris, and Otunga then cornered Cena before Vladimir Kozlov, Darren Young, Yoshi Tatsu, Mark Henry, Ezekiel Jackson, Bryan, and David Hart Smith made the save; moments later, Cena assaulted Gabriel, dropped him with a FU onto the hood of a car, and told Barrett he wasn't done with him Match #7: Natalya/Melina/Gail Kim vs. Maryse/Alicia Fox/Tamina This is nothing, but is a backdrop for Santino to come out and sing "I Think We're Alone Now" to Tamina. She drags him off to the back to make the fuck and then Natalya makes Fox tap to the Sharpshooter. 1/2* An awesome video airs on Lawler's glory days. In the parking lot, Otunga and Husky talk and Otunga has a plan. Match #8: Sheamus vs. John Morrison [2010 KING OF THE RING FINALS] Morrison is favoring the arm after the semis. This is better than their SurSer match. They went back to the arm and Morrison legitimately was great at selling the arm. Morrison's punches with the good arm were AWFUL, but I loved everything else about this. Loved that Sheamus only went back to the arm when he got flustered. He did it again at the end and hit the Brogue Kick and High Cross to win. *** Sheamus puts on the king gear and looks totally ridiculous. For some reason, A-Ri still has the MITB briefcase. Match #9: The Miz [c] w/ Alex Riley vs. Jerry Lawler [WWE Championship - TLC Match] Awesome match. Really simple and smart. Punk and Cole did a great job on commentary of laying the seed in your head that all Lawler needs is one opening, but Miz didn't give it to him for a while. Some really brutal and yet again simple stuff. Lawler did some stuff, but Miz kept shutting him down, and thus getting more confident. This led to his mistake of trying to climb the corner, AND LAWLER SHOVES HIM OFF THE TOP THROUGH A TABLE ON THE FLOOR! Cole tries to get involved to stop him, AND LAWLER PUNCHES COLE! YEAH! IT allows Miz time to get in though and they have a great fight on top. Miz swings the belt into his face and gets it down for the win. *** |

Tyler Reks vs. Trent Barreta, Superstars (December 2nd) Curt Hawkins comes out to do commentary and Trent and him are feuding apparently. Trent brought the best out of Reks in some 2011 matches, so that's why I watched this, but this was not very good at all. Reks throws some good European Uppercuts. Striker finally goes that extra mile for my HATE by saying Shawn Michaels brought the top rope elbow to the WWE and made it famous. Reks works on the back, and Trent sells well. Nothing really exceptional in the finish though, and Reks wins with the horrible Burning Hammer. ** William Regal vs. Darren Young, Superstars (December 2nd) Another awesome 4 minutes here. Really awesome matwork to open it up and then Regal throws some amazing strikes. Knees, forearms, etc. Uses his brutal Running Forearm again. Young has a good comeback of jobber offense, and then throws actual good European Uppercuts too. Regal wins with the Regal Stretch. **1/2 Tyson Kidd vs. DH Smith, Superstars (December 2nd) Good, but not great. They both looked good in this, but it was just missing something. Which makes sense, since both of them are just sort of missing something. Kidd loses when DH sits down on a sunset flip into the ring. **1/2 |

WWE Champion: The Miz, Since 11/22/2010 World Heavyweight Champion: Kane, Since 7/18/2010 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE U.S. Champion: Daniel Bryan, Since 9/19/2010 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 8/6/2010 WWE Tag Team Champions: Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater, Since 10/25/2010 WWE Diva's Champion: Natalya, Since 11/21/2010 WWE Smackdown December 3rd, 2010 Norfolk, VA featured an opening in-ring promo by Rey Mysterio Jr., with tables, ladders, and chairs set up in the ring and at ringside, in which he noted Sheamus's King of the Ring victory on Raw and said he wanted to win the tournament but was cheated out of it by Alberto Del Rio; moments later, Mysterio alluded to perhaps facing Del Rio in a ladder match as he scaled a ladder set up in the ring; Del Rio then drove out to the aisle and reminded Mysterio of what happened the last time he was around Del Rio and a chair; with Mysterio then on top of the ladder, he said he was better than ever and was injured far worse by men greater than Del Rio; Mysterio then challenged Del Rio, with Del Rio scaling the other side of the ladder and rejecting the offer; after Mysterio said Del Rio didn't make the rules and said he already spoke to Teddy Long to make the match official - Mysterio vs. Del Rio at TLC; Del Rio said the match wasn't going to happen because he already beat Mysterio, with Del Rio winking before Mysterio slapped him and knocked him off the ladder; in the brawl that ensued, Mysterio eventually knocked Del Rio to the floor before hitting a legdrop from the apron and putting Del Rio through a table set up on the floor Match #1: Dolph Ziggler/Drew McIntyre w/ Vickie Guerrero vs. MVP/Kaval This is MVP's final match, but it at least gets 8 minutes and it has three great wrestlers to carry him. His stuff all sucked, but once the heels worked on his knee, it picked up big time. Awesome Drew limbwork once again. Kaval had an awesome hot tag, but again loses to the Peace Zig. **3/4 immediately after the bout, World Heavyweight Champion Kane came out, dropped both MVP and Kaval with the chokeslam, took the mic, and said the show would not continue unless Edge returned Paul Bearer to him; moments later, Edge appeared on the big screen and said Kane needed to come get Bearer from the loading dock; Kane then went running backstage as Bearer called for him RAW REBOUND. included a backstage segment in which Kane went looking for Bearer only for Edge to wheel Bearer away; featured a segment in which Kane went looking for Edge and Bearer on the concourse, with Edge shoving a wheelchair down the stairs and Kane chasing after it thinking it was Bearer; after Kane found the empty wheelchair, Edge was shown running off with Bearer upstairs Match #2: Kofi Kingston vs. Jack Swagger Maybe we've learned that after last week's awful match -- nope, nevermind. They got 12 minutes now. Longest match of the show one more time. Kofi wins again with Trouble in Paradise. Same flaws as last week. *3/4 Match #3: Cody Rhodes vs. Chris Masters Really good stuff for the 3 minutes that it got. Cody wins with Cross Rhodes. ** Horrible Kane/Edge recap. Layla (w/ Michelle McCool) pinned Rosa Mendes with a kick to the head and Lay Out at 1:05; after the bout, Hornswoggle came out from under the ring to make the save for Rosa, with McCool & Layla then getting down on their knees so they would be at Hornswoggle's level; Beth Phoenix then ran out, threw Layla into the barricade, and shoved McCool over Hornswoggle in the ring; McCool then cleared Layla from the ring before shaking Hornswoggle's hand; moments later, the Swagger Soaring Eagle came out after Hornswoggle and kicked him in the face before Phoenix dropped the Eagle with the Glam Slam; Hornswoggle then followed by hitting the frog splash RAW REBOUND #2. Match #5: Edge vs. Kane [Winner Decides Stip at TLC] Hey, this blew. Cole tells us, amazingly, that Kane has been champion since he won the title. Great job. After 10 minutes or so of boring and awful pro wrestling, Kane is distracted by Bearer on the screen telling Kane to come help. Edge then hits a Spear for the win. *1/2 after the bout, Edge stood in the aisle, took the mic, and said their match would be a TLC bout; Edge then returned backstage and appeared to come out with Bearer in the wheelchair but, when Kane saw the man's face, it was just someone Edge dressed up to look like Bearer; Kane then kicked the man in the face before assaulting him on the ramp; the real Bearer then appeared on the big screen, tied to his wheelchair and trapped on a tow truck; Kane then ran backstage but Edge drove off in the tow truck before he could save Bearer |
