WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 5/1/2011 World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton, Since 5/6/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 WWE Diva's Champion: Brie Bella, Since 4/11/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY WWE Raw - BULLSHIT POWER TO THE PEOPLE EPISODE June 20th, 2011 Baltimore, MD FOLLOW ALONG ON TWITTER WITH #RAWP2P. IT HAS BEGIN. CM Punk comes out to open the show, and he sits in the ring. He says he would not trust anyone with the content of this television program, and asks what awful decisions they would make, after already choosing to live in Baltimore, and says you CAN move away, you know. He says they won't ruin his career, because he is THE BEST WRESTLER IN THE WORLD. He says he soundly defeated John Cena last week and Rey Mysterio last night, and wins and losses still matter, so he is the #1 Contender for the WWE Championship. He wants the Anon GM to make it official that he will get his title shot at Money in the Bank in his hometown. He says he's not leaving until the announcement is made. He does snow angels too, and Anon GM rings in. They say they were going to do it, but Punk's attitude is bad, so he books a Punk vs. Rey vs. ADR #1 Contender's match tonight. The fans vote Kelly Kelly into a title shot with 53%. Match #1: Brie Bella [c] vs. Kelly Kelly [WWE Divas Championship] This sucked. K2 wins with a roll up. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. 1/2* Lawler interviews Kelly post-match, and she tries to be emotional, but it is not in her programming. A hype video airs for Evan Bourne. In voting for Bourne's opponent, between Sin Cara, Mason Ryan, and Jack Swagger, Mason wins with 51%, in a fluke from leftover Kelly Kelly votes. Match #2: Evan Bourne vs. Mason Ryan Due to Bourne being amazing, Mason somehow gets a fucking point in 2011. He hits a Side Effect and Bourne takes a crazy bump for it. *1/2 KANE VS. MOK: BODY SLAM MATCH, ARM WRESTLING MATCH, OR OVER THE TOP ROPE MATCH. NEXT MONDAY: RAW ROULETTE! AWESOME! An Arm Wrestling match is chosen, and the WWE Universe is currently 0 for 3. MOK gets on the mic after coming out first and says somebody gets punished when he gets picked on. He says there's two differences between them. When Big Show walks the Earth, the Earth shakes. But when he walks the Earth, these people saying "WHAT?!", they shake. He says bigger is not always better, and somebody's gon git dey ass kicked. MOK attacks Kane before the match, and kills him on the floor. WORLD'S STRONGEST SLAM THROUGH THE TABLE! YEAH! MOK yells, "I'M THE BEST THAT EVER DID IT. THINGS GON CHANGE ROUND HERE." A recap airs of Truth being insane. R-Truth comes out and gets on the mic. He says people in Baltimore have no home training. He says he made a call to himself in his head, and he didn't think this thing out clearly last night. DON'T WHAT ME. He says he didn't expect Little Jimmy to get him, he thought it would be the computer or John Ce -- STOP WHATTING ME. I GOT OKIE DOKED BY LITTLE JIMMY. I GOT GOT BY LITTLE -- THAT AINT FUNNY, SHUT UP. THIS IS A CONSPIRACY. THE LITTLE JIMMIES, THE BIG JIMMIES, EVEN THE MOMMA JIMMIES. Christian comes out too and says he was the one who was really screwed, even more so than Truth was, dawg. He says people don't deserve power, and shows footage and blames the referee too. He demands justice and says he should be Champion, and he wants ONE MORE MATCH. Truth asks how many he's had, and at least he's been champion, all he had was one shot, and he got got by Little Jimmy. Truth says maybe they don't have Jimmies in Canada, but in America, they want him to be a good R-Truth, and The Miz comes out. He says they were all robbed, but nobody was robbed more than he was. Christian says he lost fair and square to Alex Riley, but he and Truth got robbed out of title matches. They all start arguing and get into a war of REALLY?! ![]() RILEY. RANDY. RILEY. RANDY. JIMMY! T'Lo breaks it up and books them in a six man later on vs. Cena, Orton, and Riley. The people vote for Kofi/Dolph to be a Best of Three Falls match. TWITTER TWITTER TWITTER TWITTER TWITTER Match #4: Dolph Ziggler [c] w/ Vickie Guerrero vs. Kofi Kingston [WWE U.S. Championship] They clearly did not plan for this, as it's only 8 minutes shown, and one of the falls happens during the break, after Ziggler hits the Peace Zig on the floor and rolls Kofi in for the pin. But it's these two, so it's at least solid. Kofi hits his hideous Ranhei to even it up. DAT ZIG ZAG MAN. They fight on the floor and Ziggler hits Kofi with the mic to save the belt by DQ. **1/2 Ziggler rolls Kofi in and celebrates, but then Kofi hits The Fucking Kick. Faggot Shawn is back next week. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO The three way match is voted as a Falls Count Anywhere Match. Match #5: CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio [#1 Contender's Match - Falls Count Anywhere] Great match. Lots of cool three way spots, and they worked to the stip well with awesome stuff on the floor. Basically all action for 10 minutes. Rey hits ADR with the 619 and Penguin Splash, but Punk pulls him off and throws him under the bottom rope and to the post. Punk poaches the cover for the win. *** Punk gets on the mic post-match, and sits back down in the ring. He says July 17th, 2011 will be the most historic day, not only for him, but it'll be historic for WWE as a whole. It is the day of Money in the Bank, but it's when he beats John Cena for the WWE Championship. And here's that honesty. And on July 17th, 2011, his contract with WWE comes to an end. He says that means when the clock strikes midnight, Sunday bleeds into Monday, he's leaving. And he is leaving with the WWE Championship. FUCK YEAH! A NO COUNT OUT MATCH~ is chosen. Match #6: Daniel Bryan vs. Cody Rhodes [No Count Out] This is all of 2 minutes and D-Bry wins with the LeBell Lock into a cradle. *3/4 Ted Jr. comes out to help Cody, and he hits the Cross Rhodes and puts the bag on Danielson's head. featured Vickie Guerrero competing in a dance contest, with Matt Striker the MC; the fans chose Michael Cole, with 47 percent of the vote, over Jerry Lawler at 39 percent and Booker T at 14 percent; after Cole was deemed the winner, Vickie slapped him across the face and left the ring The main event is chosen as an Elimination Match! Match #7: John Cena/Randy Orton/Alex Riley vs. Christian/The Miz/R-Truth This gets 10+ minutes, so it is actually a lot of fun. Cena does some fun matwork to begin. Orton vs. Christian is the only feud that's still continuing, so they do a good job of continuing that. Truth and Miz are both better in a tag team setting too. Miz gets the Finale on A-Ri behind the ref's back and Christian covers to eliminate him. Control seg on Orton is good. Cena gets the hot tag and eliminates Miz with the FU. A few more minutes go on, and Orton beats Truth with the RKO. Christian then pins Orton clean with the Spear. Orton is upset and RKOs Christian like a fucking asshole. Cena then puts Christian in the STFU for the win. **3/4 Edited by Big Tuna, Jun 26 2012, 06:30 PM.

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 5/1/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton, Since 5/6/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 WWE Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly, Since 6/20/2011 WWE Smackdown June 24th, 2011 Hershey, PA T'Lo comes out to open the show and says there is some controversy that needs to be addressed about the end of the match at Capitol Punishment, and he calls Christian out to the ring. He shows footage and says the referee made a bad call and Christian was indeed screwed. Christian says he deserves another match then, and T'Lo books him vs. Kane in a #1 Contender's Match. Wait, what? NEXT WEEK ON RAW: BOURNE VS. SIN CARA! Match #1: Sin Cara vs. Ted DiBiase Good 5 minutes. Mostly a Sin Cara showcase. The issue with Cara, and I think this is one of the issues with him never getting sent to FCW, is that he only really knows how to do his match, the Sin Cara showcase match. He can't make that kind of hot fiery comeback, at least with strikes and what not. So it really stunts him as a wrestler, only being able to do lucha stuff. Sin Cara wins with La Mistica. **1/4 Match #2: Daniel Bryan vs. Cody Rhodes They now get 8 minutes, so that's a lot more time to develop a real match. Booker calls him MAH BOI D-BRY for the first time. They have some awesome nearfalls, and Ted comes out to distract D. Bryan and Cody hits the Beautiful Disaster kick and Cross Rhodes for the win. **3/4 Cody puts a bag on Danielson's head post-match. In the back, Striker interviews Show. He says he meant nothing personal against MOK last week, and before Show can respond, MOK FUCKING TACKLES HIM THROUGH THE INTERVIEW SET! OH MY GOD YES! BIGGER AIN'T ALWAYS BETTER. BETTER IS BETTER. DON'T YOU HELP HIM. LEAVE HIM THERE. YOU LET HIM STAY. Match #3: Ezekiel Jackson [c] vs. Wade Barrett [WWE Intercontinental Championship] Decent 4 minutes and Zeke wins with the Torture Rack. ** In the back, Slater and Gabriel applaud Wade and mock him for losing without them. Wade says he's forgotten about them and the IC Title, and he has higher sights than that. Justin says to watch them actually win a match. Match #4: Heath Slater/Justin Gabriel vs. The Usos Another fun match in this rivalry. Usos have good babyface offense, and both Slater and Gabriel continue to look much improved. Slater gets his knees up to block the Flying Splash and Slater gets a cradle for the win. **1/4 Jinder Mahal (w/ the Great Khali) fought Yoshi Tatsu to a no contest when Mahal attacked Yoshi before the bout, ending with Khali chopping Tatsu to the head and Mahal then dropping him with the full nelson slam; moments later, Khali threw Tatsu to the floor; moments later, Mahal took the mic and said that was an example of what would continue to happen until he was recognized, then adding Khali was doing with kiss cams and dancing and would now only be serving him Match #5: Christian vs. Kane [#1 Contender's Match] Christian does a solid job bumping around for Kane. Kane makes the comeback, but MOK runs out and attacks Kane for the DQ. **1/2 They get pulled apart, and Christian is mad. T'Lo comes out and says Christian can still earn a title match at Money in the Bank if he and Mark Henry beat Kane and Randy Orton, and Randall comes out. Match #6: Randy Orton/Kane vs. Christian/Mark Henry Solid match. MOK was fucking great here, really king sized brick wall type stuff. Great control seg on Orton. Kane gets in a bit, and then Orton also comes out. He hits Christian with the RKO, AND MOK HITS THE WORLD'S STRONGEST SLAM FOR THE WIN! YES! **1/2 Christian takes the belt post-match and holds it over Orton to win. |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 5/1/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton, Since 5/6/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 WWE Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly, Since 6/20/2011 WWE Raw - RAW ROULETTE June 27th, 2011 Las Vegas, NV In the back, Booker T is manning the wheel. Shawn Michaels comes out and blah blah blah, huge fag, overrated legacy, bullshit fake Mr. WrestleMania, incredible victory of the WWE hype machine, fart, poop, balding, etc. BUT THEN CM PUNK (and his jobber friends) COMES OUT AND MAKES THIS GOOD. YEAH! He says Shawn has such an addictive personality that he just can't stay gone. He says he can't wait to leave, and Shawn is happy about not having to hear or see from him again, and it's a win/win to him. Punk says it's what they want and what he wants. Win-win-win. He says Shawn LOST when he left, but he'll go out a winner and the WWE Champion. He says he's leaving with the belt and he's leaving because of all of you, people who would rather cheer the past rather than beg the future to stay. Shawn says they cheer because they know he's better than him. Punk says he WAS better (maybe in like 2003), but there's nobody in the back who can hold a candle to him now, just like it was for Shawn 15 years ago. Punk asks if that's a challenge, and says they're a lot alike. Shawn says they're nothing like each other despite having similarities. They don't smoke, drink, or do drugs, and -- ANYMORE? I've watched this promo several times at this point, and that always makes me crack up. Shawn says Punk has his style, and he has his own, and he Superkicks Otunga and Joe, getting rid of them forever hopefully. Punk leaves and Anon GM rings in and books him vs. Kane next. Match #1: CM Punk vs. Kane Punk bumps around for a little bit and carries Kane, but he then bails out on the match for a count out, and asks, "What are you going to do, fire me?" *3/4 Match #2: Sin Cara vs. Evan Bourne Awesome awesome 5 minute spotfest. This is the best Sin Cara match yet, because maybe even more than Danielson, Bourne is incredible at carrying limited high flyers. And something about working with a guy like that makes Sin Cara try his best too, including a beautiful Tope Suicida. Sin Cara wins with La Mistica. **3/4 Kofi rolls the wheel for his 4th match with Ziggler in a month, and he gets a Player's Choice match. Kofi bans Vickie from ringside. Kofi vs. Swagger vs. Rey vs. Bourne vs. ADR vs. Miz vs. Riley vs. Truth is the Raw MITB match. Match #3: Dolph Ziggler vs. Kofi Kingston And once again, they've run out of new stuff against each other. That'll happen when they have 4 matches in a month. And something like 15 in a year. Kofi wins with The Fucking Kick. **1/4 TONIGHT: CENA VS. TRUTH IN A ROULETTE MATCH In the back, Booker is with Maryse, and recaps the show. She can't stop laughing. ADR is mad about facing Show again and Maryse agrees. Maryse wants his dick/money. ADR tells her to spin it for luck, and she gets a cage match. He yells at her in Mexican and storms off. Match #4: Alberto Del Rio vs. The Big Show [Steel Cage Match] This is a load of nothing before MOK comes out, AND RIPS THE MOTHERFUCKING DOOR OFF. He gets in and hits Show with it, and ADR crawls out to win. *1/2 Show is against the cage, AND MOK RUNS AND HITS HIM WITH THE DOOR AND THE WALL FUCKING COLLAPSES AND SHOW FALLS OUT. "YOU THINK I'M PLAYING?! IF I CHARGE FO' AIR, YOU KEEP YO BILL PAID! WHAT CHO GOIN' DO? FINE ME? I DO WHAT I WANNA DO. I'LL TEAR THE WHOLE THING DOWN, AIN'T NOBODY GON' STOP ME. YEAH, I SUCK? I'M OVER HERE, YOU OVER THERE." So yeah, Mark Henry is the best. Time to catch up and get that #1 spot. The next match is a Submission Match, sayeth the wheel. Match #5: Kelly Kelly [c] vs. Nikki Bella [WWE Divas Championship - Submission Match] This is 75 seconds and the worst. K2 wins with the Boston Crab. 1/4* TWITTER TWITTER TWITTER TWITTER featured a backstage segment in which Booker and Rey Mysterio Jr. spun the wheel, with it landing on Texas Tornado match for Rey & Riley vs. Swagger & Miz; moments later, Diamond Dallas Page walked in to promote the new WCW disc and spoke with Booker; Drew McIntyre then interrupted, telling both men to stop taking up what should have been his TV time; Michaels then walked in and dropped McIntyre with the superkick Match #6: Rey Mysterio/Alex Riley vs. Jack Swagger/The Miz [Texas Tornado Rules] Surprisingly great match. A SUUUUUUUUUUUPER hot crowd helped this go from very good to fucking great. All action, everything looked good, they had some cool spots, etc. A-Ri surprised me hugely by breaking out the Marufuji apron dropkick spot, and Rey got the best stuff out of Swagger since, well, since their matches in 2010. Rey hits the 619 on Jack, A-Ri hits him with the Implant DDT, and Rey hits the Penguin Splash for the win. ***1/4 Booker rolls a Table Match for Truth/Cena. Match #7: John Cena vs. R-Truth [Tables Match] This is 5 minutes of not much, and merely a set up for something else. Cena makes his comeback with a table set up in the corner. CM Punk comes out to distract him as Cena fights him off, and Truth tackles Cena through a table in the corner to win. *3/4 Punk grabs the mic, and he goes to sit on the stage. ![]() "John Cena, while you lay there, hopefully as uncomfortable as you possibly can be, I want you listen to me. I want you to digest this, because before I leave in three weeks with your WWE Championship, I have a lot of things I want to get off my chest. I don't hate you, John. I don't even dislike you. I like you, I like you a hell of a lot more than I like most people in the back. I hate this idea that you're the best. Because you're not. I'm the best. I'm the best in the world. There's one thing you're better at than I am, and that's kissing Vince McMahon's ass. You're as good at kissing Vince's ass as Hulk Hogan was. I don't know if you're as good as Dwayne though, he's a pretty good ass kisser. Always was and still is. Whoops, I'm breaking the fourth wall!" ![]() "I am the best WRESTLER in the world. I've been the best ever since Day One, when I walked into this company, and I've been vilified and hated since that day, because PAUL HEYMAN saw something in me that nobody else wanted to admit. Yeah, that's right. I'm a Paul Heyman guy. You know who else was a Paul Heyman guy? BROCK LESNAR. AND HE SPLIT JUST LIKE I'M SPLITTING. But the biggest difference between me and Brock Lesnar is that I'm going to leave with the WWE Championship. I've grabbed so many of Vincent K. McMahon's imaginary brass rings that it's finally dawned on me that they're that, completely imaginary. The only thing that's real is me, and the fact that day in and day out, for almost six years, I've proved to everybody in the world that I am the BEST. ON THIS MICROPHONE, IN THAT RING, EVEN ON COMMENTARY. NOBODY CAN TOUCH ME. And yet, no matter how many times I prove it, I'm not on your lovely little collector cups, I'm not on the cover of the program, I'm barely promoted, I don't get to be in movies, I'm certainly not on any crappy show on the USA network, I'm not on the poster of WrestleMania, I'm not in the signature that starts the show, I'm not on Conan O'Brien, I'm not on Jimmy Fallon, but the fact is I should be. And trust me, this isn't sour grapes. But the fact that Dwayne is in the main event of WrestleMania next year and I'm not makes me sick! Oh, and hey, let me get something straight. Those of you cheering me right now? You are just the biggest part of me leaving as anything else. You're the ones sipping out of those collector cups right now, you're the ones who buy those programs that my face isn't on the cover of, and then at 5 in the morning at the airport, you shove it in my face to get an autograph and try to sell it on eBay, because you're too lazy to get a real job. I'm leaving with the WWE Title on July 17th, and hell, who knows? Maybe I'll go defend it in New Japan Pro Wrestling. MAYBE I'LL GO BACK TO RING OF HONOR. HEY COLT CABANA, HOW YOU DOING? The reason I'm leaving is you people, and after I'm gone, you're just going to pour money into this company. I'm just a spoke on the wheel, the wheel's gonna keep turning, and I understand that. But Vince McMahon's going to make money, despite himself. He's a millionaire who should be a billionaire. You know why he's not a billionaire? It's because he surrounds himself with gladhanding nonsensical douchebag yes-men like John Laurinaitis who will tell him everything he wants to hear. And I'd like to think that that WWE will get better after Vince McMahon's dead. But the fact is, it's going to get taken over by his idiotic daughter and his doofus son-in-law and the rest of his stupid family. Let me tell you a personal story about Vince McMahon, alright? We do this whole b-- " FUCK YEAH. SUMMER OF PUNK 2011. |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 5/1/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton, Since 5/6/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 WWE Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly, Since 6/20/2011 WWE Smackdown July 1st, 2011 Phoenix, AZ featured an opening backstage segment with Christian and Teddy Long in which Long clarified that Christian did not win his tag team match the previous week but Mark Henry did; Long then said if Henry beats World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton later in the show in a non-title match then maybe it would be Christian vs. Orton vs. Henry at Money in the Bank or just Henry vs. Orton, then adding that Christian would be banned from ringside for the opening bout Match #1: Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry Fun for 5 minutes. Great brick walling once again. Big Show's music plays at the end, and Henry goes out to fight him, but nobody comes out. Orton slides out and hits the RKO ON THE FLOOR! Orton slides back in, and Henry gets up, but not before 10, so Orton wins by count out. **1/2 Mark Henry storms over to the sound guy, AND BREAKS ALL THE EQUIPMENT AND THROWS THE SOUND GUY INTO THE BLACK VOID! AWESOME! And now nobody has music for the next two matches, which is a really great piece of detail work. Match #2: Daniel Bryan vs. Ted DiBiase This gets 10 minutes, and Danielson once again carries Ted to a very good match. Not great, since it seems like D-Bry has stopped trying to the degree that he did in his first year in the WWE, and Ted's control seg is nothing special, but it's still really good for the finishing run. Danielson wins with the Front Guillotine into the LeBell Lock. **3/4 featured a backstage segment with Christian and Long in which Christian said he should get his title match because Henry lost, with Long then alluding to Christian being responsible for the Big Show's music which cost Henry his match; Long then agreed to the contract signing but then added Christian would face Sin Cara later in the show In the back, Cody yells at Ted for losing, and says if he can't stop failing, he might as well put a bag on his head. included pretaped comments from Ranjin Singh in which he talked about the history of his family and that of Jinder Mahal, then adding Mahal was jealous of the Great Khali's success and that Mahal was his and Khali's brother-in-law A highlight reel airs of Sin Cara. MITB for SD is announced as Wade vs. Sin Cara vs. Gabriel vs. Slater vs. Daniel vs. Cody vs. Sheamus vs. Kane. Match #3: Christian vs. Sin Cara This is very good, but only makes me think of how great it would be as a face/face match. This is still really good. Christian proves me wrong, as he frames Sin Cara, to the best of his ability, into a normal kind of match instead of a showcase for his pretty lucha. Sin Cara's selling is not much, but the counter wrestling and finishing run is great. There's also several moments of miscommunication. Christian drops Sin Cara throat-first on the top rope and hits the Spear to give Sin Cara his first loss. **3/4 Match #4: Cody Rhodes vs. Ezekiel Jackson Fun 4 minutes. Cody bumps around a lot for him, and Zeke's power offense is all awesome looking. Ted comes out to distract Zeke, allowing Cody to hit the kick and the Cross Rhodes for the win. ** RAW REBOUND! Cole says CM Punk has been suspended for his actions. Match #5: Kane vs. Wade Barrett Oh my god, no thanks. This got 10 minutes and was as slow and dull as you may expect a Kane vs. Wade match to be, as much as I've been enjoying Wade since The Corre split. Kane brings the worst out of Wade. Kane wins with the Chokeslam. *3/4 T'Lo comes out, and he brings out both Christian and then Randy Orton for the contract signing. Christian goes to sign it and he says he's talked to his lawyers, and if there is another shoddy call by an incompetent referee, then he will get one more match. Orton says he used to respect Christian, but that time has long passed. Christian laughs and goes to sign it, but Sheamus runs out! He hits both men with Brogue Kicks, and tears up the contract. |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 5/1/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton, Since 5/6/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 WWE Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly, Since 6/20/2011 WWE Raw July 4th, 2011 Las Vegas, NV TONIGHT: Rey vs. ADR vs. Truth in a #1 Contender's Match! John Cena comes out to open the show, and goes over CM Punk being suspended, and says his actions caused him to be effectively benched for the rest of his contract, so he will NOT get the title match he earned at MITB. He says he's supposed to come out and ignore what happened and sweep Punk under the rug, but he's not going to do that. He asks when enough is enough, if it's when Daniel Bryan gets fired for being too aggressive or when WWE officials confiscate signs. The crowd chants for the First Amendment and Cena holds the mic up to them. He says he knows Vince is on his way here, and he wants to talk to him later, because he wants to face CM Punk at Money in the Bank. Match #1: Eve/Kelly Kelly vs. The Bella Twins Hey, this sucked again. The faces won. 1/5* SILENT RAGE. Match #2: Santino Marella/Vladimir Kozlov vs. David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty BIG BAG OF FUCK. Cobra ends it. *1/4 Zack Ryder comes out to the stage and yells WOO WOO WOO YOU KNOW IT. TONIGHT: RILEY VS. THE MIZ ncluded a backstage segment with Evan Bourne and Sgt. Slaughter about it being July 4, with Jack Swagger walking in and making fun of Slaughter siding with Iraq during the Gulf War; Slaughter responded by saying Swagger's parents made a mistake by not using birth control, then accepting Swagger's challenge to a match Match #3: Jack Swagger vs. Sgt. Slaughter This is a minute and Swagger wins with the shitty ass weak Vader Bomb. * Swagger keeps attacking, but Evan Bourne runs out to make the save. He helps Sarge up, and Sarge leads the crowd in the Pledge of Allegiance. Match #4: Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. R-Truth [#1 Contender's Match] This is good, but not great, since they lack the same insane pace as the last three way and since R-Truth is no CM Punk. Some great Rey stuff. Great finish too, as Rey hits Truth with the 619 and Penguin Splash, but ADR pulls him off the cover and into the Jujigatame, and Rey taps. **3/4 Recap of MITB 2005. included an in-ring segment in which Vickie Guerrero and WWE US Champion Dolph Ziggler celebrated America's birthday with a cake, during which Vickie said the fans should also celebrate Ziggler since he was the US champion; moments later, Ziggler said there would be many more Cenas and Randy Ortons but only one Ziggler; Kofi Kingston then interrupted and said Ziggler can't beat him without Vickie around, with Kofi and Ziggler fighting resulting in Vickie sitting on and then having her face put into the cake In the back, VINCE MCMAHON ARRIVES! FUCK YEAH! Then he gets hit by a bolt of lightning. A recap airs of Miz winning MITB last year in perhaps the worst MITB ever. A video airs on Alex Riley. Match #5: The Miz vs. Alex Riley This is once again average, which is better than I would expect. Miz has some nice brutal moments. A-Ri wins with a backslide. **1/4 Awesome Vince/Cena segment to end the show: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJ1iNl7LYoY |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 5/1/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton, Since 5/6/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 WWE Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly, Since 6/20/2011 WWE NXT July 5th, 2011 Tucson, AZ Let's try this again. Conor was eliminated last week and it's down to Darren and Titus, but Bateman returns to the contest. And I believe this is when it starts to become a real show. Maryse and Striker bring out the rookies to open the show. Maryse recaps the meaningless points system. They have a talking challenge. Young points out that he no longer has a pro, since Chavo is gone. Fuck yeah. Titus MAKES IT A WIN. Bateman says he and his pro are the kings of the internet, since this show is on the internet. #Bateman #Batewin #TucsonRocks #ChicksAndAmerica. Titus somehow wins. Regal asks for them all to be sacked. LAST WEEK: TYSON KIDD STEALS YOSHI'S ACTION FIGURE AND BREAKS IT. WHAT A PIECE OF SHIT. Kidd comes out with a necklace with the leg of the Yoshi Tatsu action figure as the pendant. Match #1: Tyson Kidd vs. Yoshi Tatsu YEAH! This is great, and Kidd finally has a real haircut. Really awesome transition spot with Kidd dropkicking Yoshi on the apron to send him back into the post. Good control segment from Kidd, solid finishing run, etc. Great finish as Kidd kicks yoshi's shin to block a big kick, and hits the Moss Covered Three Handled Family Credenza for the win. **3/4 RAW REBOUND. In the back, Hornswoggle gives Maryse flowers. She teases kissing him, but then beats him with flowers and runs away. Titus says he told him that wouldn't work and says there's other women out there for him. Match #2: Daniel Bryan/Derrick Bateman vs. Darren Young/Titus O'Neil PRIME TIME PLAYERS MAKING THEIR DEBUT! I guess I should count them as a team now? This is very good. Bateman and Young are both competent, and Danielson does his best to guide everyone. Titus and Darren seem to mesh as a team. Danielson has a great hot tag. Bateman has a really beautiful Flying Forearm, and beats D-Young with the Headlock Driver. **1/2 The Cena/Vince segment airs in full to end the show. |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 5/1/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton, Since 5/6/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 WWE Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly, Since 6/20/2011 WWE Smackdown July 8th, 2011 Tucson, AZ featured an opening in-ring segment in which Josh Matthews addressed the audience and introduced the wrestlers that would be part of the Smackdown Money in the Bank match at Money in the Bank - Kane, Sin Cara, Daniel Bryan, Cody Rhodes, Heath Slater, Justin Gabriel, and Wade Barrett; Matthews then interviewed a handful of the participants until Sheamus ran in the ring with a steel chair, clearing the ring with the weapon, then taking the mic and saying he would win the match and, after World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton beats Christian again, Sheamus would beat him and leave the pay-per-view with the title belt; Sheamus then showed footage of Orton kicking him in the head the previous month and saying he would get his revenge; moments later, Christian interrupted and said his legal team reworked the title match contract so that he would win the match if Orton is disqualified or if there's a bad referee call; Teddy Long soon followed and said Sheamus would face Orton later in the show in a non-title match The recap of the first MITB airs. Weird that they only had five men. FAVE FIVE AS OF JULY 8TH, 2011: Sheamus, Ezekiel Jackson, Sin Cara, Wade Barrett, and Drew McIntyre. Also, Zack Ryder is #6. Booker says he doesn't play favorites with the Fave Five. Match #1: Daniel Bryan/Ezekiel Jackson vs. Priceless Good stuff. Danielson is a great face in peril to set up for a big Zeke hot tag. Cody saves Ted from the Torture Rack with the Beautiful Disaster, and Ted hits Zeke with the Dream Street for the win. **1/2 An awesome highlight video airs of MOK. I AIN'T GET NO RESPECT AIN'T NO ONE GON GET NO PEAS. Show vs. MOK is announced for MITB. BE A STAR. Match #2: Jinder Mahal w/ The Great Khali vs. Trent Baretta 60 second squash. Jinder wins with the Uncle Slam. Best part is Khali doing color commentary. 1/2* I'LL GO TO THE PAPERS IF I HAVE TO. Match #3: AJ vs. Tamina This is 2 minutes of nothing again and AJ wins with a roll up. 1/2* Match #4: Mark Henry vs. Kane MOK does the best he can with Kane. Not great, but better than it has any right to be. MOK wins with the World's Strongest Slam. **1/2 In the back, Todd interviews Randy. Orton says he agreed to the ridiculous stipulations just to be done with Christian once and for all. Match #5: Sin Cara vs. Tyson Kidd Fun 4 minutes. Kidd has a few good looking things and ate Sin Cara's stuff really well. Sin Cara is back to using the Spanish Fly for the win. ** In the back, Striker asks T'Lo about MOK. He says something will be done behind the scenes, and Striker asks if he's intimidated, and T'Lo walks off. God damn right. Match #6: The Usos vs. Heath Slater/Justin Gabriel Only 6 minutes now, but still great. Shame Slabriel is breaking up soon. One of the Usos has a great looking Flying Forearm. They win with the Power & Glory Finisher. ** Gabriel and Slater argue post-match. ![]() RAW REBOUND Match #7: Randy Orton vs. Sheamus Decent 7 minutes. Nothing to write home about it, but the matches are less bad than in 2010. Christian comes out midway through to do commentary. Sheamus works the arm a little bit, and Orton's selling is acceptable but not great. Christian gets in and attacks Orton when he is setting up for the RKO for the DQ. **1/4 Sheamus hits Christian with the Brogue Kick, and then Orton hits Sheamus with the RKO and holds up the belt. |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 5/1/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton, Since 5/6/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 WWE Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly, Since 6/20/2011 WWE Raw July 11th, 2011 Boston, MA CM Punk comes out and gets the mic and sits down in the ring. He asks if he has everybody's attention now, and recaps everything he said. He says he is reinstated, his championship match is back on, but he will have the first ever public contract negotiation later on with Vince McMahon. He has a megaphone too and says he brought backup just in case his mic is cut off, and turns on the siren. He says Vince desperately wants to sign him, and all he's ever wanted is the microphone. In anybody else's hands, this is just a microphone. In his hands, it's a PIPEBOMB. ("You see, if I could be afforded the time, I'd like to tell all of you people here today a story. A parable of sorts. There was once an old man walking, in the snow, and he stumbled upon a snake..." http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=HreA5N16LUc#t=108s) He says Vince finally sees him for what he is, the hottest property in wrestling today, because he made WWE socially relevant amongst real people, who now talk about the WWE for reasons other than someone dying. Five years ago, if Vince McMahon treated him this well, he wouldn't have five years of pent up ammunition to unload. He says if Vince wants him to sign, maybe he can join the CM Punk Kiss My Ass Club. John Cena comes out and Punk yells on the megaphone that his music is too loud. Punk thanks Cena for getting him reinstated, he guesses, even thought he was fine sitting at home. He says he can't wait to get rid of that belt and tells Cena to relax, because they can't fire the cash cow, just like last year when he was gone for all of two weeks tops. Punk says that doesn't change that he is the best wrestler in the world. Cena congratulates him on having a set of balls and self-confidence, and HE'S the best, because he has this belt and he earned this belt. Cena says he thinks he's the best wrestler, but there's a lot of people who thought that. Triple H, John Layfield, Edge, Batista, Randy Orton, Kurt Angle, Shawn Michaels, Eddie Guerrero, they all thought the kid couldn't hang, that he couldn't WRESTLE with them, and every single one was disappointed. He says he doesn't care what happens, what he says, and he thinks he's coming to Chicago to whip his ass. Anon GM rings in and books Cena in the opening match. Match #1: John Cena vs. David Otunga/Michael McGillcutty This was a useless bag of fuck. Cena beats Joe with the FU. *3/4 The MOK hype video airs again. Match #2: Kelly Kelly vs. Melina Useless 2 minutes. K2 wins. 1/4* featured a backstage segment in which WWE US Champion Dolph Ziggler and Vickie Guerrero discussed wanting to get both Punk and Cena fired by McMahon, with Vickie then doing a McMahon impression; moments later, Drew McIntyre walked in and did his own impression; the three then made fun of Vince until he walked in and said Ziggler & McIntyre would face Show later in the show; after the three left, Scott Stanford asked Vince about the contract negotiation with Punk, with Vince saying those who were interested could go to hell TWITTER TWITTER TWITTER TWEET HASHTAG TWITTER TWITTER AT TWITTERTWITTERTWITTER featured an in-ring promo by Mike Mizanin, sitting atop a ladder in the middle of the ring beside the Money in the Bank briefcase; Miz, with several other ladders positioned around the ring, said he would win Money in the Bank because he was the future and had already gone further than all his opponents; Jack Swagger then interrupted, noting he did the same thing Miz did to win the world title; after Miz made fun of Swagger, Evan Bourne interrupted and said he would steal the show by winning Money in the Bank; Kofi Kingston then appeared and noted Edge had to retire due to injuries sustained in matches like Money in the Bank, with R-Truth then appearing and noting the conspiracy was still against him and that he was afraid of heights and spiders; Alex Riley then ran out to go after Miz, with Alberto Del Rio then driving into the arena, standing on his car, and saying he already beat Mysterio to become the #1 contender yet wasn't getting his title shot; Del Rio then said Cena was afraid of him and that he would re-earn his title shot; moments later, Cole received an e-mail from the Raw GM that said Miz, Swagger, & Truth would face Riley, Kingston, & Bourn Match #3: Air Boom/Alex Riley vs. The Miz/R-Truth/Jack Swagger Good trios match. Not great. but solid. Could have used less Kofi, but you can say that about WWE as a whole since the end of 2009. Bourne took his customary awesome bumps though. A-Ri beats Swagger with the Implant DDT. **1/2 Everyone does finishers on each other. ADR comes out and beats up everyone with the ladder. RAW REBOUND! Match #4: The Big Show vs. Dolph Ziggler/Drew McIntyre This is about a minute and a half and is more of an angle than anything, but whatever. Show fights them both up to the stage in his anger, so it is a double count out. 3/4* Show throws Ziggler away, and then goes to Chokeslam Drew off the stage, BUT OUT OF FUCKING NOWHERE, MARK HENRY POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUNCES BIG SHOW OFF THE STAGE AND THEY BOTH GO DOWN! Drew randomly falls into a void as well. The closing segment with Punk and Vince negotiating the contract and Cena coming out at the end, ending with the New York Yankees. Not only is it super long at some 25 minutes, but transcribing it would be insane and would not do it justice. So I will post a link, and just say that it is the best serious in-ring segment in a long long time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKvkNtQBojU |

Young has some good flashes, but he is the first out after the Clash of the Titus. Bateman vs. Titus goes on way too long before Bateman wins with the Headlock Driver. ** Hype video for MITB. In the back, Striker interviews Yoshi. He says Kidd insulted his honor, and he will regain the leg of his action figure and his honor. Hype video for Punk/Cena. In the back, JTG talks to Vlad and says he bets he can't be more gangster than him because he doesn't have his level of swag. Vlad shrugs and JTG says he must be scared. Vlad says he's got a deal, BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII, then snaps in his face and leaves. Match #2: Tyson Kidd vs. Yoshi Tatsu Hey, this is great again. On commentary, Regal cuts a promo that is better than anything on the show, about how much he wants to be the World Champion or even just contend for the title one last time. Really heartfelt and beautiful speech. Anyways, yeah, great little match. Really wonderful series of counters at the end. A lot of the younger guys' matches on NXT and Superstars feel like them trying to recapture the kind of magic that the Velocity Generation had, with Noble, London, Kendrick, Yang, Chavo, etc. all putting on these beautiful 5-10 minute matches every week. Most of the time, they fall short, but here, it felt like this could have gone after a 6 minute Noble/London spotfest. Which is a huge compliment from me. Yoshi blocks a Moonsault and gets a roll up to win. *** Yoshi reclaims the action figure leg, but Kidd attacks from behind and reclaims the stolen leg. |

Or with awful WWE commentary. Match #1: Sheamus vs. Wade Barrett vs. Sin Cara vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Kane vs. Justin Gabriel vs. Heath Slater [MONEY IN THE BANK LADDER MATCH] -Ladder matches are fun live and all, but it's different on film for obvious reasons. -JUSTIN GABRIEL HAS OTUNGA'S FUTURE SONG WHAT THE FUCK -All the best MITB matches (2005, 2007, 2009) seem to have a really diverse mix of big guys, normal wrestlers, dastardly heels, high flyers, etc. and this proves that rule -Also apparently being in an odd year helps too -So 2013's should be fantastic -DAT SUPAHERO D-BRY -D-Bry, Cara, and Gabriel all have pretty dives -SO DOES SLATER, HOLY SHIT WHAT?! -Sheamus KILLS Sin Cara with the Celtic Cross off the apron through a ladder platform deal -Cara does a hilarious D-Von Dudley shaking sell -But yeah, he's out -Kane and Sheamus do an accidental Doomsday Device to Bryan, and of course, nobody on commentary makes the connection -They start to move into moves off ladders -One thing I love about this particular MITB is the way they slowly progress from trying to take people out to dives to trying to stop guys from climbing to then big spots using the ladders. -TONS OF BROGUE KICKS -Cody, Bryan, Gabriel, and Wade all team up to get rid of Kane -Gabriel doing a 450 off a ladder lying on the top rope was completely insane -WADE HITS GABRIEL WITH WASTELAND OVER THE TOP ONTO SLATER ON THE FLOOR HOLY SHIT THAT RULED -They get rid of Wade, and Cody and Bryan are on top -BRYAN GETS A FRONT GUILLOTINE ON TOP OF THE LADDER -WADE CLIMBS UP BEHIND HIM AND HAS IT, BUT DANIELSON ELBOWS HIM BACK -HE SHOVES CODY DOWN -WASTELAND ONTO ANOTHER LADDER PLATFORM -NOPE FUCK THAT SHIT -MOTHERFUCKING CRUCIFIX ELBOWS ON THE LADDER SHIT YES -DANIELSON GETS THE FUCKING BRIEFCASE -FUCK YEAH -There was also a great subtle story of everyone who tried to set up complicated big spots with ladders failing and the one guy who never tried any of that and only ever tried to go up and get the belt is the one who won the match -Probably the best MITB match since the original due to more of a focus on stories and roles in the match ***1/2 Earlier tonight, Vince, BIG JOHNNY, and a lawyer show up. Cole says they are in a meeting with Punk right now. Match #2: Kelly Kelly [c] vs. Brie Bella [WWE Women's Championship] Really the only flaw on this show. But it's only like 3 minutes and nothing's outright bad. Just two models who aren't very good at the pro wrestling. Kelly wins with the Fameasser. This really doesn't even count toward the show as a whole. I took a piss watching this, as I'm sure basically everyone else did. 3/4* SUMMERSLAM: AUGUST 14TH! Hype video for MOK/Show. Match #3: Mark Henry vs. The Big Show This is perfect for a 5 minute clash of the titans match. This is even better on film, just because you can hear MOK's trash talk now. Tons of awesome collisions and power spots. MOK hurts the leg and has great work on it. Show's selling is excellent as well. Show kicks out of the WSS the first time, so MOK hits it a second time and then TWO Big Splashes to win. Really smart match, and fuck it, I dug it enough to put it over the top. *** MOK brings a chair in and sandwiches Show's leg in it, BEFORE HITTING A VADER BOMB TO FUCKING KILL HIS KNEE! FUCK YEAH MARK HENRY. Big Show is stretchered out. In the back, Josh asks Vince if Punk has re-signed. Vince says no, and says he is the biggest ingrate ever, and he offered him the most lucrative contract ever offered to anyone in wrestling history, and he turned him down. He says to the CM Punk fans, he tried everything, and what happens tonight will not be his fault. Match #4: Rey Mysterio vs. The Miz vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. Evan Bourne vs. Alex Riley vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Jack Swagger vs. R-Truth [MONEY IN THE BANK LADDER MATCH] -For the second year, the Raw match is of lesser quality than the SD match due to not having the roster depth and diversity of Smackdown -That being said, this is better than last year due to not having old past their prime dudes like Jericho and Edge or guys who have no business in a match like this like Randy Orton in there -In a nice piece of storytelling, everyone beats up ADR with ladders to begin in revenge for Raw -Rey, Bourne, and sort of Kofi handle the load in terms of inventive highspots -Bourne tops them both, AND BOURNE HITS A SSP PLANCHA OFF A LADDER TO EVERYONE ON THE FLOOR JESUS CHRIST -Miz goes out with a knee injury -Kofi is stuck in the middle of the ladder AND REY DOES A LADDER 619! -ADR takes a Flying Headscissors bump through the ropes to the floor, but essentially just does a Tope Con Hilo to the floor. -Everyone fights on top, and Kofi and Jack end up taking a real disgusting spill -WITH EVERYONE DOWN, MIZ HOBBLES DOWN TO A GIGANTIC POP -AMAZING SELLING, AND MIZ ONCE AGAIN SHOWS A TON OF RAW BABYFACE FIRE HOLY SHIT WHAT IS THIS -Miz cuts him off with a Sunset Bomb -Rey and ADR fight up top and it is great -ADR YANKS OFF REY'S MASK, AND HE COVERS UP, SO ADR GETS IT DOWN! YEAH! -ADR once again completely rules in a ladder match. It's a really weird trend, given that I'm usually not impressed otherwise. -This was helped a lot by keeping it relatively short at some 14-15 minutes. *** Hype video for Orton/Christian. Match #5: Randy Orton [c] vs. Christian [World Heavyweight Championship - If Orton is DQ'd, He Loses the Title] Not their best, but still great due to the stipulation and Christian being outstanding at working the story of it. He kept trying to bait Orton into getting DQ'd by throwing weapons in, slapping him, blatantly cheating, evading and stalling him, etc. They also went right into lots of action, which was good. Really great storytelling here with them in their 4th match, and Orton now seems to have Christian totally scouted, so he counters basically everything. Christian has to use the Killswitch, which he hasn't been able to hit in any of their matches, to turn the tide, but since it was out of desperation and Orton isn't weakened, he can kick out. Orton's selling is good and he puts on a fine Ace performance. Orton is about to hit the RKO, but CHRISTIAN SPITS IN HIS FACE! ORTON GOES NUTS WITH PUNCHES! THE VIPDER STRIKES! KICK TO THE DICK, AND THE REF CALLS IT! YES! *** CHRISTIAN CELEBRATES WITH THE BELT! FUCK YEAH! HE GETS A SECOND RUN HOLY SHIT! Orton goes out and beats the fuck out of him, and hits the RKO on the Spanish announce table, and puts the belt on Christian. Orton leaves, but Christian eventually gets back up and leaves with the the belt. Lawler refuses to acknowledge that Orton cost himself the belt and that Christian outsmarted him. Hype video for the main event: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CaMHbrEfUc4 Punk and Cena make their entrances, and Punk gets without question the biggest pop I've ever heard live, including WrestleMania 22. Lawler says everyone in the building is practically in a cult. Thanks, Jerry! NEVERMIND THAT SHIT. SECOND CITY SAINTS IN THIS BITCH. ![]() Match #6: John Cena [c] vs. CM Punk [WWE Championship] So yeah. Hottest crowd for a match ever? I mean, hey, I'm biased, but there can't be more than 1 or 2 crowd ever this hot for one match, especially for a match this great. Great great opening matwork. Awesome crowd/wrestler interplay with the "YOU CAN'T WRESTLE!" chants. Punk asks if they mean him to huge boos, and then to Cena for a HUGE pop, and then he shrugs and nods. Lawler asks why people are supporting Punk in his hometown. God fuckigoi3hh9irjpo23 [irepohwji SHUT UP. Booker actually gets the narrative right instead of King. Punk plays The Headlock Game. On the surface, this is a great match. Great matwork, awesome selling, beautiful Punk control seg, insanely great finishing run. But below the surface, the storytelling and psychology is what puts it in that all-time great pantheon. The use of roles in the match is maybe the finest I've ever seen. It starts with Punk as the cocky heel, despite being the hometown babyface. Cena is consistent with his usual great Ace performance. In his first few times in this situation, against Triple H at Mania 22, against RVD at ONS, he was clearly bothered by the crowd. He tried wrestling holds against H and got dominant with RVD and backtalked the crowd to prove a point, but here, he looks totally calm with everything and tries to win as frequently as he can. There's a really amazing minor minor really tiny subtle thing too, where Punk always tries to avoid being on his back or breaking any rules or getting caught in any hold for long, based on the last time a guy tried to leave with the belt and what Vince said earlier. There's like one mistimed spot where a Punk Crossbody hits Cena's legs, but Cena covers for it incredibly well, selling his legs for the next several minutes. Cena gets a transition on offense with a BRUTAL Suplex from the apron to the floor, and Cena's exhaustion selling is the best. He takes over now, and this is where the roles gradually change from Ace vs. Cocky Heel to Dominant Ace vs. Hometown Babyface, and it's done so well that it seems like the most natural thing ever. And yeah, big finishing run. Cena has the STFU on, and Vince and Johnny Ace come out. Johnny goes to ring the bell, BUT CENA RUNS OUT AND PUNCHES HIM OUT! He gets back in and Punk immediately hits the GTS to win. Cena deciding he would rather risk losing everything fairly than holding onto the title and his job like that is probably the most noble act in WWE history. And as for the match? How could I not go 5 stars? ***** ![]() Punk celebrates with the belt, and Vince comes all the way down to the ring. He demands Alberto comes out to cash in to save the belt, BUT PUNK IMMEDIATELY HITS HIM WITH THE HIGH KICK! PUNK ROLLS OUT AND HOPS OVER THE RAILING! ![]() Punk leaves with the belt through the crowd, and leaves the building immediately with said belt. |

I've been waiting on you to review this. There isn't much that can't be said that you haven't already covered. My favorite PPV in a long time. The only thing that bothered me (like you said) is the aftermath of Christian/Orton where no onr will admit that it was Orton who lost himself the title. They shove down your throat that somehow Christian cheated him and completely ignoring that Orton knew the stipulations before hand and still chose to get DQ'ed. |

WWE Champion: CM Punk, Since 7/17/2011 World Heavyweight Champion: Christian, Since 7/17/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPIONS CURRENTLY WWE Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly, Since 6/20/2011 WWE Raw July 18th, 2011 Green Bay, WI Vince McMahon and Johnny Ace walk out to open the show, and the locker room is watching in the back. The crowd chants for Punk and Vince says that name will never again be spoken on WWE television after he turned his back on the fans and walked out. Vince says nobody is bigger than the WWE, not Hogan, not Bret Hart, not Steve Austin, not The Rock. He says there will be an eight man tournament tonight with Rey vs. Ziggler, Truth vs. Swagger, ADR vs. Kofi (FUCK YOU), and Miz vs. A-Ri. He says Cena is not in the tournament, and will face severe consequences later. Match #1: The Miz vs. Alex Riley [Quarterfinals] Solid 5 minutes. Miz's knee selling is again very good. A-Ri actually targets the knee, so Miz comes off once again as an awesome accidental babyface. Miz wins with the Skull Crushing Finale and finally pins A-Ri. **1/4 A video airs on John Morrison to hype his return. Match #2: R-Truth vs. Jack Swagger [Quarterfinals] This did not go well. At least it was only 4 minutes. Truth counters the Ankle Lock into a Victory Roll to win. *3/4 Match #3: Alberto Del Rio vs. Kofi Kingston [Quarterfinals] This sucked. This is never good. These two get 6 minutes, unfortunately. Kofi avoids the takedown into the Jujigatame, and then horribly botches a sunset flip for the win. I get it, no reason for ADR to advance since he has MITB. But fuck Kofi Kingston. *1/4 SUMMERSLAM FLASHBACK: Bret vs. Bulldog, SummerSlam 1992 Match #4: Rey Mysterio vs. Dolph Ziggler w/ Vickie Guerrero [Quarterfinals] It should come as no surprise that this is the best match of the first round. Only 5 minutes, but it's one of the best pairings in modern WWE. Both men take huge bumps, everything looks incredible, etc. I love how they have a ton of new stuff in every encounter too. The most impressive of which was a great looking Flapjack on the floor. Awesome finishing run counters, and Rey ends up winning with the 619 and Penguin Splash. **3/4 SEMI-FINALS: MIZ VS. KOFI, REY VS. TRUTH WWE Divas Champion Kelly Kelly, Kaitlyn, AJ, Eve, Gail Kim, Beth Phoenix, Natalya Neidhart defeated Brie & Nikki Bella, Melina, Maryse, Rosa Mendes, Alicia Fox, & Tamina at 1:03 when Phoenix pinned Rosa with the Glam Slam; Kelly wore a Green Bay Packers jersey to the ring; after the contest, Kelly held up the title belt in front of Beth's face Match #6: The Miz vs. Kofi Kingston [Semi-Finals] This sure happened. It is helped by only being 4 minutes or so. Miz triops Kofi up on the middle rope, causing him to hit his head on the top buckle, and he hits the Finale to win. *3/4 In the back, Scott interviews R-Truth. He says he deserves to be WWE Champion more than anyone. Truth is the conspiracy kept him away from the briefcase, but it won't keep him from beating Little Rey Rey and that title is gna get got. Match #7: Rey Mysterio vs. R-Truth [Semi-Finals] This was better than their PPV match, since Rey is doing a lot better in terms of motivation since then. I hate to sound like THAT GUY, but this is also better because they have a lot more offense going on here. Good finishing run, and Rey hits the 619 and Penguin Splash for the win. **1/2 Miz comes out and they are set up for the finals, but Vince McMahon comes back out. He orders them both to the back and says the WWE Title match will be next week, and says he has more important business than the WWE Title right now, and apologizes. He talks about how the fans may not always understand his decisions, but in time, they will understand and thank him. He says he doesn't want to do this calls Cena out and John Cena comes out. He says if he wants to fire him, he won't fight it. He says last night, he made a choice, and he's okay with it. He says he doesn't want to have to go through what Shawn Michaels went through, having to be the guy who screwed over someone on the way out, and have it define them. He says he wasn't going to be the guy who screwed CM Punk, and congratulates him. Cena says he knew what he was asking for when he wanted the match, and he does business his own way. Cena says if Vince says he can make a new star, that's fine, and he has 8 months to make a new star to face The Rock at WrestleMania. He says he knows he can do it with some hocus pocus, but he gets to walk out with his pride and dignity. He says he really believes he belongs here, but if Vince makes him walk out, then he will walk onto someone else's show and keep doing this, BROTHER, and he will not kiss his ass. Cena walks off and Vince yells at him not to deny him the satisfaction, and is about to give the line, and Triple H comes out. He tries to talk to Vince off-mic, but Vince gives him the mic and introduces him. He says there was a Board meeting this morning and the Board asked him to come and talk to him, because they're concerned. Vince says they can talk here, and H says the board is concerned about him, and they understand all he's done and that all of this is his, but he's made questionable decisions as of late. He says they have given Vince a vote of no confidence. Cena just kind of leaves now. H says the board has appointed someone to take over the day to day operations, and it's him. He says Cena isn't fired and Vince won't be doing anything else. He says nobody is bigger than this business, not even him, and he is relieved of his duties. I LOVE YOU POP AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA. Vince gets a huge ovation and cries. |

WWE Champion: Vacant World Heavyweight Champion: Christian, Since 7/17/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPIONS CURRENTLY WWE Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly, Since 6/20/2011 WWE Smackdown July 22nd, 2011 Minneapolis, MN TONIGHT: Orton vs. Kane in a Street Fight Randy Orton is in the ring to open the show. He says he is not leaving this ring until the new World Heavyweight Champion comes out to face him. Christian comes onto the stage with the belt and says Randy knew the rules when he signed the contract, and this is justice after Orton repeatedly stealing the title from him. Orton says he wants his rematch and Christian says he has to earn it like he did, and Orton goes after him. T'Lo comes out with referees to block it and he tells Orton he'll get his rematch and says to get to the back. Orton leaves, and Christian goes to the ring. Match #1: Christian vs. Ezekiel Jackson Christian manages to get something fun from Zeke once again. Obviously not as great as their ECW Title matches, but Christian still gets more out of Zeke than anyone else has been able to. Great power vs. experience match, and Christian shoves Zeke into the post and hits the Killswitch to win. **3/4 Cole is in the ring, and he introduces the MITB holder for Smackdown, DAT SUPAHERO D-BRY. Cole calls it a fluke and Bryan says he's buried him from Day One, and his opinion means absolutely nothing to him. Cole says he's going to cash that in like everyone else, and he will never deserve to be champion. Bryan says Cole didn't deserve to be on WrestleMania this year, but that still happened. He says you have to earn things here, and for the last 12 years, he's done just that. He's detatched his retina, he can't hear out of his left ear, and he had to sit there as his mom cried and begged him to quit, but he's never complained, because he's dreamed of being a world champion in WWE forever. He says he doesn't want to win the belt on a fluke, and he promises to cash it in at WrestleMania 28! FUCK YEAH! Match #2: Daniel Bryan vs. Heath Slater Danielson also gets a great match out of Slater. 5 or so minutes of constant action. Slater has started taking insane bumps, but he also has a great Double A Spinebuster. Danielson gets the Front Guillotine Choke and Slater surprisingly taps out. **3/4 A recap of MOK/Show aires. In the back, Striker interviews Mark Henry and asks when the destruction will end, and he says never. They re-air the Vince/Cena/H segment in full. Match #3: Sheamus vs. Wade Barrett Fun 4 minutes. They seem to be okay with beating the fuck out of each other. Only thing that really sucked was Sheamus' punches. They end up brawling on the floor for a double count out. **1/2 They fight back into the ring and Sheamus hits the Brogue Kick. Match #4: Randy Orton vs. Kane [Street Fight] This clearly needed 20 minutes. This absolutely sure fucking happened. Boring, slow, not much going on, cliche spots, etc. Orton wins with the RKO on a chair. *3/4 Kane gets up and actually shakes Orton's hand. Orton leaves, BUT MOK COMES OUT AND MURDERS KANE. FUCK YES! Mark traps his ankle and hits the chair Vader Bomb deal to cripple Kane too. ![]() |

Better than I remembered. Rey is someone you can actually buy Miz dominating, which is a nice change of pace. Miz's stuff all looks really good and Rey has a number of awesome counters at points. Really good finishing run too. Miz accidentrams his hurt knee into the corner allowing Rey to send him to the ropes and he hits the 619 and Penguin Splash to win the title. *** Rey attacks Miz, AND ALBERTO DEL RIO RUNS OUT! BUT FUCK THAT, REY CUTS HIM OFF WITH A DIVE! ADR leaves with the briefcase, and is pissed. Fuck yeah Rey. TONIGHT: State of the WWE speech from H In the back, everyone celebrates with Rey. Zack and Kofi spray champagne on him, and Cena shakes his hand. A recap airs of last week's angle. Match #2: Dolph Ziggler w/ Vickie Guerrero vs. Evan Bourne This is the debut of Dolph's Downstait'd theme. Awesome 3-4 minutes. These two work so so so well together. Same finish as their last match, with Bourne landing on his feet after missed SSP, and Ziggler hits the Peace Zig to win. **1/4 Ziggler gets on the mic post-match and yells "FOLLOW THAT!" Match #3: Kelly Kelly/Eve vs. Maryse/Melina Useless. 90 seconds. Faces win. I will miss seeing Maryse on my computer/TV. Fart Triple H comes out to give his State of the WWE address. He puts over what Vince has done, etc. He says he just talked to the new WWE Champion about this, and he's cool with it, so he announces that later tonight, Rey would defend the title for the first time against John Cena! He says there's also someone who everyone wants to see back in the WWE and back on Raw, and he's re-signed him, AND JIM ROSS COMES OUT! YEAH! Cole says he refuses to work with him and he wants JR gone. H says he wanted to fire Cole immediately, but his severance is way too much. So he can either work with JR and follows his orders or he can quit. Cole refuses to quit, and H says he's off commentary tonight and will compete in a match later, and he has his gear all ready in the back, and Cole leaves. AND THEN R-TRUTH COMES OUT! He keeps talking to Jimmy and says Triple H has been part of the conspiracy since Day One, and he's now The Man in the WWE. DON'T WHAT ME. He talks to Jimmy and says he's got this and asks what he's gonna do for him. He says Little Jimmy cost him the WWE Title and spiders and heights cost him MITB and asks how he'll rectify this conspiracy. Triple H asks if he's talking to him or his friends. Truth asks what other guys and says there's nobody else here and Triple H says he knows. Truth turns to Jimmy again and says he thinks they're joking and then asks H if he thinks this is a joke. Triple H starts talking to the side too and Truth says he's crazy and he's talking to people who don't exist! AMAZING! Truth says H might be The Game, but he's not playing. H says he's not either, and he brought back another friend of Truth's, and Morrison runs out and they brawl, and Morrison hits Starship Pain. Cole comes out... ![]() AND HIS OPPONENT IS ZACK RYDER! AWESOME! Match #4: Zack Ryder vs. Michael Cole Short and Ryder wins with the Rough Ryder. WOO WOO WOO YOU KNOW IT Match #5: Alberto Del Rio vs. Kofi Kingston UGH. A piece of shit on an otherwise great Raw, since Divas matches don't even count. ADR does arm work, Kofi doesn't sell even though it plays into the finish, and ADR wins with the Jujigatame. I don't even blame ADR for this, Kofi is easily the worst guy at this point who REGULARLY gets actual time to wrestle on one of the two main shows. *3/4 Match #6: Rey Mysterio [c] vs. John Cena [WWE Championship] This never should have been on TV, let alone with no build, given that it's two of your top three babyfaces at this point in a first-time ever match for all intents and purposes (they had a 5 minute match in 2003, but they're both totally different wrestlers now). Anyways, this is a total TV classic. They stuck with the power vs. speed dynamic with Rey pulling off mostly counters and dodges early on and Cena eventually catching him. Rey keeps kicking at the knee whenever he can. This pays off in the finishing run when Cena collapses when trying the FU. Lots of great counters and nearfalls and Cena regains the belt with the FU. ***1/2 Cena celebrates with the belt, BECAUSE FUCK THAT SHIT. "CULT OF PERSONALITY" HITS! ![]() |

Titus is coming along very well, and has some great heel mannerisms here. D. Young comes out midway through and tells Bateman to take him out. Bateman has some great looking strikes. Young trips up Titus at the end, and Bateman hits the Headlock Driver to win. ** SUMMERSLAM: AUGUST 14TH! HORRIBLE CEE-LO SONG. In the back, Hornswoggle follows a trail of candy to find a heart-shaped card that says to close his eyes for a kiss. AJ then comes out and kisses him. Slut. He opens his eyes to see Maryse by him though and she says he found someone her own size. AJ then hits Maryse with flowers, and Maryse yells that AJ is crazy. She has no idea. MEANWHILE, VLADIMIR KOZLOV PLANKS: ![]() Match #2: Tyson Kidd vs. Yoshi Tatsu [Action Figure Leg Necklace On a Pole Match] Holy shit, this is an actual great match. Comes off like a grudge match and a kunf fu movie fight mixed together. Feels like a real fight, due to them trying to torture each other at points and not trying to climb until the second half. They fight on top and Kidd hits a Super German Suplex, but Yoshi is able to get the necklace down before he is thrown, and Yoshi wins! *** Kidd attacks Yoshi, AND PUTS ON THE FIGURE FOUR AROUND THE POST, TRYING TO RIP OFF HIS REAL LEG! Regal says if Tyson was his son, he would say that this is the day he became a man and patted him on the back. Awesome. They replay Rey vs. Cena and the aftermath to end the show. |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 7/25/2011 / CM Punk, Since 7/17/2011 World Heavyweight Champion: Christian, Since 7/17/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPIONS CURRENTLY WWE Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly, Since 6/20/2011 WWE Smackdown July 29th, 2011 Philadelphia, PA featured an opening in-ring promo by Triple H in which he discussed there being two WWE World Champions on Raw, adding he resigned CM Punk late Monday night; he then said he will make a decision regarding that situation this coming Monday and turned his attention to the World Heavyweight Title; World Heavyweight Champion Christian walked out, congratulated Triple H on his new role, and complained about Teddy Long and the fans turning on him; Triple H responded by saying Vince McMahon welcomed interruptions while he was talking but Triple H wouldn't, then adding Christian would defend against Randy Orton in a no holds barred match at Summer Slam; as Christian complained, R-Truth walked out and said the WWE conspiracies better be sorted out by Monday; Triple H said Truth would face Orton later in the show, then adding Christian would be in action against John Morrison in the opening match In the back, H walks with T'Lo. Zack says he wants on the show and H makes him T'Lo's assistant. Match #1: Christian vs. John Morrison Really good stuff, as expected. Morrison generally looks good and is surely better than he was a year ago, but he lacks the fire he had during that awesome six month run. Christian has solid work on the head and neck, and Morrison's selling is acceptable. He lands on his feet when Christian dodges Starship Pain, but Christian then drops him down onto the top turnbuckle and he hits the Killswitch for the win. **3/4 Jinder and Khali watch in the skybox. included an in-ring promo by Wade Barrett in which he said he came to the WWE to make a lot of money but lost track of his goals; Barrett then mentioned Daniel Bryan's success and said he himself was going back to basics to ensure his own success; moments later, Bryan interrupted, said Heath Slater said the same thing last week until Bryan made him submit; Bryan then said Barrett had main evented pay-per-views but he would be main eventing WrestleMania; Barrett attacked Bryan but Bryan eventually took him down and locked on the LeBell Lock, forcing Barrett to tap out A video airs on Justin Gabriel in South Africa on the recent tour Match #2: Alicia Fox/Tamina/Rosa Mendes vs. Natalya/Kaitlyn/AJ This wasn't awful, but it was only like 90 seconds. Alicia beats AJ with DAT SCISSORS KICK. 3/4* A recap airs of MOK's destruction. Match #3: Mark Henry vs. Bobby Howard AWESOME MOK SQUASH. He absolutely kills the jobber with the World's Strongest Slam. *3/4 MOK brings a chair into the ring, but T'Lo runs out. He tells Mark to stop and says they already have one lawsuit after he threw that audio guy off the stage. Long says he can't let him compete anymore because nobody wants to face him. Mok yells I ASKED YOU TO GET ME SOME COMPETITION AND THIS IS THE TRASH YOU BRING ME? SHEAMUS COMES OUT! FUCK YEAH SHEAMUS! SHEAMUS SAYS HE'LL FIGHT HIM, AND THEY HAVE A FUCKING GREAT BRAWL! SHIT YEAH! Sheamus drives MOK out of the ring by grabbing the chair. Match #4: The McGillibuddies [c] vs. The Usos [WWE Tag Team Championship] This wasn't totally horrible. The Usos did what they could. Joe is now wearing his hilarious backwards hat. Joe wins with the Shitty Neckbreaker Variant. *1/2 RAW REBOUND! Match #5: Priceless vs. Ezekiel Jackson Good handicap match for 3 minutes. Zeke dominated with power, so the handicap thing wasn't a huge deal. This time, Booker T is given a bag by the attendants too. Zeke accidentally goes into the post again, and Cody hits the Cross Rhodes for the win. ** Match #6: Randy Orton vs. R-Truth This happened. Wasn't as bad as it could have been. It at least did show that Orton has improved a lot in 2011. The Christian matches have been great, but it's Christian, you know? He's still not really great or anything, but he is no longer a painfully awful babyface. He basically works to the level of his opponent. Christian comes out and yeah. Truth brings a chair in, but Orton gets it first and goes nuts with it for the DQ. **1/4 Orton hits Truth with an RKO on the table to end the show. |

WWE Champion: John Cena, Since 7/25/2011 / CM Punk, Since 7/17/2011 World Heavyweight Champion: Christian, Since 7/17/2011 WWE U.S. Champion: Dolph Ziggler, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Intercontinental Champion: Ezekiel Jackson, Since 6/19/2011 WWE Tag Team Champions: David Otunga/Michael McGillicutty, Since 5/23/2011 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPIONS CURRENTLY WWE Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly, Since 6/20/2011 WWE Raw August 1st, 2011 Indianapolis, IN CM Punk comes out wibelt to open the show and says that THE CHAMP IS HERE. He says everyone wants to know why he came back here, after everything he said. He says it wasn't that he hates the WWE, he loves where he works, he just hates the people in charge. He said he saw the change two weeks ago that came about because he spoke his mind, and realized that in order to be an agent of change, he's back to make things fun again, and he can't be an agent of change sitting on his couch. He says things have tried to go back to normal, John Cena is "WWE Champion" again, but he isn't really, and he holds the most important title in the world. Triple H comes out and says bringing Punk back was best for business, just like bringing back JR and Morrison was. He says he put his personal feelings aside, and he thinks Punk is overly smug, overrates, and he buys into his own hype, and Punk says that describes Triple H to a tee. Punk says Vince, a great man, let Chris Jericho, Batista, Brock Lesnar, and Foley all walk because he couldn't get over his ego and allowed yes men to warp his mind. H cuts him off and says they both know Punk came back for himself, because the pipe bomb is meaningless unless it's a WWE microphone, and he'll resolve the title situation by the end of the night. Punk stops him from leaving and says just because he came back, doesn't mean he's going to tow the company line or go to promo class. He says Triple H is the biggest bully he's ever met, and he's been telling people what to do since he was carrying Shawn Michaels' bags and asks how many times he's said "I just don't think he has what it takes" while lying in bed with his wife. H says out of respect for this position and the fans, he won't drop Punk right now, and Punk grabs him by the tie. He says he can push him if he wants, but he pushes back, and asks if he needs his wife's permission to be a man again. PIPE BOMB. This was good. Laid some great groundwork for Triple H to finally turn heel again now that he has complete power while also giving him justification due to both men being dicks. TONIGHT: Miz/Truth vs. Rey/JoMo Match #1: Divas #1 Contenders Battle Royal This happens. Beth wins. 1/2* Kelly Kelly comes in to congratulate Beth, but Beth kills her with a clothesline and says her days as a cute perky little bimbo are over. In the back, Miz and Truth talk. Truth says they're exactly the same, and Miz doesn't believe him. Truth says they both think Triple H being in charge is a huge mistake, and Miz says neither WWE Champion should have a belt. Truth says it's not just a mistake, it's a CONSPIRACY. C-O-N-SPIRACY. Miz says to leave him alone so he can prepare, and Truth says if Mr. H's was bringing Punk back all along, then why were they in a tournament, and that proves it. He tells Miz to be careful, unless he wants to get got. In the back, Cena talks about how both he and Punk have a valid claim for the WWE Title. What the fuck? No. If Punk is back, his title is the real belt, that has actual lineage behind it. Match #2: Rey Mysterio/John Morrison vs. The Miz/R-Truth Very good 7-8 minutes. Rey flies all around, and takes huge bumps. Morrison is fine enough. Miz pulls Truth away from the Starship Pain, and Truth hits the Black Finisher for the win. **3/4 eatured an in-ring promo by WWE US Champion Dolph Ziggler & Vickie Guerrero in which Dolph noted he said the previous week "Follow that" after his win, adding that went out to everyone on contract because he was more of a man than everyone in the locker room; moments later, Alex Riley came out and said Doph hides behind Vickie just like Miz used to hide behind him; Riley then said Dolph might need vickie so he wouldn't be exposed for being a bleach-blonde fraud; moments later, Ziggler took off his jacket, appearing he was up for a fight, but then left the ring before yelling at Riley he didn't even know who he was Match #3: The McGillibuddies vs. Zack Ryder/Santino Marella O A O. This is 2 minutes of nothing, and Otunga pins Ryder. Awful. 3/4* In the back, Josh interviews Punk and he says the decision is easy. He and Cena had a match for the WWE Title at MITB and he won, so he's the champion and Cena is holding a belt. Match #4: Alberto Del Rio vs. Evan Bourne Bourne once again gets a great 4 minute match out of an incomplete wrestler. Huge bumps, great looking brief offense. ADR wins with the Jujigatame. **1/4 ADR keeps on the attack, but Kofi comes out to make the save. Triple H comes out and begins to address the title situation. John Laurinaitis comes out, FUCK YEAH, and HE IS THE EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF TALENT RELATIONS! He says he worked closely with Vince for many years, and Vince would handle it by stripping John Cena of the title. John Cena comes out and says Johnny is a goon yes man whose biggest claim to fame was riding a skateboard to the ring. He says his favorite part of MITB was getting to finally punch John in the face. He threatens him to get out, and John leaves the ring. Triple H addresses some concerns and says he didn't hear from CM Punk until the end of the show last week when Punk walked up to him in the back with a signed contract and then walked to the ring. CM Punk comes out and says clearly Cena won't be stripped of his paper championship, so he's going to be rob him of his rightful championship. Triple H then does the obvious thing and books a Title vs. Title match at SummerSlam. Both Punk and Cena take turns holding up their belts for the crowd to end the show. |
