TNA World Heavyweight Champion: Kurt Angle, Since 10/25/2007 TNA World Tag Team Champions: AJ Styles/Tomko, Since 10/14/2007 TNA X-Division Champion: Jay Lethal, Since 9/9/2007 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY TNA Knockouts Champion: Gail Kim, Since 10/14/2007 TNA Turning Point 2007 December 2nd, 2007 Orlando, FL In the back, AJ talks to Kurt to get him to let Christian in. Kurt says if he's in, he listens to Kurt Angle. Kurt says he'll go talk to Christian because it's time for Kurt Angle to man up. He leaves and AJ says the captain does it again. Karen says if Christian upsets him, he'll be in a lot of trouble. Match #1: Motor City Machine Guns/Jay Lethal vs. Team 3D/Johnny Devine [Tables Match] This was surprisingly great, since Devine was almost never in. Devine on their side is great for Team 3D, as it means they look good when in the same match as this sack of shit. Lethal and MCMG have lots of cool offense and what not. They work the table gimmick well, getting big bumps off of misses through tables. The ref is down as Lethal puts Devine through a table with the Flying Elbow, but then Team 3D lays out everyone with the stolen X Title. They drag Lethal into the table debris and wake the ref up, and they win. *** In the back, Nash and Joe are waiting for Scott Hall. Nash says he'll show up eventually. Match #2: The Beautiful People vs. ODB/Roxxi Laveaux No idea why this got put on instead of like, LAX vs. Rock n' Rave like they teased on TV, or a real match, but hey, we get TBP entrance for the first time. So that rules. Velvet rolls up Roxxi to win. *1/2 In the back, Angle talks to Christian and Roode about joining the Angle Alliance. Christian says it could be okay, but the part about Angle being leader doesn't work. Angle says he's like the George Bush of TNA, and Christian says the only boss of Christian Cage is Christian Cage. He says to stick it up his ass, along with AJ and Tomko, and Angle leaves. Christian tells Roode to follow his lead tonight, and he also leaves. Roode says Christian is a real asshole, and Ms. Brooks says it takes one to know one. What a cunt. Hype video for Storm/EY. Match #3: James Storm w/ Jackie Moore vs. Eric Young This is good too, since they're both competent wrestlers and they get 12 minutes. Eric is fired up too, and Storm has very good work on the arm. Eric Young sells better than expected, and yeah. The ref stops Storm from using a beer bottle, and Eric rolls Storm up to win. **1/2 Match #4: Feast or Fired Match This involves the midcard. LAX, XXX, and Steiner could carry it. but it's just a huge chunk of aimless brawling and mistimed spots. Petey gets one. Chris Harris walks out and says he'd rather keep his job. BG James hurts his knee on the floor, and Kip James gets another. Fuck it, Senshi and Scott Steiner get the others. Senshi's is obviously the Fired one, since he's leaving the promotion soon and has put in his notice at this point. *3/4 Hype video for Kong/Gail. Match #5: Gail Kim [c] vs. Awesome Kong [TNA Knockouts Championship] This is great! Kong is a total beast, and Gail works the arm to try and even things up. They build up Kong going down really well. Kong refuses to stop beating Gail in the corner though, and is DQ'd. **3/4 Kong kills the ref too, and lays out Gail with the Spiral Bomb. Match #6: Abyss/Raven vs. Black Reign/Rellik [THE MATCH OF 10,000 TACKS] KILLER SPELLED BACKWARDS. Raven is randomly replacing Rhino. Doesn't make this suck any less. This gets like 15 minutes and yeah, SO BAD. Abyss beats Rellik with the Black Hole Slam onto many thumbtacks. 3/4* In the back, Angle goes to Joe and tries to convince him that Hall and Nash are using Joe to stay in the spotlight. Match #7: Christian Cage/Robert Roode vs. Booker T/Kaz Ms. Brooks and Sharmell are both there. Christian and Roode are good here, but with Booker not giving a fuck and Kaz still being Frankie Kazarian, they are limited in terms of what they can do. Booker and Christian have good stuff in the finishing run. Roode accidentally hits Christian with a chair and Booker hits the Scissors Kick to win. **1/4 Christian and Roode almost fight, but AJ Styles runs out to keep the peace. In the back, Joe and Nash argue about Hall not showing up, and Joe says he'll go find someone now, since his idiot friend screwed up again. Hype video for the main event. Everyone comes out, and Joe comes out last. He gets on the mic and does a lame worked shoot where he says people asked him to satisfy people to make up for Scott Hall no-showing this event. He says he'd like to make an excuse, but he punked out on him and all the fans, but now he has a live mic on PPV. He says he wants to get some things off his chest, and in TNA, they have TNA diehards and they have Superstars, who come here for a paycheck. He says they screw the wrestlers and fans. He says TNA is the Motor City Machine Guns, TNA is Jay Lethal, TNA is Samoa Joe being the best in the world, not people who occupy TV time and make money off of their backs to pad their pensions. Joe plays it off like he might be fired, and he says he asked in the back who wants to be his partner, and he chose...................Eric Young. God damnit. Match #8: Samoa Joe/Kevin Nash/Eric Young vs. Kurt Angle/AJ Styles/Tomko Joe vs. AJ and Tomko was good. Nash had his usual flashes of good stuff. Eric Young is competent, and Kurt Angle is still the worst guy in this. Good control seg on EY by AJ and Tomko, since Angle stayed out of that section of the match. Joe teases walking out on Nash in the Ankle Lock, but then he Superkicks Kurt. Joe and Tomko have a sweet slugfest and Joe wins with the Muscle Buster. **1/4 |

TNA World Heavyweight Champion: Kurt Angle, Since 10/25/2007 TNA World Tag Team Champions: AJ Styles/Tomko, Since 10/14/2007 TNA X-Division Champion: Jay Lethal, Since 9/9/2007 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY TNA Knockouts Champion: Gail Kim, Since 10/14/2007 TNA Impact December 6th, 2007 Orlando, FL Match #1: LAX vs. Rellik/Black Reign that's KILLER SPELLED BACKWARDS, by the way. LAX did what they could to make this not totally useless. Rock and Rave Infection came out to attack for a DQ. *1/4 They beat them down before Masked LAX Member comes out to save, and LAX runs them off. In the back, JB talks to Cornette, and he says the briefcases will be opened up tonight. Morgan says Crystal is watching the briefcases. Cornette yells at him to make sure nobody messes with the briefcases, and he leaves. Team 3D and Devine comes in and Cornette demands they return the belt, and Team 3D says someone needs to TAKE it back. Lethal and MCMG come out and Lethal challenges them to a ladder match for the belt, and Cornette approves it, but the rules are very vague here. Don West then confirms it's not for the belt, proving he is really in charge. The Angle Alliance comes out and tries for unity with Christian and says this is a one time offer, and he's giving him one hour to meet him in the ring and make this thing right. Match #2: Gail Kim vs. ODB Short nothing match, and Gail wins with a roll up. 3/4* Awesome Kong comes out to fight, and they get held apart by security. In the back, Triple X argues and Daniels demands Senshi gives him the briefcase, and they agree to a match for it. Morgan comes by and makes Elix the ref. Match #3: Senshi [c] vs. Christopher Daniels [Winner Gets Briefcase - Special Referee: Elix Skipper] This was Ki vs. Daniels, so that's always going to be at least decent. Daniels wins the briefcase with the Angel's Wings. LOLTNA. **1/4 In the back, BG and Kip and Roxxi hang out by the cases. BG says he might not choose Kip as his partner and says they have a lot to talk about. Kip is as confused as everyone else by that, and Roxxi says his briefcase is cursed. BG says they're both cursed, and he leaves. There's a horrible pretape between Tenay and Father Mitchell that I'm skipping. In the back, Petey dubs himself Maple Leaf Muscle. Christian Cage comes out with Robert Roode and calls out The Angle Alliance. They all come out and Roode says as a businessman, he understands the power of numbers, and he accepts the offer to unite. He shakes hands with Kurt, AJ, and Tomko, and then Christian speaks. He calls him Bobby and says this is where they are different. Bobby needs a group, and needs backup, but he does not. He says it's like this, Kurt wants to keep his enemies closer, but he knows how conniving Kurt Angle is, and if he's on Kurt's team, then he can delay giving him a title shot even longer. He says he never lost that title, and says Tomko makes him sick. He says he was a prison guard when he found him and made him his Problem Solver. He says he saw potential in AJ and until they hung out, AJ could barely get on the mic without wetting his pants, and he's even better now because of him. He says if he was AJ's father, he would disown him. He says they all need him to be somebody, and he'll join them if HE'S the leader. Tenay is acting like Christian is the asshole here. AND ANGLE ACTUALLY SHAKES HIS HAND WHAT THE FUCK?! AJ hugs Christian, and Samoa Joe comes out. He has Booker T, Kaz, and Eric Young, and Kevin Nash too with him. Joe says this is a big happy dysfunctional family and he challenges them to a 10 man tag at Final Resolution. Karen says they can do it tonight and calls Sharmell a tramp and accuses her of wanting her man. CONTINUITY! FUCK YES! Sharmell says Kurt is the pervert, and they would whoop that ass tonight. They then have a catfight , and the teams pull them apart. Match #4: Motor City Machine Guns/Jay Lethal vs. Team 3D/Johnny Devine [Ladder Match for Possession of the X Title] This is decent. Good psychology with Team 3D avoiding climbing and trying to repeatedly force Devine up top without climbing. Some enjoyable spots, but nothing amazing. Only 4 minutes or so. Lethal gets the belt, but Bubba kicks him in the dick behind the ref's back and throws it to Devine, and the ref then sees that and gives it to the heels. ** In the pretape, Mitchell says he won't stop until Abyss reveals the final secret. I hate everything. Match #5: Samoa Joe/Booker T/Kevin Nash/Kaz/Eric Young vs. Christian Cage/Kurt Angle/AJ Styles/Tomko/Robert Roode All three broads are there. The usual suspects of Joe, AJ, Tomko, and Christian deliver, and poor Joe has to carry four other guys on his team. Roode and Angle aren't in enough to make a positive or negative impact. Joe has an awesome hot tag, and him vs. Tomko RULES. They need a 10 minute or longer PPV singles match asap. Joe accidentally does the Fosbury Flop when AJ pulls the ropes down and Joe dives onto Tomko. Christian gets a chair, but EY dropkicks him into Roode and the chair hits Roode. Nash then beats Roode with a Jackknife Powerbomb. **1/2 Angle and Roode beat on Christian, and AJ tries to break it up. Tomko has had enough of this shit, and he leaves. |

TNA World Heavyweight Champion: Kurt Angle, Since 10/25/2007 TNA World Tag Team Champions: AJ Styles/Tomko, Since 10/14/2007 TNA X-Division Champion: Jay Lethal, Since 9/9/2007 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY TNA Knockouts Champion: Gail Kim, Since 10/14/2007 TNA Impact - CHRISTIAN'S REVENGE December 13th, 2007 Orlando, FL IMPACT NOW HAS SUBTITLES! AWESOME! Christian comes out and says people have told him he got what he deserved, and he says he should have seen it coming. He says he is a prick, but nobody keeps this prick down and it's what makes him the champ and makes everyone else a loser. Wait, what? WHY IS HE STILL A HEEL HERE? He says it'll be Angle/Roode against him and a partner of his choice tonight. The Angles and Roode come out, and they say words. In the back, JB is with AJ and Tomko. Tomko says this is hilarious, and AJ says his plan was great and asks where they went wrong. Tomko says he can't play for both teams, and they're going to have to choose sides. TONIGHT: THE BRIEFCASES ARE OPENED! In the back, Petey says he knows his case has the TNA Title shot, because Canadians know these things. Match #1: Christopher Daniels vs. Scott Steiner vs. Petey Williams vs. BG James [Winner Can Switch Briefcases Or Get $50,000 For Their Briefcase] This happens. That faggot Hermie Sadler is on commentary. Steiner beats Petey with a Belly to Belly in like 2 minutes. 3/4* JB interviews Scott and he says he wants to trade briefcases with Petey so he can have the World Title shot. Coming back, they reveal the contents of the briefcases. Or only the first one. Petey Williams is first, and he gets the World Title match! So Steiner traded his World Title shot away. In the back, Christian tells Kaz to be his tag partner, but he says he already has a match and declines. Match #2: Kaz vs. Rellik There's no way Kaz vs. Rellik (that's KILLER SPELLED BACKWARDS) is any good. Kaz wins. 1/2* Black Reign comes out and helps Rellik beat down Kaz. Match #3: The Beautiful People vs. Jackie Moore/Ms. Brooks Jackie is HAMMERED. As a result, this is mostly Tracy in there, so it's horrible. Tracy loses. 1/2* Roode comes out and yells at Brooks for being literally the worst. He says she's pathetic and an embarrassment, and the Roode fan is cheering. Roode says she's done nothing right in a year, and she cries. Booker T comes out with Sharmell to yell at him for how he treats a lady, but Tracy has a dick, so she's not really a lady. Roode says he sees no ladies here, and he says she found Booker T while she was working a corner. He threatens her, so Booker attacks him and runs him off. In the back, Christian tries to get Nash to be his partner. Nash says he's busy doing what he does best, sitting around and doing nothing and getting paid. Mitchell comes out and calls Abyss to the ring. He comes to the ring and Mitchell puts a chair in the ring and tells him to sit down. Mitchell says it's not like he can beat him up, but Abyss refuses. He calls him Chris and says he has a right to be obsessed with him, and asks Abyss who else has had an emotional investment in him like he has. He says he pulled him out of prison, and it was his chance for a clean slate. He says they could be like father and son, which is what Abyss always wanted, and he made him a monster and a World Champion. He talks about the shooting and says there's a lot more, and demands Abyss tells the truth. Abyss refuses and Mitchell says he'll just have to do the job himself, but Abyss shoves him down. Judas Mesias then comes out and strangles him with barbed wire and shit. In the back, Christian tries to ask Booker to be his partner so he can get Roode, and Booker is an idiot and refuses. Chris Harris comes out and complains about not being booked. Match #4: Booker T w/ Sharmell vs. Chris Harris Harris is still trying, so this is the best match so far, almost by default. Only gets like 3 minutes though, and Booker hits the Book End and Scissors Kick to win. *3/4 It is now time to open the second briefcase and it is BG James. He gets the Tag Title shot. Match #5: Jay Lethal vs. Johnny Devine [X Division Lumberjack Strap Match] This wasn't much and Lethal wins in like 90 seconds. 3/4* All the X Division guys whip Devine post-match, and fight off Team 3D. It is now time for the final briefcase segment. Daniels' briefcase is opened up, AND HE IS FIRED. So Steiner gets the X Title shot. This is perhaps the greatest LOLTNA move ever. They have a guy in Senshi, who is leaving the company right as they run a big stipulation match where someone can be fired. He wins a briefcase that maybe can give a logical way out. BUT THE MAN WHO IS ACTUALLY LEAVING LOSES THE "FIRED" BRIEFCASE TO A MAN WHO IS NOT LEAVING AT ALL, AND TNA TAKES HIM OFF OF TV TO SELL IT, WHILE THE ACTUAL GUY WHO IS LEAVING JUST SORT OF FADES AWAY. HOLY. FUCKING. SHIT. T. N. A. In the back, Christian asks Joe to be his partner, and Joe says he doesn't trust him and tells him to suck an elephant's cock. Weird. Crystal asks who his partner will be, and Christian says it'll be the only person who matters to him, and that's Christian Cage. Match #6: Christian Cage vs. Kurt Angle/Robert Roode Very good, almost entirely due to Christian and Roode. So yeah, Christian vs. Roode is good. Christian seems to get it as a babyface now, which is great to see. The handicap stip is worked well, and Christian's selling of the leg post-Ankle Lock is great. Angle kicks him in the dick, and they hit a Spike Piledriver to win. Fuck yeah Spike Piledriver. **1/2 |

TNA World Heavyweight Champion: Kurt Angle, Since 10/25/2007 TNA World Tag Team Champions: AJ Styles/Tomko, Since 10/14/2007 TNA X-Division Champion: Jay Lethal, Since 9/9/2007 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY TNA Knockouts Champion: Gail Kim, Since 10/14/2007 TNA Impact Christmas Special December 20th, 2007 Orlando, FL HORRIBLE/Amazing video package to open the show with Creepy TNA Voice Guy telling Santa to shut the hell up. The 2007 TNA Christmas party is beginning: ![]() Eric Young introduces Phi Delta Slam in overalls, throwing ginger bread cookies at each other, as his cousins. The other people are all his family members at this point, so this must be at Eric Young's house. Which is much nicer and bigger than Kurt Angle's house from Thanksgiving. And then... ![]() They call him Uncle Leo and everyone does the Bushwhackers walk. Eric promises JB that Santa is coming. Back to the arena... ![]() Tenay says that Cornette is on vacation, so Matt Morgan just decided to book the show: -Beer Money/Rock n' Rave Infection vs. LAX/Steiner/Booker T in the Christmas cage -MCMG/Lethal vs. Team 3D/Devine in a Double North Pole Match -Santa's Workshop Knockouts Street Fight -Abyss vs. Black Reign vs. Rellik vs. Shark Boy in SILENT NIGHT BLOODY NIGHT -AJ Styles vs. Kaz in a Reindeer Ladder Match in which the winner grabs a reindeer costume for the loser to wear ![]() Match #1: Robert Roode/James Storm/The Rock n' Rave Infection w/ Christy Hemme & Ms. Brooks vs. Scott Steiner/Booker T/LAX [Christmas Cage Match] This really isn't good, but the cage is fucking hilarious. Rave takes some ridiculous bumps into the cage for such a bullshit match. Ending is truly Pro Fucking Wrestling, as a random cholo chases off an interfering and half nude Christy Hemme with a slapjack and then someone breaks one of the bigger strands of lightbulbs and Booker beats Rave with the Book End. *1/2 Back at the party, Eric is confused by The Beautiful People being hot and in his house, which to be fair, is probably unusual for him. He tries to set them up with Phi Delta Slam. ODB then shows up and drinks a lot. Eric keeps telling people Santa is coming and he expects him to ring the doorbell. Amazing Kong walks in and is mad. ![]() Match #2: MCMG/Jay Lethal vs. Team 3D/Johnny Devine w/ Midget MCMG & Jay Lethal [Double North Pole Match] Apparently, this match decides what stipulation goes to this same match at the next PPV. If the heels win, it's a tables match, and if they lose, it's Ultimate X. This also isn't much good. The midgets turn on Team 3D and the faces win. Amazing. ** Back at the party, Phi Delta Slam hits on Kong, SO SHE KILLS THEM! YES! Nash then arrives with booze and the sluts flock over. ![]() Eric: Santa's coming! Nash: He's not the only one, buddy. ODB then calls TBP sluts and they fight. Back at the party, everyone is gone to go to the ring, since Eric is Kurt Angle's next door neighbor and the house is right by the Impact Zone, and Eric is cleaning up. Kurt and Karen Angle walk in and say it was a short trip this time. Sup Karen? ![]() Eric asks if he can service Kurt. Eric says he knows he wants it, and Kurt says they should talk for a little bit about that, and tells Karen to clean the house. KURT TELLS ERIC THAT SANTA ISN'T REAL! Eric swears Santa is coming and Kurt says he's like Spider Man, he's not real. Eric asks if he means Santa Claus is Spider Man. Eric is retarded so they want booze. ![]() Match #3: Santa's Workshop KO Battle Royal This happened. It never really ended at all, and turned into Kong and Gail Kim being pulled apart by security. 3/4* At the party, Chris Harris arrives. He asks if any of the presents are for him. Eric says it's his house, so no. Harris says it's his birthday, and Eric says he's not Jesus. HARRIS ASKS WHO HE EVER BEAT. AMAZING. The midgets and MCMG and Lethal then show up along with Sonjay Dutt. In the back, Samoa Joe says this party is stupid and maybe they could use the money to pad their contracts since they barely make any money or use the time to see him committing acts of violence, and he asks where Matt Morgan is. Blonde announcer slut says he's at the party, so Joe says he might have to go. Match #4: Abyss vs. Black Reign vs. Shark Boy vs. Rellik [SILENT NIGHT BLOODY NIGHT] THAT'S KILLER SPELLED BACKWARDS! There is a barbed wire tree and weapons under it. Generic shitty TNA garbage match. Judas MEsias interferes and they all kill Shark Boy for Rellik to win. 3/4* Back at the party, Samoa Joe shows up and goes up to Morgan and asks why he didn't book actual wrestling. Joe tells him to tell Cornette to take his contract and stick it and he'll be at home. JOE THEN RUINS THE SET! BOOOOOO! ![]() Coming back, Eric is sulking and JB is possibly trying to seduce him. Everyone has left but them, and Eric says Santa can fix this. JB tries to tell him Kurt was right and Santa is fictional. BUT THEN SANTA SHOWS UP! ERIC'S FAITH IS REDEEMED! FUCK YOU BORASH! Match #5: AJ Styles vs. Kaz [Reindeer Ladder Match] Fine spotfest. Nothing new, but it was done well. Kaz wins after Angle accidentally distracts AJ by coming out to help. **3/4 ![]() ![]() ![]() Kurt talks to AJ and actual booking takes place, so fuck this, I'm out. MERRY CHRISTMAS! |

TNA World Heavyweight Champion: Kurt Angle, Since 10/25/2007 TNA World Tag Team Champions: AJ Styles/Tomko, Since 10/14/2007 TNA X-Division Champion: Jay Lethal, Since 9/9/2007 - LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPION CURRENTLY TNA Knockouts Champion: Gail Kim, Since 10/14/2007 TNA Impact - AJ'S DILEMMA December 27th, 2007 Orlando, FL In the back, Crystal talks to AJ. AJ says he's still on both teams. Tomko says to wake up and says Karen lied, and Christian and Kurt hate each other, and yells at AJ to make a decision. AJ asks what he's gonna do, and Tomko says he's made his decision. TONIGHT: AJ/Tomko vs. MCMG, Roode vs. Booker Match #1: Judas Mesias w/ Father James Mitchell vs. Senshi Lame Mesias squash, and somehow, this is how Senshi is written out. I hate everything. 1/2* In the back, JB talks to Kurt and Kurt is trying to pick a shirt and tie combo. He tells Kurt that he defends vs. Christian at Final Resolution. Angle says AJ and Tomko need to make their own decisions, because a man has to do that. He then asks Karen what clothes he should wear. Christian Cage comes out and says some people were born great, like him. He says his point is that he made a decision at a young age to embrace his greatness, and he is the biggest star in TNA as a result, and he is the Instant Classic and a two time World Champion. He says AJ and Tomko have to make a decision too, and calls them both out to the ring right now to let him know where their loyalties lie. AJ Styles comes out, but not Tomko. Christian asks where the big guy with the goatee is, and AJ says he lost him, boss. Christian says a boss is someone you look up to and show loyalty to. He says they keep having this talk, and he says AJ has money and TV time solely because of him. WHO IS THE BABYFACE IN THIS FEUD? CHRISTIAN IS A DICK. ANGLE IS A DICK. AJ IS A MORON. FUCK, I GUESS IT'S TOMKO? Christian says AJ is also a two time champion like him, but AJ corrects him and says he has three World Titles, and Christian says somehow, he probably did that too. He says Angle is using AJ to be his fall guy, and Kurt Angle comes out with Karen. Angle says he's not using AJ, and Christian was the one using him. Angle and Christian fight and Christian accidentally hits AJ with the title belt. Tomko then comes out to pull them apart. In the back, Roode again lets Ms. Brooks know that she is a piece of shit. Booker vs. Roode is supposed to happen, but Karen Angle comes out and attacks Sharmell. Kurt Angle then comes out to help Roode fight Booker T, but Booker fights them both off. In the back, JB interviews AJ, who still wants one team. I like this story. TNA has a logical story based around the dissolution of a great stable in CC that nobody wants to break up, but now hilariously, TNA is taking too long for once to do this, and the angle is suffering as a result. A hype video airs for Ultimate X at Final Resolution. Match #2: AJ Styles/Tomko vs. Motor City Machine Guns This was pretty awesome, and needs to be a PPV match. Everyone has a ton of energy. Awesome MCMG double teams, and AJ and MCMG take tons of awesome bumps. All of Tomko's power stuff looks really fucking brutal too, due to said gigantic bumping. TNA booking ruins it though, as Eric Young comes out to give AJ advice. It is a distraction and AJ gets beat by the AS/CS Rush. **1/2 A hype video airs for Gail/Kong at Final Resolution. Match #3: Gail Kim/The Beautiful People vs. Roxxi Laveaux/ODB/Jackie Moore This isn't much, due to having too much ODB. Gail gets in at the end and beats Roxxi with the Happy Ending. 3/4* In the back, Cornette yells at Morgan for booking matches. Morgan says he got a letter from corporate. It is a check, and a letter from TNA HQ saying they LOVED last week's show and says they want every show to be like that. That...that's awesome, actually. TNA management wants less boring bullshit and more complete insanity. Samoa Joe comes in and sits down and says he was summoned. Cornette tells him to stop badmouthing TNA in public and to get to the ring for his match. There is a pretape with Tenay speaking to Abyss. It is horrible. Nothing new is said. Match #4: Samoa Joe vs. Elix Skipper Great Joe squash. I have missed Joe squashes. Joe refuses to end the match, so he is DQ'd. ** In the back, AJ talks to Eric as Eric drinks. Eric talks about making choices between breakfast cereals, so AJ gets up and leaves. In the back, Steiner demands Petey trades title shots with him, and Petey says he has the best body in TNA, and is the definition of definition. Petey leaves, and Steiner is mad. There is a horrible Kaz/Black Reign brawl. In the back, AJ asks Kevin Nash for advice and Nash says he had to make a choice between the NWO Black and White and NWO Wolfpac. AJ asks about NWO Green, Red, and White. Nash says that was the Latino World Order, which was the one he wanted to be in, but he was never allowed, which wasn't fair, but that's not the point. Nash asks who AJ trusts less, because both will eventually stab him in the back. AJ says he feels worse, and Nash is the worst doctor ever. A video airs on the best of TNA in 2007. "Best" is used very liberally here. Match #5: Christian Cage/Booker T vs. Kurt Angle/Robert Roode Wait, then why wouldn't Booker be his partner last week? This is only 5 minutes, so it's not much. Christian beats Roode with the Unprettier. *3/4 Christian calls out AJ for a decision. Nobody comes out, so Angle says he's the boss of AJ, and demands AJ comes out and decides. AJ comes out now, and Angle laughs. Angle and Christian both yell at AJ and he covers his ears and eyes to block out the sound and sight of this, and this is a very appropriate ending to TNA 2007. |

TAG TEAM OF THE YEAR: PREVIOUS WINNERS: 2002: America's Most Wanted 2003: America's Most Wanted 2004: America's Most Wanted 2005: America's Most Wanted 2006: America's Most Wanted OTHER 2007 WINNERS: WWE: Londrick ROH: The Briscoes PWG: Arrogance CHIKARA: Up in Smoke CZW: ? Not a great year for TNA tag wrestling, given that they had Team 3D with the belts or in the title picture for the first seven months, sort of just stopped using LAX in the last few months, and that MCMG didn't get anything going for them until the last few months. Winning team is never in doubt, since they were the only consistently great team that was together all year. ![]() 1. LAX - 40 POINTS 2. Team 3D – 33 3. MCMG – 29 4. AJ Styles/Tomko – 23 5.
