The rooms have a universal password. However, we're going to with-hold the password from the members for a week. For the sole purpose that members actually explore the rooms. Much labor was placed into room-building, would be a waste for members not to see them.

Hello, this post is to inform you all that I'm looking to hire two Moderators. The duties and responsibilities of Moderators are often fractionated compared to Administrators. However, I'm in search of two Moderators that may have a chance at becoming Administrators one day. Whereas the rest of the staff team may stay through the entirety of this roleplay; unfortunately, I may not. Personally, I have many things IRL that requires my attention. The two Moderators that I'll be hiring will serve as my assistants, per se, until I deem them worthy of replacing me.

Now with that out of the way, I'm going to post below what I'm looking for in the Moderators.
  • Leadership Skills
    The Moderator makes well-informed, effective, and timely decisions. Identifies and analyzes problems, weighs relevance and accuracy of information; generates and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
  • Integrity/Maturity
    The Moderator behaves in an honest, fair, and ethical manner. They show consistency in words and actions. Models high standards of ethics. Tends to matters in a professional way and doesn't let their emotions cloud their judgment.
  • Activity
    It's imperative that Moderators are always aware of their environment; which requires them to be around majority of the time. The Moderator is expected to be online because they may be needed to handle situations.
  • Experience
    Most roleplays wish to hire the most experienced and seasoned roleplayers. It's the opposite here. If you have all the qualities mentioned above, yet never had the opportunity at a shot at Roleplay Management, you're who I want to hire. The current staff team is filled with experienced and veteran roleplayers already.
