Summer is well on its way to our shores and very soon we will have a nameday contest and a new skin to celebrate. This season we have the Arrival of Skarndor thread going well, and we had a wonderful burst of activity a week or two ago - let's repeat that effort, shall we? Lady Admin will be away for probably another month or possibly two; she's off getting married so we'll excuse her from Fort duties, I suppose. XD The Tower commanders have auto permission over her characters, so don't worry if you're in a thread with her - send one of us a PM and we'll see what we can do. At the end of June I will also vanish for around two months, or at least will be posting very sporadically. Being a bridesmaid is, apparently, quite a busy job. xD I'm going to take a month of holidaying after that, so I may also disappear. As above, all tower commanders have auto permission over my character when that happens. Nameday suggestions are welcome in the main chat forum, and be ready for the summer at BAF! - Roe

South Tower Commander Posts: 255 Group: South Tower Commander Member #2 Joined: December 9, 2007	So we now have the new Summer skin up; please excuse the simplicity of the logo. I've been so busy I didn't have time to really work at it. I hope you like the new skin. This season's skin has a slight alliance to the South and East Towers together; the plains that join the South's area and the East's area together. The problems last season's skin were beset with seem to be fixed with this one; if you're still having trouble please PM me and I'll see what I can do. And now, go and suggest names for this summer's nameday!

Sorry about the ugly skin, please be patient and I'll modify the summer skin to suit again. In the meantime, have a look around and see what Zetaboards is like!

It looks like things are going rather well here. Hello to all the new members. =D It was sure hard to not notice that we have finally switched to Zetaboards! This of course was largely due to the lack of pretty graphics and colors that we are usually blessed with through the talents of Roe. She's still off on a lovely and well deserved holiday, so we're going to have to put up with my attempts at getting the place pretty again. Nothing against your blue and orange, Zetaboards, but... we can do better. >.> So! The plan for the moment is that I'll get a layout up this week and start preparing things to get this place going again. Hoorah!

It should last us the rest of the summer. I have my fingers crossed that Roe has something extra special in mind for the Spring skin! Aaand, because I miss her so much already, she gets to grace our banner for the next two months. =D In other news I'm still attempting to catch up with things here. If anyone has sent me any PMs and I have not responded yet, please poke me.

I have also gone through and archived a /ton/ of old threads today. I think it really makes the boards look cleaner, and I hope everyone else agrees. But now we have so much space! Let's get out there and fill it up. =D Also, I am about to start a thread with Duran. If you are active here, please reply to it with all your characters. Commanders, however, are excluded from having to post. I will be autoing Tally. Really, I would like them to stay to the background in this thread. You'll all see what it is about when you post there. But you must post!
