There lay 3 cases in which time weather and scenario changes to fit the person that is wielding it at the time and considering emotional attitudes. Depending on weather the person is happy or sad, it will turn into a desert and fill with nothing but endless desert and in the middle lay 1 cactus. If the person is over joyful the place will be turned into a miniature laboratory with nothing but calculations upon calculations wherein the calculations have no end. The last scenario to accomplish is the anger for something. When anger engulfs the person the inside will turn into a dungeon medieval times, and it will have 1 room with a computer and a glass with wine beside it, although the computer is not working and the drink is actually made out of pus and filth. Avatar: The avatar like the inner world design is interchangeably depending on the Avatar's mood and the mood of the wielder. The wielder can tell the avatar to turn into anything he prefers when he sees the avatar. Recently though the Avatar has begun to stick with a 3 headed dragon. It's real form is unknown as even the avatar does not know it's real form due to him interchangeably changing since his arrival as a avatar. Shikai Phrase: Kyouka Suigetsu Shikai Design: Shikai Activation Power: 1.5x more Reiatsu Shikai Power 1:Name: Jizou Ferrus Soul Type: Shinigami/Idris only Requirements: Captain of 12th squad Damage/Burn/paralyze: N/A Cost: 200 reiatsu to activate; 75 reiatsu thereafter Description: Whoever sees this sword or any part of the sword is engulfed in a hypnosis like state, in which the shinigami who wields the sword may make the victim believe things around them are in a different environment, ultimately changing the environment in the victims mind. This may also be used to do any type of hallucinations and changes wherein the victim is forced to have a metal breakdown and or excursions of anything that may not want to be given out. In regards to when this takes effect it all depends on when the opponent or any other person sees this blade, at that point it takes a minimum of 15 seconds for this to take effect. However after this power is activated, it actively takes200 reiatsu to activate; 75 reiatsu thereafter and when reiatsu is finished the technique is subdued. Shikai Power 2: Name: Jizou Ferrus Soul Type: Shinigami Requirements: See shikai power 1 Damage/Burn/paralyze: N/A Cost: 200 reiatsu to activate; 100 reiatsu thereafter Description: Using Shikai power 1 shikai power two is a mental collision. Basically it makes it hard for you to concentrate and think upon things that are at hand and anything else that has to do with anything. What the main part about this is, thoughts of the user battle strategies any anything being thought of will most likely be hard to concentrate upon. Although people with more reiatsu defense can defend very easily against this but still feel small hints of concentration errors within their mind. Bankai Name: Kokujoutengenmyouou Bankai Design: Same Bankai Activation Power: Increased Reiatsu and Power by 2x Bankai Power 1: Name: Meteor Assault Soul Type: Shinigami Requirements: See shikai power 1 Damage/Burn/paralyze: See Description Cost: 500 Reiatsu Description: After encrypting the necessary chants, the user lets out a burst of Deadly Poison around him. The deadly poison is a sphere that is around him. It disperses into the drifting air after 10 meters. When inflicted with the deadly poison, it will first feel like nothing, but slowly motor skills will begun to crumble. When motor skills are down, the inside organs one by one will stop working, first the kidneys, then the lungs finally the brain. Depending on how fair the enemy is from the poison is how much they will be affected by the poison. In the raidius of 1 meter they will die extremely quickly. In the radius of 2 meters they will die but very slowly, in the radius of 3-5 meters their brains will get shut down. In the radius to 5-6 meters their lungs/kidneys will shut down. In the radius of 7-8 meters their motor skills will shut down. In the radius of 9-10 their entire body will slowly shut down it's motor skills and will have faint hard breathing and faint lung punctures. There is no cure for this poison. Yes and holy shit people. You should probably go get some RPGs and hack your character's stats or something. It will be as satisfactory as all these crap zanpakutos |

Hmm... your inner world and avatar need more description. Also, you need a lot more description on the shikai powers such as how long it takes effect for and to what degree. What are the drawbacks of them? etc Before I go over this one anymore, you need to fill in the blanks such as the shikai power name, activation powers etc. Once everything is filled in, send this link to me and I'll look over it again. |

Minato, You mention seconds and stuff in your descriptions, seconds don't matter, only how many posts. Seconds fit into a IC description, but you should put in quotations the amount of posts. |
