Hey The Supes what do you use to make your own avatars?

I want to add on to that question. The program that you use, does it cost money? If so, how much?

Hey The Supes what do you use to make your own avatars?

Mostly paint. I only use anything else for minor special effects. I'm just really good with a mouse....

Either way, trade secret ;)
