Back in the 1990's, the games were good, maybe not the graphics and all, but the general gaming storylines and stuff were excellent. Now that the game producers are making more profit, they rush through the games, and now the games have no story, and all the girls look like sleazy-ass barbie girls. Like the new Lara Croft, for example. And my God, good graphics doesn't make a good game. The original Tomb Raiders were in one of the most pixelly graphics ever, but they still are best loved classics. Everything now is hard to control. As always, with better graphics, comes controls, more difficult, complicated controls. Like Sonic, for instance, Sonic and Shadow are acting so stupid it's pathetic. Shadow has to run around all Tomb Raider-style and say :censored: like, "Damn it!!!!" or "I'm gonna shoot j00 straight to Hell!" Sonic the Hedgehog. Swearing. They sound like irritated hicks without morning coffee. Tomb Raider. The new Anniversary game came out. The Anniversary couldn't be any more DIFFERENT from the original, and it's supposed to be a remake. They changed Lara and Natla so drastically I couldn't tell their voices. They changed the story line and make it look absolutely unprofessional, and made Lara and Natla look like sluts. Sure Lara and Natla have big boobs, sure Natla's slinky, but Lara's boobs don't have to jiggle every time she moves or climbs, and she doesn't need to go, "HA! HA! HA! HAAAAAA!" After every friggin' jump. Natla doesn't have to constantly twist herself to show off her hips. I'm constantly worried that she's gonna break herself. Even worse, now that the gaming world is going down into the sewers, think about the cartoon/anime world. Back a few years ago, they had really awesome anime episodes like Sonic, Digimon, Pokemon, and BeyBlade. They've pretty much taken them off, and replaced them with stuff like Super Monkey Team Hyper Force Go!, My Gym Partners a Monkey, and Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends. Characters like Fred Fredburger should be enough to say this world is going to hell. I know that Digimon, Pokemon, and Sonic still show rarely. But they aren't as uplifted anymore like those newer shows. So what's your opinion... Do you hate this change in gaming/cartoons? ~Natla ((I also did this to help bring the posting back up and get more action into the forums. So check it out, I'm a genius if this works.)) NOTE: I know this could have gone in either TV or Video games, but it's about both, and it's just more of a discussion, so I think it belonged here, for those of you who do not understand my tactics. So yay.

creator of this board. Posts: 2,933 Group: Administrators Member #1 Joined: January 12, 2006	I agree. It seems that we aren't seeing too much progress with the storylines. I think that game producers should slow down and get a good storyline down and spend more time working on the game rather than finishing it in less than a year.
