Human Rights Act

Article 1. Personal Rights
Section 1. No person shall be deprived of the right to practice his or her religious or political beliefs. This section does not grant a person the right to use his or her own beliefs as justification for murder, torture, or injury on any scale.
Section 2. No person shall be deprived of the right to speak his or her mind. This section does not grant a person the right to use his or her own speech rights to threaten, verbally abuse, or bully any other person(s), nor does it prevent nations from passing legislation which does outlaw or restrict such actions.
Section 3. No person shall be subject to involuntary labor. This section does not prohibit community service or other labor mandated by a court as punishment for a crime.
Section 4. No person shall be deprived of the right to life. Life shall be defined as the status of a living creature from the moment of conception to the moment of natural death. This section does not prohibit the death penalty as punishment of a major crime.
Section 5. No person shall be subject to discrimination based on religion, sex, race, political affiliation, nationality, mental status, age, sexual orientation, or legal status.
Article 2. Judicial Rights
Section 1. No person shall be deprived of the right to a fair trial of reasonable length.
Section 2. No person shall be deprived of the right to legal representation in a court of law when on trial for a crime.
Section 3. No person shall be subject to detention without trial for a period of longer than one year.
Section 4. No person shall be subject to discrimination while being on trial for a crime.
Article 3. Legal Rights
Section 1. No person shall be deprived of property, money, or legal status without due compensation or trial.
Section 2. No person shall be deprived of the right to assemble or form peaceful organizations or groups.
Section 3. No person shall be deprived of the right to education. This section does not prohibit the exclusion from education caused by being unable to attend an educational facility accredited by the person's home nation, nor does it prohibit exclusion from education caused by being unable to pay for such education.
Section 4. No person shall be deprived of the right equal pay for equal work.
Article 4. Human Rights Committee
Section 1. The Committee on Human Rights or 'Human Rights Committee' shall hereby be created as a part of the Court of Justice. This committee shall be responsible for deciding if a Human Rights Violation (HRV for short) did occur.
Section 2. The Committee on Human Rights or 'Human Rights Committee' shall consist of a panel of all current Justices of the Court of Justice, excluding any Justice who is taking part as either the defense, defense counsel, prosecutor, accuser, or any other party in which there exists a conflict of interest.
