We open on a wooded area with a winding road. The place seems strangely familiar, yet one cannot quite place it, even though it is early afternoon. As we make our way down the road, the familiarity sets in and we see why we had that strange feeling. We are standing in front of Le Maison Agoni. For some reason, maybe because the daylight is shining through or maybe some unknown reason yet explored, it does not seem as forboding as usual. For some reason, it almost looks like the house is sleeping, for lack of a better term. It seem almost somewhat inviting, in some sort of unusual way. As the cameraman is paying attention to the house, he hears a high, mewing noise and felt something at his feet. He looks down and is mildly suprised to see Morrigan, Beautiful Agony's pet/mascot winding her way around his feet. He bent down to pet her and she was suprisingly affectionate. As he was petting Morrigan, the sounds of a vehicle could be heard. He looks up and sees the Z28 Camaro owned by no other than "The Misfit" Mike Monroe. As Mike pulls the car up to the house, we hear "Mama, I'm Coming Home" by Ozzy coming from his car stereo. After a second, Mike turns off the car, gets out, and stretches after the trip. He is wearing a Metallica "Ride The Lightning" shirt, jean shorts, and his usual black and red Etnies. He is also wearing a pair of all black sunglasses that he takes off and puts on top of his head when he sees the cameraman. He walks over to the cameraman, but doesn't have his usual smirks or other mannerisms. He actually looks somber and somewhat humbled. He even pats the cameraman on his shoulder. Mike: Never thought we would be here again, huh? Heh, especially with the sun still up? They say that you can never go home again. But even though I have left home to persue other things, they don't mind if I visit do they? This has been and always be my first home, no matter where I may go or what ever I may do for the rest of my life. But since I don't know if I will ever be home again, one last stop is in order. With that said, Mike walks up to the front porch and pulls out his keychain and unlocks the front door. Mike looks at the cameraman with a slight smirk. Mike: What's wrong? You look slightly befuddled. Didn't think we locked the door around here? It ain't as abandoned as you think. Come on in...if you dare. MWAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Sorry about that, I couldn't resist. Mike laughed at the obvious cheesiness of the joke and walked in to what would be the foyer of the house. The house looks the same as it was, except for the fresh layer of dust and addition of more cobwebs around the house. Mike stood in the lone beam of sunlight coming from a cracked, painted over windowpane. He folded his hands behind his head and sighed as he looked around the entranceway. Mike: This where it all started. Right here in this house. We made it much more than it was when we found it. The house was like us, it was there, but nobody realized that it was there. But we made people stand up and notice. People finally realized that me, Jacob, and Tatum are not to be messed with. We proved day in and day out that we were not to be messed with. We may have not had the best records, but those that did beat us did not leave unscathed. That is something to be proud of. You can't take that away from us. As Mike walks past one of the downstairs rooms, he stops for a second. He looks into the room and is somewhat suprised at what he sees. As if out of nowhere we see what could only be described as ethereal visions of Mike, Jacob, and Tatum sitting in the room, just hanging out. Mike looks away and when he looks back, the visions are gone. He smiles a little before making his way to the back of the house. He finally gets to the door to the basement, but before he opens the door, he stops and looks at the cameraman. Mike:: You know, it took us alot to start trusting people. As a matter of fact, there is only a small handful of people that I trust now. And they know who they are. And disbanding BA was the hardest thing I had to do as a professional wrestler. But it had to be done, and all involved understand. But it doesn't mean that it didn't and still doesn't hurt. These guys are like brothers to me. But if it didn't happen, it would have been a joke. And I'll be damned if I let that happen. So we went our own ways. But don't get me wrong, joining XTC was a hell of an opportunity that one would have been dumb to pass up. So I did what I thought was best. Mike opened the door to the basement and flipped the light switch before him and the cameraman made their way downstairs. Mike started looking around and saw something on a table that piqued his interest. He picks up a manila folder that says "Adventures in CZWtania." He snickers at this find. Mike: Eddie would like a copy of this. As he kept walking around, he found what he was looking for. It was just a lone chair sitting in the corner. He the looks into the camera with a stern look on his face, before taking a seat in the chair Mike: You know what Brian? I know exactly what you are going through. I have been there myself. Losing a title is a hard thing to do. Especially after you fought so hard to win it and keep it. But you can't dwell on it, you have to move on. You need to remember, I'm not going to go out there and play games. I'm not going to go out there in a rainbow wig and throw pies. Now I will never forget what you did for me during the whole Kiljoy fiasco. But that is in the past, and we are fighting in the present. I'm going out there to win, no matter who I am up against. Remember that, since I expect the same from you. Nothing less. Just go out there and show me what I know you can do. Mike sits back in the chair and hits play on a cd player that the cameraman did not see until now. The camera fades out as Mike sits back in the chair and we hear "Second Chance" by Shinedown begin to play |
