CZW's Pinnacle of Perfection
|
The scene begins outside of the Hampton Inn in Fayetteville. As the camera enters through the door, a sign can be seen that says...Interviews being held in Room 420. The cameraman walks up to the front desk and asks how to get to room 420. The front desk worker tells the cameraman how to get to the room, using hand gestures and all. The cameraman thanks the front desk worker, turns and starts to walk away. The cameraman walks up to an elevator and presses the button. The elevator door opens and the cameraman gets on the elevator. He pushes the button for the fourth floor. The door closes and the elevator begins to head to the fourth floor. The elevator door opens with a little ring of a bell. The cameraman gets off the elevator and heads towards room 420. As he approaches the room. The door pops open, and a man can be heard yelling from inside the room. The cameraman aims the camera around the corner, and standing in the room is "The Real Deal" Rob Wright. Suddenly another man appears on the screen. He begins running for the door, as Rob hurls a phone book in his direction. The phone book just misses the man. The man stops and flips Rob off. Rob begins chasing the man. The man sees Rob coming at him and he takes off down the hall, setting the world record in the 100M dash in the process. Rob stops at the door, and yells to the man. Rob Wright: That's right...you better run. Rob and the cameraman walk into the room with the door closing behind them. Cameraman: Man, what was that about? Rob Wright: That? Oh...it was nothing. Where's Jacobs? Cameraman: She's running a little late. That's why she asked me to come a little early and set up. Is that ok? Rob Wright: Yeah...it's cool. We're gonna do the interview down by the pool. Cameraman: Uhh...it's raining outside. Not a good idea. Rob Wright: It's an indoor pool...jackass. Rob takes something out of his pocket and lights it. He takes a couple of hits and turns to the cameraman. Rob Wright: You smoke? Cameraman: I appreciate the offer, but I quit about 10 years ago. Rob Wright: Oh well...your loss. (He takes another couple of hits.) We'll head down there when I finish this. Why don't you call Jacobs and tell her to meet us by the pool. Rob takes another couple of hits as the camera fades. The scene re-opens with Jenny Jacobs walking through the hotel doors, and walking up to the front desk. She rings the little bell on the counter and the front desk worker comes walking from around the corner. Jenny asks the worker how to get to the pool. The front desk worker tells Jenny how to get to the pool. Jenny thanks the worker, turns and walks away. Jenny makes her way to the pool, and Rob is seen sitting in a chair at one of the tables. He spots Jenny walks towards the table and gets up. They exchange pleasentries and they sit on opposite sides of the table. Jenny immediately jumps into the questions. Jenny Jacobs: The last time we saw you. You were being eliminated in the battle royal to detemine who will face Maynard O'Toole at Road To Glory, a match that saw your former tag team partner MIke King go on to win. My first question is...where have you been? Rob takes a sip of his soda then answers. Rob Wright: First off...I'd like to congratulate Mike King. Now as to my whereabouts the last couple of weeks. I've been off looking for someone. Let me take you back. Do you remember before the battle royal I said that the time for talk is over? Jenny Jacobs: Yeah. I was the one interviewing you. Rob Wright: Well...during my little hiatus I went looking for the perfect mouthpiece. Because after this little interview...The Real Deal is taking a vow of silence. Jenny Jacobs: A vow of silence? Rob Wright: Yes. A vow of silence. I will not say one word to anyone until I win a CZW Championship Title. I figure if I have someone do the talking for me...that gives me the proper time to train for my opponents. Jenny Jacobs: OK...what about Ashley Murphy? Rob Wright: What about her? Jenny Jacobs: Is she no longer your manager? Rob Wright: Not only is she NOT my manager. She is no longer works for the CZW. Jenny Jacobs: You got her fired? Rob Wright: No. Her contract was up, and we thought it would be best for her to take some time away. When the time is right...she will be back. She just wanted to spend some time with the kids. Jenny Jacobs: Let's get back to this perfect mouthpiece. Have you found this person yet? Rob Wright: As of this time...no, but I have had some close calls. I think I've decided on the finalists, but I have a couple more interviews to conduct. Jenny Jacobs: Ok. Let's move on to this week. You have a match against Dwayne Campbell. Rob Wright: Who? Jenny Jacobs: Dwayne Campbell, former associate of Brian Kirkland. Rob Wright: Former? I thought those two were joined at the hip. Jenny Jacobs: Not anymore. Last week they had a match. Campbell gave Kirkland everything he had, but couldn't capture the Ultraviolent Title. Rob Wright: Oh really. I don't know whether I should applaude Kirkland's resiliance or Campbell's inability to get the job done. But I can't really criticize someone's inability to get the job done, can I? Truth be told...you did good out there Dwayne. You didn't win, but you showed that you belong here. Take it from someone that knows...you can't win them all. And on that note, I want to wish you the best of luck, Dwayne. May the better man win, and we all know the better man is...The Real Deal. Jenny Jacobs: One last question. I was looking over the card for Road To Glory, and I noticed that as of right now...you're not booked. Is there a rea... Rob interrupts Jenny. Rob Wright: Let's me stop you right there. Did you forget something? I know you're blonde and all, but come on. I am Mr. Money in Bank. As long as I hold that briefcase in my possession...I am always booked for a match. And not just some ordinary singles match...a match for any CZW Championship that I want. That means big trouble for all the champions, or soon to be champions, and I promise that when I do decide to cash in my Money in the Bank briefcase. I will walk out with the CZW World Heavyweight Title over my shoulder. Rob get up from his seat. Rob Wright: I'm sorry, Jenny. But that's all the time I have. My next appointment just walked through the door. The camera shifts to the door, and walking through is a stunning, blonde haired woman. Rob walks away in the direction of the blonde woman as the camera fades to black. Fade To Black |
