![]() Daniels: HELLO EVERYONE AND WELCOME TO PANDEMONIUM Masters: WHERE THE LINES ARE DRAWN Daniels: Indeed, that seems to be what this show has turned out to be. And sitting beside me, surprisingly, is William Masters Masters: Nothing surprising about it Jared, i get paid to do a job, and i'll continue to do that job regardless of where my loyalties lie Daniels: Well that's good to hear, because it wouldn't be the same without you Masters Masters: Wel.. Well thank you Jared, that means a lot coming from you. And this illustrates my point about Hardcore, this isn't about hating people, this is about hating a philosophy, and the fact you're still a dick Daniels: Why did i not see that coming, ah well. On with tonight, and i have to say i am completely at a loss as to what's going to happen here tonight. We know from the exclusive earlier in the week that not only has Eddie rowan been approached by both Derek and Matt, but that they are both actively recruiting sides. This can't be good for the company Masters: Indeed not, Damage should just concede, and if he won't well he'll get taught a lesson tonight in our main event Daniels: That main event facing Derek against the leader of the Hardcore group Matt Covey. And hopefully that match will put a stop to things before they get out of hand Masters: A STOP? You don't get it Daniels, Covey isn't going to turn down an opportunity for a fight, especially against Damage, if the boss manages against all probability, to pull a win out of his ass, it's not going to stop us. One match will not keep us down, this is bigger than Covey, Covey started this but he doesn't "lead" us as you put it, he's one of us. Nothing that happens tonight will change that. Daniels: And Damage must have guessed as much, or he wouldn't be picking sides here. He wouldn't be approaching people. It isn't that Damage has lost faith in himself. It's that he knows after he wins that this will continue on, that's exactly why the lines need to be drawn Masters: Back to tonight and we see The Ariel Specialist Krimzon Blaze taking on Freddie Styles for the fake CZW Championship inside a steel cage.. Old CZW Style, i don't know if something got through to Damage but man should this be good. 15 feet cage, canvas to top with platforms halfway up in the corners. There's plenty of opportunity for these men to put it all on the line for the toy championship and claim to be the fake best Daniels: it will indeed be a fantastic match, made more so by the fact that it's a SPECIAL occurrence, don't you get that William, don't answer, i'm not getting in to it, and it is for the NEW CZW World Heavyweight Championship. Not the "fake" one. Masters: While Daniels continues to try and convince himself of that i'll tell you we have an X-Division Ladder match featuring hopefully Hardcore Eddie Rowan against Hopefully Hardcore Robbie King. These two both seemingly received offers from both sides and both men are conflicted. We need this sorted out soon. Both men would be a boon to the cause, even if i don't like Rowan, but Robbie is representing our true Champion Mike King, and it's only right the true Champ be on our side. Daniels: Then we have Leon Corbin in his punishment match for finding a loophole back in to CZW as he faces off in a no holds barred match against the team of Nigresence and Mortius Masters: Two men who have no love lost for each other, their dissention will give Leon the opportunity to thrive in his environment. Daniels: Not according to Mortius, who looked the most focused and the most.. well "Mortius" since we came back to your screens. Leon Corbin could be in for a really bad time. Masters: Brian Blaze, with his new attitude, which is EXACTLY what we need in CZW, will be facing off against X-Division Money in the Bank winner Christian York. This will be the last match of the night with the ridiculous new "disqualifications, rope breaks, ridiculous shit" rules in place. But i know those two will put on a good show Daniels: You're surprisingly upbeat tonight Masters: Because it feels like CZW is finally fucking INTERESTING again Jared Daniels: We always have been, your definition of "Interesting" maybe needs re-evaluated though. We also Have the tag team bout of Flash Lazzara and Nathan Redmond taking on Notorioso and Michael James, who let it be known during the week that they don't trust or like each other, this is truly an odd paired match up. Before that though is our opening match pitting Tsabusa Takahiro against the man who appeared on our screens for the first time last Overdrive, to deliver a message to CZW… Masters: I'm looking forward to this one Daniels: …Trent Stone, and that's on it's way n.. =-=-=-=-=-= "Highway to Hell" hits the loudspeakers and most of the crowd cheer in anticipation as the owner of CZW Derek Damage makes his way out to the ring with a black bag in his left hand and a mic in his right. He looks all business in his grey pinstripe suit and blue tie, he acknowledges the fans by nodding as he makes his way to the ring, up the steps and through the ropes to the inside, nodding as a cue to the backstage to kill his music Damage: Hello CZW.. and welcome to.. PANDEMONIUM! Cheers all round Damage: This show is most definitely not what i had imagined it to be only three weeks ago. You'll have seen we changed up the promo poster, thanks to our talented graphics department, to include the tag line "Where the Lines are Drawn" after last Overdrive you all know that Matt Covey came back and unmasked as the man working behind the scenes to take me down. And you also know i'll be facing that man tonight Cheers once more arise from the collected crowd Damage: And some may say that asking others to stand up for CZW is a way of showing i have no confidence in my abilities and winning this match tonight.. well they're WRONG! I'm going to kick Covey's ass from here to next Sunday, but I'm not delusional, i know it won't end there. So i need supporters, people to stand up for CZW. I approached many, a few i got responses from, and a few are on the fence. Including arguably the most important man to be on my side, the World Heavyweight Champion Freddie Styles Boos replace the cheers at the mention of the Champions name Damage: You may not like him, but he carries on his shoulders the top prize in our industry.. or at least he did.. but more on that in a second. Daniels: What does he mean he did? Masters: YES, he's finally come around to acknowledging Robbie King as the one true Champion Daniels: I very much doubt that's what he meant Masters: Well if you'd shut up and listen you'd see that I'm right What i'd like to do to kick off the show, is bring your Champion out here, so Freddie Styles, please Derek sweeps his arm back, inviting Styles to the ring. "Money Trees" hits and Freddie Styles video plays, he comes out wearing a Newcore T-Shirt and a self-congratulatory smile on his face Daniels: Looks like Damage got him on side, this is huge Masters: Expected more like, Damage WOULD want the fake Champion in his fake outfit, let's just see how much cock he had to suck to get him on side Freddie walks down the aisle, his Championship belt nowhere to be seen, rolling under the ropes and coming up to face damage, shaking his hand Damage: As you can see Freddie and i were able to, in private, come to an understanding. But for the sake of transparency i will tell you that if he loses his championship belt, he will be able to take his rematch whenever he wishes The boos get louder Damage: There was, of course, some monetary compensation, a compensation i will grant any man who joins my side. And then we come to this Derek Damage holds the black bag up, that he's held in his hand the whole time Damage: Freddie's final request is one that i should have thought of myself, you see, he has taken the line recently that the old belt, although full of history, should stay there. That his championship is the TRUE championship Masters: Bullshit Freddie is nodding along to Damage's words Damage: So as his last request to join us i sent out for some new plates for the Championship. And now, i would like to introduce you all to the NEW top prize in our industry Damage shakes the bag away from the belt, with all new Gold plating, and hands it over to Freddie Styles, who lifts it into the air ![]() ![]() Damage: THE UNDISPUTED COMBAT CHAMPION.. FREDDIE STYLES The crowd, split over this, rain down with jeers and cheers Masters: WHAT?! Daniels: Perfect, a brand new top prize for this brand new era. This feels right Masters: This is a spit in the face of this company's legacy. Daniels: Well the crowd seem to disagree Masters: Some of them do, this new generation of fans is disgusting, they have no respect, just like Derek Damage, how could he do this? Freddie shoulders the Championship and takes the mic from Damage Freddie: Krimzon Blaze, take a good look at what you'll never be wearing, and Robbie King.. Your title is more obsolete than the Hardcore team's objectives Even the cheers form the new belt turn to boos at Freddie's words, he shrugs, shakes the boss's hands once again and rolls under the ring, grabbing the belt and thrusting it back over his shoulder. Despite the boos Derek Damage applauds in the ring as Freddie, at the top of the ramp, turns and lifts the new Championship over his head before going to the back Daniels: This is truly a turning point in the new era of CZW Damage stops applauding and turns back to the fans Damage: Not every decision i make will be a popular one, but we need Freddie Styles, for good or bad he is one the best technical wrestlers on our roster, and is one of the things that makes this new CZW great. Freddie Styles IS Newcore. And speaking of New I'd like to ask Eddie Rowan to the ring The crowd anticipation is palpable as the few seconds silence build up the second when "Slip Slide Melting" hits the speakers and Eddie Rowan steps through to the most unanimous cheer from them so far Daniels: Our X-Division Champion has had a lot on his plate since he started back here, and we found out earlier this week that he was approached by both Covey and Damage Masters: Eddie belongs with us, i can't stand him, i never could, but he's still what makes CZW what it is, and Hardcore is what makes CZW what it is Daniels: Not any more William Eddie Shoulders his belt, He is decked out in his wrestling gear; long shorts, boots, knee and elbow pads, a single bracer and a pair of fingerless gloves, wearing a "This is Eddie Rowan Signing Off" T-shirt (available now at CZW.COM), the lack of either faction's logo conspicuous as he steps in to the ring, proudly displaying his Championship belt Masters: Eddie has been spouting off of late about how his championship defines CZW, and if that's true his choice should be obvious Daniels: Yes, he should join Damage, he cannot say that belt is the real top prize of CZW if he works against us Masters: We aren't working against you; this is FOR CZW. And Eddie Rowan, it hurts to say this, is right. That belt is one of the defining characteristics in our history, that belt has seen blood, sweat and tears to rival Mike Kings Championship, and maybe more. That's the history we're trying to save Once his music dies down Eddie smiles to the crowd Eddie: GOOD EVENING LAS VEGAS! The response is deafening and Rowan glories in it as Derek goes to the ringside for another microphone Damage: "Mr. Rowan." This gets an eye-roll reaction from Eddie immediately. Derek Damage smiles, nodding in at the Champ, acting like the consummate professional. Eddie: "Derek." Eddie barely looks at Damage as he continues to the other side of the ring and climbs the turnbuckle Eddie: ARE WE ALL READY FOR A GREAT SHOW?! Once more a roar from the fans Damage: "Mr. Rowan, you know why-" Eddie Goes to the next corner and shields his eyes to the light, holding up his X-Division title proudly Eddie: "IF YOU'RE ALL READY TO WATCH ME SUCCESSFULLY DEFEND THIS BAD BOY LATER TONIGHT GIVE ME A BOOOOOSH!" BOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH Damage: "If I could just…" Eddie ignores damage once more, laughing at the crowd's reaction as he moves to the ropes facing on to the hard camera Eddie: TONIGHT IS GOING TO BE PANDEMONIUM WITH A CAPITAL "X"! " More cheers as Damage, as calmly as he can, though the mic is shaking in his hand, waits for it to subside" Damage: "Mr. Rowan… Eddie, I'd just like to…" Rowan puts his hand up in Derek's face Eddie: "STOP… interrupting me" Derek's face starts to turn red, but he swallows hard ED DEE ED DEE ED DEE Eddie: "Why are you calling me out Damage? you're bothering me while I should be preparing for my title defence later tonight? Because you want an answer? Because you want me to "join your cause? As if I don't have problems of my own, you want to drag me into yours as well." Derek bristles but remains stoic. Damage: "This isn't MY problem, Eddie. This is CZW's problem." Eddie: "It's CZW's problem because YOU are a giant ASS, Derek! You've been lording around the place moving all of us around like pawns on your chess board to live and die at your whim and now it's come back to bite you on the ass!" Eddie goes to walk past Damage but Damage grabs a hold of Eddie's shoulder, spinning him around Damage: "You listen here, you-" * SLAM!! * Immediately upon being grabbed, Eddie grabbed Derek by the tie around his neck, swinging him roughly into the nearest turnbuckle. Eddie: "YOU LISTEN, DEREK. You know the old saying; You reap what you sow. Well, you've spent your whole career sowing blighted seeds and now you're paying the price. Everything that happens to you tonight..everything Matt Covey does to you..that's karmic retribution. Trust me on this, Derek..after tonight, you'll know what 'hardcore' REALLY means!" Masters: YES, ROWAN FOR HARDCORE! With a yank of the tie, Eddie flings Derek to the ground, shaking his head at the owner of CZW. Damage hauls himself up from the floor, jaw clenched tightly in rage. He tugs his tie loose, yanking it off completely in frustration. Damage: "Dammit Eddie I NEED you" Eddie: "And that's the point, you NEED me, but I don't need you, I have enough to worry about. Matt Covey is a twisted maniac, but he cares about the company, you? You care about the dollar, always have and always will" Damage: THAT ISN… Eddie: AND THAT'S… why I've decided to join Newcore Masters: WHAT?! Daniels: YES! Eddie: "Wipe that smirk off your face Damage, I'm joining exactly because you care zero about this company, about these fans, about us, unless we can tow the line, and make you money. I might not agree with you completely, I might not agree with Covey completely, but I won't rebel against the company I love. I'll stick by it just as I always have done, and I'll make sure to guard it from threats because YOU are incapable of doing so, and this match tonight, is just one proof of how incompetent you are. So you have Eddie Rowan, but I have a few conditions of my own" Derek nods, letting the insults wash over him, willing to take them in exchange for the X-Division Champion's loyalty Eddie: Good. Here's the deal, the first thing I need is an automatic stamp of approval on anyone I get to help CZW out, contracts, WITH the raise you offered Freddie, bonuses, the works Damage: DONE, done, thank you… Eddie: I'M. NOT. DONE Damage puts up his hands in supplication waiting for Eddie to continue Eddie: You don't get to agree, these are demands Derek, you just get to hear them. I want to stand up for this company, but I can't do it alone, so as soon as I made my decision I contacted an old friend. So the next thing I need is for these fans… At this Eddie breaks the stare of Damage and motions to the fans, who mostly rise in cheers, but there's a drop off after his allegiance is verified to Newcore Eddie: …To make some noise The lights turn green and Lollipop Lust Kills "Personal Jesus" starts to play Daniels: It can't be? Masters: NO! HOW COULD HE NOT BE HARDCORE?! Brian Kirkland steps on to the stage to a tremendous applause wearing a "Youthful Aggression" T-Shirt and looks over at the fans Daniels: IT IS, IT'S BRIAN KIRKLAND Masters: What the hell? There's no one more Hardcore than Kirkland, what is he doing coming out of retirement to join the Newcore? Damage nods his head in the ring, clapping, along with the fans this time, as Kirkland smirks at the applause and cheers, before bringing a mic out his back pocket and waiting for his music to die down Kirkland: Eddie, thanks for the call. It's damn good to be back… but you're right. We need everyone we can get on side here… so that's why… "Taking you down" hits the speakers Daniels: It's the number one contender for the newly dubbed Undisputed Combat Championship… Krimzon Blaze! Masters: I can't believe it, didn't you hear him speak earlier in the week, it was all Hardcore, how could he be out here Krimzon soaks in the applause from the fans Masters: And he's on the same side as his opponent tonight Daniels: Newcore isn't about sides William, it's about protecting CZW, but CZW still has to go on. And Krimzon Blaze will be facing off for the title shot he earned, that's the way it should be Krimzon takes the mic from Kirkland as both men hug Krimzon: Like Eddie, I wasn't sure which side was right and which was wrong, but after hearing from Kirkland I knew what side I needed to be on Damage smiles in the ring, rubbing his hands together at this explosion of talent to join Newcore Krimzon: So after I came to that realisation I made a few calls of my own Kirkland and Eddie both raise their eyebrows at this as Krimzon continues, he nods at Kirkland and both men start towards the ring while Blaze continues Krimzon: I'm glad you agreed to Eddie's demand earlier Damage, because, to be honest, I wasn't sure how you'd take this… but it's nice to know you don't have a choice Smiling, and with Damage looking perplexed, Blaze nips to the apron and through the ropes while Kirkland rolls under, looking out over the fans, he goes to Eddie and they shake hands, Eddie looking him up and down and whispering something to him, patting Brian on the chest Damage: What ARE you talking about Bl… Derek is cut off as the MGM Grand Garden Arena is plunged into darkness, and the crowd starts to buzz as air raid sirens gently course through the audience Daniels: Oh God, what now? Masters: I don't know what's happening here, and I know I don't like it, every man that Damage gets to his cause is one more unneeded obstacle. Brian Kirkland, our head trainer come returning HARDCORE FUCKIGN LEGEND, with Newcore is bad enough… But I do know you've never looked better, I have to say the darkness suits you Jarred, so well done to you on that. Jarred Daniels: Even in all this, you're still a dick click here, music link so watch your volume The air raid sirens fade, and Damage, Eddie and Kirkland all look up to the entrance, while Krimzon has a knowing smile. There's nothing but radio silence for a few seconds until... "THE ACE OF SPADES!!! THE ACE OF SPADES!!!" Daniels: WHAT?!?!?! Masters: NO WAY!!! NO!!!! Lemmy's growl echoes through the building, but you wouldn't know it as the crowd rises with an earth-shattering roar with chants of 'ACE! ACE! ACE!' as the opening notes to the iconic Motorhead track rip through the MGM Grand Garden Arena, turning the crowd delirious with joy. Derek shakes his head in the ring, and points up the ramp in disbelief, stamping his feet. And Sure enough, with pyro going off to the drum beats and spotlights pulsing uncontrollably, a huge explosion eventually heralds the arrival of ACE KING for the first time in over three years! Daniels: HE'S HERE IN THE FLESH! THE GAMBLER, THE CZW ORIGINAL, VEGAS'S OWN IS BACK TO SAVE THE COMBAT ZONE! Masters: BUT WHY? DID HE NOT LEARN FROM BEING AN UPRISING CASTOFF? HE SHOULD HAVE STAYED AWAY! Daniels: TIME CAN HEAL ALMOST ANY WOUND, BILL, AND NOW THE FORMER TWO-TIME WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION AND COMBAT ZONE ICON IS BACK! I NEVER THOUGHT I'D SEE THIS DAY! William Masters: I was hoping not to see this day.. The crowd is still going berserk as Ace surveys their reaction, allowing a smirk to ever-so-briefly wash across his face before roaring 'I'M BACK!' into the nearby camera and staring at the stunned men in the ring. He stands in Glory as Damage can finally be heard over the roar Damage: NO! NO WAY YOU SON OF A BITCH Eddie, smiling at the surprise: Damage, hush down, the men are talking Damage looks fit to burst as Ace plays to both sides of the crowd while still on the stage, leaning down at the corner and being passed a microphone Ace: Damage, you don't look happy Damage: You expect me to what? Pat you on the back after the uprising? Ace: It's true, people seem to always want to rise up against you, maybe it's just something about your personality that makes people want to beat you to submission The crowd laugh as Ace continues Ace: Whatever course of action I've taken in the past I've always felt justified, and I make no excuses or apologies, just as I make no apologies for coming here tonight to stand up for the New CZW. The way I see it, whether it's your senility finally taking you down a happy road or those shareholders keeping you in check, you're actually doing right by this company. Oh, as Eddie said, I know it's based on personal greed, but you can't argue with results. I've been known to look to the past, but never to the detriment of my future. And the future is just fine without Covey and his poison Masters: MOTHER FUC… Ace: But as I said, I also look to my past, so let's see. Tonight we've had Eddie bring back Kirkland, Kirkland bring over my old friend Krimzon Blaze X T C X T C X T C Ace: And Krimzon bring out my good self, there's a couple pieces missing from this Beautiful Agony XTC reunion we seem to have going on. Mike King is with his boy in the back, and I can only hope he convinces him that anything Covey is bad news. Brian Blaze is booting up for his match later tonight and we haven't had a chance to talk to him yet Kirkland: We will Ace: Yes, we will. Mike Monroe has chosen to remain retired, haven't you Mike? Daniels: What? Where? The camera swings to where Ace directed his question on the left, looking through the front row until Mike Monroe comes in to shot Daniels: Holy shit it's Mike Monroe Mike waves as the fans cheer, and in the ring all men give him a soldier's salute, in a friendly mock, which he returns and sits back in his chair, waving the camera away Ace: Let's see, is there anyone I'm missing? Daniels: No Masters: What is he? No… Daniels: Oh let it be… Masters: Please don't let it be Damage has a greedy look as realisation dawns on the other three men in the ring Ace, stops tapping his forehead and looks up smiling… oh YEAH! HIT OUR DAMN MUSIC! "Writings on the Wall" by The Tea Party plays and the crowd raise in unison as the 5 Star Gamblers Tron plays on the screen, Eddie hits the ropes in happy disbelief, Krimzon Blaze runs to the turnbuckle to get a better look up the ramp and Kirkland nods The crowd, waiting for it, EXPLODE as his team mate steps on to the stage Daniels: IT'S EL PABLO, IT'S EL FUCKING PABLO!!! THE FIVE STAR GAMBLERS ARE BACK!!! Masters: Oh god El Pablo come out to the ramp, wearing his trademark mask, but with a 5 Star Gamblers T-Shirt on, hugging his friend on the stage Daniels: I NEVER THOUGHT I'D SEE THE DAY! The team begin to walk down the ramp, soaking in the highest point of the night as one of the best teams in CZW history hit the apron, Pablo and Ace both grab the top rope and mirror each other, jumping over and in to the ring, Spinning and hitting the turnbuckles, holding up their arms to the delight of the fans Damage: Ace King, there's no way in hell that you're getting in here Ace looks behind him at Damage and the song slowly fades away as Ace turns on Damage Ace: You don't get it old man, it's not a choice, you don't get to pick and choose us, we're a team, we ARE the Newcore, and anyone else that wants to join us is free to. You want El Pablo, you want Krimzon Blaze, you want Brian Kirkland At this point he looks to Eddie, who nods with a huge smile on his face, old enemies with a lot of respect Ace:… you want Eddie Rowan, you take me Damage: FINE! I'll keep up my end of the bargain Ace: Eddie, you mind if I add one more little thing to that list? Eddie: Feel free Ace: Good, here's the deal Damage, you lose tonight to Matt Covey, hell, even if you WIN, I don't care, you step aside, you want us to stand up for CZW we do it without your interference. We'll come to you when we need you, got it? And once we restore order then things can go back to the way they were, until then, you stay out of our way, all of Newcore, and let us deal with business The crowd cheer as Damage flummoxes in the ring Damage: I can't, I won't Team XTC and Beautiful Agony stand side by side in the ring, facing damage, the arena is alive and electric, even the Hardcore faithful are fully drowned out by the cheers and brays from the fans Damage: FINE… FINE I AGREE, ARE YOU HAPPY? Ace: To be back in CZW? El Pablo looks around, nodding at Kirkland, who nods back, then turns and nods to Ace Ace: Hell Yeah! "Guerrilla Radio" by Rage against the Machine plays Daniels: Team XTC's music playing these men out as they all, well head over to the side of the ring, to talk to Mike Monroe it looks like, HA They signal Mike to jump over the barrier and head with them to the back, which he does, and walks up the ramp with them, they all talk among themselves, and at the top turns to the fans who go wild Daniels: I cannot believe that. What a way to kick off this Pay Per View Masters: It's a travesty, every single one of those men should be standing with Hardcore, where their names were made, no fan would be cheering for any of them it wasn't for what the Hardcore team is trying to bring back. Daniels: Those are men with a love for the company, not of the Ultraviolence Masters: But Brian Kirkland though, I cannot WAIT to hear why he would side with Damage over us Daniels: To be honest, neither can i. But the Pay Per View IS underway, and with a newly named Championship and Beautiful XTC Masters: We are NOT calling them that, Newcore is bad enough Daniels: …already taking this Pay Per View to astronomical heights it's time to finally get in to some action as newcomer Trent Stone take on Tsabusa Takahiro in our first match of the night =-=-=-=-=-=-= ![]() TRENT STONE vs TSUBASA TAKAHIRO =-=-=-=-=-=-= Daniels: What an explosive opening we've had; this crowd is obviously STILL buzzing over the return of Brian Kirkland, El Pablo and of course hometown CZW legend Ace King who all aligned themselves with the Newcore! Masters: Ace is going to be a bust, Jarred, so don't bust a nut over him. Daniels: Leave it to William Masters to be the buzzkill. Masters: I'll kill more than the buzz; what's wrong with wanting a return to the old days? Daniels: My self-esteem, for starters. Masters: Shut up, nobody cares, and you know it. Daniels: ..ANYWAY, with all that's happened already, we haven't even gotten to our first match yet! As if on cue, Thomas and Mack Center plunges into near total darkness. The opening bass line from 'Stone' by Alice in Chains has the crowd buzzing, as they've never heard it before. As the guitar riff kicks in, white strobe lights pulse uncontrollably throughout the building before focusing on the ramp, where Trent Stone emerges with an intense look on his face. Daniels: Well, as I said at the top of the show we first heard from Trent Stone on the last Overdrive, and now we'll get to see him in action as he tries to make believers out of his new promotion. Masters: He's got one in me, JD; this is the kind of guy who would have fit in ANY era of the Combat Zone. The crowd begins to boo Stone as his stare pierces the audience while he methodically walks down the ramp, the strobe lights following his every move. Towers: This match is scheduled FOR One-fall! Introducing first… Making his CZW debut, FROM Albuquerque, New Mexico, weighing in 241 pounds… 'The Anti-Saint' TRENT... STOOOOOOOOOOONE!!! Stone rolls into the ring under the bottom rope, quickly standing tall and looking expressionless into the crowd. Daniels: We've only seen him for a couple minutes, but you can tell there's a certain enigmatic, cold ambiance about Stone that we haven't seen in a long time, maybe since someone like Ryan Shane. Masters: You call it enigmatic, I call it intensity, and I love it. Stone goes to the second turnbuckle and draws a crucifix in the air with his flat-palmed hand. After a few seconds, he punches a hole through it, further inciting the anger of the Vegas crowd. Daniels: How crass with the imagery; a gesture befitting of a man known as The Anti-Saint, to say the least. Masters: How dare you insult Stone with that comparison! I don't get it, he's an Anti-Saint in a place riddled with sinners. They should be worshipping him here. Daniels: Come on, the people here aren't bad! The way you talk about them, they should have a 666 area code. Masters: Do they not? Stone backs slowly toward the centre of the ring, hanging his head and extending his arms crucifix-style. He whips his long hair back, his eyes burning holes into the camera amidst an increasingly hostile crowd as the house lights come back up. The jeering turns to cheering as the opening notes to 'Heart of Sword' by T.M.Revolution kick in, as the house lights turn gold. Katie Damage comes out, her blonde hair in extensions that nearly touch the ground and held on her hair with a headpiece. She's also clutching what appears to be a black stuffed cat under one of her arms, and a wand in the other. Daniels: And look at that, Katie Damage is going all-out to channel a little Sailor Moon with her wardrobe tonight. Masters: You knowing that disgusts me, though I will say, Sailor Venus introduced me to a new, rhyming body part as a child. Daniels: What? Masters: What? Daniels: In the butt? Masters: Just stop; I'm sure Dork and Mindy over there wouldn't like you saying such vulgar things. Tsubasa Takahiro emerges a few seconds later to a nice ovation, heaving a big sigh as he sees Katie trying to cast spells on the crowd with her wand. Towers: AND Introducing his opponent… From Hartford, Connecticut by way of Kyoto, Japan, weighing in at 235 pounds… TSUBASA TA-KA-HIROOOOOOO!!! He walks down the entrance ramp himself, with Katie realizing it a few seconds later and frantically running to catch up with him, much to Takahiro's chagrin. He steps up on to the ring apron, but as he's taking his coat off, Stone launches himself at Takahiro, connecting with a HUGE forearm smash that sends Takahiro crashing to the floor! The crowd boos Stone heavily for that move, though the man himself just stares coldly into the crowd. Daniels: Oh, COME ON! Well, like it or not, there's some of that heavy aggression we've heard about with Trent Stone coming in, not even bothering to wait for the bell to make a statement. Masters: Time waits for no man, Jarred, and Trent Stone is clearly not just another man. Stone looks down on Takahiro, his eyes boring through the Japanese import who has gotten to his feet after having his bell rung. Stone suddenly sprints across the ring and back, soaring over the top rope… ONLY FOR A RECOVERED TAKAHIRO TO CATCH HIM WITH A KNEE TO THE FACE!!! Daniels: Wow, GREAT awareness from Takahiro there, catching Stone with that heavy shot and levelling the playing field! Masters: He can't do that, Trent was an unsuspecting victim! Daniels: And Takahiro wasn't a second ago? Masters: No, he was being a moron. Takahiro is back to his feet quickly, and he goes to Stone, whose hands are covering his face, and rolls him into the ring under the bottom rope, quickly following himself. Takahiro waits for Stone to get back to his feet, and the referee motions to the timekeeper. DING DING DING Daniels: Well, with all that's happened already, there's the official start of the match! Masters: Thanks, Captain Obvious. Takahiro and Stone immediately tie up in the middle of the ring, and it's quickly a stalemate as neither man is giving the other an inch. Takahiro goes for another quick knee while tied up, but Stone blocks it by turning his body to absorb the impact. The referee eventually breaks up the hold and orders both men back to their corners. Daniels: Both men are about the same size here, Bill, so the test of strength isn't going to get either man too far in this one. Masters: And calling me Bill again will get you as far as a hole in the ground. Takahiro comes back from his corner, arms extended in anticipation of another lock-up with Stone. However, 'The Anti-Saint' has no such plans, smashing Takahiro with a shin kick to the gut, buckling Takahiro and allowing Stone to gain an advantage, forcing Takahiro into the corner and setting up Stone for a wild flurry of punches to a loud chorus of boos before the referee pulls Stone away. Daniels: There's another sample of that fury and aggression from Trent Stone, which we've heard has been honed in some of the planet's deepest reaches throughout his mysterious career! Masters: I didn't know you could wrestle inside your mother. Daniels: Go fuck yourself. Masters: I actually can, and maybe I will. The referee reprimands Stone, who responds with his typical cold visage before making another beeline for Takahiro, who ducks and drills Stone with a jumping European uppercut! The blow staggers Stone temporarily and allows Takahiro to close the gap, landing an elbow on Stone's jaw to further stagger him before turning him around and connecting on a German suplex! Much to Katie's approval, Takahiro goes for the cover. 1! … 2! Stone kicks out just as the referee's hand hits the mat for the second time, and both men are quickly back to their feet. Takahiro goes to lock up with Stone again, only for Stone to grab one of his arms and quickly whip around to complete an Arm Trap Neckbreaker! Stone is quickly back on his feet as Takahiro tries to recover; however, Stone is on him quickly. He lifts Takahiro up, then executes a textbook Slingshot Suplex! Stone goes for the cover… 1! . 2! . Takahiro gets an arm up at about 2 and a half, pushing Stone off of him. Stone is quickly back to his feet and looking to continue the assault, but Takahiro cuts off his space, dropping Stone with a sitout jawbreaker. Stone wobbles backward, but he stays on his feet as Takahiro gets back to his. With Stone using the ropes for balance, Takahiro springs up and goes for a huge dropkick, connecting and sending Stone over the top rope and down to the floor! Daniels: WOW, look at Tsubasa Takahiro go! Masters: 'sa bastard all right Daniels: Was that British humour? I don't get British humour Stone crawls toward the steel steps on the outside, though Takahiro is watching him closely. As Stone gets to his feet, Takahiro launches himself onto the top rope, then lunges and Stone… Daniels: OH MAN, FOUL PLAY!!! Masters: THAT'S FOR PEARL HARBOR! Takahiro lunges at Stone to attempt a Flying DDT, but Stone has just enough awareness to execute his Diamond Cutter, catching Takahiro in mid-air and driving him face-first into the steel steps, busting Takahiro open. The crowd gasps at the move, though Stone is unaffected by the reaction. He looks over the fallen Takahiro, who's now bleeding from the mouth, then stares daggers through Katie Damage, who's standing nearby with her hand over her mouth. Stone rolls Takahiro into the ring under the bottom rope, then drapes himself on top for the cover... 1! . 2! . 3-NOOOOOOO! The crowd pops as Takahiro just gets a shoulder up, leaving Stone slightly miffed. Takahiro wipes the blood from his mouth and allows a slight smirk to cross his face before going after Stone. The two men lock up in the middle of the ring again, only for Takahiro to hit an Arm Drag on Stone to send 'The Anti-Saint' flying. However, Stone's momentum allows him to roll to his feet, and as Takahiro approaches to attempt a Headlock Driver, Stone shoots forward, taking Takahiro down and grabbing his legs to lock in a Texas Cloverleaf! Daniels: Wow, love him or hate it, you're seeing the versatility in Trent Stone's arsenal already, even against a very game Tsubasa Takahiro. Masters: Stone is just gaining momentum now, also as if he was a… Um… Help me out here… Daniels: ..A rolling stone? Masters: Goddamnit. Takahiro is in agony as he tries to reach for the bottom rope, which is JUST out of his grasp. Eventually, a second push allows Takahiro to reach the rope and break the hold, but not before Stone maximizes the effect of the hold, wrenching back on Takahiro's legs before the referee orders the break. Stone backs off for a second, but then launches himself back onto Takahiro, using the bottom rope to cut off Takahiro's circulation, drawing more boos from the crowd. The referee notices immediately, though, and orders Stone to break it. Takahiro takes a moment to catch his breath, though Stone is back on the attack, attempting a Rocker Dropper as Takahiro gets back to his feet. However, Takahiro slips under and lifts Stone's other leg off the ground, putting Stone on his shoulders before executing a Fireman's Carry Slam, much to the delight of the Vegas crowd! Takahiro pulls Stone to his feet, only to slam him back down with the Full Nelson Facebuster! Takahiro goes for the cover, only for Stone to immediately kick out. Stone is back up, and he sprints across the ring, coming back to Takahiro and executing the Rocker Dropper the second time around. Stone whips Takahiro across the ring; Stone follows Takahiro across the ring, but as Stone attempts a baseball slide, Takahiro braces himself on the ropes, sending Stone sliding out of the bottom of the ring! However, Takahiro is stuck between the second and top ropes, and before he can escape, Stone is back to his feet. He quickly hops onto the ring apron and gets Takahiro hung up on that second rope, and after a few seconds, he jumps off, slamming Takahiro's head into the apron before he rolls to the floor in front of a horrified Katie Damage. Masters: WHAT A MANEUVER! Daniels: Give him credit, he knows when and where to strike; that's one of the nastiest DDTs I've seen in a while. Stone quickly scales the turnbuckle, surveying the fallen Takahiro and turning his back to him. He bends his knees to start a Moonsault, only for Takahiro to find enough of a burst to nudge Stone and crotch him on the turnbuckle! Takahiro pops up the steps and lays into Stone with a few elbows to the back of his head, keeping Stone grounded and allowing Takahiro to get on top of the turnbuckle, but Stone lands a shot on Takahiro to ground him and allow Stone to regain his balance. Stone and Takahiro trade shots on the top turnbuckle; both men teeter with each shot, but neither one falls. Stone goes for an overhand right, but Takahiro blocks it and slides his arm under for one underhook, then gets the other! Daniels: This could be nighty-night if Takahiro can execute the Dangan Doroppu! Masters: SPEAK ENGLISH, JARRED! The crowd cheers loudly as Takahiro has Stone in position to execute the lifting double underhook DDT, but Stone fights it, headbutting Takahiro in the chest to release the hold while simultaneously hopping down to the second turnbuckle. Once he's there, he gets Takahiro in position, then tosses him over his head into the middle of the ring! Stone follows the through with a Moonsault, landing square on top of Takahiro! Daniels: My God, that was quite the reversal from Trent Stone, and the Disposition on top of it! Masters: Sunset Time for Tsubasa! Stone immediately goes for the cover… 1! . 2! . 3!!! . DING DING DING Daniels: And there it is, a victorious debut from newcomer Trent Stone, though it was certainly a strongly-contested bout on both sides. Masters: Oh man, CZW has a new demon on its hands; you'd best Believe In Stone. Stone rolls over after landing the pinfall, though his usual piercing gaze is still present as he slowly sits up in the ring, fans voicing their displeasure with the outcome. Towers: HERE IS YOUR WINNER… TRENT… STOOOOOOOONE! Stone remains expressionless as the referee raises his arm, eventually ripping it away from the referee and staring him down. After a few seconds, the referee leaves the ring, and Stone follows suit, though he makes his way out through the timekeeper's area. Daniels: Where's he going? Masters: He's taking a left turn, but it won't be back to Albuquerque, I can assure you of that. Stone simply continues walking through the crowd, remaining expressionless as the fans boo the hell out of him. Stone disappears into the back through the sea of fans Daniels: No word from that man where his allegiance falls in the waging war Masters: I think it's obvious where he belongs, that man is Hardcore Material if there ever was one Katie helps Tsubasa to his feet, holding him as he walks, disappointed, up the ramp Daniels: And this will lead us directly in to the next match of the evening, you have to admit that Damage's new layout for the shows has filled us with action end to end, there's not much space to breath between matches Masters: Not all the things are bad in this new era Jarred, we've never claimed that, you just can't get rid of the past and make a complete new future under the pasts banner, it's not fair, it doesn't work like that. This is CZW dammit Daniels: Well before you start ranting let's get on with the second match of the night |

=-=-=-=-=-=-=![]() THE RED FLASH EXPERIENCE Vs MACHAEL JAMES AND FRANCESCO NOTORIOSO =-=-=-=-=-=-= "(What's the story) Morning Glory" by Oasis hits the sound system and the audience direct their attention towards the entrance to see The Red Flash Experience making their way to the ring. Flash Lazzara leads the charge with a confident expression as Nathan Redmond follows behind as the two make their way to the ringside area. They both slide into the ring and move to the turnbuckles receiving a positive ovation from the fans. Daniels: Flash Lazzara seemed to have been pushed over the edge from last Overdrive's loss Masters: Pushed nothing, you heard the man, he was being held back, forced to change, the Lazzara we've seen so far was the one being pushed, this is the man free, and I like the new attitude Masters: Of course you would 'Siamo Solo Noi' by Vasco Rossi begins to play as the arena lights cut to black. Strobe lights of red white and green fill the arena, suddenly the "Hardcore" bastardized CZW logo appears on screen and Notorioso steps through the curtain wearing a logo on his t-shirt of the same ilk Daniels: NO, Not Francesco Masters: YES, HA. We got our paws on him through the week and he was only too happy to wear the old school colours Daniels: But WHY, he's such a handsome, muscular, handsome, big strong, handsome, fun, handsome guy Masters: I'll leave it to him to give you his reasons but keep in mind Jarred, this isn't about bad guys and good guys, only you've decided it's about that, this is about freedom, something CZW valued above everything else in the old days, something that needs to be brought back. And Notorioso is perfect for the group, he'll show everyone that good solid wrestling and a never say die attitude is what Hardcore is all about. The Notorios One slowly makes his way down the aisle towards the ring, flexing his biceps for the fans. He rolls into the ring to a mixture of cheers and boos, though admittedly the women still cheer for him no matter what side he's chosen, and climbs the turnbuckle raising his arm toward the crowd. He looks back at The Red Flash Experience with fire in his eyes, hoping to psyche them out. Daniels: Well I wonder if this will change anything between him and his partner Michael James, who have shown obvious distain for each other Masters: I wouldn't think so The lights in the building cut to black, leaving the audience with an awkward silence. Seconds later, "Soldierhead" by Newsted begins to play on the sound system as the "CZW Hardcore" logo appears in different spots throughout the arena. When the lights come up the fans spot Michael James making his way to the ring sporting his trademark leather jacket and Cuban cigar. Midway to the ring he begins arguing with a few fans, insulting them in Japanese before blowing a cloud of smoke into their faces. James takes his time approaching the ringside area and finally rolls under the bottom rope. He quickly makes it back to his feet, still gripping the cigar between his teeth as he removes his jacket. He tosses the jacket aside and faces the crowd sporting an official "CZW Hardcore" shirt. He then looks over at his partner for the evening and looks down at his shirt, shaking his head in disbelief and flicks the cigar at Notorioso's face Daniels: Damn it could break down right here Notorioso gets in the ring and points to his shirt and James shrugs Daniels: Well at least Notorioso was expecting loyalty Masters: He'll get loyalty, but they don't need to like each other, did you ever WATCH old CZW? The bell rings and both teams take opposite corners in preparation of the match. Redmond steps through the ropes allowing Lazzara to take the lead while Fransceso is seen arguing with James from the other side. James shows how much he cares about his new faction mate by striking the big man across the face with an open handed chop, sending Franceso staggering back as Lazzara sizes him up. He turns around as Flash plants his foot into the gut of Franceso causing him to double over. Lazzara takes advantage, pulling Francesco into position for a piledriver. He lifts up the genetic freak with ease and sends him crashing down to the canvas with a spike piledriver. While Francesco writhes in pain from effect of his awkward landing James is seen on the outside of the ring, laughing and drinking with a few of the fans. Flash drags Francesco back to his feet but the big man shoves Lazzara away and lunges at his opponent with a clothesline. Flash ducks the attempt and grabs Francesco from behind. He locks him into a stiff full nelson. Instead of using it as a submission, Flash lifts him up and sends his body crashing down with a suplex. Francesco bounces off the canvas like a rubber ball and begins to nurse the center of his back. Daniels: Strong start from the unchained Lazzara here, and to be able to full nelson slam a man of Francesco's girth is no mean feat Masters: I NEVER want to hear you talking of Francesco's "girth" again, okay Flash pulls Francesco to his feet and whips him to the ropes. When Francesco comes back he ducks a clothesline from Lazzara. He spins Flash around and nails him with a back elbow to the face. Francesco carelessly tosses Flash through the ropes and watches as his body slams against the concrete floor. Francesco climbs to the outside and drags Flash back up. He slumps Lazzara's broken body over his shoulder and begins running towards the ring post but Lazzara slips out of the hold and shoves Francesco into the steel post head first. A loud sound of metal making impact with bone echoes throughout the yard as Francesco crashes to the floor. Lazzara begins to hype up the crowd while his opponent lies motionless on the concrete, still dazed from running head first into the steel. Flash drags the big man back up and tosses him into the steel railing with an irish whip. Lazzara keeps him dazed with a few shots to the head as Francesco clings onto the railing. Flash moves to the apron and signals down to Francesco to receive a pop from the audience before leaping down with a flying clothesline. At the last second Francesco moves out of the way as Lazzara crashes into the railing directly on top of his chest. The audience releases an OOOOOOOooooooohhhhhh!!!! from the sight of the move as Flash slowly drops to the floor. Francesco drags Lazzara up and rolls him back inside of the ring. Masters: This is what I mean, Notorioso showing all the signs of an old school match here, he's a perfect fit Daniels: And the match was stopped from getting too far out of control and possible ending early because of the ref's ten count, a rule implemented by Damage working to great effect Masters: Pfft The big man slides back into the ring and stomps down on Lazzara before he can make the tag to Nathan Redmond. Francesco drags Flash into the corner and puts out his hand looking for a tag from his partner. James, still drinking beer with fans at ringside, casually makes his way to the apron as Francesco anxiously calls out for a tag. James makes it to the ropes and reaches out, but instead of tagging in he flips his middle finger and tells Francesco to "go-a fuck-a himself", clearly mocking his Italian accent. Infuriated, Francesco turns his attention away from Lazzara and begins yelling at James in Sicilian as James responds by yelling back in Japanese. Flash moves away from the corner and quickly tags in Redmond as Francesco keeps his attention directed at Michael James. Nathan calls out to Francesco and when he turns around both Nathan and Flash send him crashing to the canvas with a double superkick sending a loud "SMACK" sound throughout the building. Redmond goes for a cover on Francesco as Flash returns to the corner. 1 . . . . . 2 . . Francesco kicks out on the count of two. James, still on the outside, finishes up another beer and moves towards the timekeeper. He forces the small man out of his seat and picks up the steel chair, folding in the legs with a huge smile on his face. James approaches the apron and slides the chair across the canvas before rolling under the bottom rope. The referee quickly kicks the chair out of the ring before James can get his hands on it, causing an angered and drunken Michael James to start yelling at the referee. Masters: What the hell is the ref playing at? Daniels: The full rules are in force, including the new disqualification rule. The referee was just doing what was right Masters: Jesus Redmond and Francesco size each other up, trading punches with Francesco getting the better end of the exchange. He clubs Redmond across the back making him double over as Francesco locks him into position for power bomb. Lazzara takes advantage and jumps over the top rope and clocks Francesco with an enziguri before he can execute the move. Flash rolls out of the ring as James finally returns to the opposite corner. Masters: Great use of the referee distraction there by Lazzara Redmond covers Francesco and hooks the leg. 1 . . . . . . . 2 . . . . . Francesco barely kicks out at 2 ½. Redmond drags him back to his feet and whips Francesco to the ropes. He comes back and Redmond ducks a clothesline attempt, tricking him with a drop toe hold in the middle of the ring. Nathan stomps on Francesco a few times before making a tag to Lazzara as Flash leaps over the top rope and joins his partner in the ring. Just as Francesco makes it to his knees, the two men run bounce off the ropes from opposite sides of the ring. They both charge the big man at the same time and sandwich his head between two individual super kicks sending another "SMACK" sound echoing throughout the building. Francesco's eyes roll back as his body slumps to the canvas. Lazzara goes for a cover…. 1 . . . . . . . 2 . . . . . James rushes into the ring and breaks the count by kicking Flash in the head. The referee pushes Michael back to his own corner as Francesco is the first back to his feet. He drags Flash up and positions him for a fall away slam, easily tossing Lazzara clear across the ring. Francesco moves to his corner and tags in Michael James as James finally steps between the ropes allowing The Notrios one some much needed rest and to clear his head after the sandwiching kick. Michael pulls Lazzara back up while talking trash in Japanese, pointing to the "CZW Hardcore" emblem on his shirt. Flash shoves James back and begins unloading on him with lefts and rights, dropping him with a spinning hook to the jaw. Lazarra stays on James, stomping into his chest and upper body before tagging Redmond back in. They both drag James up and whip him into the corner. Lazzara charges Michael and slams him into the turnbuckles with a brutal running clothesline. As James dangles from the ropes Redmond charges his prey and drives him back into the corner with a running spear. James slowly crashes to the canvas, showing no sign of life as Redmond starts climbing the turnbuckle. Lazzara stands with his back to Redmond as he approaches the corner, allowing Nathan to use his shoulders as a catapult. Redmond leaps into the air with a picture perfect Phoenix Splash, crashing down directly on top of Michael James. The crowd erupts in response to the move. Masters: Incredible Daniels: Agreed Lazzara goes for a cover on James as Francesco rushes in to make the save. 1 . . . . . . . 2 . . . . . After ducking a clothesline from Redmond, the big man breaks the count at the last second with an elbow to the head of Lazzara. He drags Flash to his feet and then positions him up with a full body press, holding Lazzara high above his head. Francesco turns to Redmond and tosses Flash down on top of his partner as both men collide with the canvas. Redmond rolls out of the ring as Lazzara lays motionless on the mat, allowing James time to drag him back to his feet. Francesco moves to the outside as James wraps his hand around Flash's throat, sending him into the air and then crashing across his knee with a Stumpgrinder Chokeslam. Instead of going for a cover, Michael tags in Francesco before dragging Flash back to his feet. James tells Francesco to hold him up as the big man locks Lazzara into a full nelson. James moves to the opposite side of the ring and yells out to the crowd while pointing towards Flash. Masters: See, unification even in the throes of hatred, cohesive unit, and it might just get the job done here James charges toward the two men with an Osaka Spike Kick, but accidently misses his target when Lazzara slips out of the hold causing James to plant his boot into the side of Francesco's head. The audience erupts as Francesco crashes to the canvas and rolls under the bottom rope. Before James has a chance to react, Lazzara lifts him up and places him into position for a tombstone piledriver. Redmond reaches over and smacks Lazzaro's back for the tag and immediately climbs to the top turnbuckle for a spike assist, but James wriggles free in time, running to the turnbuckle and chopping Redmond's leg away, crotching him to the sympathetic "oohs" of the fans, James turns straight back to Flash and duck a running elbow, Flash spins and gets caught in the gut by James' boot Daniels: Double Arm Spike Piledriver, what a devastating move James covers Flash but the referee signals that the tag was made and Redmond is the legal ma. In frustration James gets back to his feet and grabs the still bent over on the top turnbuckle Redmond, puts his foot on the second rope using it to jump high in to the air and forces Redmond's head to the canvas in a super elevated jumping DDT Masters: Amazing move, Flash ands Redmond had it their way all match, but that has to be it James deliberately moves Redmond away from the ropes and covers 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . . . 3!!! Daniels: And it's all over, Michael James and Notorioso, both sadly members of the Hardcore group Masters: Both happily members of the Hardcore group, take the victory in a gruelling match. They knew they had to work hard to take down Notorioso, his size is a huge threat to anyone, and did so effectively, but Notorioso back to his feet here on the outside after that miscommunication between himself and James earlier Daniels: He's a hardy, handsome, man. And disgustingly Hardcore have picked up a win here tonight. Notorioso goes in to the ring to celebrate, but looks on at James with fire as the referee raises his huge arm Masters: Flash looks to be upset here on the outside, Redmond is trying to keep him calm, but he's walking up this ramp with purpose, things aren't going well for that team Daniels: But that's to be expected when they are still in the teething stages of being together. They've shown over the past few weeks they can work well together and were a great unit in working over Notorioso tonight James walks out of the ring ahead of Notorioso, who goes to the apron and around the ring, flexing his muscles at all the pretty ladies in audience, pointing to the Hardcore logo and himself before taking the t-shirt off and throwing it to the crowd. It gets thrown back at him amid some boos, but Francesco simply smiles, takes the t-shirt one more time and hands it to an almost swooning lady in the front row before finally heading up the ramp Daniels: What an incredible match, even if it did see Hardcore gain another member, let's hope there's no more of that tonight. Masters: Let's hope there's A LOT more =-=-=-=-=-=-= ![]() BRIAN BLAZE vs CHRISTIAN YORK =-=-=-=-=-=-= Daniels: It's time for out next match this evening, which showcases one of our CZW legends here Brian Blaze as he takes on X-Division Money in the Bank holder Christian York "Let me Entertain You" comes over the speakers and the crowd cheer loudly as Brian Blaze walks out, wearing his Disasterpiece T-shirt, and, rather than slap the fans hands he walks straight to the ring looking focused Daniels: Looks like this new attitude hasn't diluted any, I hope it translates in to wins Blaze holds his hands up to the fans, acknowledging their cheers, and finally lets a small smile break through Daniels: This crowd still a firm supporter of Blaze, and he can't help but respect that Christian York jumps over the barrier behind the back of Blaze Daniels: WATCH OUT Too late, Blaze is struck from behind by York, sending him hard to the canvas, a further kick to the ribs sends him to his back, he rolls to his feet as the ref finally calls for the bell DING DING DING Daniels: And we're under way AFTER the sneak attack by York, and Blaze holding those ribs whole staring fire through Christian York Blaze goes for a tie up but is shut down and face planted by York, Blaze gets to his feet slowly, with the crowd behind him, and starts to circle York, who comes in with a right, ducked by Blaze, Christian spins in to an Irish Whip, sending him to the ropes, a back body drop on the return taking him to the canvas. He gets up straight in to an arm drag, then another, and another. Blaze dusts off his hands as the third keeps Christian down Daniels: You have to wonder how Blaze is feeling here after seeing Beautiful Agony and XTC out here earlier tonight, there's been no word from them since, but we know that they Have Blaze in their sights Christian is back up and sidesteps Blazes dropkick, trying to land an elbow drop of the downed Brian Blaze, but Brian rolls in time to his feet, grabbing York in to a headlock as he rises, York reverses the headlock in to a backdrop, but Blaze rolls through it, landing on his feet behind York, he taps York on the shoulder, who turns straight in to belly to belly suplex 1 . . . . . 2 . . Daniels: Kickout by York York sends a forearm in to the covering Blaze and both men roll to their feet, they tie up and Blaze takes York over in a swift and vicious snap suplex, the fans roar as Blaze gets back to his feet and waits for York to roll to his knees OOOHH Daniels: What a sickening kick to the ribs Masters: That's what York gets to be fair, the Blaze we knew would have let that slide, this is better, and for once these stupid fans are behind it Blaze gets cheers from the fans as York rolls in the canvas, holding his ribs, he's dragged to his feet by his hair however and thrown, shoulder first, through the turnbuckles in to the post, slumping down. Blaze wastes no time and grabs the hair once more, lifting Yorks face and smashing it OVER and OVER on the second turnbuckle pad Daniels: Christ stop him ref The referee counts to five and tells Brian to get him out of the turnbuckle or he'll be disqualified. Blaze lets go immediately and holds both arms up, walking away Daniels: And running straight back in with a knee across the back of Yorks head, smashing his face in to that turnbuckle once more Blaze covers but the referee tells him to that York's arm is underneath the ropes Masters: Fucking ridiculous, make the count Daniels: He can't William, that would be against the RULES Masters: See the fact you relish in saying it shows that it's a perverted thing to say in this enviroment Blaze Yanks York by his feet closer in the ring for the count 1 . . . . . . 2 . . . . . Daniels: KICKOUT again by York, that was unexpected, I'm surprised he could remember how to do that after the punishment his head just took Masters: Tenacity Daniels, something that's missing here lately Daniels: I wouldn't say that at all Blaze stands up and puts his hands on his hips, finally he looks to crowd and call for the Blaze of Glory Daniels: This is how he ended the match last week, but in much more violent circumstances Masters: A circumstance which, this week, would have got him disqualified, and that's the problem right there Daniels: AND HE LANDS IT! The crowd cheer as Blaze covers 1 . . . . . . . 2 . . . . . . . 3!!! Daniels: A DECISIVE victory there for Brian Blaze, who kicks York out of the ring while his music plays and the referee holds his hand up Masters: Not so much pandering to the crowd, brutal force, strong finish, that's what we've been needing from him As York is helped to the back by the ring crew Blaze calls for the next match to start Daniels: Looks like Blaze is staying out here to support Mortius in his upcoming match alongside Nigrescence taking on Leon Corbin =-=-=-=-=-=-= ![]() LEON CORBIN vs MORTIUS & NIGRESCENSE =-=-=-=-=-=-= Daniels: Next tonight, as we just stated, we have a- Masters: A pure travesty of justice.. Daniels: Hardcore handicap match, which sees Leon Corbin- Masters: What a guy! Daniels: Take on both Mortius AND Nigrescence- Masters: Oversized brutes.. Daniels: At the same time! Masters: How is that fair? Daniels: I'd ask your thoughts on this, but I think it's pretty clear already.. Masters: It should be clear to everyone. Derek Damage is abusing his position of power. How fair is it to put a promising young talent in a match where the odds are intentionally stacked against him? Daniels: Some might argue that Leon brought this upon himself by routinely turning up and disrupting CZW events after drawing the Fired case in the Feast-or-Fired match.. Masters: His case was switched between the PPV and the reveal.. Of course, we can't PROVE it, but Damage clearly wanted him gone.. It just makes sense! Daniels: Enough conspiracy theories.. Let's get on with the action.. The camera swings to the ring, and Jessica Towers. Towers: The following contest is a hardcore handicap match and is scheduled for one fall! The lights cut sharply, plunging the arena into an eerie crimson red. An expectant and excited buzz fills the air.. The pause feels like minutes, but lasts only seconds.. The drums kick in.. Then the familiar voice of Chris Jericho, alongside the riff of Inside My Head by Fozzy. Leon walks out, his hood up, face completely shaded from view. Stopping at the top of the stage, he pauses, scanning across the arena. Daniels: Since his promotional video this week, fans have been eagerly anticipating the first glimpse of Corbin.. To see for themselves the result of his antics with the razor. He waits, letting anticipation build before throwing his head back, pushing off his hood and giving out a roar. Looking down again, a sadistic grin forms upon his face, eyes flaring with the torment inside his mind. Immediately the effects of his shaving are clear.. A buzz cut on his right side, while the top and left retain his familiar longer hair, swept across now to the left side. Masters: Get a good look folks.. This is the future of CZW.. Holly Swann strides out to join him, wrapping her arms around his neck and planting a kiss upon his cheek. Towers: Introducing first.. Representing HARDCORE.. He is accompanied to the ring and presented to you all by Holly Swann.. From Cambridge, England.. 'The Dark Curse'.. LEON CORBIN!! They make their way towards the ring, a distinct focus upon Leon's face, while Holly takes a moment to give a few high-fives to people wearing HARDCORE shirts in front row. Reaching ringside, Leon leaps up onto the apron landing on one knee with other leg outstretched. Pulling himself to his feet, he jumps over the top rope, landing in the corner, and immediately bouncing onto the second rope, glaring across the audience and down at Brian Blaze. Holly makes her way up the steps, marching along the apron to stand below Leon. In one motion his coat is whipped off and thrown down to Holly, who takes it and moves to her seat at ringside. Towers: And his opponent.. The arena goes dark, the opening string of Tearing the Veil from Grace begin, as the lyrics start a light shines just in front of the curtain, Mortius is there, his head bowed. Towers: Hailing from San Antonio, Texas.. This.. Is.. MORTIUS! He slowly walks to the top of the ramp and stops, looking up, attention focused on the ring. Finally, the blast beat kicks in and frenetic purple lights matching the beat play over the arena as Mortius makes his way down the ramp. Reaching ringside, he takes a moment to nod at Brian Blaze, who is pointing out the Disasterpiece T-Shirt he is still wearing to the crowd Daniels: As Eddie Rowan pointed out a few months ago that T-Shirt IS available on CZW.Com Blaze takes a seat at the opposite side of the ring to Holly.. Masters: Brian Blaze.. What is he still doing out here? Daniels: as I said earlier, I guess he's decided to support his friend in this one.. Masters: Don't get me wrong, I respect his new attitude, but the deck is already stacked against the up and coming star Leon Corbin, his presence isn't necessary Mortius climbs up to the ring, and then he sits on the top of one of the turnbuckles, his head once again bowed, his hair draping over his face, waiting for the bell to ring, eyes firmly locked upon Leon. Towers: and his partner.. The lights suddenly die, as the whole arena is seeped into a pit of darkness. The fans react by going deadly silent, whilst half of the crowd hold up their cell phones creating a galaxy of lights. The soft music slowly plays as white smoke begins to filter out, surrounding the stage and infiltrating the front row. From the smoke emerges a solitary figure, however not all can be seen. The bass kicks in as small bolts of lightning shoots down upon the stage, but still nothing can be seen. The music changes, as a huge bolt of lightning shoots down and the stage is lit up with an eerie scarlet glow. Standing on the stage is Nigrescence. Towers: From Parts Unknown.. NIGRESCENCE! The fans boo as they watch Nigrescence march down the ramp. Another lightning bolt shoots down as the music tempo changes the scarlet glow turns to a white spotlight on the ring, which is where Nigrescence comes to a stop, looking between his partner and his opponent.. Daniels: No Jesse Montana here tonight.. I'm getting word in my ear that Nigrescence turned up to the arena alone tonight.. Masters: So Montana decided to no-show? I don't blame him, after being outshone by the Justice On All Counts ending to Overdrive.. DING DING DING The bell sounds, but nobody moves, which only serves to increase the tension. Fans, as to be expected, are mixed.. Some behind Corbin and Hardcore, while others support his opponents, Derek Damage's "punishment" in this match. Daniels: Anticipation is high here for the first move.. The first move comes from Nigrescence, the moment getting the better of him as he charges Corbin. Leon ducks the wildly swinging arms, spinning to drive a series of quick round kicks to the leg. This buckles Nigrescence, but the advantage is short-lived, as Mortius comes in with a big axe-handle double-club to the back. Leon tries to wheel away to regroup, but find himself grabbed by the scruff of the neck and thrown into a corner. Mortius goes to follow him in, but Nigrescence pushes past, leaping at Corbin with a flurry punches. The bigger man stands back, waiting his turn, which seems increasingly unlikely as Nigrescence beats Corbin down to a seated position. This prompts Mortius to move in, attempting to pull back his partner to regroup. Daniels: Could we be seeing the first strains in this temporary team? Masters: I certainly hope so.. The sooner they start fighting, the sooner the chaos can ensue… Nigrescence shrugs off the withdrawal, causing Mortius to put more force into his pull. Nigrescence spins, immediately entering into a stare down. The fans rise in anticipation of an early fracture to the partnership, but end disappointed as Mortius pushes Nigrescence aside to drive a knee into the stomach of a rising Corbin. A second knee connects, this to the jaw, dropping Corbin to the canvas. Mortius picks him back up, lifting Leon straight into a sidewalk slam, staying in position for a cover. ONE - Nigrescence pulls his makeshift team-mate off, diving straight down to cover for himself, but not even getting a single count before Corbin kicks out. Once again, the team of two find themselves face-to-face. Daniels: Corbin taking all the beatings so far, and it seems the greatest threat to his opponents are each other. Masters: Leon is playing possum.. Trust me, our man will have a plan here. While the two stare down, Leon slips from the ring. Diving under it, he re-emerges better equipped.. In his right hand, a kendo stick.. In his left, a trashcan lid, held like a shield. Masters: What did I tell you?! Daniels: It seems my colleague is right.. Leon has himself an equaliser.. Sliding back in, Mortius & Nigrescence turn to the movement. Both men are treated to kendo shots in turn.. Nigrescence, Mortius, Nigrescence.. Then an elbow from Mortius blocked by the makeshift shield, and prompt Corbin to deliver a double-shot with the kendo stick. Unfortunately for him, the second shot is caught, right in the middle of Mortius' sizeable hands. If the impact stung, we get no indication of it as the kendo stick is not only pulled away, but thrown across to the other side of the ring. Corbin's shield is no match for the big man either, quickly bend out of shape as Leon raises it in defence. With a look of awe, Leon looks at the bent metal, before swinging it wildly at his opponent. Once again, he's unfortunate, as it's mere moments too late. Mortius's elbow smashes him clean in the temple, staggering Leon back into the ropes, dropping the lid as he falls. Using the opportunity presented, Mortius whips Corbin away. Only quick thinking allows Leon to duck under a big boot aimed his way by Nigrescence, sliding under the bottom rope as he does so with a smooth baseball slide. Masters: Look at that quick thinking! Daniels: Corbin once again going to the outside.. Remember, there are no count outs under hardcore rules.. Mortius & Nigrescence seem to work in union for once, each sliding out an opposite side, preparing to corner Corbin. Leon once again goes under the apron, quickly pulling out a chair and a second kendo stick. The kendo stick is tossed into the ring, while the chair meets the skull of the first man to him.. Nigrescence.. It staggers him towards the stairs.. Which he's then sent into.. By a Mortius running knee! Corbin's quick reactions see him sidestep the blow meant for his back, letting his opponents collide with one another. Nigrescence I downed by the blow, and Corbin takes his chance to slam a series of chairshots into Mortius' back. Somehow the big man remains standing, despite the last shot appearing to cause him discomfort. Leon takes a step back, then delivers a running chairshot that finally puts Mortius on the floor. Daniels: WOW Masters: I know, right? it takes a lot to get him off his feet if he doesn't want to be This is followed by a few more shots to keep the big man down. Corbin then goes under the ring once more, pulling out a table and setting it up. Some good-measure boots meet the skull of each opponent, before Leon turns the corner around the steps to plunder the new side of the ring.. Finding a chair that goes into the ring, a ladder that he frustratedly leans against the barricade, and then a trashcan full of goodies, which also gets thrown in. This sends a few items scattering across the canvas – another pair of kendo sticks, an aluminium bat and a 2x4 plank of wood. With the ring filled, Leon sets back to his opponents.. Although somewhat by force. He sees both men rising, and decides the best plan of action is to rush and springboard off the stairs.. This is half-succesful, as Nigrescence sidesteps, letting Leon barrel straight through Mortius.. The pair falling through the table with a crash. Daniels: Not at all smart there from Corbin, as he puts himself through that table. Masters: All part of the plan, Jarred.. All part of the plan.. He took Mortius through with him.. Daniels: But left one opponent still standing.. Nigrescence looks lost, possibly due to the lack of Montana.. However, he does eventually pick up Corbin and slide him into the ring. He reaches for the 2x4, which lasts only one shot over Corbin's back before splintering. This prompts a grabbing of a kendo stick, used to more success, a pair of shots busting open Leon's forehead. Satisfied, Nigrescence pick up Leon for a powerbomb.. but falls backwards, stun-gunning him across the top rope. Daniels: Fade To Black! He covers.. ONE - - - - TWO - - Masters: Not quite yet! Leon kicks out, and starts crawling to the ropes while his opponent argues with the referee. The official insists upon his count being regulation cadence, so a frustrated Nigrescence turns.. Daniels: Holly.. Holly just handed Leon something from under the ring.. The something meets Nigrescence square between the eyes.. Daniels: OH MY! That's a monkey wrench! Clearly one of our ring technicians left it under there while checking the ring between matches! Masters: Who cares? What matters is, it's effective! Leon stops to admire his handiwork, but seems distracted.. He wipes across his face, smearing the blood, but confirming what he thought he knew.. The distraction turns to anger, and he moves forward to seek revenge.. Only for a massive boot to smash him in the side of the skull! Mortius, back in the ring, lets Corbin spin all the way around, before pulling him in.. And then piledriving him straight onto the trashcan! Daniels: He.. He just.. MORTIUS WITH A STUMP-PULLER ON THE TRASHCAN?! Masters: I.. I think we need that man on our team.. Mortius goes for a cover of his own. ONE - - - - TWO - - - - TH-NO!! Somehow Corbin kicks out, despite the steady stream of blood down his face. Mortius gets straight to his feet, stoically reaching down to deadlift Corbin into an elevated full nelson.. Daniels: That's the Crucifix! This could be over! Nigrescence finds his feet, wobbling in a slight daze, but alert enough to grab a kendo stick.. Masters: Not this.. The kendo stick is lined up with Corbin's stomach.. Then drawn back.. CRACK Masters: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! CRACK Daniels: I don't believe.. CRACK With each attempted shot, Leon manages to compress his body, causing the kendo stick to go under him and drive straight into the midsection of Mortius. The third shot is the breaker, causing Mortius to drop Corbin and once again confront his partner. Except this time, the anger has boiled over, with Mortius's hands around Nigrescence's throat.. The fans start cheering the disarray.. Daniels: It seems all thoughts of unity are going out of the window.. In the moment, both men realise their eyes have left the prize.. But it's too late.. Leon has the aluminium bat in hand, and starts swinging for the fences. If you can hit it, he tries hitting it with the bat, both men getting worn down to the mat. He delivers a few more shots to Mortius, pushing him across the ring and out to the apron, before turning back to Nigrescence. Dropping the bat, Leon takes a Muay Thai clinch, holding his opponent's head in place for some rapid-fire knees. Masters: Look at that.. Each shot perfectly placed.. It's a masterclass in technique.. Corbin keeps firing shot after shot, fans who started counting along now giving up as the blows get faster and faster.. Leon pushes his opponent away, taking a step back to line up another move.. Only to be caught by Mortius! Leon struggles against the grip, but seems doomed as Nigrescence lines up a kick of his own.. Daniels: Nigrescence Express! Masters: TO MORTIUS!!! Corbin once again evades at the last moment.. And Mortius takes the shot.. Not only that, but he falls crashing through the ladder leaning at ringside! Daniels: They better have spares or our next match won't last long.. Masters: I'm sure they will, but do you have a spare Mortius? Nigrescence drops to his knees, leaning through the ropes in realisation of what he's done.. The distraction allows Leon to superkick him in the back of the head.. Daniels: Breaking The Curse! Nigrescence bounces off the canvas, and Leon is already in motion.. Leaping into the air.. Masters: Now say it with me Jarred.. BLOOD- And getting taken out by a headbutt to the stomach! Masters: ...Y HELL!!! Daniels: Nigrescence.. With the surprise attack.. And now he's setting up for his finisher.. Nigrescence starts stalking Corbin, willing him to rise.. Masters: Not like this.. Leon stirs, moving to one knee, then one foot planted.. Daniels: Nigrescence.. He might have this one in th-Where's Blaze going? Brian Blaze slides into the ring, grabbing a chair as he rises, and in one motion bringing it into the back of Nigrescence.. Masters: WHAT THE? YES, BLAZE STRIKES AGAIN! Daniels: The new Brian Blaze.. Taking revenge for Mortius it seems, And now he has Corbin in his sights! Leon has found his feet, and spins.. The lack of impact seems to shock him, having been expecting to be flattened by Nigrescence.. When he sees Blaze, immediately he's on the defensive.. Backing away.. At ringside, Mortius has found his feet. Shaking off the cobwebs, he surveys the scene.. Seeing the situation, he begins to instruct BB to stand down.. Daniels: and here's some broken harmony of a different type.. Disasterpiece in another disagreement about the rules.. Brian looks conflicted, looking from Corbin to Mortius.. Masters: Good.. NOW GET HIM LEON! Leon goes to charge forward, but stops as Blaze turns back, swinging the chair in threat.. Daniels: Blaze.. He's not quite sure what to- In a sudden frenzy, Blaze reaches up to the neckline of his Disasterpiece t-shirt.. Ripping it straight down the middle.. Daniels: NO! Masters: YES! AND REAVEALING A HARDCORE SHIRT UNDERNEATH Daniels: Brian! How could you! Masters: Brian BLAZE finally learned what's best.. Brian knows what the REAL CZW way is.. Leon, looks shocked and delighted in equal measure.. At ringside, Mortius just looks disappointed.. The celebration is cut short when Holly yells to look out, as Nigrescence has reached a knee.. Blaze brings his chair in front of Nigrescence's face, yelling for Leon to do it.. Corbin takes a moment to realise what he wants, but then very quickly snaps off a superkick that DRILLS the chair into Nigrescence's face.. Daniels: Breaking The Curse! Masters: Breaking his nose is more like it.. That's hideous.. The impact seems to cause Nigrescence's nose to explode, blood flying everywhere. The monster falls face-first to the canvas, where he remains motionless, possibly out cold. Daniels: Medics! We need medics! Masters: And a replay! Can I get a replay? There's no time for replays as Mortius climbs into the ring, eyes never leaving Blaze. Masters: Wait.. Hold the replay.. I don't want to miss this.. Blaze smirks, but Mortius is unimpressed. He looks down at the Hardcore shirt, demanding answers. Blaze's answers seem to be simple, and based around "They're CZW as we built it" Daniels: Could we be seeing the end of a friendship here? Mortius turns away again, not able to condone Blaze's actions.. This gives Corbin ample opportunity to jump the big man from behind, hitting him with the monkey wrench right in the spine. Masters: Yes! Blaze provides the distraction, and Corbin finishes it off! That, however, does not appear to be what Blaze has in mind. Brian pulls Leon back, pointing at Mortius and shaking his head Daniels: Or so you think.. Brian standing up for his friend! It's not in Corbin's nature to do as he's told, pushing past Blaze, he delivers a second shot to the back of Mortius' neck, dropping him to the canvas next to his partner for the night. Masters: Or so YOU think.. Nobody can stop my man! He's a whirlwind of violence! Leon moves in for a final blow.. But takes a sick kick to the back! Daniels: DANZA KICK! DANZA KICK FROM BLAZE!! Blaze looks at Corbin, still shouting and pointing at Mortius, screaming at Corbin before looking down at the broken Mortius. Blaze makes the emergency X sign with his hands and then… Daniels: He's leaving? Masters: What is he supposed to do? He's called in the medics, Blaze has picked his side, remember, tonight the lines are drawn. He stopped Mortius' from being more seriously injured, still noble in his own Brian Blaze way Blaze walks up the ramp to the top, and turns to the fans, quite a few boo him as he points down at his Hardcore shirt and then directs his thumb at himself, but a lot of the fans are cheering, either hardcore Blaze fans or simply Hardcore fans, many remain on his side as he goes to the back Daniels: So Brian Blaze.. taking out his new Hardcore associate.. Any thoughts? Masters: Well, what can I say.. Just because we all follow the same ethos and have the same goal, doesn't mean we have to agree on all the methods.. Daniels: That aside.. We have all three men down here, and still have to have a winner.. Masters: Damn, good point, I forgot about that. The emergency crew have made their way down to Mortius, who is starting to stir, Corbin shifts his weight on his right side, draping a lifeless arm over Nigrescence 1 . . . . . . 2 . Mortius tries to crawl over to stop the count . . . And slips on the canvas, falling back in to unconsciousness . . 3!!! Masters: YES! LEON CORBIN WINS THE MATCH! Daniels: I cannot believe he pulled this off, even if it did take an assist from newest Hardcore member Brian Blaze "Inside my Head" starts to play, but Corbin is still on the canvas, now holding the back of his head Daniels: Corbin not having the best of times with the name "Blaze" Masters: I'd say that when it comes to Krimzon, Blaze isn't having the best of times with Leon Corbin Daniels: That's true, and speaking of Krimzon Blaze, I wonder what he and his fellow Newcore members will have to say about Brian Blaze choosing Hardcore Masters: Who gives a fuck what Ace King and El Pablo have to say? Daniels: I do, and so do these fans, along with Brian Kirkland, Freddie Styles and the man who is next up tonight, X-Division Champion Eddie Rowan, facing off against another man who is yet to give a decision, Robbie King =-=-=-=-=-= The lights in the arena go out and the capacity crowd erupts in anticipation for who might be making his or her way out this time. Daniels: Who the hell is this? The light from cell phones all through the arena breaks the darkness, as Zac Brown Band finally breaks the crowd noise with the opening bass rift of "Heavy Is The Head". Once the drums kick in strobe lights begin to fill the arena with light before focusing a spotlight on the middle of the stage and once the guitar joins out walks one of the CZW legends walks out on stage. Daniels: Oh my God! He's back! What in the world is going on?! Masters: The original outlaw of CZW is back! Buck Evans walks out, wearing a black t-shirt, a pair of jeans, and black boots. His hair is stringy and his beard is full and greasy. He has a broken cowboy hat on his head and a wild look in his eyes. Masters: He looks like he's even more insane than he was when he last year Damage: He left in mysterious circumstances after Carnage seemed to cast him in to a hole, to thee pits of hell themselves Buck slowly slinks to the ring absorbing all the cheers being showered on him by the crowd so excited to see the legend return home. After a few minutes Buck finally makes it to the ring. He stops mid ring and waits, head down, on the music to end and the lights to come back. Buck: Las Vegas.. The crowd explodes with the mention of their hometown. Buck: I'm back. Another outburst of cheering Buck: I have a story to tell you children, where that demon Carnage sent me.. but my Father.. It was my Father that brought me back from where I was banished, it was his calling that I was obliged to follow and his calling now has brought me back at this appointed time. Brought me back to this appointed place. So here I stand, in front of all of you. Here I am to deliver his word, to be his messenger. Buck slowly turns pointing at the crowd as he finishes this thought. Buck: He brought me back to finish what I began last fall. And what a time he chose. The history of CZW is to be set straight. Is Derek Damage the driving force behind the greatness that is CZW or is Matt Covey right? The Hardcore half of the crowd screams at the mention of Covey's name. Buck: Y'all like Covey huh? Another huge pop, followed by a Co-vey..Co-vey chant. Buck: I'll take that as a yes. But what about Damage? Cheers from the other half of the fans Buck: Or Ace King The cheers raise tenfold Buck: Well, Damage was a friend of mine once. Myself.. A large pop Buck: ..Damage.. Less cheers Buck: ..Big Nasty.. One of the largest eruptions of the night Buck: ..Shawn Waters.. Another pop that takes a while to die down Daniels: How about that as a walk down memory lane? Do you remember the Exiled? Masters: Who? Buck: That group of guys was meant to dominate this company for a time, however, the guy leading it failed.. Damage failed. However, my Father, he can't fail. His plan can't fail, only I can fail if I do not fulfil his plan, I don't find the path he illuminates for me. He has brought me back here, to save you people from the extreme violence that is found here. To save you from yourselves. The Hardcore crowd starts to turn on Buck and boos begin to mix with the cheers Buck: You can boo me, but it takes some sacrifice to better yourself. Look at me. I gave up drinking, swearing, and sleeping around with other women other than my wife. I have bettered myself and this is what I want for y'all. This is what I want for everyone. The boos grow louder this time, from all corners of the crowd Buck: So here I am, back in this ring and I hope to eventually save each and every one of you from your poor decisions. I'm back and the rest of CZW needs to be ready, I've been sent to save your souls. And the first step is to save it from Hardcore. Damage.. Ace King, whoever is leading your group.. I am at your disposal "Heavy Is The Head" starts back up. Buck drops the mic, climbs out of the ring and ascends up the ramp and out of sight. Daniels: Well what a turn up, the legend Buck Evans arrives back from.. wherever he was, to pledge allegiance to Newcore Masters: Idiot, I would have expected better from Bucky Daniels: He's not the Bucky we knew, and maybe you're right, maybe he would have sided with Covey, but as he pointed out, he has history with Damage.. though admittedly not all good Masters: Well he's chose the wrong side and whatever happens to him from here on in will make wherever Carnage sent him seem like a walk in the park Daniels: On with tonight and we have our FIRST title defence of the evening, seeing Eddie Rowan defend his champion against number one contender Masters: AND CZW Heavyweight Champion, I don't need to say TRUE etcetera now, I just have to dis-acknowledge that Freddie's title is the main one in this company Daniels: That's right, if you missed it earlier folks Derek Damage re-plated and renamed the New CZW Heavyweight Championship, to the Undisputed Combat Championship. An act done at Styles request to separate the belt from CZW's past. And you have to wonder if the name of the championship isn't a dig at Robbie King Masters: Well of COURSE it is, it's not even a thinly veiled one Daniels: Well that title WILL be defended later tonight, but first up, let's get the X-Division match featuring Newcore's Eddie Rowan and undecided Robbie King =-=-=-=-=-=-= Edited by CZW, Mar 16 2016, 03:55 AM.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=![]() EDDIE ROWAN vs FREDDIE STYLES LADDER MATCH =-=-=-=-=-=-= A speed metal riff hits out over the arena, after a few seconds it's recognisable as the original Power Rangers theme. From the back, geared up in a sleeveless white ranger costume, helmet and all, comes Robbie King. He stands looking around, with the CZW World Heavyweight Championship around his waist, as the arena lights flicker red, blue, green, yellow and pink. As the theme comes to an end he hands his belt over to his brother Mike, standing behind him, in his Beautiful Agony T-Shirt, and reaches up to unclasp the helmet, when he raises it the lights go white and pyro shoots from the stage as "Living on the Edge" by Aerosmith takes over and Robbie makes his way down to the ring Daniels: What an Entrance for the challenger Masters: AND ONLY CZW World Heavyweight Champion Daniels: I can't really argue with that anymore Robbie rolls in the ring and looks around for the ladder Daniels: The ladder was broken a little ago by Mortius, who is on his way to the hospital right now to look at his back, which took a lot of damage in the last match Masters: And we're getting word that Brian Blaze did not go with him, but he'll likely be updated before us on his condition Daniels: Yes, rather Brian and Corbin are backstage with the rest of the Hardcore group trying to keep peace between the two men "Slip Slide Melting" hits the speakers for the second time tonight. The crowd mostly go wild, with a few "you sold out" chants getting soundly drowned out by the fans of Eddie. He walks from the back wearing a Beautiful Agony T-Shirt and carrying a ladder Daniels: Eddie heads out through the curtain full of energy and solving our missing ladder problem, this should be a great match pausing now and then to look out to the crowd and tag a few hands. He sets the ladder up outside the ring, climbing it to the top and sitting on it, his belt proudly raised as his fans cheer louder. Robbie paces back and forth inside the ring. He finally looks over to Robbie and nods, jumping from the top of the ladder to inside the ring a few feet away Jessica Towers: Ladies and Gentlemen this next match is for the X-DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP The referee holds the belt up while the fans cheer Towers: The belt will be hung above the ring and the first man to climb up and unhook the belt will be declared the X-DIVISION CHMAPION Another round of cheers Towers: Introducing first, from Long Island New Jersey, he is ROBB.. Robbie goes up and stops her, whispering in her ear. Towers looks a little afraid, but nods Towers: From Long Island New Jersey, he is the CZW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION.. ROBBIE KING! Cheers all round, for the belt and for Robbie, who nods, pacified at Towers correction Towers: And he will be facing, from Seattle Washington, the X-DIVISION CHAMPION.. EDDIE ROWAN! Masters: Not for long I have no doubt Daniels: We'll see DING DING DING The bell rings and both men dash out and go for the ladder. Robbie is there first but before he can close the ladder Eddie is there too. Robbie shoves the ladder forward as to hit Eddie but Eddie sneaks through the middle and blasts Robbie in the face. Robbie falls back, not expecting the blow. Eddie grabs the ladder, hauls it up on to his shoulder and aims at Robbie. Robbie stands and Eddie tosses it like a spear at Robbie's head but Robbie ducks under and returns with a big stiff shot. He follows it up with a vertical suplex . . . . SMASH Daniels: RIGHT on to the ladder, holy hell, these guys started off big, and I wouldn't like to be Eddie Rowan right now Masters: This is GREAT Robbie pulls himself onto the barricade and begins to measure his struggling opponent who untangling himself from the ladder, rubbing at the small of his back. As Eddie stands Robbie takes off running on the barrier towards him and flies off with a big crossbody. Eddie telegraphs it and leaps in to the air, catching Robbie and bringing him around in a huge body slam, quick as lightning, straight on to the ladder HO LY SHIT HO LY SHIT HO LY SHIT Daniels: Unbelievable, I've never seen anything like that, what an amazing mix of agility and strength Masters: COME ON ROBBIE.. GET UP, GET THE TRAITOR! Eddie looks back at Robbie who's in agony on the ladder before going around to the other side of the ring and pulling out a second ladder. Daniels: There was one under there the whole time? Masters: Guess so This ladder is yellow and clearly more sturdy and hard. He slides it in and starts trying to set it up but he can't. there is some sort of locking mechanism that is keeping the ladder closed. He tries to brute force it but it's locked down tight. He eventually shoves it into the corner and turns back to the side of the ring where Robbie and the original ladder lay. He dashes out and kicks the now kneeling Robbie right in the chest, the SMACK echoes throughout the arena as Robbie falls back and off of the ladder. Rowan bends over to lift the ladder up but receives a dropkick to the head for his troubles Daniels: Robbie up surprisingly quick from that hard shot to the chest, I guess it must have woken him up a little Masters: He's tenacious, just like his brother, and he can take the shots and keep on swinging. That's why he should be Hardcore Daniels: That's exactly why he should be Newcore, he's the next generation of wrestler, mixing in with the starts of old to form a great company going forward, it's this company that's made Robbie King a name in such a short time Masters: IT's Robbie KING that's made a name in such a short time While Daniels and Master argue Robbie leaps over the ladder and crashes into Eddie with a flying elbow strike. He then backs up for another but Eddie quickly escapes to the ring. Robbie follows him in and ducks a clothesline attempt. Robbie keeps his momentum and steps to the sturdy ladder, thrown in the corner by Rowan before, and jumps to the bottom rung, before spinning around and going for a leaping clothesline of his own. Eddie ducks this one and Robbie rolls like a ball to the opposite corner by his own momentum. He's quickly back up and charges at Eddie with a boot but Eddie catches it. Eddie swings the foot up as if to throw Robbie onto his back but Robbie uses his hands to complete a backflip an land on his feet. He follows this up with a dropsault, sending Eddie into the corner ladder. Daniels: Amazing display there from King, using every ounce of his athleticism to keep toe to toe with the ring veteran Eddie Rowan Robbie grabs Eddie by the head and gives him three quick smashes into the corner ladder. He dashes back to the opposite corner and flies out with a huge avalanche splash but Eddie is able to dodge Robbie's flying body. Robbie crashes into the ladder and it's immediately clear something is wrong. He hits the mat and grabs his face with both hands. Blood quickly seeps out though and the ref is over checking him out. He sees the gash in Robbie's face and pulls out a pair of gloves and a towel before going to work. Masters: WHAT THE HELL IS HE DOING!? Daniels: Making sure our competitors are okay Masters: FUCK OFF WE'RE IN A MIDDLE OF A MATCH Eddie pulls himself up in the opposite corner and sees the commotion. He looks over at a ladder on the floor before slipping down in his corner and taking a breather. The official is roughly pushed aside by Robbie, covered in blood from a gash above his eyebrow, and the ref tries to pull him back to close it up, Robbie yells at him to get out of the way, the blood pouring thicker every second. Masters: ATTA BOY ROBBIE King finally throws the ref on his ass and heads for Eddie. Eddie dashes out of his corner at Robbie but Robbie ducks and flips him over the rope. Eddie lands on his feet though and punches Robbie in the back of the head. Robbie stumbles forward and Eddie starts to springboard up but Robbie cuts him off with a superkick sending him flailing out in the air. He lands face first on the announce table hard before hitting the floor. Daniels: Jesus, Eddie down right in front of us. And Robbie shouldn't have put his hands on an employee, Jackson Justice got suspended for that Masters: Yeah, well all rules are off in a match with one rule, plus Damage will be busy gearing up for his own bloodbath later Robbie rolls out and grabs the ladder he previously crashed onto and slides it into the ring. His blood dripping over it, Mike on the outside looks concerned, but lets it go, likely as he's had his share of this in his own time. Robbie tries to set the ladder up but the thing is clearly broken. He spots Eddie on the outside getting up, holding his face, checking his nose. Robbie gives up on the ladder and waits by the ropes. Eddie stands and Robbie leaps over. Eddie steps over and dodges but Robbie lands on his feet. Eddie charges but is caught with a roundhouse kick. Eddie falls over onto the apron. Robbie grabs him and straightens him up. He goes to whip Eddie into the rails but Eddie turns it around and sends Robbie into the rails, flipping him upside down. Eddie stumbles and rolls into the ring. He picks up the broken ladder but quickly drops it over the ropes before grabbing the ladder in the corner. Daniels: Eddie making a break for it here He sets it up and begins to climb but he doesn't get far before Robbie is back in and shoving the ladder down. Masters: Denied! Eddie hops off and hits him with a clothesline. Robbie stumbles up and Eddie shoots him into the ropes. He goes to backdrop Robbie onto the fallen ladder but Robbie turns it into a huge elevated DDT, Eddie's whole body at 90 degrees his head bounces off the canvas, flipping Eddie completely over into a seated position. Eddie starts to stumble up clearly not all there, working on automatic. Robbie takes advantage and shoves him through the ropes to the floor. He wipes away blood that is starting to congeal in his eyes, the flow thankfully slowing from the open wound. Robbie grabs the ladder and sets it up. He climbs up.. Masters: Here we GO ..and touches the title, but is stopped by Eddie spring-boarding in with a loaded forearm and landing it right on the side of King's face. They both crash to the mat THIS IS AWE SOME (clap clap clapclapclap) Daniels: This is indeed awesome, there's no ref count here, we'[re waiting for the first man to get to his feet, and by the looks of things the first man up may just be the winner Both men's chests rise and fall in the ring, eddie gets focus and looks towards the ladder, rolling to his side and lifting up to his knees. His fans are all cheers as he jumps from his knees straight to his feet and turns to see a running Robbie King. Eddie lifts King into an inverted atomic drop which is followed by a quick enziguiri. Daniels: Of hell yeah, what a lovely sequence, and Robbie not knowing whether he's coming or going here Eddie stands the ladder up and begins to climb. Masters: Come on Robbie.. get up.. YES! Robbie rolls back to his feet, a crimson mess, and joins Eddie on the opposite side of the ladder. Eddie is ahead but Robbie still manages to catch up and punch Eddie in the mouth when he has his hand on the title. Daniels: OOoh, hard shot there, and it looks like Eddie's bottom lip is bleeding Eddie pays his lip no heed as both men battle atop the ladder, swinging and connecting with punches, Eddie aiming for Robbie's split eyebrow and Robbie aiming for Eddie's now split lip. The lightning fast punches from both men start to slow down as both men begin to tire and slide down the ladder a bit. They continue to strike through and around the rungs near the top but it's clear they are tired from all the brutality. As the camera closes in on the two combatants we see something fall past them. They both stop and look down and as the camera zooms out we see that it was the X-Division title belt that fell to the mat. Both men bring their eyes from the title and back to each other. Their eyes meet and they immediately resume fighting as fast as ever, lefts follow rights, blocks follow counters as each man tries to leave the other in condition to capitalize upon. Daniels: Thing's just became real, the first man to get his hands on that belt is the winner, and now they're fighting to get DOWN the ladder Robbie is able to pull Eddie's head into the ladder, stopping the brawl for a moment. Robbie sees a chance and takes it. He reaches over and gets Eddie in a sloppy head lock and dives off the ladder, taking Eddie with him down into a bulldog on the title belt Daniels: Wait.. Eddie touched it.. DOES HE WIN!? Masters: Don't be idiotic, the first man to grab that belt wins, smashing in to it with your head doesn't count Both men are down and clearly in pain. The ref, who afte rRobbie's treatment earlier, is taking minimal interference and is just waiting to call the bell, moves over to the human heap and looks down as if he's considering something. He kneels and stands a few alternating times, obviously conflicted about his actions but eventually he grabs the title and pulls it out from under King and Rowan. After some more confusion the ref begins to climb the still standing ladder. It appears he means to rehook the title. Masters: GOOD CALL THAT MAN! Daniels: This bloody battle would have been over there if the referee had waited a few more seconds His climb is slow though as Eddie is back on his feet just as the official is half way up. Seeing the X-Division title in the refs hand Eddie makes a choice. He quickly grabs the ref and hooks him up for a powerbomb. The official holds on for dear life as Eddie tries to pry him off. Before he can though Robbie is up and has kicked Eddie in the gut. Eddie drops to his knees, releasing the extremely relived official. That relief doesn't last long as Robbie soon takes Eddie's place in the powerbomb struggle. Masters: HA BRILLIANT! However Robbie's powerbomb plan is foiled too as Eddie is back up and has pulled him out by his hair. Robbie smacks Eddie's hand away and the two bark at each other as the ref is stunned from fright in his position. Suddenly Eddie pushes King's chest a points at the ref before hooking his arm under one of the man's legs. Robbie gets the message and hooks him up under the other leg. Together both men pull him from the ladder to the mat with a two man powerbomb. The belt flies from his hands and slides into the corner. Both men, now on their knees begin to franticly crawl to the title, Eddie slightly in the lead. Robbie is able to hop on Eddie's back and push himself over but Eddie quickly grabs Robbie's leg and pull him back before diving for the belt. He almost touches it but Robbie is on him again, this time with strikes. Eddie rolls to his back and grabs a fist full of hair landing a perfect shot on the eyebrow, opening it wide again Masters: CAT FIGHT!!! Daniels: Oh shut up William Rowan uses Robbie's pain as the distraction needed to roll Robbie away. He gets to his feet and drags Robbie back away from the title. Instead of going for the title again Eddie quickly locks on a sharpshooter. Robbie is now facing the title, scratching and clawing but Eddie is able to turn the hold around so he faces the title. He begins to inch towards it while keeping the hold with one arm and reaching out with the other. He almost gets it but Robbie with a burst of strength is able to crawl back, pulling Eddie away from the prize. Daniels: The tension is palpable here, every fan is holding their breath Masters: Why don't you try holding yours until we see how this plays out, eh? The two men struggle in the hold for a few moments before it's turned back over with Robbie on his back. Robbie quickly pulls his legs in and with great force kicks Rowan off. Rowan flies back and rolls across the ring over onto his knees, exhausted. Robbie is able to make it to his too but he looks up in horror at Eddie who is just inches from the title and has just realized it. Eddie looks under his arm at title and winks at Robbie before falling to his side and rolling back, over the title, grabbing it as he does, King inches away from his dash to stop him Masters: NO!!! NO NO NO! DING DING DING Eddie wraps his arms around the title and rolls to his knees, clasping it to his chest as "Slip Slide Melting plays and Robbie King looks on, pissed off Mike rolls in the ring and nods at Eddie, who nods back, he holds Robbie by the gut, talking in his ear, but Robbie just looks more annoyed. Eddie gets to his feet and goes to the corner, asking for a mic. He puts the belt over his shoulder and takes the mic in his hand Eddie (through deep puffs of breath): Robbie, that was a great fought match, I'm proud to have been in that title defence against you. I can see you're pissed off, but there's bigger things going on here tonight.. though that match was pretty epic CZW CZW CZW Daniels: The fans certainly seem to agree Eddie: So you had a choice to make through the week, just like me, and I have to ask you here and now, will you join us in Newcore? Eddie put out his hand and Robbie, with a towel, trying to wipe the blood from his face, stops mid wipe and looks at his opponent's hand. Mike whispers to him, pointing to the outstretched hand, telling him to take it Masters: King is as bad as Rowan, I can't believe ii'm saying that.. DON'T TAK.. fuck this Daniels: Oh not again, Masters where are you going? William Masters rolls in to the ring and steps between Robbie and Eddie. He starts to speak to him, pointing behind himself at Eddie, Eddie doesn't even attempt to argue over Masters, instead waiting for him to finish Eddie: You could listen to all that, and it might be true, but CZW is here and now, come with us and let's put the past behind us, in more ways than one He drops the mic and stretches his hand out again. Robbie looks from Eddie to Masters, to Mike, back to Eddie and shakes his head, he takes the World Heavyweight title from Mike King and lifts it high in the air, pointing to himself before stepping between the ropes and heading up the ramp, Mike shrugs at Eddie and steps out too, watching his bad leg as he jumps to the floor, following Robbie up the ramp. This time it's the other sides chance to rise as the Hardcore fans voices start to chant loud HE'S HARDCORE HE'S HARDCORE HE'S HARDCORE! Robbie turns at the top of the ramp and raises his title to the chanting fans, nodding his head before stepping to the back. "Slip Slide Melting" starts to play again as Eddie makes his way up the ladder with the title, standing tall on the third last rung, holding his title high Daniels: Well at least Eddie tried, and It looks like that's the way Eddie is seeing it too, welcome back Masters, what the hell did you say to him? Masters: I just pointed out that he doesn't need to be disappointed, he's already a champion, and in the Hardcore group we'll TREAT him like one. And from the reaction of that crowd, he made the right decision. Daniels: that's debatable, even downright wrong, but nevertheless Hardcore just got a huge boost by recruiting the man that holds the CZW World Heavyweight Championship around his waist. And now, as Eddie heads up the ramp after a successful defence of his title, and the ring gets cleared it, time for our SECOND Championship match tonight, as Krimzon Blaze fights for the NEW top prize in our sport, the Undisputed Combat Championship Masters: It is a pretty belt, I'll give him that, it was then right decision even If I do say so, to make the belt separate from Robbie's title, that way it can't be seen as an inferior copy Daniels: I tried hard to disagree with you about that Masters but you're right. That's how it was coming across, and something needed to change, and Damage changed it. Will Freddie Styles retain the UCC belt, or will Krimzon Blaze finally succeed in grabbing the top prize in out industry? =-=-=-=-=-=-=-= ![]() KRIMZON BLAZE vs FREDDIE STYLES CAGE MATCH =-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Jessica Towers is in the ring, ready to announce the next contest. The fans are on their feet in anticipation. Towers: "The following contest is a STEEL CAGE MATCH for the UNDISPUTED COMBAT CHAMPIONSHIP!! This match can be won via pinfall, submission or by escaping the cage! Introducing first.." The arena goes black, but a single white spotlight emits at the top of the stage as "Taking You Down" by Egypt Central begins playing. "The Aerial Specialist" Krimzon Blaze is seen at the top of the ramp and fans become unglued Daniels: The second showing from Krimzon Blaze tonight, the first being that moment earlier tonight when he joined Newcore and brought back the legend, "The Gambler" Ace King, who brought back Krimzon's other cohort from El Feugo, and completing Team XTC, El Pablo Masters: It was a travesty, Damage is really scraping the bottle of the barrel for help there Daniels: And Brian Kirkland? Masters: He's confused, something's went unwired in his head, Kirkland has been bullied in to joining that side, there can't be any other reason Daniels: Well either way it's already been a great night for Krimzon Blaze The fans continue cheering as Blaze walks down the ramp towards the ring. Towers: "Hailing from Detroit, Michigan, he is "the Aerial Specialist," KRIMZON BLAZE!!" Blaze claps as many hands as he can before giving a young fan a pair of his trademark KB glasses. He then enters the ring, a green pyro erupting on all four corners as KB gives off his signature taunt. Daniels: "Krimzon Blaze basking in the adoration of the fans, fans that have watched his long journey to this point. Will tonight be the night that his dreams are realized? The CZW World Heavyweight Championship may not be the belt on the line, but what a night if Krimzon Blaze became the new champion on the inaugural night of our new highest prize, the Undisputed Combat Championship" Masters: "If he's willing to do what he needs to do and bring the pain, maybe. If he insists on partaking of this watered-down drivel that Damage is trying to turn this place into, then I highly doubt it." Blaze's music stops, and for a long moment the roar of the crowd is all that can be heard. Finally, the "FXS" symbol flashes on the screen as "Money Trees" hits the arena. Freddie Styles steps out from behind the curtain, Undisputed Combat title around his waist, and he just stands there for a moment before bouncing from side to side, as huge pyro goes off on the stage, then, as he's making his slow walk towards the ring the ramp bursts with explosions on either side, following him down the isle Towers: "And his opponent, he hails from Atlanta, Georgia, and he is the UNDISPUTED COMBAT CHAMPION..FREDDIE STYLES!!" Daniels: That belt around his waist as we all saw earlier, was one of the conditions Damage had to meet to call Freddie part of team Newcore. Both men in this ring on Damage's side in this war against Matt Covey and his troops Masters: We're not his "troops" William, why don't you get it, we're equal, it's a philosophy, it's a way of doing business, look at Notorioso, Brian Blaze, Ronnie McNeil, these three men would never associate the Covey normally, but they joined Hardcore, the did NOT join Covey Freddie slowly walks up the ring steps, and steps through the ropes. He then stands on the middle rope, holding the Combat Championship title belt above him, before stepping down and leaning over in a corner, awaiting the beginning of the match. The referee takes the belt and holds it up to the crowd as the cage begins to be slowly lowered into place. Daniels: "And there it is, 15 FEET of solid steel being secured into place around the ring! This is no ordinary steel cage, this is a CZW steel cage, we always go one better, or in this case about 6 feet better. You can see there are small platforms a little over halfway up on each side, an aspect of this structure that I can imagine will provide all sorts of creative opportunities for these two competitors!" Masters: "They bloody well better, Daniels!" The crew around the ring finish securing the cage into place, and the bell finally rings! * DING DING DING! * Daniels: "Styles and Blaze pacing around the ring in this Combat Championship contest. There's the tie-up. Styles takes advantage first with a side-headlock..and there's the takedown. Blaze transitions into the head-scissors..and Styles breaks free. Both men roll to their feet and now it's Blaze taking control with the headlock, transitions into the hammer-lock. Styles reverses, now wrenching on the arm of Blaze. KB drops to a knee, dragging Styles to the mat over his shoulder, and both competitors now back to their feet, currently at a stalemate!" Masters: "Currently boring, you mean. This isn't the bloody Olympics." Daniels: Well the crowd seem to appreciate it Applause is heard from the crowd for the great display They tie back up and now Styles powers Blaze back to the ropes. He whips him to the far side and catches him with an armdrag on the return. Both men quickly up to their feet, and Blaze retaliates with an armdrag of his own, cinching in the armbar. Styles slaps at his shoulder a couple times, getting his feet underneath him, and then twists out of the move, taking KB to the mat with a quick fireman's carry takedown. Again they both rise, neither with an advantage. Daniels: "Some expert chain-wrestling going on here tonight in this contest." Masters: "Sod that, just fucking punch him!" Daniels: "Language.." Masters: "And sod you, too, Jarred!" Daniels: What happened to Hardcore isn't just about weapons? We used to see matches like this all the time in the old days Masters: Not in a bloody cage match we didn't! They lock up once more and KB takes control with a side headlock once more. Styles pushes him to the ropes and fires him off to the near side. On the rebound, Freddie connects with a shoulder-block, sending Blaze to the mat. Freddie runs to the ropes and Blaze quickly rolls closer, forcing Freddie to step over him. Styles bounces off the other side as Blaze rises, leapfrogging over him. Freddie bounces again and Blaze drops to his back, looking for a reverse monkey-flip, but Freddie dives over him, tumbling back to his feet. KB kips up to his feet and for the third time, they face off on neutral ground. Daniels: "Incredibly even match-up thus far between these two-" Masters: "PANSIES is what they are! HIT HIM, DAMN YOU!!" Masters yells loud enough for the competitors in the ring to hear him, clearly growing frustrated at the slow, technical complexion of the match-up. The competitors go to tie up again, and this time Krimzon feints and delivers a swift kick to the midsection of Styles. He follows it up with a sharp snap-kick to the thigh, dropping Styles to one knee before bounding off the far ropes. He returns and leaps up, taking Styles to the mat with a head-scissors takedown and a huge applause from his fans! Daniels: "Blaze now beginning to feel the energy! He as Styles down, now running to the ropes again..KB on the rebound, charging at Styles..the champ side-steps!" * CRAAASH! * Daniels: "And Krimzon Blaze sails between the top and middle ropes and runs RIGHT into the unforgiving steel!" Masters: "About bloody time something worthwhile happened! Smash him into it again!" Daniels: "Blaze begins to pull himself up between the cage the ropes and Styles hits the far side, charging back, delivering a running DROPKICK, driving Blaze up against the steel once more! Krimzon slumps to the mat, rolling back in under the bottom rope now as Styles paces around him, a confident smirk on his face." Styles pulls KB back to his feet and immediately PLANTS him back down with a snap suplex. Freddie talks a bit of trash as he pulls KB back up yet again, whipping him into the corner. KB gets his hands up, gripping the top rope and hoisting himself up and over the pursuing Styles, who turns around just in time to eat a stiff roundhouse kick from the challenger! Daniels: "Blaze nearly kicked Freddie's teeth out with that one, and the champ is reeling! Blaze now, shaking the cobwebs loose, grabs Styles and runs him to the far side!" * CRASH!! * Daniels: "Throwing the champ face-first into the cage!" Masters: "That's what I'm talking about!" Daniels: "Earlier you were cheering for Styles!" Masters: "I just want to see some good old-fashioned CZW violence right now, Jarred, and I don't care who's dealing it out!" Feeding off of the cheers of the fans, KB grabs Styles again, running him to the opposite side and flinging him face-first into the cage yet again! Styles lands on his feet, dazed, and Blaze scoops him up.. Daniels: "MICHINOKU DRIVER!! Krimzon plants the champ and now slowly rolling to his feet, still a little out of sorts from the punishment taken thus-far. Krimzon now looks to scale the side of the cage!" Masters: "Styles better stop him! We haven't had nearly enough violence yet!" Blaze begins the climb, using the ropes to get a good start, but the extra height of the cage proves daunting as he attempts to move farther up. He gets about 2/3 of the way to the top before Freddie recovers, standing on the middle of the second rope and grabbing his foot. Daniels: "The champion stops Blaze's advance, tugging at his leg! Krimzon still trying to climb despite the resistance, but Freddie has more leverage with the ropes..Styles yanks and jumps back! Jesus" OOOOOOH There is a collective groan from the audience as KB is yanked down groin first across the top rope! Styles then moves to the turnbuckle, pulling himself to the top, leaping off and BLASTING KB with a missile dropkick!! Masters: "Beautiful!" Daniels: "Freddie Styles got all of that dropkick, and Blaze fell off the ropes and hard to the mat! Freddie moves to make a pinfall attempt!" 1!! - - - - - - 2!! - - - - - - KICK OUT!! Daniels: "Blaze remains in the match. His dreams of capturing our top prize not dashed yet. Styles now shaking his head in disdain at his opponent, rising up and stomping away at Blaze. Freddie now waving for the official at the door!" Masters: "Bollocks, if he just waltzes out, I swear.." Freddie approaches the door, leaning to duck between the ropes before KB, in a mad sprawl, dives and latches onto his foot, halting his progress. Daniels: "Krimzon throwing himself at Styles to keep this match alive there! The door is closed and Styles now kicking away at Blaze in agitation! Freddie pulls Blaze to his feet and slams him face-first into the turnbuckle! Now whipping him across the ring! Blaze bounces hard out of the corner and Freddie catches him on the rebound..OVERHEAD BELLY-TO-BELLY!!" Masters: "Picture perfect. That's why he's the champion, Daniels! Now pick him up and do it again! Into the cage this time!" Freddie hits the ropes and drops a BIG elbow onto Blaze before making another cover! 1!! - - - - - - 2!! - - - - - - KICK OUT!! Daniels: "And the resiliency of Krimzon Blaze continues to be a factor in this match." Masters: "I've never been the biggest fan of him, but few people can take a hellacious beating as much as that jumping bean, Jarred." Daniels: "Blaze fighting now to get to his feet, crawling to get his legs under him. Freddie now with a smug grin on his face..looks like he has big plans. I think he's going for that ATL Stomp!! Freddie Styles off the ropes on the far side..leaping curb stomp!! Blaze evades! PELE KICK!! The champion is down! Krimzon Blaze is down! The fans are on their feet!" The cheering only gets louder as Styles and Blaze both fight to their feet, Blaze using the ropes for leverage. Styles recovers a split-second earlier, lunging at KB who counters, lifting him with a stun-gun that causes Freddie to hit the cage face-first!! Daniels: "BRUTAL impact on that shot! And our second Holy bleep chant of the night. And It looks like..YES, Freddie Styles is busted open after that one!" Masters: "THAT is CZW Daniels!!" Freddie pushes himself to his knees, pressing a hand to his forehead and gazing at the crimson that paints his palm. As he looks up to his opponent, Krimzon Blaze OBLITERATES him with a spinning roundhouse kick!! Daniels: "Blaze nearly DECAPITATES the champion!! Krimzon Blaze with the cover, WILL THIS BE IT!?!" 1!! - - - - - - 2!! - - - - - - Daniels: "THREE! NO KICKOUT! Krimzon came SO CLOSE, And Freddie Styles now showing his fortitude! Krimzon looks almost devastated that his opponent managed to kick out of that!" KB looks to the turnbuckle and slowly makes his way over, climbing to the top rope. He measures Styles up and then..looks behind him at the specially made platform halfway up the cage. The fans immediately pop expectantly and, true to his daredevil nature, Krimzon begins to climb up.. Daniels: "And here we go, Krimzon Blaze going from 'high risk' to 'significantly higher risk!' Now perching on that pedestal nearly ten feet in the air as Styles dazedly gets his feet under him.." Masters: "No matter what happens here..it's going to be AMAZING." BLAZE FLIES!! - - - - - - FREDDIE LEAPS UP!! - - - - - - Daniels: "FREDDIE WITH THE DROPKICK!! FREDDIE STYLES DROPKICKS KRIMZON OUT OF THE AIR DURING A TEN FOOT DROP!!" HO LY SHIT HO LY SHIT HO LY SHIT Masters: "Oh, what glorious carnage!!" Freddie grimaces in pain as he tries to will himself back to his feet, the blood trickling down his left eye. Krimzon Blaze rolls on the ground, clutching his midsection, coughing after having the wind knocked from him. Styles finally ends up managing to make the cover, hooking the leg! 1!! - - - - - - 2!! - - - - - - KICK OUT!! Daniels: "ONLY TWO, ONLY TWO!! SOMEHOW KB managed to get out of that pin!!" Masters: "Even I'm surprised that he didn't stay down after that!" THIS IS AWE SOME (clap clap clapclapclap) Freddie pulls himself up, running a forearm across his face to wipe the blood from his eyes. He motions for the official outside the ring to once again open the door. As me moves to make his exit, Krimzon Blaze clutches at his ankle, holding on for dear life! Daniels: "Freddie now being slowed by KB, the champion gripping the ropes for leverage. He's now pulled himself halfway out the door!" Masters: "One swift kick to the face and Krimzon Blaze is done-for!" KB struggles to keep Freddie in the ring, surprising the champion by rolling onto his shoulders and yanking the champion back with a sunset flip pin!! 1!! - - - - - - 2!! - - - - - - KICK OUT!! Daniels: "Freddie scrambles to his feet and KB gets to his as well, holding his gut by instinct as it stings in pain. Styles seizes the opening, grabs him, throwing Blaze OVER the corner turnbuckle!! KB hits the cage corner-post face-first!!" Styles flings Blaze with such velocity that he actually falls to the ground. Blaze bounces off the cage post and slowly slides down atop the turnbuckle, blood beginning to run down his face from the vicious impact. Masters: "Haha, yes!!" Daniels: "Krimzon Blaze starting to wear the crimson mask after that sickening shot! Both competitors bleeding, both competitors putting each other through hell in this match so far!!" Freddie Styles uses the ropes to pull himself to his feet, climbing the side of the cage wall next to Blaze. He grabs KB's hair and begins to GRIND his face into the cage!! Blaze howls in pain before being tossed to the mat by Styles! Daniels: "And now it's Freddie Styles looking to climb the cage wall!" Masters: "It's a long way up, Daniels, but he's got a clear shot! Krimzon Blaze is going to have to find what's left of his face and stop him if he wants the belt!" Styles climbs slowly, gritting his teeth as he climbs higher, grabbing the platform, looking to hoist himself onto that. Meanwhile, Krimzon Blaze has begun to pull himself up by the ropes, almost directly underneath Freddie. Daniels: "Freddie could be on his way out! He's on that corner platform, using it as a base to make the final climb! Krimzon Blaze is slowly scaling the wall, trying to catch up but at the rate he's going he'll never make it!" Masters: "Remember Freddie has to make it over and out, preferably while surviving the trip! He falls from the top of the cage and he'll win the match but also never walk again!" As Freddie begins to reach up to climb farther, Krimzon Blaze, clinging to the side of the cage, drops and bounces off the top rope, using the tension to sling-shot him upward! He catches the platform, using the upward momentum to hoist himself onto it! Daniels: "Brilliant use of his surroundings there! Krimzon Blaze has closed the gap! He pulls Freddie down and now both men slug it out, precariously perched on that platform!" Masters: "Lovely alliteration, Daniels!" Styles boots KB in the gut, hooking him and flinging him down towards the ring! The crowd gasps collectively and then cheers loudly as Blaze manages to catch himself on the edge of the platform, dangling from the edge of it! He quickly reaches up, grabbing an unbalanced Freddie Styles and yanking him over the edge as well! Daniels: "GOOD LORD!! Styles and Blaze now both hanging from the edge of that platform, STILL trading shots!! Punches..kicks.." Masters: "FIGHT!! FIGHT!!" Blaze gains the advantage, the fans cheering loudly as he delivers shot after shot to the bloodied face of Styles! Freddie falls..but lands on his feet! He lunges at Blaze and grabs him by the ankle..KB struggling to hold on while Freddie wrenches away. Blaze hits the ground next to him, also landing on his feet, but Freddie IMMEDIATELY hooks him up with a butterfly hold. Daniels: "And BALLGAME!! FREDDIE STYLES WITH BALLGAME!! IT'S OVER!!" 1!! - - - - - - 2!! - - - - - - 3!! Daniels: "SHOULDER UP SHOULDER UP SHOULDER UP!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!" Masters: "NO WAY!! A-HAHAHA!" Daniels: "Krimzon Blaze showing unheard of resilience in this match! Freddie Styles is in SHOCK!!" Freddie winces in pain as he pulls himself up off the mat, dragging KB into the center of the ring. He trash-talks him, slapping at the back of his head, causing him to stir a bit. Freddie then backs to the ropes, leaning into them over and over, beckoning for Blaze to get off the mat, measuring him up. Daniels: "Freddie Styles looking for that ATL Stomp again, and if he hits that, we know what's next, and there's almost assuredly no way for Krimzon Blaze to escape the Addiction!" Masters: "He can barely stand as it is, Daniels! He kicked out of that on pure instinct!" Blaze makes it up to a knee, and Freddie charges in, leaping up for the ATL Stomp..and finds himself draped across Krimzon Blaze's shoulders! . . . . . * THWACK!! * Daniels: "KODE OF SILENCE!! KODE OF SILENCE!!" The roundhouse kick connects squarely on the jaw of Freddie Styles who falls against the ropes, unintentionally bounding right back to KB who sets him up with a suplex grapple. Daniels: "MIGHTY DEATH POP!! KB DRIVES STYLES TO THE MAT WITH THE DEATH POP AND THIS PLACE IS COMING UNGLUED!!" Masters: "I CAN'T HEAR YOU, DANIELS!!" Daniels: "THE COVER!!" 1!! - - - - - - 2!! - - - - - - 3!! Masters: "NO!! FREDDIE STYLES ROLLS HIS SHOULDER OFF THE MAT JUST IN TIME!!" Daniels: "And this entire arena just deflated!! Freddie Styles stays alive and Krimzon Blaze looks HEARTBROKEN!!" KB tries to pull himself from the mat, but his adrenaline seems to have run out and it's a struggle just to even reach for the ropes at that point. As the competitors try to find the strength to go on, there is a loud commotion from the crowd. Daniels: "What the..HARDCORE!! Matt Covey leading the 'Hardcore' band through the crowd!! What's the meaning of this!!" Masters: "Just ensuring the main event is the great contest it should be, Jarred!" Matt Covey, Brian Blaze, Michael James, Leon Corbin, Robbie King, with Mike at his side and Francesco Notorioso, all seem to be carrying various weapons with them, the Hardcore fans cheering as they surround the cage, striking it and dragging the weapons across the links to make noise. Leon Corbin immediately begins to taunt Krimzon Blaze, hitting the cage next to him with a crowbar over and over. KB kicks futilely at the cage in annoyance. Daniels: "Krimzon Blaze distracted there by Leon Corbin, his arch-nemesis..and look out, because Freddie Styles is inching closer to the door!!" Freddie approaches the door and the official outside the ring opens it. Corbin points this out to KB, a smug look on his face and Krimzon scrambles, diving across the ring to grab Freddie's foot. Daniels: "Styles and Blaze battling it out now, both simultaneously fighting to keep each other from escaping and trying to escape to victory! They're close now! Both men hanging halfway out the cage door! WAIT, MATT COVEY!!" "Bad Ass" Matt Covey knocks the official down and grabs the door to the cage. Covey: "Going out the door is for pussies!!" * CRAAASH!! * Daniels: "COVEY SMASHES THE DOOR ON BOTH MEN!! STYLES AND BLAZE FALL BACK INSIDE THE RING! Now what are they doing!? This is craziness!" Masters: "No, Daniels, this is CZW!!" CZW CZW CZW Masters: "See!" A loud CZ-DUB chant breaks out as Covey and co begin to toss weapons into the cage door, Styles and Blaze being buried under chairs, garbage cans, a stop-sign amongst other things. Covey then closes the door and Michael James produces a lock and chain, and the Hardcore group seals Blaze and Styles INSIDE the cage! Daniels: "And here comes Damage's reinforcements! The Newcore heading down to the ring!!" Masters: "Had to expect Derek's foolish lapdogs would head down here eventually!" Ace King, El Pablo, Buck Evans, Brian Kirkland and Eddie Rowan Rush from the back, Hardcore backing off to the other side of the Cage, holding their hands up, except Covey, who holds up a finger, and Corbin, who holds up a mannequin head with "Kill Me" written on it Daniels: "Both sides now encircling the cage, keeping each other at bay! Meanwhile, inside the ring Styles and Blaze have slowly pulled themselves out of the wreckage, working their way to their feet on opposite sides of the ring!" CZW CZW CZW The CZ-DUB chant is deafening at this point. Styles and Blaze look around the ring at the gathered armies, then look at the weapon-strewn ring and finally each other. Matt Covey screams at them to pick up weapons and kill each other. At once, Blaze and Styles charge each other with renewed vigour, trading strikes, the crowd roaring even louder, if that can be believed. Daniels: "Styles and Blaze throwing every ounce of strength they have into those shots! Now they both reach down at the same time!! Blaze with a kendo stick, Styles with a garbage can!! KB swings and Freddie blocks with the can, then throws it into Blaze's face!! KB staggers and Styles grabs him..BRIDGING GERMAN SUPLEX!!" 1!! - - - - - - 2!! - - - - - - KICK OUT!! Daniels: "BLAZE STAYS ALIVE!! Still running on adrenaline, Freddie now goes for the chair!" Masters: "BRAIN HIM!!" Blaze baseball slides between Freddie's legs and the chair crashes down harmlessly on the mat. Freddie turns just in time to eat the stop sign!! Daniels: "BLAZE WITH THE HOLY SHOT!! HE'S GOT HIM!!" 1!! - - - - - - 2!! - - - - - - KICK OUT!! Daniels: "I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!" Daniels and Masters are both going hoarse at this point, and the entire arena is deafening. Blaze picks Freddie up, but Styles jabs him in the gut with a kendo stick, striking him once more across the back for good measure. Daniels: "He's setting him up..double underhook..BALLGAME!!" Masters: "Blaze reverses, floating up and over and landing behind Styles!!" Daniels: "Boot to the gut..suplex lift..MIGHTY DEATH POP!!! MIGHTY DEATH POP ON THE CHAIR!! OH, MY GOD!! BLAZE COVERS!!" Masters: "NO FUCKING WAY!!" 1!! - - - - - - 2!! - - - - - - 3!!!!! * DING DING DING!! * Towers: "Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this match and the NEW UNDISPUTED COMBAT CHAMPION..KRIMZON BLAZE!!" Daniels: "HE DID IT HE DID IT!!! After so many years and so many close calls, KRIMZON BLAZE has finally secured his dream of winning the top prize in this industry!!" Ace, El Pablo, Kirkland, and Eddie all start banging on the cage, shouting for it to be raised as Blaze is collapsed on top of Freddie in the ring, all adrenaline gone Daniels: I don't know if Blaze even knows he's won this thing The cage finally starts to rise as Notorioso, Michael James and Robbie King jump back over the barrier through the crowd Daniels: Where they hell are they going? I don't trust them, they better not do anything to ruin this. And look at Leon Leon Corbin waits hungrily at the side of the ring for a large enough gap to slide through, Covey walks up to him and whispers to him, Corbin pushes him and Covey shoots back. Leon breaths heavily, looking at the downed Krimzon Blaze and then turns and jumps over the barrier along with the others Daniels: They have some plan, I know it, I don't want to see what they're up to Finally a large enough gap forms and Ace, Kirkland El Pablo and Eddie slide in, Buck stays on the outside, looking in, three members of Newcore start to kick the weapons out of the ring as the fans continue roaring, leaving Ace King to go up to Krimzon Blaze, he slaps him a few times on the face, trying to bring him round, the lack of adrenaline completely drained him, he finally starts blinking and, smiling, Ace lifts him, unresisting, to his feet. The ring now clear Freddie Styles rolls to the outside, drained and looking angry, he holds his head as he starts to stumble away from the ring and up the aisle Daniels: Don't forget about those Hardcore guys! Masters, what are your troop up to Masters: I.. I honestly couldn't say Krimzon looks up disorientated, surrounded by his Newcore teammates who are all patting him on the back and talking to him excitedly, Towers starts up the steps with the UCC Belt but Covey catches her and takes it in to his hands Daniels: Dammit, I knew there was something Mike King and Brian Blaze roll under the ring and stand behind Covey as he steps through, El Pablo Brian Kirkland and Eddie Rowan immediately step in front of the broken Blaze, Covey looks at them and asks them to move, he nods his head and points out the whole Newcore group and three of the Hardcore, he shrugs and asks them to move. Before they have a chance Krimzon Blaze shoulders through his human shield and Covey steps up to him Daniels: HE'S HAD ENOUGH DAMN IT! He stares at the new champion and then breaks in to a smile, shoving the belt towards Blaze. Krimzon takes it, dumfounded, and holds it to his chest, he breaks in to the biggest smile as the whole crowd, as one, break in to the largest cheer of the night, Covey pats Blaze's shoulder and holds his arm up, Brian Blaze and Mike King going in to congratulate the new champion. Covey slides to the outside, and like last weeks Assault, comes out with a case of beer, he rolls back in under the disapproving look of Buck Evans, who moved towards the ramp sensing he's not needed, as Covey breaks open the case and starts throwing them at everyone in the ring, Krimzon gladly catches one and breaks it open. Once they all have one he holds his glass up and points at Blaze, all the bottles raise in the air as Covey drinks back, rolls to the outside, lights up a smoke and starts to walk up the ramp Daniels: Well that was unexpected Masters: WHY Daniels? This is all about CZW, and Krimzon Blaze, like it or not, is realising a dream that started at the beginning Mike Monroe is ushered in to the ring from the outside, he gets in gladly and pats Krimzon on the chest, filling out the Beautiful Agony and Team XTC quota. The old guard, they stand in the ring and Blaze downs his beer, throws the bottle over his shoulder and RUNS to the turnbuckle.. "Taking you Down" by Egypt Central blasts off as the fans continue to scream themselves hoarse and Blaze holds up the shining gold belt, the Undisputed Combat Champion, and the absolute top of the mountain. The rest of the men, Newcore and Hardcore alike, are abuzz, talking to each other, drinking beer and watching Krimzon Blaze go from corner to corner, getting the loudest cheer every single time. At the last corner all the men pile him and lift him from the turnbuckle to their shoulders, standing as one, the fan favourites of the past, seeing their way in to the next chapter. With Krimzon Blaze leading the charge Edited by CZW, Mar 16 2016, 04:26 AM.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=![]() MATT COVEY vs DEREK DAMAGE LAST MAN STANDING MATCH =-=-=-=-=-=-= Daniels: These men still celebrating in the ring, I have a lump in my throat and shivers up my back Masters, what a hell of a moment Masters: I couldn't agree more, Krimzon Blaze is one of the foolhardiest, gutsiest and legendary high fliers in this whole sport, I don't think I've ever agreed with him on a single damn thing, but that right there, THAT is CZW! Daniels: And speaking of CZW.. it's all on the line now as these men start up the aisle, Krimzon Blaze stopping at the top and giving these fans one last look at him holding up the Undisputed Combat Championship before they all head to the back, except for Brian Blaze and Mike King, who went back through the crowd to wherever Hardcore are hiding out. But as I say.. it's all on the line, as Matt Covey, who we saw a few seconds ago, laces up his boots to take on the boss of CZW, Derek Damage in a LAST MAN STANDING MATCH The camera focuses on Jessica Towers in the center of the ring; a smile across her face and a microphone in her hand. She observes the massive crowd in the Thomas & Mack Center as the thunderous chants of CZW! CZW CZW Continue to fill the air, both in continuance of the amazing scenes a moment ago, and the match about to start. After taking it all in for a moment, she brings the microphone up to her lips. Towers: Ladies and Gentlemen, the following contest is your Pandemonium Main Event of the evening....AND IS A LAST MAN STANDING MATCH! The crowd explodes at the announcement, the "CZW" chants breaking into various other chants, including "Damage!", "Covey!", "Hardcore!" and "Newcore!" Towers: Now in this match, there are no pin falls, no submissions, no count outs....and no rules! The only way to win is to beat your opponent until they can no longer make it to their feet to answer a ten-count. Masters: This is going to be hard on Damage, he can't answer a ten count when he need s to get up to pee at night "Man of Constant Sorrow" by Charm City Devils rips through the arena as the fans shoot to their feet! The lights in the arena cut-out, except for a single light shining directly up from the stage. Out of the darkness steps Matt Covey dressed in ripped jeans, a wife beater, and a black leather jacket. He stares down the ramp at the empty ring while reaching into his jacket pocket, producing a cigarette and a lighter. He places the cigarette in his mouth and lights it, the smoke extremely visible in the single light. He takes a long drag...before ripping the cigarette from his mouth and flicking it in to the crowd! The lights in the arena explode back to life as Covey charges down the ramp! Towers: "Introducing first, from Wherever he damn well pleases, weighing in at 240lbs! He is representing "Hardcore"! "Bad Ass" MAAAAAAAAATT COOOOOOOOOVEEEEEEY!" Daniels: I don't even understand why this match has to happen. One exposed loophole and we're going to risk CZW turning into an absolute bloodbath again! Masters: What do you think the last few matches have been? Picnics by the lake? where would be without blood? Without sacrifice? We can pretend that this company is as much of a hold-for-hold, sportsmanship based promotion, but let's face it; this Combat Zone was made for violence and Matt Covey is going to bring that back! Daniels: When all is said and done both these competitors tonight are having their first match in a long time, It may all come down to how much they've been training for the match Masters: I saw Covey drink a twelve pack before the show, does that count? Then there's the beer and two cigarettes in the past ten minutes, those are good old school, patented Covey training methods right there. Covey cracks his knuckles repeatedly, slapping himself in the face as he barrels under the bottom rope, ripping off his leather jacket and slamming it in the center of the ring! He yells out to the crowd, whipping the "Covey!" and "Hardcore!" chants into a frenzy! He turns to the ring, a dead angry glare up to the stage as his music dies. "Highway to Hell" by AC/DC blasts out of the speakers as the new CZW logo flashes over every screen in the arena! A series of pyro explodes on the stage, followed by another volley, and then another, and another one still! The smoke from the blasts coast away, and onto the stage appears a troop of beautiful Vegas Show Girls! Dressed in sparkly red feathery dresses, the girls line the ramp, dancing to the music! Derek Damage appears on the stage dressed in a matching robe just as the chants of "Damage!" and "Newcore!" gain power! Damage, despite the extravagance of his entrance, can only return the enraged glare down to Covey in the ring as he slowly removes his robe, marching down the ramp! Towers: And the opponent! Returning to the ring for one last time! He is the owner and acting CEO of Combat Zone Wrestling. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is DEREEEEEEEEEEK DAAAAAAAMAAAAAAAAGE! Daniels: The boss is back in business! Tell me that isn't an entrance fit for a king! Masters: Is that what we are now, Daniels? A bloody pageantry? Derek Damage will go to any length to give his ego another rub. Even no he's heading into a fight he cannot win, just so he can go down in the blaze of glory he thinks he deserves! Daniels: You're selling out Derek Damage of all people? The man is about as decorated as they come! Masters: Ask him what his accolades did for him after this is over. Damage climbs the steps onto the apron as Covey takes a step forward, the ref standing between the two as Damage enters the ring. Covey shoves the ref out of the way and lunges for Damage, the two trading punches as the ref signals for the bell! Masters: Covey making good on his word early! Punches to the face in that old CZW way! Daniels: More like cheap shots! Still, Damage is holding his own! Catching a fist, Damage wrenches Covey's arm into a wristlock, cranking on the limb as Covey scratches and claws! He struggles a few moments longer before rearing back and slamming his steel-toed boots right into the ankle of Damage! Damage releases the hold, recoiling, as Covey slams him in the ribs with a punch, followed by another, and then whips him down to the ground with a snapmare before kicking Damage right in the spine! Daniels: Bah...gawd that kick! That kick had all of the force of a...of a... Masters: Of a man who has nothing but hatred in his heart. Are you surprised by this? Covey has a history of trying, and succeeding I may add, in taking the fight to Derek Damage. There is no mercy to be found here. Covey grabs Damage by the hair, dragging him back to his feet..only to get caught by a Derek Damage belly-to-belly suplex! Damage holds the grip even as Covey struggles, muscling the "Bad Ass" back to his feet with surprising strength before dropping him once more with a second belly-to-belly! Damage holds the grip still, and within a matter of seconds drags Covey back up to his feet! He turns and with a grunt of frustration and effort tosses Covey with a release overhead belly-to-belly, dumping him on his head! Daniels: Textbook suplexes by Derek Damage! Say what you want, the boss has still got it! Masters: Stop your gloating, Daniels, the ref is going for the count. As Masters said, the referee counts as Covey slumps down from the suplex and Damage climbs to his feet, sucking a little wind. 1! - - - - - - - - - - - - 2! - - - - - - - - - - 3! - - - - - - - - Covey stirs, climbing up to a knee! - - - - - - - - 4! Masters: Covey makes it to his feet! Daniels: But Damage is still on him! Without taking a second to let Covey think, Damage blasts him with a running knee lift! Damage snaps Covey into a side headlock, spinning and using a modified Judo toss and slam Covey into the mat and apply a grounded headlock! Masters: A bloody headlock? A HEADLOCK IN A LAST MAN STANDING MATCH?! Daniels: Have you not heard of technique and strategy, William? Masters: You think that's what he's doing? Look at him! Damage may have a move or two left from his prime, but he has the cardio of an old man who hasn't competed in years. He looks like he's run a marathon! True to the word, while Damage controls Covey on the ground, his chest heaves with every breath. Covey struggles to escape, kicking and thrashing. He reaches up and claws at Damage's eyes, ripping his fingers across his face! Damage lets go as Covey pounces, pushing Damage into the ground and punching wildly at every open spot on his body! Covey rockets to his feet, running and rebounding off of the ropes before slamming a knee into the side of Damage's head! He sits Damage up again, running, hitting the ropes, and smashing Damage with his knee again! Damage falls back to the mat as Covey jumps, dropping his knee one last time into Damage's face! Covey motions to the ref to start his count as the fans get loud! 1! - - - - - - - - 2! - - - - - - - - - - - 3! Daniels: Get up, Derek! Masters: Count with me now, Daniels! 4! - - - - - - - - - - 5! - - - - - - - - - - - 6! - - - - - - - - - - Damage grabs the ropes, pulling himself up to his feet! Shaking out the cobwebs, Damage fumbles around, only to eat a big boot from Covey! Covey reaches down for Damage....but stops...and then looks to the outside of the ring. Daniels: No, nononononononono! Matt, it doesn't have to be like this! Masters: Oh yes it does! Covey dives out of the ring, whipping up the apron and half-disappearing under! He digs around for a moment before coming back to his feet, a lead pipe in-hand! Masters: Now it's getting interesting! Daniels: It's getting horrifying! Covey's going to bash an old man's head in over a petty disagreement! Masters: Welcome to CZW, mate. Covey rolls into the ring, pacing back and forth as Damage shifts from the seated position, up to his knees, then one, and then to his feet. He takes aim, clutching the pipe like a baseball bat, and swings wildly! Daniels: Damage dodges! Derek Damage ducks under the wild swing, shoving his shoulder into Covey's mid-section and charging him all the way into the corner! Damage connects with a shoulder block, then fires punches into Covey's guts! He grips his hands around Covey's mid-section once more before popping his hips, slamming Covey into the ground! Daniels: Another belly-to-belly! Covey barely escaped these last time! Masters: Well isn't this original? Daniels: It's damn effective, is what it is! Damage rolls through, though much slower than he had done earlier in the match, and brings Covey back to his feet before slamming him again with the fifth belly-to-belly of the match! Daniels: And now for that brutal overhead suplex! Damage, taking a deep, deep breath before doing so, hoists a limp Covey back to his feet. He lifts, this time with a roar of anger, before.. Masters: MY WORD! Daniels: OH! OHHHHH! Before Covey brings down the pipe still in his hands across Damage's forehead with a sickening crack! Damage's head pops down and snaps back up, his eyes slightly glassing over as he slumps to his knees. Covey stumbles for a moment before letting out a roar of his own, braining Damage again with the pipe! Damage hits the mat, but Covey does not stop, striking over and over and over again with that pipe to everywhere he can get a hit in! He throws the pipe across the ring and falls back into a corner, having to hold himself up on the ropes for a moment as the ref counts! 1! - - - - - - - - - - 2! - - - - - - - - - 3! - - - - - - - - - - - 4! The camera catches a shot of Damage's face, a trickle of blood now forming from his forehead and his ear! . . . . . . . 5! - - - - - - - - 6! - - - - - - - - - 7! Daniels: Damage is stirring! Masters: Just stay down! Damage, using the ropes as leverage, pulls himself back to his feet. He struggles to find his own footing, but fails to see a wide-eyed Covey running up from behind! He whips Damage around before sending a swift and brutal kick right between the CZW CEO's legs! As the boss crumbles, Covey dives to the outside and back under the ring. He begins dragging everything he can find out onto the floor: a chair, a table, four cinder blocks, a pair of handcuffs and.. Daniels: That's a staple gun! Covey tosses the chair into the ring, followed by the table, but keeps the staple gun in-hand as he slides in. He grabs Damage, still aching from the low blow, by the hair and shoves the staple gun into his forehead, pulling the trigger three times with loud, violent snaps! Damage flails like a fish on dry land, holding his face that now bleeds far more heavy than before! As he's on the ground, Covey strikes again, this time pressing the gun to Damage's shoulder and firing a staple into his flesh! Blood trickles down the arm as the camera gets a close shot. HO LY SHIT HO LY SHIT HO LY SHIT Masters: Now that's entertainment! Daniels: Covey...he's a monster! The ref counts! 1! - - - - - - - - - 2! - - - - - - - - - - - 3! - - - - - - - - - - 4! Covey holds the gun in the air as the fans erupt with cheers, and some with boos, the clashing chants of "Hardcore" and "Newcore" louder than ever! He drops the gun, kicking the chair in the center of the ring and waits Damage as he, while twitching, fights to get back to his feet. Covey stalks his prey, before turning him around into a jumping cutter that drives both he and Damage into the chair below! Masters: Derek Damage....BLOW IT OUT YOUR ASS! Daniels: He just hurt himself to hurt Damage a little more! That's insanity! Masters: It's sacrifice, Daniels! Covey would bleed himself dry to make his point, and now he has something to fight for! Covey, holding his back, easily makes it to his feet as the ref goes in for the count again! The fans join him! 1! - - - - - - - - - - 2! - - - - - - - - - - - 3! - - - - - - - - - - - 4! - - - - - - - - - - - - 5! - - - - - - - - - 6! - - - - - - - - - - - - - 7! - - - - - - - Damage is moving! He crawls toward the ropes! - - - - - - - - - 8! - - - - - - Damage is to his feet! Clutching the top rope and bleeding profusely, Damage wipes the blood from his eyes, before, letting go and shambling towards Covey. He holds up a fist, throwing a wild punch in desperation that Covey easily ducks under, grabbing the chair in the process and turning, cracking Damage over the back of his skull with a chair shot! Damage crumbles once again as Covey tosses the chair and turns his attention to the table. He picks the table up, kicking out the legs and setting it up near the corner! Covey: We're all gonna fuckin' die tonight! With his exclamation, Covey pulls Damage up and hauls him over his shoulder! He moves to the corner, seating Damage on the top turnbuckle. Covey climbs to the second rope, and hooks Damage for a cutter! The crowd goes insane! Masters: Say goodbye to the Newcore! Covey surveys the crowd...before jumping, crashing through the table with an avalanche Blow It Out Your Ass to Derek Damage! The table splinters and flies into shards all over the ring! HO LY SHIT HO LY SHIT HO LY SHIT Daniels: BAH GAWD! DEREK DAMAGE IS DEAD! Masters: The referee, man! He's going for the count on the both of them! 1! - - - - - - - - - - - - 2! - - - - - - - - - - 3! - - - - - - - - - - - 4! - - - - - - - - - - - 5! - - - - - - - - - - Covey begins to turn over on his side, but Derek Damage is not moving! 6! - - - - - - - - - - - - - 7! Covey grabs the bottom and middle ropes and is up to one knee! - - - - - - - - - - - 8! Masters: COVEY IS TO HIS FEET! It's all over, Daniels! - - - - - - - - - - 9! - - - - - - - - - - - - Te-NO! Daniels: I can't believe it! Derek Damage in one burst of energy just rolled under the bottom rope and landed on his feet on the outside! He's still technically in this match! Master: I....I have no words.... HE'S HARDCORE HE'S HARDCORE HE'S HARDCORE Daniels: It's hard to disagree with these fans, if the will to carry on is one of the things your group holds dear Damage is sure displaying it Masters: I actually completely agree Covey is irate, grabbing the ref by his collar and demanding answers, while the ref desperately explains that Damage is on his feet and still in the match. Rolling his eyes, Covey shoves the ref out of the way, looking to make it to ringside. WHACK! He makes it half-way, as Damage suddenly takes the opportunity to land a stiff punch right to his temple! As Covey trips, Damage hooks him by the head, throwing Covey's arm over his neck and lifting him into the air in the suplex position! Daniels: The strength he has left! Damage has Covey in position for that brainbuster he now calls "Brain Damage"! Masters: Wait, he's by those damned cinder blocks! Where's your heart, Damage?! Do you have no compassion?! Daniels: Covey's been trying to murder him all night! Masters: So potentially ending his career is fair play?! You're twisted, Daniels! Damage holds Covey in the position as he steps right in front of the cinder blocks, the fans on their feet but there is no chanting, as the entire crowd has gone silent in anticipation of the potential career or life ending moment that's about to happen...until Covey's feet begin to kick! Masters: Fight it, man! Damage tries his best to hold "Bad Ass" up, but the bloody ring veteran buckles, dropping Covey back down and falling, catching himself on the cinder blocks! Damage stares blankly ahead into the ground. Daniels: I...I don't think Damage knows where he is... Masters: Well here's the wake-up call! WHAM! Damage goes limp as Covey charges and absolutely decapitates him with that punt kick he calls the Shit Kicker! The momentum carries Covey all the way to the opposite ring barricade, to which he too buckles to one knee but picks himself up in time for the ref to begin the count on the motionless Damage. 1! - - - - - - - - - - 2! - - - - - - - - - 3! - - - - - - - - 4! - - - - - - - - - - - - 5! - - - - - - - - - - - - - 6! Chants of "DAMAGE! DAMAGE!" and "NEWCORE! NEWCORE!" fill the air, but Damage isn't moving. 7! - - - - - - - - - - - - 8! Daniels: There's no way! He's moving! As if life suddenly returned to the corpse at ringside, Damage's eyes snap open and he fights to the ring, literally pulling himself up by the apron! Covey: OH FUCK YOU! Covey charges over, not even giving Damage a moment before punching again and again at the open wounds on his head, ripping them even wider with each shot! Hands now painted crimson, Covey stops and looks to the ground..and the handcuffs at his feet. Throwing a wild-eyed gaze around him, Covey snatches up the cuffs and turns to the ringpost..and points to the bottom turnbuckle! Daniels: He's going to handcuff Damage to the ground so he can't stand for the ten count! Is that even legal?! Masters: All is legal when there are no rules! Say what you want about Matt Covey, but he's not stupid! Let's see where fighting spirit gets you when you're locked in-place, Damage! Covey grabs Damage's nearly-lifeless wrist, snapping one of the cuffs around it! He hooks just underneath Damage's arms in a bearhug like position, hauling Damage up to his- Daniels and Masters: OH MY GOD! In a flash, Damage hooks Covey and hoists him up, driving him through the cinder blocks with a Brain Damage brainbuster! HO LY SHIT HO LY SHIT HO LY SHIT Daniels: Covey is down! Damage is down! Brain Damage onto the concrete blocks and I have to think that this one is over for both men! The ref moves into position as the fans leave their seats! 1! - - - - - - - - - - - - - 2! - - - - - - - - - - - - 3! - - - - - - - - - - - - 4! - - - - - - - - - 5! - - - - - - - - - - - 6! - - - - - - - - - - - 7! - - - - - - - - - - - - Somehow, some way, Derek Damage grabs onto the announce table and, slowly, pushes his way back up to his feet. At this point, the entire front part of his body is bathed in blood! However, he's not alone, as Covey, though gingerly, uses the ring to get up to a knee! Damage examines the situation, then turns back to that same turnbuckle Covey motioned to before. As Covey tries to pull himself to his feet, Damage makes his way to the ring post, turning and looping his hands up and through the second turnbuckle! Masters: What's he doing? Daniels: He's..handcuffing himself to the turnbuckle! Derek Damage just hooked himself on the turnbuckle! He can't leave his feet! Masters: That's cheating! Daniels: What happened to no rules, Masters? Covey stands on shaky legs and looks to Damage, he shakes his head, mouthing "you gotta be fucking kidding me" Damage looks over to Covey, semi conscious, and spits towards him, Covey.. Daniels: He SMILES, wiping that spit and some blood from his face at the same time. Covey looks around the floor and picks up a nearby kendo stick, walking up to Damage who begins struggling against his self made prison, he hold up a finger and screams "ONE!" before bringing the stick smashing across Damages back. Damage arches in pain and a red welt almost immediately comes up on his skin, Covey holds up two fingers and half the crowd boo loudly while the other half yell TWO Daniels: This is Despicable Covey goes back a step and comes in swinging, striking the kidneys of the owner of CZW, illiciting a scream in response Daniels: THIS ISN'T GOING TO WIN YOU THE MATCH COVEY Covey Hold up three fingers THREE BOOO SMACK FOUR SMACK FIVE SMACK SIX SEVEN EIGHT NINE TEN A volley of quickfire shots over the back of damage draws blood in more than one place Daniels: This needs to stop Damage is on the edge of consciousness as he starts to black out from the pain, his knees giving out and only his shackled wrists stopping him hitting the floor. Covey rolls inside and straddles the bottom turnbuckle, he puts a boot on Damages face for leverage and pulls at the handcuffs, Damage screams once more as his head is pushed back. Masters: It's no use, WHERE'S THE DAMN KEY Covey gets frustrated by the lack of give and starts to send heavy boots directly in to Damages face screaming to accent every single hit. Daniels: that's it, it's over, Damage is out Derek is completely out on his feet, his knees nearly touching the floor. The referee looks on, knowing there's nothing he can do, he cowers as Covey gets in his face.. suddenly the cheers and boos are high in the air again as Leon Corbin starts to walk down the aisle, he has boltcutters in his hands Daniels: THAT'S NOT FAIR Just before he reaches the bottom UCC Champion Krimzon Blaze jumps in from the corner barricade, through the crowd, landing a plancha, taking Corbin down Daniels: CORBIN AND KRIMZON IS ON AT LAST!!! Before the fans have a chance to revel in it however Michael James runs down the ramp and, with a jumping clothesline, knocks Krimzon Blaze straight off of Corbin Daniels: SHIT IT'S ALL KICKING OFF! Ace King, El Pablo, Eddie Rowan, Brian Kirkland and Buck Evans all run down the ramp, jumping on Leon and James. Masters: AND HERE COMES THE CALVERY Notorioso, Robbie King and Brian Blaze run down afterwards, Brian Blaze goes straight for Eddie Rowan, knocking him down with a knee to the face, Notorioso grabs the big Buck Evans and they start to tussle, jockeying for position, Robbie King Runs with a boot to Brian Kirkland, who jumps straight over it with a lou thesz press, taking King down Leon Corbin is back up and grabs El Pablo from behind, but Pablo turns and hits a quick hurricanrana, landing on Corbin and throwing rights and lefts, while Corbin rolls him over and starts laying in punches of his own. Daniels: This is a riot The crowd are on their feet as Ace looks around for his old nemesis Covey, a hand sneaks out under the ring near the confusion and grabs the dropped bolt cutters and disappears under the ring again, a few seconds later Covey rolls out the left side of the ring with the bolt cutter and comes face to face with Ace King Masters: Oh shit, this is electric The fans feel the tension cutting through the mess happening on the outside Daniels: WHAT THE HELL, THAT'S TRENT STONE ON THE BARRICADE The mysterious stone is standing on the barricade between Covey and Ace, he looks down at them both and then flies . . . . . . Daniels: FOUL PLAY, FOUL PLAY ON MATT COVEY!!! Masters: NOOOO Trent looks at Ace, and without a gesture he jumps over the barricade again and through the crowd, Ace shrugs and tells the referee to count 1 . . . . . . 2 . . . . . . 3 . . . . . . 4 . . . . . . . 5 . . . . . . . 6 . . . . . . . 7 . . . . . . . 8 . . . . . . . 9 . . . . . Masters: COVEY IS UP COVEY IS UP Daniels: I forgot the match was even on Covey rolls up and smacks Ace King across the side of the head with the bolt cutters, Ace goes down and Covey stumbles to the still out Damage, closing the bolt cutters near the owners wrist and letting them, and him, fall to the floor 1 . . . . . . . . 2 . . . . . . . . 3 . . . . . . . . 4 . . . . . . . Daniels: ACE IS UP . . . . . . . . 6 . . . . . . . 7 . . . . . . . Masters: Covey stops him with a flying tackle . . . . Daniels: Ducked.. HIGH ROLLER . . . . . . . . 9 . . . . . . . Ace reaches Damage . . 10!!! Masters: TOO LATE IT'S ALL OVER!!!! DING DING DING Towers announcement is drowned out by the boos and cheers of the fans, on the other side of the ring it's hard to separate any of the men any more, it's just a cluster fuck on the outside, with fists and bodies flying everywhere. Ace King lets Damage drop unceremoniously after he was a split second too late picking him up, he has his hands on his hips surveying the scene on the other side of the ring.. shrugging he rolls in to the ring and runs for the furthest turnbuckle, leaping off in a body splash, landing directly on the thick of the two groups brawling while Covey starts to stir, looks over at the groups brawling, grabs his crumpled cigarette pack from his back pocket and lights one up, getting to his feet and letting out a scream before running in Daniels: Oh my god, ladies and gentlemen, that's all the airtime we have Masters: ARE YOU SHITTING ME?! The rumble starts to flow in and around the ring, Buck has Notorioso on his shoulders, Champion Krimzon Blaze and El Pablo are jumping off the ropes in tandem on to Covey and James.. Daniels: We have to go, we'll try and keep you all updated, don't miss Assault.. GOODNI.. CUT TO END SCREEN Copyright CZW 2016. All rights reserved |
