“We cover up injuries with tape and gauze to protect the injury to prevent infection to save the patient from further suffering. The hard part comes when you have to rip the bandage off because that can hurt like hell.” -Meredith Grey |

Hey Arizona, how many people need to tell you that that wasn't cool what you did? |

Arizona coming to talk to Bailey. Bailey said she shared confidential information. Speaking as a boss that’s a firing offense. As a friend, Bailey says she says she can see why she thought she was right but it doesn’t make it right. Bailey says she is fresh out of words of wisdom for her. |

Arizona is confiding that she did something bad but was trying to do something good. She told Callie what she did. Callie is telling her it wasn’t right to do. Arizona is asking what if it had been us. She asked Callie if she would have wanted to know. Callie said yes, but from you not someone else. Callie wasn’t harsh but definitely felt like Arizona shouldn’t have told Jackson. |

Finally someone telling Arizona she needs to accept what she did was wrong. |

Wrong Shepherd coming all the way around, I like the way her character is being developed. |

April is absolutely right. Jackson doesn't have a right to tell her what to do in this situation. |

It's good that Callie and Arizona actually had a conversation. Twitter has blown up because of that Calzona scene. Alot of people think it's a step in the right direction. |

“It hurts to tear that bandage off. We don’t want to see what’s underneath. But maybe it’s not the fear of the pain that holds us back. Maybe we’re really afraid to see if the wound underneath is still open or if it might actually be healing.” -Meredith Grey |

Arizona was so wrong; if anyone watching this think that's appropriate, I'd hate to be their friend. April should have been able to tell Avery herself. |

There's a lot of issues with what Arizona did. a) HIPPA as stated. b) Jackson and April aren't even together. They're not married. Jackson can't force April to do anything she doesn't want to do. So all April did was create more conflict between them by jabbering. c) Betraying a patients/co-worker/friend trust. |

Agree. It was none of Arizona's business. It is April's decision. |

Shondaland's Most Shocking Deaths Creator Shonda Rhimes has been the source of many shocking and devastating primetime deaths. SPOILER ALERT: If you haven't binge-watched all the episodes, consider yourself warned. |
