"If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The saying's as true of the human body as it is of a washing machine or a blender. A good surgeon knows that if you go screwing around with something that doesn't need screwing, you are the one one who is liable to end up screwed." -Meredith Grey |

"It's hard to admit when we're wrong, but even though everything looks fine, there is a problem. Something is broken and you have to see where it's going and set about fixing it or it's all going to come apart." |

Question: What can you tell us about Sara Ramirez returning to Grey’s Anatomy? Ausiello: I thought I might have an exciting update for you today, but, alas, there’s still no news on that front. My Callie scoop antennae experienced a bit of a jolt earlier this week when I heard through the grapevine that Grey’s is about to go into production on an episode set entirely onboard a commercial airliner as a crisis unfolds mid-flight. (An ABC rep declined to comment.) It’s not clear which of the docs will be on the manifest when said emergency erupts, but given Callie and Arizona’s shared, bi-coastal custody arrangement with Sofia, it seemed like a perfect opportunity to bring Ramirez back for a kickass standalone episode. Sadly, a source close to the actress tells me there are no current plans for her to return. Still, sounds like it’ll be a cool, emotionally fraught episode, especially considering what went down four years ago. |

Honestly after tonight episode I'm done. I've watched this show since S1. But the character lines no longer make any sense. |

Recap: The List 1) Arizona Robbins: Fetal Surgeon, Cute As a Button Pros: Arizona is well-versed in Tinder dings and can tell someone off while being adorable at the same time. When she discovers that her name isn't even on Eliza's list, she works herself into a tizzy, as is her way, and makes sure to tell the new girl in town that Arizona Robbins is a damn good doctor who raises good doctors. Of course, she finds out that her speech was all for naught: AZ's name wasn't on the list because Eliza doesn't need any help remembering a name attached to a face like Arizona's. Cons: Though typically known for her terrible choices when it comes to custody battles, Arizona is nothing but a delight this evening. |

“There’s this family in Italy who never slept. They suffered from a genetic disease that kept them awake for months until their bodies just shut down. Even after all these years, scientists don’t really know why we sleep. We just know we have to sleep because without it we make poor decisions, we say things we shouldn’t, and sometimes we see things that aren’t there.” -Meredith Grey |

"So, how do you keep going? How do you not just sit down and give up? Sometimes it’s easy. Sometimes you play games in your head. You make up someone, someone good. Whatever you need to keep you going.” |

Total snooze fest. I actually turned it off after 40 minutes. And I've never turned off a Grey's episode. Amelia is a train wreck. Why can't they give Owen a person who's not a kook and wants to have kids? I think to only have these few characters in an episode is selling us short. The writers are definitely taking a break this season. |

It lacked the realism of previous seasons. There must have been some big argument within the cast and it really shows on screen. It lacks depth. Just saying. The concept was great but the delivery was terrible. |

That was awful, sorry. It was so boring. Pretty much nothing happened except doctors argued with each other most of the episode. And winter finale? It's not even winter yet! |

This whole season hasn't started well. I'm sick of the Alex story line. They need to do something with it already. |

People can say what they want and this will always be seen as an iconic show... but the only reason this show is still on the air is because it's a cash cow with a loyal fan base. |
